Hey there, everyone! This is SuperHeroTimeFan returning once again! I am back and with another new chapter of the best story I have written so far, Path of the Padawan! I would like to thank The Christian Jedi, KrautYank, JacklyinKarst, RozenMaiden7, Logan GC, Ocnarf, and all of the Guests for loving and reading my story so much! It means so much to me. Thank you! Now, before I start my next chapter, I'd like to answer everyone's questions. First, we have Ocnarf. I understand that you would like to have all of your incredible ideas, but unfortunately, I'm only focusing on this plot. Sorry. Also, I can't just add in some other media into my crossover story because I am only focusing on having two shows crossing over. So, if it would save you the trouble, please stop asking these numerous suggestions. Okay, now that I've answered everyone's questions, I'd like to start my new chapter! By the way, the last chapter was an original idea incorporated by me. I couldn't have done this chapter without the help of The Christian Jedi. Give him a round of applause, everyone! Chapter 12: Youthful Transformations
Bialya February 9th 2249 hours UTC
The Terror Titans had been training against each other for the past week, ever since they brutally took down the Team. Sylas, Striker, Syrena and Black Widow, as well as the new recruits, Slick, Nuvo Vindi, and Whorm Loathsom all watched as the newly born Titans fought without rest. Throughout the week, the Terrors had been training nonstop, never bothering to take any rests once in a while. Barriss chuckled as she looked over to Sylas. "The Symbio Enhancer really did good work on me." Black Widow stated. The head of ORDER grinned. "In time, you will learn to harness the Enhancer's special powers and be able to take down Ahsoka. For now, you are to maintain a low cover until those powers are mastered." Sylas ordered. "Am I clear?" he added on. Black Widow nodded as she sent a high-pitched whistle to the Terror Titans. Immediately, the Titans ceased battle and looked up to the balcony the four heads of ORDER were standing on.
Sylas grinned as he levitated himself down to the Terror Titans. "For the past week, you all have been progressing fairly well. I give you my best regards." Sylas stated to the Terrors. All the Titans performed a silent Zogist salute and smiled sinisterly. Sylas smirked and then turned around. "However, if we are to still keep an advantage over the Justice League and their Team, you are to become stalkers on their lives." Sylas added on. Barriss groaned at the balcony and let her wings grow out from her back. With that, she flew down to where the Terror Titans were. As the Terrors looked to their leader, Barriss pulled out eight cards and threw them to the Titans. Each of the Titans caught a respective card and read them. "These people are the aliases of the Team." Barriss explained. Sylas chuckled and walked towards them. "Your small mission is simple. You are to attend their schools, stalk on them to find out their next move, and do anything it takes to destroy them from the inside out." Sylas ordered. "Yes, Sir!" the Terror Titans affirmatively yelled. Sylas looked to them and cackled into the night.
Happy Harbor High February 10th 0816 hours EST
As Ahsoka, M'gann, Connor and Lux all sat in their seats to await the class instructions, Snapper Carr walked up to the front of the class. "Class, before we get started, I would like to introduce two new students." The homeroom teacher announced. Most of the class started to get excited, M'gann and Ahsoka especially. Snapper Carr cleared his throat as he gestured his hand to the board. "Let me introduce to you Summer Sullivan and Kevin Cullen." Snapper introduced. At that moment, Ahsoka, M'gann, Connor and Lux's eyes started to widen with shock. The new students happened to be Silver Martian and Ultraboy, from the Terror Titans themselves! Summer immediately looked at M'gann straight in the eyes as Kevin sent a Kubrick stare at Connor. Both heroes started to cringe in fear. "I wish for them both to have a wonderful school year." Snapper wrapped up. The class nodded in agreement, but M'gann and Connor just remained silent.
Later on at lunch, Ahsoka and Lux went to sit over with M'gann and Connor. "How's it–" Ahsoka started out, but M'gann covered her mouth shut. Ahsoka and Lux looked around as they soon saw Silver Martian and Ultraboy sitting at a table nearby. Connor looked around and then took out a sheet of paper and a pencil. Ahsoka nodded as she wrote something down on the sheet before handing it to M'gann. M'gann looked to the paper and then wrote something back. Ahsoka looked to the paper and read it mentally. "We are in deep trouble." The paper said. Lux nodded as Connor took out his cellphone, as well as M'gann. Both of them texted something on their cells, in which responses came soon enough. Robin sent a text saying, "FALCN HRE N SCOL, SOS." M'gann silently gasped at this, as Connor received a text from Artemis. It said, "PRO1ER 15 STLKNG ME, HLP!" Ahsoka's eyes widened with shock as she took out her own cellphone and looked at a text from Zatanna. "XANA2 15 AT MY SK00L, HLP ME!" her text said. M'gann saw another text from Wally saying, "T3RROR TITN AT MY SKUL; SOS!" Throughout the whole time, the four received text messages coming from every member of the Team. For once, the four teens were silent for the whole school day.
