"Okay…" Allison stood up, popping another nacho in her mouth, "You guys weren't lying about the nachos. Do we want more?"
A collective, "Hell yeah." came from the table.
Allison nodded, "I'm going to order more and get another drink. Anyone else?"
Tuck, Chris and Eva all raised their hands. Allison double-checked with Serena and Proctor making sure they in fact did not want another drink before she left.
About halfway through Allison's trek to the bar, just as her sway was hypnotizing Eva completely, a hand touched Eva's shoulder. She looked up to find a face she'd never seen before.
"Hi." The man said with a charming smile.
"Hi." She cautiously looked to Serena when she felt her stare and heard a slight gasp.
"I've seen you here before."
Eva smiled, "Well, I come here a lot…" She glanced over to the bar to find Allison not paying her any mind at all; innocently ordering more food.
"You wanna dance?"
Eva did want to dance. She looked over at Allison again, knowing how much her girlfriend loathed dancing in public. She just knew that Allison wouldn't care if she danced with a guy…
…As long as he didn't get too handsy—and lesbi-honest, she'd care at that point too.
But she wanted to dance more than she wanted to debate in her head over what the 'right' answer was. And she was slightly curious to see if Allison would in fact get jealous. She stood and took the man's hand, "Sure." She turned to Serena, "Allison doesn't like to dance." She offered by way of excuse.

Snow had calmed her husband as much as she was able. She'd asked the other royals, the loyal dwarfs and the rest of their family friends to pardon the four of them, promising she would let them know if she needed them.
After the group started walking to the front of the castle, she turned to her daughter and Regina, "Emma, it's time to come home."
"I'm not leaving without Regina."
Snow inhaled deeply; she should have known that was coming. She sighed, ducking her head, "Very well."
"Very well?" This came from all three of the remaining people.
Snow merely focused her attention on Regina, "I'm not leaving without my daughter. If that means that you have to come along, I'll endure. That is until you do something and I have to take action."
"Ye of little faith…" Regina rolled her eyes. She pursed her lips, "Thanks for the offer but what makes you think that I'd go anywhere with the woman that's ruined me on multiple occasions?"
"What makes you think I'm leaving my daughter here with the woman that's tried to end me on multiple occasions?" Snow asked.
Regina's jaw was set, "It seems we've a predicament."
"Yes we do."

Allison turned around to see if she could catch her girlfriend staring after she got their drinks, but was unpleased to find her girlfriend taking the hand of a dude-man-bro that she'd never seen before.
She kept the same skeptical look on her face as she walked to the table, set the drinks down and plopped into her seat. She turned to the dancing pair, confused more than anything else. She opened her mouth to speak, but nothing came out.
"She said that you don't like to dance." Serena provided.
"I think she's trying to make you jealous." He took his new drink and pointed the tip of the bottle in Eva's general direction, "That is the face of a perfectly content, conniving woman trying to make her lover jealous."
"And how would you know what that face looks like?" Serena turned and gave the blonde man doctor a cocky smirk.
Chris merely looked at the table and started nursing his beer.
Allison normally would have laughed, but her attention was back on her girlfriend. Her girlfriend tossed her hair back and brought her arms straight up, finally she looked at back at Allison. Then Eva had the gall to give her a wink as she turned around, facing away from dude-man-bro, grinding, for lack of a better word, into him.
That was it. Allison stood and stiffly made her way onto the dance floor. She stoically approached the dancing pair, reached for Eva's hand, and yanked the brunette into her arms. Dude-man-bro started to protest, but at the look Allison gave him, the 'I'm going to cut your balls and feed them to piranhas in front of you' look, he backed off. With the same stiffness, Allison turned, Eva in hand, and started walking back to the table not saying a word.
Eva had other plans. She didn't move, she simply waited for their arms to fully extend and Allison to rear back. Once she caught the blonde's eyes, she smirked. That smirk quickly gave way for a smile as she yanked her girlfriend back to her. She dropped Allison's hand and wrapped her arms around the blonde's shoulders. She started moving to the beat of the music.
Allison tried to stand her ground. She stayed stalk still, her mouth contorting as she realized the Catch-22 situation she'd suddenly found herself in. Slowly, her hands moved up to grab onto Eva's swaying hips.
"I thought you didn't dance…?" Eva smirked as she stepped impossibly closer to her girlfriend.
"That was when I was independent and alone." Allison spoke deadpan. She held onto the brunette tighter and after a moment she whispered into Eva's ear. "You're gonna be the death of me. Dancing with dudes like that."
"Oh, Baby…" Eva giggled sultrily into Allison's ear, "You know my hips don't lie; I was dancing with a man sure, but I was dancing for you."
Allison looked down at her hands on Eva's hips, "Your hips certainly do not lie. They hypnotize." She looked back up, catching chocolate brown eyes with her green ones.
"You're one to talk." Eva grinned as she kissed Allison's neck. "That guy practically jolted me back to consciousness."
"That guy needs to keep his hands to himself."
Eva laughed out right, "You… are so jealous."
"I know…" Allison looked at the brunette surprised, "I've never gone into a blind rage of jealousy before. I swear; I could have gotten in a fist fight and won with that guy."
Eva leaned in and kissed Allison's neck and cheek again, "Well, I'm glad you saved your hands."
Proctor, Tuck, Serena and Chris watched all of this from their seats. They weren't able to hear what was said, but they were certainly entertained.
Chris found himself standing and offering his hand to Serena. She gave a small smile as she took it and stood up with him. She had been watching Allison and Eva, sure, but she had also been agonizingly aware of the woman that had her eye on Chris. Chris apparently wasn't; or if he was, he didn't care. He gave Serena a grin as he laced their fingers while they walked to an open spot on the dance floor.

