Chapter 43: A Jedi In King Arthur's Court

Anakin and Obi-Wan both held up their lightsabers as they deflected shots coming from Droidekas and Super Battle Droids. "Rex, take a squad and see what Padawans Jiro and Nia are up to! I need an update on the mission!" Anakin ordered. Captain Rex nodded and gestured for his men to follow him. "Take those clankers down!" he yelled. The Clones all made battle cries as they started to storm through the Droid Army. Anakin muttered to himself before going off after them, Force-Crushing some Droidekas along the way.
Obi-Wan sighed as he cut down a Super Battle Droid before looking to his former apprentice. "No matter how much we search, anger will get us nowhere in finding Ahsoka!" he yelled. Anakin just growled as he grabbed a Super Battle Droid's arms and used it to shoot at the rest before Force-Crushing three Droidekas. "Ahsoka's gone missing, my team hasn't briefed me in on their progress, this ORDER's revealed itself, and you're here, just telling me what's best for me?!" he exclaimed. Obi-Wan sighed and nodded. "I was worried about you too when you went in with Siri to track down Krayn, but you must learn patience, Anakin!" Obi-Wan yelled back, slashing down a MagnaGuard and using the Force to send it towards some Spider Droids.
Anakin sighed as he reached Rex and his squadron of the 501st. "Forgive me, Master. I'm just worried for what kind of horror Ahsoka might be going through right now." The Chosen One explained. Obi-Wan sighed and looked around at the large hallway they were in, part of the abandoned castle. "You would make a nice living off of this place." He mused. Anakin chuckled before sighing again and looking out the window. He clenched his fist as he started to say out loud while reaching his hand out to the sky, "No matter where you are, no matter how bad the situation is, I will find you, Ahsoka."
Earth-16 | Mount Justice July 14th 1138 Hours EDT
In the forest near Mount Justice, Ahsoka started to run, Barriss Offee's Jedi lightsaber in her hand. She panted as she ran, looking to her left wrist, which had an Energy Coupler attached to it. She soon stopped and leapt over a rock, landing on the ground as Artemis ran up soon after and cartwheeled before landing on the ground behind her, holding the Togrutan's other lightsaber in her hand, and another Energy Coupler around her left wrist.
The two looked to each other and smirked before Ahsoka slashed at the ground that Artemis was standing on, but Artemis cartwheeled again to dodge the attack before lifting her blade up into the air and blocking an overhead attack. The two then narrowed their eyes at each other before they jumped into the air and rolled on the ground before they clashed swords with each other, neither backing down. Artemis was thrown off by one of Ahsoka's slashes, but she used the Energy Coupler to pull the Ex-Jedi so that she could get some leverage over her. Ahsoka smirked to the archer before she ran in towards Ahsoka, clashing once again.
The rest of the Team watched in excitement as the two female fighter professionals clashed endlessly. Ahsoka used the Energy Coupler to reverberate Artemis off of her blade, throwing her back before using the cord to throw Artemis to the ground. Ahsoka brought her blade down on Artemis, but she activated the green blade and quickly blocked the attack. "Sorry, Artemis. Next time, I'll take it easy on you." Ahsoka Tano quipped. Artemis smirked and shook her head. "Don't you dare think about it, Ahsoka!" she spat back, getting back up on her feet and getting to a limited distance away.
The Team continued to watch in awe, with Serra grinning in delight. M'gann soon floated next to her. "Why doesn't Ahsoka use her gauntlet?" she asked. Serra smirked and looked over to the Team. "In bound combat training, something Ahsoka and I did to train back at the Jedi Temple, only lightsabers can be used, and no other weapons or powers, including telepathic use of the Force. Ahsoka is very skilled at using this technique, considering she was without her lightsaber many times and depended on hand-to-hand combat, as well as the fact that she once just used only one lightsaber." The Shan explained. Robin's eyes widened at this statement with awe as Black Canary just grinned. "Let's put that to the test when Artemis uses her special training on her." The Bird of Prey mused.
Back at the battle, Ahsoka kicked Artemis away and aimed her lightsaber at the archer before they both pulled on their Energy Couplers. "Because I was taught by the best!" she yelled to Serra. Artemis rolled her eyes and sighed. "Now, everyone will be-I mean, taught by the best." She quickly corrected herself playfully. Jaybo and Beast Boy laughed, with Barbara rolling her eyes as she placed her hand over Jaybo's. Jaybo blushed and looked to Barbara, who gasped and turned away in embarrassment.
Artemis chuckled and continued to tug on her end of the rope. "I see that, uh, humility doesn't sit in as one reaches a middle age." She quipped. Black Canary held back some laughter as the rest of the Team started to chuckle, much to Ahsoka's amusement. "Middle age? I'm only sixteen." She quipped. Soon, the two charged at each other again. As M'gann watched with amusement, Wally looked down and smirked. "Yeah, babe, Artemis has this one wrapped up." He retorted. Lux shook his head and looked back onto the battle. "Oh, it's not over yet." He said. Batgirl turned around and started to furrow her brow in confusion at what just happened. "Did Wally say that, or did Lux?" she asked. The Team and Black Canary only shrugged as they continued to watch the battle.
