''OK so thats the plan.''Becca says.''Now go change!This will be the best prank ever!"Everyone but me and Finnick leave the cabin to change to what we all refer to operation prank the victors.P.T.V. for short.I change to a black tank top,army pants,my army cardigan and my hunting boots (yeah I know its wierd bringing all this to a cruise but they had army traning there!)Everyone was suppsoe to wear something with camo somehow and if it were a contest,I'd win.

I go outside with Finnick with everyone wearing something that could hide them in the dark,we fill the ballons with paint and grab mini ballons and put them in the paint guns Rory brought. our plan is too paintball the victors,It was Becca's Idea which I thought was perfect.

''Ok guys so we agree that Katniss will give out the signal.''Skylar asks and everyone nods.''Good so everyone be as quiet as you can *cough*Jake*Cough* and don't do anything stupid.*cough*Amari*Cough*.''Amari and Jake glare at Skylar.

''That is true Amari,Jake remember lazer tag last year.''Maddi say and they ,me,Rue,Prim and Clove just stare at them understanding what they mean.

''You guys-''I say and they nod and I make a face at them and everyone starts laughing.(A/N-ITS KATNISS FACE DURING THE ELEVATOR SCENE)

''OMG KAT-KATNISS Y-YOUR FACE ITS PRICELESS!''Skylar says and I glare at them and grab my bows and arrow and load them and everyone shuts up.

''I took a picture,''Annabelle says.''Send it to me.''I say and she nods.

''OK guys its revenge time enough yip yapping.''Maddi says and I'm kinda of in a state of shock because this is the most Maddi would talk in a 's always shy and awkwardly standing is Annabelle.I go up to her.

''Whats up with you huh?''I say.''This the most you talk in a week.''

''Well I need to be social more often.''Maddi says.''I learned that from you.''And I freeze.

''From me?"I ask and she nods.

''Not shy?Bitch when I went to Capitol Academy high,I had no friends,never talked to anyone and always went to the libary during study hall.''I say.''Hell I still do today,I just made Finnick,Prim,rue and Clove didn't come here I'd be in NY reading in the libary.''Maddi laughs.

''All right bitches,time for war.''Clove says and we get out the safe zone and we break apart.I go the tree near the 're near our camp,camping out with a fire and just talking.I have my gun and ballons on me.

I do the four note tune and the Mockingjays and everyone else victors get instantly scared.I hold out three fingers and see my friends have too.

''FIRE!''I yell and hell is all the directions,ballons and paintballs are being shot at them and they're screaming.

By the end they're covered in paint and I silently but quickly go back to camp where everyone is going to there cabins and changing.I go to mine and wear my white PJ pants with red snowflakes and white tank top with red flowers.I undo my braid,Ruffle it,redo the braid and make it look like I was sleeping.I put a blanket over me and put my snoopy slippers I come out,everyone is in PJ's and looks like they've been sleeping.I can still hear the victors shouting and we go out.

''Whats all the-'''Maddi begins but she and all of us start laughing are arse's all look pissed as hell and its just hilarious.

''W-WHAT HAPPENED?"I ask even though I know already.

''Thanks for w-w-waking us u-u-up guys.''Annabelle says.I keep laughing hard that I'm probably red and I go back inside laughing and falling on the floor and everyone else comes in laughing.I'm still laughing so hard tears are running down my face.

''Those REBELS!''I hear Glimmer say and I stop laughing and I get an Idea.I go to Beccas cabin and grab the 1 year old milk she keeps for pranks and poor some in a all comes in to see what I'm doing.I sneak outside and the rebels are looking from the window.I go up a tree thats near Glimmer and poor the milk on her.

''AHHHHHHH MY HAIR!OMG THE BIRDS POOOPED ON ME!''She shouts and runs to the ocean were the victors follow and I run quickly back to camp where everyone is laughing the arse's off again.I go to my cabin and grab a red marker and black color pencil and white blank paper and write/draw something.I come back.

''Hey guys!''I shout and they look at me.

''I found are new group name'I say and show them the colored paper,It says 'The rebels.'All of us are agreeing with the name.

''THE REBELS!"Everyone shouts.

SO guys the name for this group has been THE REBELS!The person who thought of this name is 'I want starbucks'and they will be getting a prize soon but I don't know what it is guys I also have a christmas present but future Katniss and Peeta kinda of ruined it.

Ok guys anyway until Jan.11 you guys can make a character for this series!Your character will have a chance to be in this story or one of the next,the other reason why I'm asking this is that I need tributes for the next story so ITS A GOOD FOR THIS WEEK IF YOU GUYS WANT YOUR CHARACTERS TO BE IN THE HUNGER GAMES THIS WEEK IS FOR so yeah thats all I have to say and if you do participate,Peeta will send virtual !^.^