Mount Justice 1521 hours
Recognized Miss Martian B-0-5, Superboy B-0-4 Ahsoka Tano B-1-1 Rebel B-1-2 the female computer voice announced as the four teens entered the Cave. They were all panting and sweating with nervousness as they entered. When they looked up, they could see the rest of the Team with similar expressions. "Your evil twins were stalking you too, huh?" M'gann asked. Rocket nodded. "That Enola girl wouldn't stop following me! Even when I tried to use a water fountain or the restroom, she would still stalk me around! I had to lose her at the boy's restroom!" Raquel complained. Robin gulped as he stepped up. "Do you really think you've got it hard? Falcon has been keeping his eye on me all day!" the Boy Wonder stated. Artemis cleared her throat as she pushed aside Robin. "Hello! Prowler kept following me around… all day! Nothing can get creepier than that!" the archer stated.
Zatanna stepped up and clenched her fist. "Every time I see Xanadu, she always seems to be controlling me!" she yelled. The Team looked to the mage with surprise as Zatanna all of a sudden fell to the ground and crutched her body in pain as she soon started to hyperventilate anxiously. "What is it?" Aqualad asked. Zatanna moaned as she began to clutch her head. "It's her! It's Xanadu!" she yelled. Ahsoka gasped as Zatanna began to scream in uncontrollable and unending pain.
New York 1523 hours
Xanadu chuckled as she started to toy around with the Zatanna voodoo doll. "With my ways of dealing with the Team, Zatanna will be finished!" she stated evilly. She continued to poke at Zatanna's body as she knew that Zatanna would be in terrible pain right now.
At the Cave, Zatanna continued to scream. Ahsoka looked in worriment as Zatanna's pain just wouldn't stop. As Zatanna let out a mighty shriek, she fell into unconsciousness. The Team looked down to her body as they all heard Zatanna sob. "The Terror Titans must be stopped!" Robin exclaimed. The rest of the Team nodded affirmatively.
Just then, Batman, Captain Marvel, Doctor Fate, Superman and Black Canary entered the room. Superboy walked over to Black Canary with the unconscious Zatanna in his hands. "Take her to the infirmary." Connor ordered. Black Canary's eyes widened as she looked to Zatanna and nodded. Batman looked to the Team with a blank but stern expression on his face. "The Justice League is still trying to find out everything we can about ORDER, but your priorities come first. Start training." The Dark Knight ordered. The rest of the Team nodded as Ahsoka sighed. "I… need to take a walk." She stated. Batman nodded as Ahsoka left the room. Behind her, Captain Marvel smiled as he decided to follow her. Wally was about to train with Artemis until he noticed what the captain was doing. "Where are you going?" the speedster asked. Captain Marvel chuckled excitedly as he pointed to Ahsoka. "I've always wanted to meet her!" Billy stated. Wally and Artemis both nodded slowly as the eccentric captain went to follow Ahsoka. Robin looked to the rest of the Team with a lifted eyebrow. "Did any of us happen to tell Ahsoka that the great Captain Marvel is actually a ten-year-old?" he asked. The Team just shrugged as they started their training.
Ahsoka walked throughout every hall of Mount Justice as she started to think to herself. Why are all these strange things happening? Is it all because I arrived here? She asked herself mentally. Ahsoka sighed and thought back to how M'gann was nearly killed by a fire just because the Light wanted the Ex-Jedi herself. She also thought to when the Terror Titans first attacked them a week ago, and they were being led by Barriss of all people! Ahsoka started to mumble as she continued to pace up and down the halls.