Meanwhile, Ahsoka and Artemis engaged in a blade lock. Using the right strength, Artemis disarmed Ahsoka of her lightsaber, causing it to fly into the air. Ahsoka looked up with much surprise as Artemis caught the blade. Artemis activated the azure lightsaber and looked at it. Soon after, she looked to Ahsoka and smirked, throwing the blade back to her. Ahsoka chuckled as Wally groaned. "Ah, you almost had her! Don't give Ahsoka her sword back!" he yelled.
The two girls just rolled their eyes before Ahsoka charged at Artemis again, in which she started to use the lightsaber to attack and defend even faster, eventually charging at her. Ahsoka took advantage of this and crawled over the archer's back, landing behind her. Ahsoka attempted to slash at Artemis, but she was trained in bladed combat as well, against her sister, Cheshire. Blocking every move and ducking from every swing, Artemis soon jumped over a low tree branch, causing Ahsoka to lose her balance to the heavy branch pulling on the Energy Coupler. Artemis then tripped Ahsoka and aimed her lightsaber down at Ahsoka, causing the rest of the Team to cheer as Artemis won the battle.
Ahsoka chuckled and pressed a button on her gauntlet, causing the Energy Coupler to fade away. Artemis deactivated the lightsaber and handed it back to Ahsoka, in which she chuckled again. "Good work, Artemis. You took me down fair and square, and most importantly, with honor." The Togrutan congratulated the archer. Artemis just shrugged and chuckled. "That was just luck." She admitted, but Ahsoka shook her head in disagreement. "My Masters always say that there's no such thing as luck, only the Force. Your skill is starting to grow stronger." Ahsoka stated, the two girls walking back to the Team.
"In fact, I think we all have been improving to gain an advantage against the ORDER and the Light." The Togrutan added on. Connor clenched his fist as a scowl came on his face. "Maybe and hopefully strong enough to take down Barriss." He remarked. Zatanna nodded and looked to her belt, where she still had the zealous Ex-Jedi's lightsaber from when Mad Mod attacked on July 4th. Ahsoka took notice of this and started to clench her fist. "Don't remind me." She curtly scolded. The Team looked with surprise as Ahsoka started to walk back inside. "Red Tornado, Hangar Door." She calmly commanded. With that, the Hangar Door opened up, and Ahsoka walked back inside.
Serra looked to the rest of the Team and sighed. "She's still uncomfortable when she hears or sees Barriss." The Shan explained. Rocket stood up and placed on her jacket. "What is Ahsoka's history with Barriss? Was she a rival to Ahsoka or something?" Raquel asked. Lux looked down and shook his head. "Not a rival, but a friend." He stated. The Team all stood in shock. "How did this happen?!" Wally asked in disbelief.
Serra finally looked up and decided to speak. "In our universe, there were two great battles over the Planet of Geonosis. The Second Battle was when Ahsoka and Barriss met." She explained. Aqualad clenched his fist and looked to Serra. "What happened at that time?" he asked. Serra Keto sighed and started to walk around. "In order to gain a better advantage over the Geonosians and the Droid Army, two Jedi were sent in to help Anakin and Ahsoka. Their names were Luminara Unduli, a Jedi Master, and Barriss Offee, her Padawan." She started out. The Team continued to listen in much shock as Lux took over. "Ahsoka and Barriss quickly bonded, staying with each other a lot. She even saved Barriss from the Geonosian Parasites on a voyage to a Medical Center for Clone Troopers."
As Serra and Lux were explaining to the Team about Barriss more, Ahsoka went to her room, where she let out a deep sigh and meditated. "Years later, Barriss was promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight, and she eventually saw what she thought was the corruption of the Jedi Order." Serra explained. Ahsoka could hear this all, but the thought of what haunted her back then was starting to cause something to boil up inside of her. For a brief moment as she walked to the mirror to look at herself, she swore she could have seen her own eyes turn yellow. After taking a deep breath and shaking her head, Ahsoka's eyes reverted, and she angrily cracked the mirror with one punch.
"This leads up to how Ahsoka was framed for the deaths of many Jedi and civilians, right?" M'gann asked, remembering how Ahsoka told the Team about her and her past when she first arrived. Serra nodded and sat back down. "I was one of the only people to believe in Ahsoka, and when I heard about what had happened, when she was expelled from the Jedi Order, I wanted to stop it all…"
20 BBY, Coruscant…
Serra Keto ran down the halls of the Jedi Temple. After hearing about Ahsoka getting expelled from the Jedi Order, she needed a word with her master. No! This can't be happening! She thought to herself anxiously.
Soon, Serra found Anakin and her master, Cin Drallig. "Masters!" she yelled out. Both Anakin and Cin turned around in surprise, revealing Ahsoka in front of them, dried tears on her face. Serra looked up to the two Masters and sent a scowl. "Don't tell me you've jumped to this conclusion!" she spat. Anakin gasped and shook his head. "I wish I didn't, but the Council DID. I had no choice." He replied, but Serra pushed the two masters aside and placed her hand on Ahsoka's shoulder. "This should have never happened to you." She stated. Ahsoka did nothing but nod and say, "Thank you Serra. I never did this, any of this."
