"Dean.." Cas started, seemingly confused, "You're back?"
"Uh.. yeah."
"Where's Sam?" he asked.
Dean walked sluggishly over to Cas, "Apparently he and Gabriel were... involved a little bit more then I- why are you smiling like that?"
Cas turned his head away, hiding his sheepish grin. Dean didn't see Cas smile often.. it was just out of character. "I'm not smiling."
"Like hell you're not!" Dean snapped.
"Why would I be smiling?"
"Oh I don't know, but now see, Gabriel, yeah he seems to think that you've got some sort of 'angel hots' for me." he laughed, as if it were a joke, "Like I'd believe that slippery bastard. It's ridiculous. I mean you're practically-"
Dean stared at Cas, who was glaring at his bed sheets. "Cas?"
"If there a problem with me having a certain... affection for you?" Cas turned, looking up at Dean sternly.
He stopped breathing for a second, "Wait... Cas, you're not serious are you?"
Castiel didn't reply, just turned to face the window opposite. "Cas, are you serious?!"
"Shut up Dean." he replied, coldly.
Dean was taken back a bit, Cas didn't get defensive like that often, this was serious. Cas really liked him. "Jesus..." Dean muttered nervously as he rubbed the back of his neck, trying desperately not to look at the angel. "You... I mean..." Dean shook his head, "Really?"
"I said shut up."
"No Cas! This is serious. It's a problem okay? I mean... I like girls." Dean exclaimed nervously.
"I know."
"And... I mean... you're a god damn angel! That's like... the ultimate taboo right?"
"I know."
"I don't even see why you- well... I guess it's the same kinda thing chicks go for but... really it's, it's just weird."
"I know Dean!" Cas yelled, "Please just leave it alone!"
Dean walked briskly up to the angel, "Cas, this is a serious issue."
"It's not an issue to have feelings for you!"
"Yes it is!"
"No it's not!" Castiel practically screamed.
He pulled Dean into him desperately, kissing him with fierce passion. Dean was taken back, not knowing what he should do right then. Cas's lips were softer then he wouldn't thought, and he tasted sweet. Without really thinking, he started responding, probably more accustomed to a kissing routine then he'd like to admit. Dean rested his hands on Castiel's hips, gently tugging at his coat as the kiss lengthened.
It wasn't until Cas drew back that Dean snapped out of his little trance. The angel stared at him, his eyes spilling over with confusion. "You... kissed back?"
"I guess I did." Dean replied, just as surprised by this as Castiel.
"You guess?"
"I mean, I didn't really know I was doing it..."
"Oh..." Cas hung his head slowly.
Dean watched as the angel's face flushed a light red. Cas was blushing? He wanted to kick himself. He couldn't believe he actually thought it was cute.