Just then, she heard someone run up to her. Ahsoka immediately stopped and readied her hand to reach for a lightsaber. As the footsteps drew nearer, Ahsoka started to sweat with anxiousness. Before she could activate a single lightsaber, Ahsoka faltered to see who was there. It was Captain Marvel! Ahsoka sighed and calmed herself down. "Captain, with all due respect, I really need a break, so please go back to the Team." She politely said, turning away to continue her walk. The eccentric captain gulped and started to pull on his collar. "I just wanted to let you know that it is an honor to be meeting someone like you!" he stated. Ahsoka raised an eyebrow and scoffed. "Shouldn't I be saying that to you?" she asked, but the captain went on. "How do you get your powers?" he asked. Ahsoka raised her eyebrow again as she continued to walk. "The Force surrounds everyone, so I gain my powers from my surroundings." Ahsoka explained. "Ah, cool! I get my powers from gods!" Marvel stated. Ahsoka sighed and tried to walk away, but she could always hear Captain Marvel gain on her. "What's it like to be on Earth? Do you have a magical potential? Hey, can I get your–" But before Marvel could go on, Ahsoka finally snapped. "NO… questions… please!" she nearly yelled, remembering that she was talking to a member of the Justice League. Billy sighed and nodded. "Okay, so I'll be quite now. You won't even notice I'm here. I'll be as silent as a–" Ahsoka looked to the captain with daggers from her eyes as the Captain happily shut up. Ahsoka sighed and looked aside. This guy is just so obnoxious. Ahsoka told herself mentally.
Meanwhile, Dinah watched Zatanna sleep as she rested in the infirmary. Black Canary then started to notice Zatanna moan lightly and twitch. Canary placed her hand on the mage's shoulder and shushed. "Everything will be alright, Zatanna." The training instructor assured her. Zatanna took no notice as she continued to moan and groan.
Zatanna walked around Roanoke Island with much nervousness. The place was in flames, and she could hardly breathe. "Is anyone there?" she yelled out in a scared voice. Just then, she heard a sinister cackle. Zatanna turned around and saw Xanadu! "Get out of my head, please! I've had enough! I won't interfere with you, so please stop!" Zatanna begged, but the evil witch nodded no. "I WILL make you break eventually. After that, you'll be nothing!" Xanadu stated. Zatanna panted nervously as she unsheathed her wand. "Erif nrub nordluac elbub!" she cast. "Llik no thgis!" Xanadu cast back. Both spells clashed with each other in thin air as Zatanna started to growl. "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but you will never hurt me!" she yelled. With that, Zatanna threw back her evil clone and the fire ceased.
Zatanna woke up with a start as she looked around. Black Canary was there, looking after her. The mage panted as she placed a hand to her head. "I was able to drive back Xanadu for a while, but I'll soon be back in her grasp." She informed the training instructor. Dinah sighed and hugged Zatanna. "Everything will be alright, Zatanna, I promise." She assured her. Zatanna smiled, but soon frowned when she started to think of Xanadu again. "She'll be back." Zatanna said to herself out loud.
Meanwhile, Xanadu started to cackle. "You've grown powerful, Zatanna Zatara!" Xanadu exclaimed with madness. She looked down to the voodoo doll, which was now blank. The evil clone smirked and chuckled. "Soon, you will serve me." Xanadu exclaimed as she put the doll into her pocket and flew away. She laughed into the skies as she started to take her leave.
Later, after the Team had finished training, Batman called them all down for a mission. As Lux approached the room, he looked around. "Where's Ahsoka?" he asked. Just then, as if his question was answered, Ahsoka ran back into the room and panted. "What's wrong, girl?" Raquel asked as Ahsoka stopped to catch her breath. "Captain Marvel… is getting on my last nerves!" she stated angrily. The Team looked to the Ex-Jedi with concern as Ahsoka sighed and took a rest. "Just like Jar-Jar?" the Senator asked. Ahsoka nodded. "Just like Jar-Jar." She repeated. Before anyone could ask them anything, Batman cleared his throat, catching the Team's attention. "League surveillance has caught footage of Klarion attacking Britain." The Dark Knight reported. Ahsoka scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Klarion again? Why can't we just kill the Sleemo and live some happy lives?" she asked exasperatingly. Batman looked to the Togrutan and sent a BatGlare. "The League does not take lightly to death, even if it is of an enemy." The Dark Knight stated. Ahsoka scoffed once again. "Oh, gee, you're welcome for suggesting something to make everyone happy, Bats." Ahsoka snippily commented. Some of the Team started to smirk at the comment while Batman continued to tell the Team of the situation. "Considering how strong Klarion is; the League and the Team are to perform this task together." Everyone's eyes, with the exception of Ahsoka and Lux, all widened with shock. "Does this mean another team-up?" Kid Flash asked. Robin and Artemis smirked as they looked to the speedster. "You'll take part in it this time." Artemis stated.