Serra nodded and looked to Anakin. "Whatever went on down at the warehouse has to lead to something about the defiler. Merit some further investigation." She begged. Cin sighed and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Neither Anakin or I can remonstrate with the Jedi Council. We'll have to follow everything they say, or we'll be suspected of treason." He reasoned, but Serra just scoffed and looked to Ahsoka. "If anyone is suspected of being behind the bombing and the murders, they'll wish that they were never born." She stated. Ahsoka smiled as Serra walked away.
Present Time…
"So, Ahsoka was wronged by her superiors back then?" Zatanna asked. Serra nodded and went on. "I was with my master, Cin Drallig, when the trial went on, and wanted to stand up for Ahsoka, put the Supreme Chancellor in his place, as well as Captain Tarkin, the man who was highly convinced that Ahsoka did everything." She stated. Saw stepped up and snarled. "The worst thing about him is that he is in debt to Ahsoka. She saved him from death!" he exclaimed.
Connor, having had enough of the skepticism held towards Ahsoka, grabbed a stone and smashed it within seconds. "When I see this Tarkin and the Chancellor, they'll wish that they never judged Ahsoka for what Barriss did!" he yelled. Beast Boy looked up and tugged on Serra's skirt. "So, what happened then?" he asked. Serra smiled and looked to Lux. "Tell them how Anakin handled things." She said. Lux nodded and walked around. "As a member of the Republic and the Senate, I wanted to speak against Wilhuff too…"
20 BBY, Coruscant…
"Ahsoka Tano," the Chancellor began. Ahsoka looked up with sadness, as did Serra and Lux from their respective locations in the courts. "By an overwhelming count of –"
"Chancellor!" Ahsoka turned to see Anakin at the far end of the room. He was the one who called out Palpatine. Behind him were a couple of Temple Guards, holding their hilts in front of them.
The Chancellor turned his attention to Anakin. "I hope you have a reason for bursting into our proceedings, Master Skywalker." Ahsoka looked to see the Guards. Serra did too, as they were both curious and nervous to find out who it was. Someone was in between the guards. "I am here with evidence and a confession from the person responsible for all the crimes Ahsoka has been accused of." For a moment, there was silence. Serra and Lux both watched as Anakin moved to show the person behind him, guarded by Jedi Temple Guards. "Barriss Offee, member of the Jedi Order, and traitor." He announced, causing some gasps to be heard.
Ahsoka would never expect the murderer and the saboteur to be a friend, someone she trusted. It was a clever plan, but it had been foiled. "Barriss, is that true?" Ahsoka seemed like she didn't want to accept it, to accept that her "friend" had betrayed her and set her up.
Barriss growled and nodded angrily. "I did it, because I've come to realize what many people have come realize in the Republic, that the Jedi are the ones responsible for this war, that we've lost our way that we have become villains in this conflict, that we are the ones that should be put on trial, all of us. And my attack on the temple is an attack on what the Jedi have become, an army fighting for the dark side, fallen from the light that we once held so dear! This Republic is failing. It's only a matter of time."
Anakin took her and placed her in between the four Jedi Temple guards. The Chancellor dismissed them. "Take her away." Without so much as a nod, the Temple Guards led Barriss towards the door. Anakin turned to look at Ahsoka. He smiled at her. She smiled back, happy that she wasn't a criminal now, but soon, she dropped her head. Lux noticed and placed his hand on his chest. "She was heartbroken…"
Present Time…
"All that time of friendship, and Barriss sold her soul to try to fix an irrevocable mistake." M'gann said out loud sadly. The rest of the Team remained silent at this part, silent as they were after their Training Exercise. "It was only until I saw Ahsoka leave the Jedi Order that my heart sank." Serra went on. "Years of devotion to the Jedi, fighting alongside her on a mission to Rugosa, and still, she's hindered by all that the Jedi put her through." Serra stated. Lux sighed and looked down. "It was because of her that I joined the Republic." The Senator said. Artemis clenched her fist and then grabbed Zatanna's stolen lightsaber, activating it soon after. "I swear, that I won't stop until Barriss knows what it's like to be left behind, to be betrayed!" she exclaimed, slicing a rock with the lightsaber soon after.
At that moment, Ahsoka walked back outside, giving a hopeful smile to the Team. "Thank you, all of you. For everything." She said. The Earth Team members nodded and smiled back. "We would never abandon you, Ahsoka." Aqualad stated. Ahsoka smiled once again, knowing that she chose the right group to be a part of.
Expanded Universe | Vjun…
Anakin and Obi-Wan ran around the rest of the Bast Castle, trying to find any clues of Ahsoka's whereabouts. "I'm starting to judge the Chancellor's tips of where to find Ahsoka!" Obi-Wan called out. Anakin was about to argue, but given that the Chancellor looked after him, and had given him all these dead-end clues, he was unsure himself. "Even though the Chancellor has supported me when I arrived at the Temple, I'm not sure about him myself." The Chosen One stated. Obi-Wan nodded.
