Skater Girls And Playboys
Chapter Nine
Pp1147: Hey! I realize I haven't writing about them in the classes, so here goes!
Kankuro: Pp1147 doesn't own Naruto.
Ino sighed as she sat down at her assigned seat. 'Stupid Shizune, sitting me so far away from the girls!' 'At least we get to sit next to a hot guy!' 'EWW! What is WRONG with you?!' She glanced at the sleeping form seated next to her. She mentally gagged at her inner's thoughts. Who in their right mind would ever think Shikamaru was hot?! Gross.
'You gotta admit, he is pretty good looking.'
Ino rolled her eyes. She watched in amusement as Shizune marched over to their table and slammed her fist next to the sleeping boy's pineapple-shaped head. She rarely got angry, so this was a surprise.
Shikamaru's head shot up. "I didn't do it, Naruto did!"
"HEY!" An obnoxious voice came from the back of the class.
Shizune crossed her arms and looked at the boy expectantly. "Mr. Nara, would care to repeat what I just explained?"
"Uh, not really. I just wanna sleep." Shikamaru stated lazily before yawning.
Shizune glared at the young Nara. "Do you even know what we're talking about?"
"Of course he does! Shika-kun knows everything!" A girl with green hair yelled.
"Silence, Satsuki!" Shizune snapped at the girl.
Said girl shrank down in her seat. "Yes Shizune-sensei," she whispered quietly.
"We're talking about what to do if a teammate is poisoned." Shikamaru responded as he quickly scanned the chalkboard.
Shizune looked at the boy before nodding reluctantly. "Right." She sighed.
"See?! He knows everything!" Satsuki claimed once again.
"Yeah, like how to read," Ino mumbled under her breath.
"Satsuki!" Shizune snapped, "One more word and you will be visiting Tsunade-sama!"
The girl quickly shut her mouth and nodded meekly.
Ino inwardly cackled. 'Serves that bi- witch right! Saying my hair looks like a mop. Pssh...! Has she SEEN her hair?!' 'Yeah! Fangirling over MY Shika-kun!'
'Will you STOP! He is NOT ours, and don't call him 'Shika-kun'! It's gross, and just wrong.'
'Psshh. You know you wanna call him Shika-kun!'
"SHUT UP!"
Ino blinked as she realized she had said that out loud, and everybody was staring at her.
"Is something the matter, Ino?" Shizune asked curiously.
"Uh, of course not! Why would you would think that?" Ino replied nervously. This was soooo awkward.
"'Cuz you just yelled out 'SHUT UP!', you freak!" Satsuki exclaimed, pointing a finger at her.
"Who are you calling a freak?! You're the one with a bush growing out of your head!" Ino glared at the girl.
Satsuki gasped dramatically, "How dare you! My hair is way better than yours!"
Ino scoffed, "You wish! Mine's way better."
"Shika-kun, tell her she's wrong!" Satsuki whined as she latched herself onto his arm.
Ino blew up. "Shikamaru has nothing to do with this!" She yelled as she threw her arms in the air.
Satsuki pouted, "As Shikamaru's number one fangirl, I have the power to bring him into any of my conversations. Ahem. Omg! Shika-kun's just soooo dreamy and sexy! With his soft hair and buff bo-"
"Shut up already! Why can't you ever just be quiet! I don't wanna hear about Sikamaru!" Ino huffed.
"SILENCE!" Shizune roared.
Everybody cowered in their seats as they watched Shizune shake her fist at the two girls. "One more word out of either of you, and I swear I'm going to-"
'RRRRRIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!'
Ino quickly grabbed her stuff and ran out of the class, skateboard in hand. She didn't want to risk getting her baby taken away.
As she ran down the halls to her one-way ticket to freedom, she noticed a bright pink flyers.
Everywhere.
She felt her eye twitch furiously. Pink wasn't exactly her favorite color; pink was more of Sakura's color. And she saw Sakura 24/7.
She ripped one of the flyers off the wall and stared down at it, hoping she wouldn't go blind.
Not sure how to tell someone how you feel at the Valentine's Dance? Serenade them! During the dance, just hop on stage, pick a song and tell the DJ, sing, and BAM! Problem solved! We hope to see you there singing!
Ino raised an eyebrow. 'Singing?' Ino's eyes lit up as she came up with a brilliant idea. 'You thinking what I'm thinking?' 'Ohhhh! Me likey this idea! Hehehe...'
Ino started to run to the exit, all the while waving the bright pink flyer in the air.
Akira sighed as she and Gaara walked toward the exit. "I hate Monday." She grumbled as she twirled a kunai on her right index finger.
Gaara nodded in response. He raised an eyebrow as the girl's eyes became glazed over. He snapped his fingers in front of her face.
Akira blinked. "Huh? Oh, sorry. I was just thinking about..." She trailed off, frowning slightly.
Gaara sighed. "Do you need help setting everything up?"
She shook he head, "No, it's okay. Momi-chan and I have got it all under control!" She finished with a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes, Gaara noted.
"Besides," she continued, facing the redhead, "we alre-oomf!" Akira backed up as she looked up at the person she had bumped into.
"Watch where you're going, freak." The girl stated coldly. She looked over to Akira's companion and face noticeably brightened. "Gaara-kun!" She latched herself onto the boy's arm.
Gaara shrugged the girl off, "Get off me."
Akira just stood there, not comprehending anything that had just happened as she took a step back from the fangirl.
"Y-You're..." Akira stumbled back and fell, only to have Gaara catch her from behind.
The girl smirked. "Hm?"
Gaara looked at the girl in his arms worriedly. "Akira?"
Akira didn't seem to hear him as she stared the girl in the eyes.
Her cold, coal-black eyes.
"G-Gaara, l-let's go," Akira said, quickly walking away from the girl.
"Come on, Gaara-kun. Why don't you stay with me instead of that whore," the girl said sweetly.
"Shut up you slut," Gaara spat before running after Akira, who was almost out the door.
The girl glared at his retreating figure. "You will be mine, Gaara. And if that means getting rid of that whore, then so be it. I get what I want, one way or another."
"Akira! Over here!" Ino waved over the girl who had just exited the building, using the bright pink flyer as some sort of beacon.
Ino, Sakura, Tenten, and Hinata watched as Akira started heading over to them, only to be stopped by Gaara.
They all looked at each other before turning their attention back to the two teens.
"I bet he's asking her to the dance!" Ino squealed as she squinted her eyes, trying to read their lips.
They watched as Gaara asked Akira something and pointed at the door. She shook her head and looked away from him. They watched as his ips moved. She pointed at the door and threw her hands in the air before saying something to him. His eyes widened, then narrowed. He turned around and started heading back in, but she stopped him. She said something to him that caused him to reluctantly turn back to her and say something. She nodded with a smile before saying good-bye. He bid her good-bye before walking away.
"I don't think he asked her to the dance..." Tenten said.
Ino huffed. "He'll ask her eventually. So, do you guys like the plan?"
The three girls nodded eagerly. "Yes!"
"What plan?" Akira asked, jogging over.
Ino grinned and excitedly began to explain her 'genius plan'.
"But we need somebody to complete the plan..." Ino trailed off, looking straight at the black-eyed girl.
"Who?" She questioned, obviously not getting what she was implying.
Hinata sighed. "YOU!"
Akira's eyes widened. 'Dear Kami-sama, please help me!'
Pp1147: What do you think Ino's plan is? Who did Akira bump into? What were Gaara and Akira talking about? Why does Ino need Akira for her master plan to work?
Okay, so, technically speaking, Shikamaru was in this chapter...just not how I exactly planned...
Ehehehe...