After a valiant effort to stay with Regina, Emma found herself magically put on her horse to go home with the promise that Regina would visit her after she got home. This was not how her time with Regina was supposed to end; Regina agreeing with her mother that she needed to go home to fill her princessly duties—and apologize to as many broken hearts as she could. It was stupid. Not the apologies, the being a princess and having 'duties' to fill was stupid.
She was moping at the back of the pack, hoping to create enough distance that she could turn back and go back to her lover, but no one seemed to let that happen.
Alexandra eventually slowed until she was next to the other blonde princess, "I know you've apologized and I know that I'm partly to blame for thinking I could fix you, but on a scale of one to execution how guilty do you feel about not only me but all the other women you've literally screwed over?" Her tone was light and curious, not angry and demeaning. When Emma turned abashed, Alexandra smirked, "Oh yes. I know about the other women. We've practically formed a club."
Emma looked down repentant, guilty and ashamed. She didn't have any words for the other girl.
Red turned on her horse just in front of the two princesses, "Now, now, Princess Alexandra. There's no need to be bitchy." Both blonde princesses looked at Red surprised, though why they were surprised they didn't know. She was always more blunt than anyone else. Red merely smiled at them both, "She's just started feeling for the first time in forever. I'm sure everything is strong, coming at her at full force. You don't need to make her feel worse…"
"I know I don't need to. But I think I've the right to." She looked over to the still silent Emma, "I knew you'd be the broody type if you ever felt emotion. No worries, I'm done making you feel guilty. Until I think of my next good jab, that is."
Red smiled at the slightly younger blonde princess, "Just be prepared for when she's fed up, no longer feels guilt, and dishes it back to you." She warned before turning back around.
Emma and Alexandra shared a look.
"I suppose Red has a point." Alexandra spoke softly, sincerely, "I'm not prepared to forgive you yet. But seeing you can feel is a good start down that road."
Emma only nodded, looking down.