Just then, Padawans Jiro and Nia ran up. "Masters, thank goodness we found you!" Nia stated. Anakin's eyes widened with surprise. "Nia, what's wrong?" he asked. Jiro stepped up and panted. "You should come and see this!" he exclaimed. Anakin looked to Obi-Wan and they both nodded before running after the two Padawan learners.
Coming into the Throne Room, Anakin and Obi-Wan gasped. There, in the center of the room, was a large stream of blue energy, emitting from a source unknown. "Did you sense anyone from afar using the Force?" Anakin asked. Jiro shook his head, as did Nia. "We think it's… something else." Jiro explained. All four of the Jedi looked to the blue energy mist with much awe as they started to think what would be causing it to happen.
Back on Earth, while the Team was trying to cheer up Ahsoka in the kitchen, Zatanna suddenly gripped her head in pain. Ahsoka and Robin took notice and ran towards their magic-wielding friend. "What's wrong, Zee?" Ahsoka asked. Zatanna said nothing as she soon got onto the ground in a kneeling position and placed her hands on her knees. The rest of the Team started to gather around the mage as she took a deep breath before incanting. "Azarath… Metrion… Zinthos." She said, causing Ahsoka's eyes to widen with surprise. "Raven's incantation spell!" she exclaimed.
Blüdhaven 1200 Hours EST
Taiga and Raven both meditated, casting the Half-Demon's special incantation spell. "Azarath Metrion Zinthos." They kept repeating as Taiga quickly opened his eyes to look to their pink-haired friend, Jinx. Jinx looked up at the blue energy stream they were letting out before turning to her two friends and sending a smirk. "Are we good?" Raven asked. Jinx nodded and stood in between them. "Yes. The Mana signal is so low that not even I can sense it. We're safe." She reassured them.
At Mount Justice, the Team looked at Zatanna as mystical silhouettes of Raven and Taiga appeared. Ahsoka's eyes widened as she pointed to the tiger-themed hero. "I know that guy, he took down Syrena back when we met Novastar and Saga in Bellwood!" she exclaimed. Robin nodded and placed up a hologram of Taiga using his hologlove. "It's a match." He stated. Taiga's silhouette looked down to the Team and sent a salute before M'gann looked up. "Great to see you again, Raven." The Martian stated. Rachel nodded before she finally spoke. "Team, if you're getting this, then we don't have much time." Raven stated.
On Vjun, Rex and his Clone Troopers arrived in the Throne Room. Immediately, Rex's eyes widened with surprise. "Sir, what is that?" he asked Anakin. The Chosen One remained in shock by what he was still seeing and shrugged, saying, "I wish I knew."
Obi-Wan and Jiro both walked up to the anomaly and placed their azure lightsabers to it. "It's intangible, whatever it is." Obi-Wan stated. Just then, Nia placed a hand up. "Shh!" she whispered. Everyone nodded and remained silent as Anakin started to listen on what the Padawan was hearing. "It's voices." Anakin deducted. The Clones just looked onto the anomaly and started to hear voices. "We have a clue on to where the ORDER is performing their operations." Said a female voice. Anakin gasped and looked to Boil. "Record this!" he ordered. Boil nodded and started to take out a holo-recorder, getting down every bit of information that he could from this mysterious speaker. "Where are they?" a male voice asked, this one having a deeper voice.
"We got a tip from an inside source within the ORDER that they have Morgana le Fay stationed at in a castle at a forest with the coordinates of 53.5500° N, 2.4333° W." Jinx explained. Ahsoka looked up and raised an eyebrow. "What about a what now?" she asked in confusion.
"That was Ahsoka's voice!" Anakin exclaimed. Obi-Wan's eyes widened when he heard the voice of Anakin's old Padawan. "Lock onto those coordinates!" Nia ordered Rex. The Clone Captain nodded and started to tap away at his gauntlet. "We have a match!" Fives reported. Anakin smirked and looked back to the mist. "We're almost there, Ahsoka!" he yelled out. With that, the army started to fall back.
"We have a match!" Robin exclaimed back on Earth. Ahsoka smiled as she looked to the Boy Wonder. "Raven, Jinx and Taiga, thank you!" Zatanna said. Raven nodded before the magic transmission ended.
Aqualad looked to the Boy Wonder and crossed his arms. "Where are we looking at?" he asked. Robin just looked at where the coordinates were and smirked. "The home of a great archer, whose first name is also mine." He riddled. Artemis smirked and placed her hand on her hip. "The home of one of my ancestors." She deducted. "Nottingham, birthplace of Robin Hood and his Merry Men." Aqualad deducted. Ahsoka's eyes widened and stepped up. "I read about him. I thought he was just a myth." The Togrutan stated. M'gann chuckled and placed a hand on Ahsoka's shoulder. "Some myths are realities." She said. Jaybo leapt out of his chair and started to chuckle. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" he exclaimed. The rest of the Team nodded as they started to head for the Hangar Bay and to their own respective ships.
Recently, using the technology made to create Ahsoka's Starfighter, Jaybo had created a Starfighter personally for Serra to use. It fitted her well, as instead of the color being crimson, there was a silver and black redeco. Also, Serra's Starfighter was the first Jedi Starfighter not to have an astromech droid, considering that they could not create one with Earth technology. Still, the two Jedi on the Team now had their own official Starfighters.
