Raven looked at the clock it read 8:35 pm in fifteen minutes her shift would be over she really wanted to get back home and finish her plans for the weekend.

"Hey Raven." one of her co-worker handed her a tray with two metal pints filled with honey mead and pointed to the two gentlemen in the far right corner over the large room Raven made her way to the table out spilling a drop on her dark green dress shirt and black pants "two honey mead." the gentlemen to the left nodded Raven glanced at then as she put the drink down they both wore the same dark color trench coat and hats that covered their faces
they thanked her for their drinks and they continued their conversation as if she had not been there when she got back behind the bar to get other tray of drinks she looked at the two men one pointed at one of the other table.
she turned her head to see what the men were staring at a group of mid twenty men all wearing black jackets in the back corner boot talking quietly then busting laughing their laughter sounded like the sound of hissing snakes Raven guessed there were buzz or drunk as she passed then to get back to the bar after delivering several drinks to another table "well I'm off." as she got her back pack her co-worker nodded and said good-bye as she place her hand on the door handle she felt a the hair on the back of the neck stand up she glanced over her shoulder but nothing seamed wrong she shook head Raven stop being so paranoid

the subway ride was uneventful as she listened to her music on her iPod she was ready to go to the mid-light festival then the phantom would make another presence.
Raven started this phantom gig about four months ago going to music or art festival and played on her violin her trademark was a simple leather mask of silver that covered her face excepted her mouth and chin keeping her identity anonymous because she did want to deal with someone staking her. she got enough people trying and mostly failing to flirt her where she worked she just wanted to back home
that her and her friends shared together or the cabin as they called it because the woods that were right outside it the house was sold to Blade five ago by an elderly couple, then Blade invited Rose and Jade Raven to live with her and help with paying for bills the place, and the house was a half a mile away from the busy part of city, but closes enough that they did have to worry about something bad happening to them.

Raven lock the door behind her, and put her back pack in the closet to the left of the entry way, and put her iPod and headphone in her pocket and walked in the livening room "Hey Reyna how was work?" Raven looked to find the voice to see Jade and Rose in blouses and sweat pants on the couch with a huge bowl of popcorn in the middle of them and the TV was on, but nothing was playing "it was good Jade" Raven replied

"we are going to stay up and watch all three special editions of the hobbit wanna join?" Jade asked Raven shook her head "no thanks good night you two. "Nigh." Jade said over her shoulder "Don't let the bed bug bite" Rose teases Jade light pat Rose arm Raven smiled as she left for the shower

Raven wasn't much of a LOTR fan herself although she had read the lord of rings once in middle school for home work and ever touched it again Raven never saw the movies she just wanted to wait and if there was a possibility if a simerelion movie was going to happen, and then she would watch the LOTR and the hobbit trilogy, but she over heard Rose and Jade take about LOTR, but she usually forgot about it

She wash her hair in the tube in the master bathroom and temporary dye her hair to dark night blue after she got out set everything out for the concert tomorrow afternoon then made her way to the garage was big enough to store a small car and one motorcycle easily.
Blade was a wearing dirty a gray t-shirt and faded blue jeans that hung a little loses on her hips and gray loafer with a dark green bandanna on her head to prevent oil getting her hair

"so how Quest doing?" Raven patted the handle of the used 2011 Harley Davidson sport bike with neon green and orange strips make the bike easier to stop on rode at night Blade look up from the other side her green eyes lighting up to see her friend"
so far quest is good I found one of the breaks to the wheel was very worn, if I need to break fast in would most likely would have losing control." Raven shudder at the thought of Blades going head over heel on bike and her back being cover in blood.
Blade saw that it made Raven uncomfortable so she changed the conversation"I see you temporary changed your hair color again have another concert again?" Raven nodded smiled "yeah dark blue it worked with the costume silver dress picked out for the weekend I need to keep my identity a secret.' she felt a cold trimmer go her spine the second time in one day why did I did that the second time I have had a bad feeling why? she was starting to get concerned about this feeling that something bad was going to happen

"Raven you ok?" Raven stone eyes look in to Blades green she saw concern in Blades eyes Raven was tempted not to tell her, but Blade was one out of three people that she put her complete trust in Raven lightly sigh"nothing ready." she shrugged her shoulders "I just had a bad feeling just before I left work like someone was watching me" Blade razed an eyebrow "kid you are in a bar filled with people trying to drown their sorrows or celebrating on whatever life decided to throw at them and their common sense is usually ejected out the side passer window." Raven smirked she had her share of breaking up a fight whether in with fist or with words they talked about movies that we're coming out in theaters soon they talked for a while till Blades finished tuning up and changing the oil on quest "well see you later Raven" Blade left for the bathroom "night sis." "Night Al."

Raven change in to a dark green blouse and black heavy sweat pants sock and dark purple slipper booties Raven pulled her iPod from pants pocket and fell asleep listen to some relaxing nature music.

Raven woke up some time in the middle of night sleep still forged her mind then the smell of burning wood filled her senses her snapped opened what smoke, oh shit fire!

