SORRY FOR THE WAIT I COULDNT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. Annabeth glared at him. "We don't need this scene to play out again do we?" "I guess it will. Just like the scene where Klaus finds you again, and I promise, this time he won't be as merciful towards surfer boy." Annabeth shook her head. "This time is different. Now get out or ill make you." Damon laughed. "Fine. But one question. What is going on with you? What's so different now than the first time you escaped? Dot worry I can keep a secret." He winked. Annabeth looked straight ahead of her. "I'm not just fighting for myself this time." Damon frowned. "What does that mean?" Annabeth felt her eyes full with tears and looked down. Damon followed her gaze. "Oh no. You can't be. Now way." Annabeth didn't say anything. Damon looked at her in disbelief. "How? It was surfer boy wasn't it? You got knocked up when you ran away the first time, didn't you?" He whispered, shocked. Annabeth shook her head. "It doesn't matter. But please Damon. Don't condemn this child before its even had a chance." Damon studied her. Then he did something surprising. He kissed Annabeth on the cheek and then got out of the car. Annabeth didn't hesitate. She slammed her foot on the accelerator and tore off. It was time for Rumplestilskin to come through. Annabeth wasn't sure how long she drove. Hours. All night. The vampires didn't catch her, and she didn't stop driving. By the next afternoon she had reached Long Island. In a few hours she would be back at camp. But Annabeth was exhausted. She had been driving all night. And the vampires would surely be following her scent by now, and they knew where she was headed. But a quick break couldn't hurt. Of course it could, but Annabeth stopped the car in a small inlet that was for the most part hidden by trees. She sighed and rested her head back against the seat and closed her eyes. Annabeth woke up and her first thought was wondering why it was so dark. She glanced at the clock and saw it was 4pm. "Stupid stupid stupid" she cursed herself. How could she have let herself sleep so long? She got out of the car and took in her surroundings. Still in the inlet. She decided the smartest thing would be to just keep driving and hope for the best. She got back in the car and sped away. After about an hour, the rain was pouring down heavily. She couldn't even see in front of her, and had no idea where she even was in comparison to the camp. Frustrated, she parked the car and walked out. She appeared to be on some sort of highway. She could see a light in the distance. She decided that that was her best bet. Following it, she reached a small bed and breakfast. She was about to go in and ask for directions when something pinned her to the wall. Elijah. He covered her mouth with his hand. Annabeth struggled against him but it was no use. She bit down on his hand hard and ran inside the inn. She must have had a wild look on her face because the old lady at the front desk gave her a strange look. "Can I help you dear?" Annabeth caught her breath. "Yes. I'm looking for this address. How far is it in relation to here?" She gave the woman a piece of paper with an address. She laughed. "Of course! It's just up the road!" Annabeths heart almost stopped. She could do this. She pretended to use the washroom but she snuck out the small window in the wall and fell hard on the wet ground. Well there was another thing to add to her list of things she shouldn't do when pregnant. But she got up and tore off. After a few minutes of running she could see the hill. She ran up and there it was. Thalia's tree. Annabeth was so tired and sore from running that she could barely move. But then as if out of nowhere, something pounced on her from behind. It punched her hard in the face and began sucking her blood viciously. Rebekah. Annabeth's vision was going foggy. She had made it so far. She was so close. With her last bit of strength she grabbed a stick beside her and plunged it into Rebekah's heart. She felt th weight on top of her disappear and the last thing Annabeth remembered was some shouting in the distance and an intracitely beautiful butterfly landing on her hand.