Ahsoka soon got into her Starfighter, followed shortly by Serra in her new one. "R7, lock coordinates onto Nottingham, England." The Togrutan ordered. R7-A7 chirped happily while Serra just typed away at her holopad. "Are we all set to go?" M'gann asked. Ahsoka and Serra soon looked to the Bioship from their Starfighters and nodded, as did Lux from the Tano. "Let's go." Aqualad said. With that, the Team was off.
Expanded Universe | Munto Codru System…
The Resolute entered the Munto Codru System within parsecs as Anakin and Obi-Wan, along with Nia and Jiro, continued to listen in on the transmission heard from the Bast Castle on Vjun. Holograms of Mace Windu, Yoda and Plo Koon were also present as they started to play away at the transmission. "The Munto Codru System, these coordinates do match." Master Yoda deducted. Anakin nodded as Zett Jukassa, who was nearby in the System with Master Stass Allie, stepped up.
"Judging from the description given in the transmission, Master Allie and I gave deducted that Ahsoka could be at the Forbidden Castle on Munto Codru below." He said. Anakin smiled and looked to Zett. "Thank you, Zett. I'll make sure to find your friend down there." He said. Zett politely nodded as Anakin and Obi-Wan started to head to a Republic Gunship. As soon as they took off, Zett and Stass Allie followed soon afterwards. "Let's hope our friend is down there." Zett said to himself. "I hope she's there, or at least some clue as to where she is." Anakin replied before they entered the planet's atmosphere.
Earth-16 | Nottingham 1316 Hours UTC
Ahsoka and Serra both flew their Starfighters low to the ground as the rest of the Team's ships flew over Nottingham in Camo Mode. "Where should we start?" Lux asked through the Psychic Link as he readied his arsenal-filled cloak. Aqualad nodded as he looked to the Tano and pointed to a dark area of the forest. "We'll be able to hide our ships in the dark areas of the woods. Land anywhere within those areas." The Atlantean commanded. "Right!" the Team said, all flying off in different directions.
Ahsoka looked to R7 and gave a slight smile before looking to Serra. "Time to go." She said through Mental Link. Serra nodded back started to press a button on her holopad. "Affirmative. I hope that the Atom and Jaybo know what they're doing when installing this new upgrade." She stated. There was an exasperated groan from the Psychic Link soon after she said that, coming from Drol. "Trust me, we do." Jaybo's voice suddenly came through. Serra squirmed as Ahsoka rolled her eyes and sighed. "Sorry, Jaybo, won't happen again." She reassured the young genius. Ahsoka looked to Serra and pressed the same buttons Serra was pressing on her panel. "Initiate Jedi Cycle Sequence." They both said. With that, the Starfighters both started to split apart, leaving only the cockpit. "Land the Starfighters, R7. We'll catch up to you." Ahsoka ordered. R7 chirped happily as the cockpits started to grow into a covered motorcycle. Two wheels started to appear on each Starfighter as the Jedi landed on the ground, riding to the rest of the Team while their ships were being landed.
On Munto Codru, Anakin and Obi-Wan were both riding speeders towards the castle with the rest of the Clones in the Gunships. "These are the coordinates that were mentioned back on Vjun, right, Rex?" Obi-Wan asked the Clone Captain. Rex looked to Boil, who nodded. "We're positive, General." Rex stated before Anakin sped off ahead. "I see something ahead at the castle!" he yelled. Stass Allie looked ahead and nodded. "I see it too. Let's go." She yelled back. With that, they were all on their way.
Meanwhile, the Team had regrouped back in Nottingham. A Probe Droid flew back, getting Aqualad to nod before looking to the rest of the Team for their assignment. "With help from Jaybo's Probe Droid, we were able to catch sight of where the ORDER was performing their operations." Aqualad said, taking out a holographic recorder. Ahsoka and Gerrera both looked to the hologram of the area, seeing Syrena with a cane to help her from Zatanna's injury days ago while Striker and Xever overlooked the other ends. M'gann raised an eyebrow and pointed to the front of the castle. "Why are there only seven Terror Titans there and Barriss missing?" she asked.
Ahsoka's eyes widened when she realized who was missing. "Prowler, she must have seen us." She deducted. Just then, the sound of blaster fire caught their attention. Aqualad looked to Ahsoka and nodded. "Ahsoka, you and Artemis go and see what that was. Rendezvous with us at the castle when the coast is clear for you." He ordered. The two girls nodded and ran towards the origin of the source of the gunshots. Aqualad then looked to the rest of the Team and nodded. "Come on!" he yelled. The whole Team nodded and followed after him to storm the castle.
Ahsoka unsheathed one of her lightsabers while Artemis took out three arrows and placed them on the rest of her bow as they ran further into the woods. "Do you think they found us?" Ahsoka asked. Artemis shrugged and jumped over a fallen tree. "These guys are all new to us, so I was wondering if you knew." She stated. Ahsoka chuckled and nodded as they started to run further on.
