''I was at the boat looking into the binoculars and I saw a boat and the victors are in there!''I shout.
''shit...''I hear him mumble.I go outside.
''REBELS MEETING!''I shout and everyone runs to the campfire.
''What is it?"Clove asks.
''They're victors.I saw them with my binoculars while I was at coast.''I say and everyone but Finnick gasps.
''WE MUST MAKE A HUGE FENCE!''Finnick says and we agree as we start.
2 hours later.
''WE'RE DONE!''I shout and everyone cheers.
The fence is 12 ft high and the entire perimeter,It even has a passcode that only we know so the victors can't come in.
''Dinner!''Amari says and we all gather around the campfire.
