Tried something a little different here. To explain, the italics are Tifa's retrospective thoughts, i.e. her thoughts when looking back at the events not her thoughts during them. Hope that helps.

The first time she met the boy ...Sora... she'd been looking for Cloud ...like always...
She'd been unable to find him recently, arriving when he'd just left or in the wrong place ...usually the other way round...
She couldn't work out why ...never been a genius...
The first time she'd left limbo, she'd not found Cloud, but since he'd started to believe in her it had been easy to find him ...for once...
It was like something was keeping them apart ...someone...
And it was driving her crazy ...well... crazier...
So she took out her frustrations on the wall ...long time since her knuckles had looked like that...
It was almost worth it to see the boy's ...Sora's... eyes widen enough to fall out of his head ...reminded her of Yuffie...
The next time she'd met him ..and the duck and the... other thing... she was fighting desperately against Heartless to reach Cloud ..so close...
Despite not truly existing, it seemed Heartless found her corporeal enough to chew on ...who knew...?
The boy ...Sora... gave her a hand but not quickly enough; she faded away before she could find Cloud ...typical...
She wasn't sure why so was quite so desperate to find Cloud ...not the obvious reason...
It felt like... something was going horribly wrong ...didn't it always...?
And it was all her fault ...figures...