Just then, a red blast came in front of them. Ahsoka gasped and pushed Artemis to the ground behind a bush as they watched what was going on. "Who are the ORDER after?" Artemis asked. As if her answer were questioned, a boy, somewhere around the age of eighteen, wearing golden medieval armor, ran by, stopping and deflecting the blaster bolts. Both of the girls gazed at the boy with awe. Even though he had golden armor, some hints of silver could be seen. It could be seen on his gauntlets, his cap, and hit boots. On his chest was red finish with an insignia of a Phoenix, and some blonde hair could be visibly seen.
"Who is he?" Ahsoka asked. Artemis shrugged before pointing off in the direction where the blasts were coming from. Finally, she saw some ORDER Troopers firing the shots. "Whoever he is, the ORDER wants him, badly!" she exclaimed. Ahsoka then looked first to the boy, then to the ORDER Troopers. She signaled for Artemis to go to the left, in which she complied by nodding and dashing off to the left quietly while Ahsoka ran to a distance behind a bush behind the knight. The Togrutan soon saw Artemis in place. "Fire." She mouthed to the archer. Within seconds, the ORDER Troops were taken down, much to the knight's surprise.
Ahsoka and Artemis soon came out of their hiding places and looked to the knight. "Who are you?" he asked suspiciously, aiming his sword at them. Both girls held their arms up. "We're not your enemies." Artemis reassured him. Ahsoka soon stepped up and cleared her throat. "I am Jedi Ahsoka Tano, at your service, and this is Artemis." She introduced. Artemis nodded at the sound of her name, causing the knight to smile. "I have heard great things about you, Ahsoka Tano." The young knight in shining armor stated. "I am Sir Justin, and the ORDER has been tracking me down for quite some time now. It's good to know that I'm safe if we work together to defeat them." He stated. Ahsoka and Artemis both smiled, sheathing their weapons.
"Whoever said you were safe?" a familiar voice soon scoffed. The three fighters gasped and unsheathed their weapons, looking around them. Just then, Prowler jumped from the top of a tree, aiming her bow at Justin. "We can take you on!" Artemis remarked. "What about two?" another voice said. Ahsoka growled and turned around, seeing Barriss crawl out from her hiding place on her spider legs. Ahsoka was about to charge at Black Widow until Artemis stopped her. "Go and get Justin out of here. Both of the whores are mine!" she ordered. Ahsoka widened her eyes and looked to the archer. "Artemis!" she exclaimed. Artemis turned around and smirked. "Don't worry, I'll live." She reassured. Ahsoka smiled and patted Artemis on the shoulder before the two left the area.
As they left, Barriss laughed at Artemis, causing her to turn around and aim her bow at her. "I'll still get the knight." She remarked. Artemis shook her head and aimed her bow into the sky. "I don't think so." She quipped. With that, she shot her arrow, causing Black Widow and Prowler to both look up. Soon, an energy field was surrounding them, preventing anyone from escaping. "I'm going to make you pay for what you've done to Ahsoka!" Artemis yelled to Barriss. Widow just shot a web into the tree from her mouth and went up into the branches, chuckling soon afterwards. "Prowler, kill the pest." She ordered. Artemis gasped and turned around, seeing Prowler shoot an arrow at her. Artemis jumped into the air and onto the arrow, getting back onto the ground and shooting an arrow of her own just as the Terror Titan's arrow exploded behind her. Prowler rolled to the side and shot another arrow, causing Artemis to run as her evil twin strafed her down.
Meanwhile, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Zett and Stass, as well as their Clone Troopers, arrived at the entrance to the Forbidden Castle. "Proceed with caution, we don't want to let the ORDER know that we're here." Anakin advised everyone. "You mean if the ORDER is even here." Zett replied back. Anakin sighed and continued to move on. All of a sudden, the sound of fighting started to echo the room. "Do you hear that?" Obi-Wan asked. Everyone soon ran towards the main entrance room of the castle door, where they all stood in shock. "Oh my God." Stass stated, not believing what she was seeing. There, in the middle of the room, was the outside of the castle somewhere else. Troopers were firing their blasters and guns while seven teens, with some familiar faces, were fighting warriors with appearances just like their own. "Is that Serra, Saw and Jaybo?" Zett asked. All Anakin and Obi-Wan could do was nod as they watched the battle. "It appears that the more we come across sorcery like this, like the one back on Christophsis, there's always something beyond the horizon." The Negotiator hypothesized. Anakin turned from Obi-Wan and then looked back onto the battle, seeing two people come in from the distance. "Ahsoka!" he yelled out.
At the castle in Nottingham, Ahsoka and Justin arrived, seeing that the fight had already started. "Are you ready for this, Eddie?" Ahsoka asked. "More than I ever will be." The knight replied back. Ahsoka smirked and the two unsheathed their swords, charging in at the fray, joining Aqualad and Gerrera in taking on Syrena and Blood Bane. Syrena growled at the sight of Ahsoka, but then turned her attention to Justin.
"You!" she yelled, activating one of her swords. "The shining knight!" she exclaimed. Justin panted and held his sword out in front of him. "Hello, Alakshmi." He stated. Alakshmi just growled and started to unsheathe one of her swords while still holding her crutch, charging towards the knight. "I should have finished you off long ago!" Syrena remarked. "Better of your ancestors to give up while they did!" Justin yelled back. The two pushed each other off before he was thrown into a soldier next to Ahsoka.
