Sherlock's Boast

This is a boast I wrote for my English class(we're in the Beowulf part of the class). I decided to do it on Sherlock Homles (BBC verison). No spoilers. A few references, not that long.

Sherlock's Boast

I, Sherlock Homles, the world's only consulting detective

Mycroft's brother, John's best friend

Cunning and clever, countless cases I've solved.

I jumped off a four story building, not dead

High-functioning sociopath, do your research

No matter what John says I do look "cool"

With my high cheek bones and popped collar

I'm not a mind-reader, though it may seem as such

Anyone and anything, anywhere I can deduce it

No matter how strange

But don't be boring or I'll send you away

Gavin, no Geoff, maybe Graham, oh whatever his name is

Always has a case, as fun as a game

I won't explain how I do what I do

Chances are you wouldn't understand

So be gone with you, have a good day

I don't mean that of course

John says I should be more "human"

Oh well, that was tedious

This is a boast I had to write for my English class tomorrow. I have to present it confidently. I'm going to wear my scarf like his and pop my collar XD.