Allison had her arm around Eva's shoulders. She had pulled her into her hold, Eva slightly turned on the cement picnic table bench and she leaned into Emma. The brunette turned and looked up, waiting for a kiss.
Their day had been an oddly light day. No one was going to comment on it for fear of the curse: the curse that seemed to happen for any dead hospital emergency/trauma wing. The curse that happened when someone said, "There's nothing to do." or "It's dead here." that there would be a flood of emergencies.
No, Serena of all people made that mistake three weeks before and this day was looking like the first day that her words' wrath decided to let up for team alpha.
So, after a family of four was brought in after getting plowed by an 18 wheeler—the driver of said 18 wheeler only needing attention in the ER—and after getting their patients stable, which didn't seem to take too long, Allison and Eva decided on lunch.
Eva stabbed her fork into her fruit salad and brought the bite to her mouth as she stayed snuggled against her girlfriend.
"Ah." Allison grunted, mouth open ready for food.
Eva looked up to see Allison's wide-open trap. She chuckled, "Oh you want me to share?"
"Yes please." Allison said before opening her mouth again.
Eva smiled, shaking her head as she stabbed the fruit salad again and brought the fork up to Allison's mouth.
"My god. You two need to get a room. Even when you're not having sex you're having sex." Serena said as she plopped down across from them.
Allison and Eva looked up at the other surgeon with raised brows, "What's wrong with you?" Allison asked, eyeing the younger doctor.
"Nothing. I'm just tired and hungry." She grumbled as she dug into her lunch.
Chris came out a moment later and sat next to Serena, "And how are my trauma ladies doing today."
"Just fine." Came from Eva and Allison.
Serena though had a different greeting, "You're the asshole that stole the last nutty bar!"
Chris looked at the girl next to him, "Excuse me?"
"There was one nutty bar left in the vending machine; I went to get my lunch and my dollar, twenty-five and when I came back it was gone."
"I'm sure there are some in the cafeteria…" Eva tried.
Serena scrunched her face, "That's too far away."
Chris shook his head. He rolled his eyes as he bit into his sandwich.
The conversation dwindled as Eva, Allison and Chris took notice that Serena was glaring at Chris's nutty bar. Finally Chris had enough, "Oh my God. Fine. Here. Take the stupid thing. I don't need it anyways."
Allison giggled, "That's so nice Chris that you shared your lunch with her."
"Don't start." Serena said seriously.
Eva raised a brow as she stood from her seat, "Fine. We don't need to take your abuse. We're not the reason you're mad."
"Yeah, and we have… stuff to do. Important stuff." Allison eyed the brunette.
Eva smirked, "Very important." They threw their trash away and made their way back into the building.
"We know that's code for having sex in a supply closet or shower stall!" Serena stood to yell, but when all the couple did was smirk their direction, she plopped back down and stared at the cellophane covered treat now on her tray.
"Yet for some reason they don't care that you said that in front of God and everybody out here…" Chris leaned over her direction, "I got that for you anyways." He whispered. "I saw it was the last one and I know how much you like them. I know you've been moody lately too."
Serena turned to him, "You ever ask yourself why I'm moody?"
"Because all we do is have sex and we're not in a real relationship." Chris spoke deadpan.
Serena knit her brows and looked down, surprised that he did actually know. "Well… What are you going to do about it?"
"Kiss you in the lobby when we leave tonight. Kiss you hard in front of God and everybody."
A smile formed on Serena's face, "Yeah?"
"Yeah."
"You wanna share my nutty bar?"
"Yeah." Chris smiled, his eyes twinkling as he took the treat.

Emma walked into her room. She'd slept there her whole life, but it felt foreign. The White castle felt foreign. She felt out of place during dinner, and after dinner (and after apologizing to one of the maids that no longer worked in her wing because of a flopped romance between them) she went down the hedge maze. Though as soon as the sun set the day they got back, Emma secluded herself in her room.
She was face down in her pillow, already wallowing, not believing Regina would just know she was home when she could have sworn she heard Regina's voice.
"Emma."
Emma popped her head up.
"Emma!"
Emma flipped onto her back and sat up quickly surveying the room. Finally, she looked at her floor-length mirror to find her love standing in it. "Regina? How…?"
"I'm an all-powerful evil queen." Regina spoke deadpan. "Take my hand. Spend the night with me." Regina's hand moved into Emma's room.
"Woah…" Emma marveled at the protruding limb before finally grabbing hold.
Regina pulled her through the mirror, back to the safety of her own home.
Emma looked around Regina's room, "I just walked through a mirror!"
"Yes, darling, you did."
"That was so cool!"
"Glad to see your new emotions aren't getting the better of you."
"What do you mean?"
"Emma… Dear, you went from miserable moping to enthusiastic excitement in less than a minute."
"Oh…" Emma looked around the room.
"It's okay. You'll get used to them."
"I hope so." Emma moved to Regina, hugging her close, changing the subject, "I already started apologizing."
"Did you?"
Emma nodded, "Yeah. She took it pretty well. Was glad that I apologized at all."
"Good." Regina nodded. She stared at the blonde, "You're doing the right thing."
"I know." Emma smirked as she pulled, "My mother would be gob-smacked if she heard you talking about doing the right thing."
"As would most." Regina looked away from Emma.
"What?" Emma knew Regina needed to say something.
"What happens now?"
"Now? Now we love each other and hold each other and take care of each other."
"How?" Regina turned back to Emma, "I mean. You're in line for the throne. I'm the evil queen. Your parents took you away from me—"
"YOU MAGICKED ME ONTO MY HORSE! They didn't do anything!"
"THEY threatened to stay in my castle." Regina chuckled humorlessly, sarcastically, "That'll be the day."
Emma couldn't help the grin that came over her features. They stayed silent a moment before Emma spoke, "I'll break the line to the throne if I have to. We'll stay here. Hell, we can go inhabit and complete our other selves on Earth if we need to, if that's a possibility."
Regina knit her brows, "Genie?" The Genie appeared. He smiled as he saw Emma, but Regina didn't let the two chums speak—she knew they were friends for all intents and purposes. It was ridiculous how little time it took her own gods damn mirror could favor a woman other than herself. She spoke before either one could say their hellos. "Will you show us what happened to Allison and Eva?"
"Do they even exist still? Or after they kissed and we kissed did they just kind of poof into nothing?" Emma asked.
"They're alive and well. They spend every moment they can together." He showed them flashes of the surgeons' time together, their curse-breaking kiss and many thereafter. Their looks directed toward one another at work, their encouragement of each other, their jealousy of other men and women hitting on them. "Eva is proposing soon. Allison found the ring like she did with her second husband. She's already told Eva about it and told her that she's not nervous or waiting for the other shoe to drop this time."
"They're still people. Happy people." Emma looked to Regina, "I vote we leave them be and just stay here the rest of our lives."
"Your parents—"
"Will just have to get over it."
"Love you far too much to just 'get over it'."