The Togrutan helped Justin up to his feet before running in to help Aqualad take on his evil twin. "Aren't you worried about your archer friend?" Blood Bane asked sadistically. Aqualad and Ahsoka just growled as they pushed the evil Atlantean back.
"It's some sort of Sith!" Rex exclaimed as Blood Bane clashed with Ahsoka once again. Obi-Wan scratched his chin as he examined Blood Bane's fighting style. "Curved-Hilted lightsabers that allow the blades to form into other weapons?" he asked himself with much curiosity. Zett shared the same feeling as he walked closer to Bane while he wasn't looking to them. "He's no Sith, Captain." Zett stated to Rex. Anakin watched over the battle with much curiosity before taking notice to Ahsoka once again clashing with Blood Bane. This time, Bane pushed Ahsoka to the ground, and started to lift his Blood-Bearer sword into the air to finish her off. "No!" Anakin yelled out, activating his lightsaber. Everyone else gasped as Anakin pulled back his lightsaber and made his way to stab.
"Prepare to become one with the Force, Tano!" Bane exclaimed. M'gann, kicking away Silver Martian, looked to Ahsoka and gasped. Ahsoka tried to reach for her fallen weapons, but Bane was starting to draw his blade closer. "I am going to alleviate you from the ORDER, once and for all!" Blood Bane stated. Just then, directly before Bane could stab Ahsoka, a blue blade appeared through his chest, causing him to gasp. The rest of the Team looked on as well, trying to find out whoever saved Ahsoka. "Aqualad, was that you?" Ahsoka asked. Kaldur soon walked up behind Ahsoka with her lightsabers, extending his hand to help her up. "That was not me." He stated.
Connor flew into the air, trying to find out where the blue blade was coming from. "The sword has no source!" he yelled. Blood Bane gasped and spit out some blood before fading away into azure dust, going to regenerate back at the ORDER HQ.
Anakin pulled out his lightsaber and looked over to the blue mist. "What do you make of it, Masters?" he asked in confusion. Stass walked over and placed her hand to her chin. "I don't sense that he died." The Jedi Master deducted. Anakin started to smile, now knowing that he was getting closer. "Come on!" he yelled to the others, running into the rest of the inside of the castle. Zett ran after Anakin, followed by Stass, then the Clones, then finally, Obi-Wan.
Meanwhile, Artemis and Prowler continued to have their gunfight. Black Widow watched from above as the two archers got to a much safer distance away from each other. The two started to run once again and strafe each other down. As Artemis was shooting from the canyon below, Prowler shot from above. "You're not too bad!" Artemis yelled out. Prowler just scoffed and took out another arrow. "It would be a shame to kill such a skilled opponent!" the clone yelled back. With that, she shot low, much to Artemis's surprise. That was when it happened. Prowler's arrow went straight through Artemis's right knee, causing her to yell and fall down the gorge. Prowler looked down and scoffed. "I can't let her die that easily." She remarked. With that, she ran off after the tumbling Artemis with Black Widow in pursuit.
Artemis kept tumbling down the gorge, eventually bleeding from the hit Prowler scored on her. She started to groan from all the pain of that one injury. "Okay, that's enough!" she yelled as she continued to fall down the hill. Prowler soon caught sight of Artemis and smirked. "Say goodbye, Artemis Crock." She quipped. With that, she shot an arrow at the green archer once again. Artemis gasped and raised her bow to shoot, but the arrow that was sent her way snapped her bowstring. Before Prowler could shoot again, Artemis rolled into the mountainside, yelling as she fell. The evil Artemis Clone looked and gasped at what had happened. "You're not getting away that easily!" she yelled. With that, she jumped down after the emerald archer.
Back in the Expanded Universe, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Stass and Zett, along with the Clones, continued to run into the castle after finishing off Blood Bane. "I can sense Ahsoka!" Obi-Wan yelled. Anakin started laughing, knowing that he might be getting close to finding his former and favorite Padawan learner. All of a sudden, the sound of rolling came behind them. "Destroyers!" one of the Clone Troopers, who turned around, yelled out. Everyone else suddenly turned around in surprise as fifteen Droidekas rolled towards them, soon opening up and firing upon them. "Hold your position!" Anakin yelled. Everyone nodded as the Jedi activated their lightsabers and the Clones ran to cover, firing at the Droidekas. "Nothing will get in my way of finding Ahsoka!" the Chosen One yelled.
Meanwhile, Sir Justin continued to take on Syrena. "I don't know how the Hell you were able to take down Blood Bane, but it won't matter soon enough!" she remarked. All Justin could do was only smirk and pushed Alakshmi back, the Persian only armed with one of her swords and her cane. Justin then lifted his sword into the air, attempting to end Alakshmi, but she used both of her weapons to block the attack and throw the metal blade off, trying to stab Justin in the head soon after. However, the knight went off to the side and the two clashed, Alakshmi with her cane and Justin with his enchanted sword, in which the Persian broke off soon after. She noticed that Justin was about to slash for her abdomen, so she crossed both of her weapons in order to block the enchanted blade.
