So sorry everybody! I'm busy this days! I've homework, exams are near, need to study a lot, my eyes hurt, take caring of my siblings, and more! I kinda started to get bored, so I won't update very much. So.. I'll update once or twice every two weeks or more now. But I can't promise you that the chapter will be long. At least I told you guys that I won't update much! I'm aware no one likes author's notes. So let's just go!
Disclaimer: I don't own Adventure Time. If I had, I would be the happiest person EVER!
Marceline's P.O.V
I waited by the grave yard for Bell. Huh, I wonder what advice she'll give me! It wouldn't be bad as long as she understands my problem. Which I hope she would. "I hope I'm not late. Am I?" I turned and saw Bell smiling jokingly at me. I smiled. "Nah. You're not. I just wonder how could you tame that wild hair of yours and come in time!" I laughed. Bell looked at her dark brown hair.
"But it's straight now!" She frowned, sitting on a grave next to me, "But I really should admit, taming that hair was like hell!"
I laughed. "And I'm really jealous of your hair! It doesn't need 10 minutes to be straight!" She added, smirking.
We both burst out laughing. Seriously, me and Bell always burst out laughing about not very-funny things!
Bell starts to calm down. Then she started causally playing her guitar. "So, what's your problem that you need a helping hand in?"
I stared at her, then I stared at my bass. I sigh. "Well, it's kinda a long story,"
Bell looked at me with her big, silver eyes. "No problem. I've time," She grins. I glared at her, this the don't-fucking-joke-about-that! glare. She raises her arms, defending herself. "Okay, okay! I won't do something, or rather I say, say something that ruins everything!"
I sigh. I started telling her from the begining.
Normal P.O.V
"... So, Princess Bubblegum demanded my help. So I accepted to help her. And now, I'm stuck in this situation!" Marceline finished telling Bell her story. Bell just stared at her, blankly. Marceline got annoyed by that, "Could you please stop staring at me like that!?" Bell blinked. "Why are you helping her?"
Marceline raised her eyebrow. "Excuse me?" Bell frowned.
"I mean why are you helping this candy princess anyway? It's her problem, not yours! Besides, why are you helping her? She's just a boring, pink princess! She's not awesome! She's nothing like you!" Bell yelled at her.
Marceline was shocked. She considered that for a moment. Bell was right, Bubblegum was a boring, stupid, pink princess! Ans they're still 'frenemy', or rather 'friendly enemies'. There's no word to describe Marceline and Bubblegum's friendship. Especially last month when Marceline ruined one of Princess Bubblegum's experiments, (A/N: No, there'll be NO Bubbline. I'm ABSOLUTELY Not a Bubbline fan!) it was awful.
"So?" Bell's voice ranged through Marceline's ears. "Oh yeah," Marceline paused, not knowing what to say, or how to say that. "Well-" "I guess you think she's kinda cool, right?" Bell interrupted her. Marceline glared at her, "No, it's not true! True she's not that cool, but I befriended her because she is a pretty much perfect friend. I mean she is nice, kind, helpful, caring and she always help me when I need a helping hand, although I would tease here. A lot!" Marceline smiled.
Bell just stared at her with a smirk.
"Would you please stop staring at me like that?" Marceline playfully pushed her of the grave stone, but Bell pushed Marcy with her, "Fine!" She yelled.
They both fell on the ground, then they burst out laughing. The laughter died down. "If this pink princess makes you happy, then I'm happy, Marcy," Bell smiled at her, standing and dusting dirt off her pants.
"Yeah, yeah," Marceline said, standing too, "I'm glad that you accept my friends."
Bell looked at her and opened her mouth, but Marceline interrupted her, "Speaking of friends, I got a new friend, though I don't remember when now," She mumbled the last words.
Bell giggled at that. "Seriously, Marcy, first you make a new friend, then you forgot when you met them?" She picked her guitar that was on the ground, sitting on the grave stone again.