Allison woke up in the middle of the night. She'd just had the most amazing dream. She looked over to see a lazy smile on Eva's face before the brunette opened an eye.
It was as they stared at each other that their gears started churning.
"Did you just dream…?" Eva started.
"About Regina and Emma but actually you and me?"
"Yeah…"
"Yeah!" Allison looked down, "Was your dream sexy?"
"Very sexy."
"Were you wearing a dress that had your boobies on display?"
"Maybe. Were you wearing medieval-esque men's clothes that still showed off your body with a sword around your waist?"
Alison smirked, "Maybe."
"I think we found our Halloween costumes if we ever get Halloween off…"
"I think I need real sex and not dream sex."
Eva raised her brows, "That sounds like the greatest plan ever." She rolled on top of the brunette and linked their left hands, "I wish we could wear these on our fingers all the time." She said as she stared at the engagement rings on their fingers.
"Me too, Babe." Allison sighed as she leaned up and kissed the brunette, focusing her on the task at hand.

"I'm just saying that we need to consult the book or the Genie seeing as he's all-knowing. We had a dream about Allison and Eva. The same dream. It's something to question. What if we're tapping into them and they're tapping into us. What if something happens?" Emma asked as she and Regina walked down the hall for an early morning breakfast a few weeks later.
"Nothing would happen. They would just become aware, dear."
"And in a realm without magic, with two people that save people with science day in and day out, how will their awareness not distract them or make them crazy?"
"Because they're us. They will be fine. They will understand that it's not anything they can control. They will understand that it's not something they should tell anyone about. To them, it will just be them having dreams. Just like us having dreams."
"How do you know? Was there a fine line I didn't see when I read the curse?"
"No, it's just something a magical being comes to understand with time. There are certain unspoken what-ifs that aren't recorded but easily concluded. If you want to ask Genie, he will tell you the same thing…"
Emma gave the brunette a look before walking into the dining room. She stopped dead in her tracks, "Mother?"
There, at the head of the table, sat Snow White herself, sipping coffee and looking over parchment. "Oh good, you're awake."
Emma walked into the room further, Regina at her side, "Mother, how…?"
Snow set her cup down and stood, her hands on the table and a hidden smirk in her eyes, "You really thought you were so sneaky somehow magicking yourself over here every night and back home every morning? You really thought I wouldn't figure it out? Well, thanks to a certain huntsman Regina relieved a week ago, heart and all, I've learned a lot." She picked up the parchment and handed it over to Regina, "Sign this."
"What is it?"
"A peace document between you and this entire realm. I can't have you becoming queen again without verification that you will not intentionally hurt people in our nation or others and you will strive to make this a better place. Fight our evils in this world and all of that." She paused only to usher the two women to sit in front of their still hot plates of food before sitting back down herself, "So, who are Allison and Eva?"
