I'm back bitches. (Please mind my language). So this is gonna skip a little ahead just so you know. Also I may forget little details I made in pervious chapters. So sorry about the wait. Let me know if you guys are still reading and liking this. I do roleplay as Ageha so that was the main reason this slowed down. A lot. Sorrys.
Chapter 12- Delayed Birthday
Rolling out of bed in the crisp and cold morning of December second I ran back to my bed to cuddle in the warmth just a little bit longer. From the hallway I heard other kids getting ready for school and yelling about breakfast. So badly did I want to fall back asleep and dream again, but at last I had to get up. I didn't dislike school. In fact I love it, but the waking up early part did not appeal to me. Especially when I was up all night thinking.
As I walked out the front door of the orphanage two identical faces popped out at me. Falling backwards one swift and suave blond boy caught me. But as swift as he was he was not smooth as silk and dropped me right on the concrete. I looked up felling slightly concussed and muttered, "Boss?"
"Yeah!" He screamed excitedly, "You remembered me!"
"Why would I have—" I stopped mid-sentence. Eying the two twin brothers of mine I realized I hadn't seen them in months. They didn't age much only slight changes and the same when for Tamaki.
"Age-"
"-ha..." They mumbled and help me off the ground.
"Yes Hika-chan, Kao-chan?" I looked at them with my big, bright, green eyes. There golden eyes started to tear a little right in front of the orphanage. More kids started to come outside, but instead of going around they started watching the spectacle.
"We... Were so sorry!" They fell to their knees and started sobbing. "We didn't mean to leave you!" They cried out in perfect unison. Tamaki quickly joined in on the fun and started tearing.
"Me neither!" He cried over dramatically.
"Milord no cares!" Hikaru snapped back and then continued crying.
"We said-"
"-we would come back-"
"-we just thought-"
"-it would be sooner." They stood up and wrapped their arms around me in a right hug. I let out a little tear. I thought that too, that they would be back sooner. Those thoughts off them kept running through my head as the warm summer days turned to cold winter nights. I dreamed about them coming to get me. Pitching myself I realized this was really happening. They, my big brothers had came back for me. I smiled a huge smile.
Breaking the hug they smirked mischievously and said, "You know-"
"-what we heard?" Kaoru finished and kneeled down to me.
"What?!" I asked excitedly.
"We found out-" Hikaru bent down to my level.
"-that December second-"
"-is somebody's..."
They locked their arms together, leaving Tamaki out, and screamed dramatically, "... Birthday!"
I'm sure at this point I had tears in my eyes and I'm sure that the kids who now were watching in lawn chairs were clapping.
"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Ageha. Happy birthday to you!" The three high school boys before me sang out over and over and over again. Though I loved it after a while it became quite annoying.
A small boy with bright blonde hair jumped on top of me pushing me to the ground. "Happy birthday Age-chan!" Honey smiled and Mori helped me up.
"How old are you now?" Haruhi asked now arriving to the scene.
"Uh... 8 years old."
"Is that old enough to be a paying costumer?" Kyoya asked from behind everyone. Haruhi rolled her eyes.
"Kyoya..." Tamaki sighed, "She is family and family gets in free! Like your sister!" Tamaki smiled and poked Kyoya.
I matched his goofy smile and awaited what was in store for this day I've been waiting so long for.
Yeah it's not very long (like one of the shortest chapters I've ever made), but I wanted to lead into a slightly new plot and get this story going again. I will probably wait for a few reviews till writing again just to see if I still got an audience. Anyways sorry guys, and I tried to make this one kinda cute and sad.