Marceline snorted. "Shut up, Bell," She sat again on the grave stone she was sitting, "Anyway, his name is Marshall Lee and he is-"
"Holy Glob! MARSHALL LEE!? The Vampire King!? REALLY?" Bell interrupted her, shouting.
"Will you be quiet!?" Marceline snapped. Bell immediately covered her mouth, then she talked again, "Oh my Gosh! Sorry! Couldn't handle it! He's so Hot!" She almost squealed.
Marceline blinked in surprise, she had never seen Bell squeal before! "Wait," Marceline crossed her arms, "You know him but you didn't tell me?"
Bell held her guitar, she glanced at her right then at her left. "No, yes.. Perhaps. I mean he's so hot, sexy and handsome!" She said half dreamily, half squealing. "And he's the Vampire King!" She paused. She pointed to Marceline, "Doesn't that mean that you are...?"
Marceline knew immediately what she was talking about, "Ugh, no we aren't married or something!" Her cheeks flushed red. Bell raised eyebrow at that, "Probably," She looked at her guitar as if it was her baby. "Don't you.. Kind of... 'Love' him?"
Marceline rolled her eyes, but she was still blushing, "Oh please! Of course I'm not!" She lied. Marceline was a good lier, so Bell didn't know if she's telling the truth or lying, but from her blushing face, she could tell she was lying.
"Whatever!" She looked away, pretending to watch the moon."Just help me with the case!" 'At least we changed the topic.' She though.
"Case? What case?"
A death glare has been shot to Bell."I'm kidding, silly!" Bell laughed, "I know exactly what you mean,"
Marceline let out a sigh of frustration, sometimes, Bell was childish. "So, what advice should you give me?"
Bell rubbed her chin, thinking deeply. Marceline just rolled her eyes at her, then she focused on her bass.
Silence.
"It's hard," Bell broke the silence between her and the Vampire Queen.
"At least you didn't give me a silly advice!" Marceline laughed nervously, a hint of disappoint in her voice.
"Yeah, probably," The vampire girl chuckled in response. "But I think if you didn't find any clue, it could be a, probably, vampire?"
Marceline raised her eyebrow, "A vampire. We though of that already," She sighed, "Actually, we aren't so sure."
"Maybe you should get a little help from Marshall Lee," Bell winked at her, smirking. Marceline flushed red again, "Ha ha. So funny, Bell!" She said sarcastically.
Bell laughed, "So, I think you shoul-" Before Bell could finish her sentence, a phone ringed.
"Is that your phone, Bell?"
"Nope. I left my phone at my house,"
"Oh. Must be my phone," Marceline checked her phone, "Ugh, Bonnibel..." She muttered angrily. "Sup, Bonnie?". "Marceline, where're you right now." PB's voice came through the phone, "I'm in a grave yard with my friend, Bell. Why? What happened?" Marceline said confused. PB sighed."Another crime," Marceline was shocked, "W-What?!"
"I's just walking in the Kingdom, when I heard a scream, coming from one of the Candy people. I hurried to where the scream came from and-" "Okay, okay. Heard enough, I'm on my way." Marceline interrupted her. Before PB could reply, Marceline shut her phone and stood.
"Another crime has happened, I guess?" Bell said, playing her guitar softly,
"Yeah, I have to go now. See ya later, Bell." Marceline dashed to the Candy Kingdom. She though she heard Bell saying goodbye.
'I've bad feelings that the crimes are getting worse. Seriously, what's happening there?! And why the Candy Kingdom?'
Here's chapter 6! I know it's pretty awful! But I'm no good with romance stories! So I'm trying my best! I was in a hurry! So that's why it's awful! You're probably thinking:'She's a bad author!' I'm really sorry. I need to know what you think of this chapter, 'cause I can't convince myself that this chapter is good. :\ Thank you for reading, favouriting, following and reviewing. :) Again, I'm very sorry.