Raven bolted up right sleep complete gone and replaced with fear Raven did a once over the room the fire wasn't in the room and ran to the door after lightly pressed the door handle with her fingers when her finger remains cooled she left the room the heat blasted her in the face she cover her mouth and nose with her forearm

the black smoke-filled her lungs making her cough her eyes began to sting as her heart beat faster as she ran and made a sharp turn to the left and bust threw the door to Blade room she looked at the bed it was empty but the window was open broken relief wash over her that Blade made it outside then she ran back out to the hall way then left to Jade room she was not there ether Raven jumped when something moved past the window

"Ria!" Some called out Raven turn on her heals and jogging back down the hallway "where are you!?" their voice sound closer than before Raven recognized the voice Rose "I'm here" she rasped making her bend coughing Rose grab her hand jerking her forward "come on!" Rose lead her into the living room where the inferno was they pressed up against the wall Raven stood still for a moment her mind still not think that is was real but seeing the fire brought everything to center
"Run!" Rose yelled pulling her in front of her it snapped Raven out of her trance and ran again Rose on her heels then they burst front door the night air was heaven to their lungs as Raven ran ahead of her friend gaining some distant between them a light wind made Raven skin crawl with the change sudden change of temperature there was a fog over the street making hard to as she ran towards the road then she trip over something make her lose her balances

Raven heard the smack as the side of her head exploded in pain she looked over her shoulder to see what she tripped on it was still dark but the light of fire of the cabin reveled a figure on a person laying on the ground in a dark puddle liquid with two small wooden shafts protruding from their back the person was not moving Raven stared a bit longer than her eyes when wide and all color drained from her face when she recognize the person on the ground was Jade.

Raven could not believe what her eyes were seeing she scrabbled to her feet and back a then someone grabbed shoulder and jerked with enough force to knocking her off her feet and sent her flying Raven manged to tuck in her chin be for the ground she felt the gravel rock dig in to her back tears pricked her eyes she closed her eyes trying to stop the beating drum in her head then she felt presser on her waist Raven eyes flew open and saw the person stranding her waist the person was bare chested his skin was tan but very pale like he spent very little time in the sun a misshapen face covered with scares and sharp like feline but jagged like a shark and his were one blue one gold filled with a cold rage she had thought she had seen something like it before but she couldn't think fear over ride everything Raven struggled to him knock off and clawing at him with her bare hands but he just smirked as if it was amusing to see his prey struggle he bared his teeth leaden
down snarled in her face make all most gag making her with his breath that smelt of rioting meat then stooed back up forward at her batting way one of her hands with his right while his other hand wrapped around her neck cutting off her air supplies Raven fought with all her strength to break the monster hold on her neck but it was no use

the knife was cold agent her skin Raven did stop the scream of pain that escaped her mouth then it blade move to her left armpit suddenly as something slammed the monster off of her Raven gasped in the air several times before she could breathe normal again she applied pressure on the cut

"Get the fuck away from her, You orc scumbag!" Blade snarled in anger dripping rage Raven had heard her cuss but it was usually in another language Raven snapped her head to see they circle each other the orc made the first move lunged at her with the knife Blade side-stepped swung her fist to his face making a crack when they connected then the orc slashed and missed again as Blade round house kicked him gut the orc grunted in pain Raven lift up the top pair of her body never breaking contact with blade
when the orc made another pass at her with his sword Blade manged to disarm and impaled him with his own sword blood sprayed on Blade but she was unfazed by it but Blade didn't notices another orcs in mist as one sneak behind her and lifted his sword "behind you!" Raven screamed

but it was too late then the world went very slow as the other orc slash down Blade arching her back as the sword cut her back like a scalpel to skin Blade eyes went wide then her face scrunched up in pain and she cried out in pain the sound was dagger to her heart she heard a scream Raven didn't even realizing that she was the one who making the noise till she felt her throat go raw like she swallow glass as tears porwed bown her cheeks the orc tiled his head back

"tli zkem wahkir ari mo nori!" the orc bellowed screech echoed in the distances oh god their more of them then another orc came in to view ad was dragging a body with one hand orc gave her a wicked smile seeing that she was live "you lead us here" he hissed in glee and threw the body next to Blades it was Rose oh god no pleases no. Raven pleaded

a battle cry and the orc stared fighting again the sound made her head feel like splitting two she saw someone in a trench coat fighting the orc and killing them she recognized the man from the forest glass she didn't know why he was their but she was grateful but the orc's words came back to her sunk in and costume her with guilt as she crawled to her fallen friends she tried to stand but she stumbled back to the ground after a few steps landing only mere inch from touching her friend hand with her own she tried to move again but her body feint numb

but she needed to tell her friend they was sorry for all of this she tried to open her mouth

her eyelid felt so heavy I can't leave like this pleases I don't want to go pleases...

"tuwern Arda!" someone yelled everything went white then faded to blackness.

Phew over 2,500 words but I did it Yea!