Just then, Zatanna walked into the room, much to everyone's surprise. "Are you okay?!" Robin asked concernedly. Zatanna sighed and looked to her boyfriend. "I was able to get Xanadu out of my head, so I should be fine for now." She stated. Batman nodded at the Team. "Let's get going, then." He ordered. The Team nodded as they all headed to their ships. As Ahsoka was about to make haste, she came face-to-face with Captain Marvel. "Hi there." Marvel happily greeted. Ahsoka looked to him deadpan and said, "Afternoon." With that, she set off, but not without Marvel in tow. Ahsoka sensed this and groaned mentally. There is something strange about that man. I don't know what, but he is really starting to annoy me! Ahsoka thought to herself as she walked over to the Tano. Before Captain Marvel could board, Ahsoka stopped him. "There's a two-person limit, sorry." She lied politely. The Captain shrugged it off after Ahsoka walked into the ship and flew over to the Bioship. With that, the Team and the League were off.
Great Britain 1600 hours UTC
The Team arrived in their ships and looked around at the city below with deep shock. Some sort of demon-like creatures were rampaging and attacking several citizens. Rocket looked up and pointed to a giant clock tower. "They're attacking Big Ben!" she stated. Ahsoka and Lux looked up and gazed at the giant tower. "That's a tower, not a person." Lux stated. Robin stammered and furrowed his brow. "No, Big Ben is the name of a–" Robin began, but sighed in surrender. "Ah, forget it." He exclaimed. Ahsoka looked down and saw more monsters attacking. "What's our plan of attack, Big Bat?" she snippily asked Batman, who was in the Bat Plane. "We attack in groups to take down the monsters. Some of us will hold them off while the rest try to find Klarion." The Dark Knight ordered. "Ahsoka and Rebel, you're with Captain Marvel." Batman added on. Ahsoka groaned softly as Captain Marvel uttered a 'yes!" All Ahsoka could do was sigh.
As the three ships landed on the ground, Robin went to Batman as the rest of the Team went with their mentors. Zatanna looked to Doctor Fate and scoffed before running towards Ahsoka, Rebel and Captain Marvel. Superman looked to everyone and nodded. "Let's go!" he yelled. The rest of the Team affirmatively nodded and followed their mentors into battle. Ahsoka and Rebel unsheathed their weapons as Marvel and Zatanna got into fighting stances. Ahsoka activated her blue and green lightsabers as Lux shot at several of the demons attacking the citizens. The group then charged into the fray, preparing to take them down.
Captain Marvel sent a punch towards two Minotaur before flying into the air to kick away some more demons. Ahsoka and Lux fought back to back as the two defended each other from harm. "This is like Onderon all over again!" Ahsoka yelled. Lux looked back to her and scoffed slightly. "You and I remember Onderon very differently." The Senator replied back. Ahsoka chuckled as she looked over to Zatanna. The mage was having a hard time holding her own against the creatures. Ahsoka looked back to Lux. "Keep them busy!" she ordered. Rebel nodded as Ahsoka went to Zatanna's aid. She blasted Force Lightning at several demons before Zatanna weakly unleashed a large amount of energy towards some more. She panted for a bit and then fell flat to the ground. Ahsoka backed towards her and slashed at the demons, keeping them ad bay. "Zatanna! Zatanna, are you alright?" she asked anxiously. Zatanna rubbed the back of her head and weakly nodded. "Yeah, I just wish I could have a break from fighting Xanadu." She stated. Ahsoka sighed and helped the magician up to her feet. "We have a job to do! Xanadu's next! Right now, we take down these guys!" Ahsoka exclaimed. Zatanna nodded as they both lit up their hands with lightning. Ahsoka jumped into the air with Zatanna following her as the two girls flew into the crowd.
Ahsoka charged herself up with energy and yelled as she destroyed several creatures. Zatanna did the same as she managed to blast them all away with one shot. As Lux and Captain Marvel went back to back with each other, Ahsoka stopped battling and placed a finger to her head. After a while, she unleashed a Force Repulse to knock away the demons and gasped. "It's a diversion!" she stated to her team. The other three looked to Ahsoka as she pointed towards Stonehenge. "Klarion is there, using his demons as distractions to keep us away from his real goal!" Ahsoka exclaimed. "Let's go!" Captain Marvel yelled.
At Stonehenge, Klarion stroked his cat, Teekl while he, Wotan and Felix Faust performed a ritual. "Merlin's Staff will soon be ours, boys!" Klarion proclaimed to the sorcerers. While they all chuckled with delight, a sudden surge of lightning came from the sky. "What is happening?!" Klarion demanded as the lightning headed down to the ground. "Look!" Wotan yelled, pointing behind Klarion. Klarion turned around and saw Ahsoka and Zatanna take a step back while charging up their fists with lightning. Simultaneously, the two girls lunged forwards and blasted an electrical attack at Wotan and Faust. "How did you know?!" the Lord of Chaos demanded. Ahsoka scoffed. "When you're a Jedi, you always know when something is amiss, Witch-Boy." Ahsoka quipped. Captain Marvel and Rebel arrived just in time to see what happened next.
Klarion scoffed as he extended his hand back. To everyone's surprise, Merlin's Staff emerged from under the ground and flew into the sorcerer's hands. "Let's see just how tough you are without power, Jedi!" Klarion spat. Ahsoka gasped and looked to Zatanna. Klarion chuckled as he pointed the staff towards Ahsoka, but then redirected it to the young magician and blasted. Ahsoka gasped and pushed Zatanna out of the way. Zatanna watched as Ahsoka stood in her place and spread her arms out wide. Klarion cackled with delight as the blast neared the Ex-Jedi. Ahsoka closed her eyes and braced for impact. Captain Marvel looked at the scene with shock as he flew into the fray. As Ahsoka prepared to be attacked, she suddenly heard a groan, and then a childish moan. Ahsoka opened her eyes to see Captain Marvel take the hit for her! The Togrutan gasped as she ran towards the captain. "Marvel, are you okay?" she asked. The captain looked up and soon fell to the ground. Ahsoka gasped again to see that the great Captain Marvel was just a little boy! Klarion looked to the scene and grumbled. "I hate interference!" he stated out loud.
Billy Batson looked up to see an astonished Ahsoka look down towards him. "You're just a kid?" Ahsoka asked. Billy groaned and sighed. "Okay, you got me! Captain Marvel is just nothing more than the ten-year-old boy, Billy Batson!" Billy yelled angrily. Ahsoka stood with a confused look on her face as Billy stood up again. "SHAZAM!" he yelled. Ahsoka continued to look as nothing seemed to happen. Billy looked at himself and gasped. "SHAZAM!" he yelled out again. Still, nothing happened. Klarion laughed as he pointed at the powerless boy. "The Staff of Merlin can take away anyone's powers, so Captain Marvel is no more!" he taunted. Ahsoka growled at Klarion, startling him in the process. Ahsoka bowed down to Billy's level and placed her hands on his shoulders. Klarion got up as he pointed towards Billy. "It's now practically impossible for you to believe in any hope of defeating me now! You have nothing to believe in!" the Witch-Boy spat. Ahsoka got up and glared at Klarion. "He believes… in truth! He believes that hope exists anywhere!" Ahsoka exclaimed. Klarion looked down and scoffed. "Those are nothing more than dreams!" he spat. Ahsoka nodded her head in disagreement. "Despite that, he still believes! You lost that hope and embraced the darkness, forsaking the reality of magic in the process! But Billy… fights for those who believe!" Ahsoka remarked. Billy and Zatanna looked up to Ahsoka and awes in wonder.
"Billy qualifies!" she yelled out. Billy Batson smiled and nodded as he stood up once again. "I want… to be… a true hero!" he yelled out. Klarion started to breathe deeply as he couldn't believe that he was being outsmarted by children! Klarion finally lost it and yelled into the sky. "Give it a rest already, Lord of Crud!" Ahsoka quipped, sending some Force Lightning towards the Witch-Boy. Klarion gasped as he was soon hit by the attack. After doing that, Ahsoka Force-Pulled Merlin's Scepter away from Klarion and shot it at Billy. Billy started to glow brightly as he felt his powers returning. Billy smiled and looked up to Ahsoka, who grinned. Billy smiled and laughed. "SHAZAM!" he yelled one last time. With that, Billy was struck with lightning and transformed into Captain Marvel once again. Ahsoka looked to the Captain, and they both nodded. Klarion angrily shot at the two, but Ahsoka and Marvel jumped into the air. Klarion gasped as Ahsoka started to glow bright with the Force as Captain Marvel started to glow as well. "POWER OF ZEUS!" Captain Marvel yelled. The two dropkicked down onto Klarion and sent him into the rocks of Stonehenge.
At that moment, the rest of the Team and League arrived. Klarion looked up and growled. "You'll regret defeating me, brats!" he yelled. Klarion then vanished into a portal, grumbling angrily. Ahsoka looked to Captain Marvel and smiled while the others started to cheer them on. Captain Marvel rubbed the back of his head and looked down meekly to his feet. "So, I guess that you know the real me now, you don't want to hang out." The captain stated. Ahsoka chuckled and nodded no. "All you had to do was open up, Batson. Billy Batson is the one I want to spend time with right now." She stated. Captain Marvel smiled and the two shook hands, thus starting a new friendship.

Xanadu looked into the sky as she held the Zatanna voodoo doll in her hands. "It is time." She stated. The doll started to regain the shape of Zatanna once more, making Xanadu laugh into the night.