At that time, Artemis finally landed in the hidden cavern beneath the mountain. She groaned, holding her hand to her head. As she started to get up, the archer started to feel a sudden pain in her leg, causing her to get back onto the ground again. She looked to her right leg and continued to moan, reaching for the arrow and snapping the arrowhead off before pulling the rest out of her leg, much to her discomfort. "I hate Prowler." She muttered to herself as she removed her mask, making a bandage to wrap around her leg. As she was just finished making the bandage, an arrow was sent her way. "Oh, crap!" she cursed out loud, looking over to see Prowler aiming her bow at her. Artemis quickly got up to her feet, but she couldn't move properly due to the injury she sustained. She reached for her own bow, but then remembered that it got broken during the earlier fight. "Damn!" she cursed once again.
While that was going on, Ahsoka slashed at one of the ORDER Troopers before looking to see how the battle between Justin and Alakshmi was going out. The Persian was now pushing him back, using both weapons in her possession to fight. As she broke off from Justin's blade with her own, she thrust her cane into the knight, but he grabbed the wooden object and slashed it, kicking Syrena to the ground. Justin pointed his sword to her head, glaring angrily down at her. "Do it! It's only what I'd expect from you." She remarked. Justin just shook his head and sheathed his sword back into its hilt. "I have won, you have lost." He simply said. With that, he walked away, much to Alakshmi's surprise. Ahsoka ran up to Justin and patted him on the shoulder. "For someone from the past, that was an honorable thing to do." She stated. Justin nodded and looked to the castle. "Now, we have to take care of Morgana." He stated. Ahsoka nodded and looked to the rest of the Team. "Time to wrap this up!" she yelled.
The evil Artemis clone laughed as she continued to gun her defenseless archetype down. Artemis ran as fast as she could, but without a weapon for offense, she was defenseless. Suddenly, her foot felt something. Artemis looked to the ground and saw that there was a wooden bow laying on the ground. "Whose is this?" she asked herself with confusion. Just then, she looked to the wall. It seemed as if there were a hand pointing out to her. Using her broken bow's blade to clear away the rubble, she gasped when she saw who the hand belonged to. "Robin Hood!" she exclaimed. There was a statue of the famous Merry Man himself, aiming an arrow into the distance. Artemis smiled and patted her ancestor on the shoulder. "Thanks, Hood." She complimented before taking out Barriss's stolen lightsaber and an arrow.
Prowler searched for Artemis, shooting an arrow at whatever she could find. "You can't hide forever, Artemis." The clone stated. Artemis's voice then came out, surprising Prowler very much. "I don't intend to." The original archer remarked. At that moment, Artemis came out from behind a pillar, an arrow rested on her new bow at Prowler. "One arrow each?" she asked. Prowler sighed and aimed her bow back. "You've lost eight of our duels, but I accept your challenge on the count of three." She stated. The two looked each other down, waiting for the right moment to shoot.
"One…" Prowler started out.
"Two…" Artemis added on.
"Three!" the two archers then yelled out.
Prowler shot first, sending one sharp arrow towards Artemis. Artemis shot next, letting her arrow, with the lightsaber at the end of the arrow, fly towards Prowler's. At that moment, Artemis's arrow split right through Prowler's, much to the doppelganger's shock, before slicing her bow, and then cutting her cheek. Finally, the arrow landed behind Prowler, the lightsaber activating and stabbing Prowler through the chest. Prowler gasped and growled at Artemis. "You will never win, Artemis, never win against me or against the ORDER!" she exclaimed before fading away into grey mist.
Artemis panted and looked to her bow, weighing it carefully. "This will make a great souvenir for Wally." She said to herself. She then walked over to the statue of her ancestor and looked to the ground. There was one of Robin Hood's hats. She chuckled and placed it on, looking to the King Of Thieves soon after and saluting. "Oo-de-lally, Robin Hood, Oo-de-lally." She said. She then shot a grappling arrow from her crossbow to get out of the hole before saluting once again.
Artemis smiled as she neared the surface, finally getting out of the cavern. "Ahsoka, here I come!" she exclaimed. All of a sudden, a red blade got in her way. Artemis gasped and flipped over the red blade, landing behind the hole and seeing Black Widow herself. "Traitor!" Artemis called out in anger. Barriss only gritted her teeth in anger herself before Artemis took the arrow she used to finish off Prowler from her quiver and removed the stolen lightsaber, activating it soon afterwards. Barriss growled and placed her sword out in front of her. "You don't understand the means of my actions!" she remarked. Artemis shook her head and spat back, "But I do know that you betrayed your friend to do it!" With that, she unsheathed the long rope she used to get out of the cavern and wrap it around her left arm before doing the same and throwing it around Barriss's. Black Widow gasped and looked up to Artemis, placing her sword out in front of her face, straight up into the air. "So, this is the combat Ahsoka and Serra used to do." The zealous Ex-Jedi stated. Artemis scoffed and slashed her lightsaber down. "Your move." She stated. Barriss laughed and charged at Artemis, in which the archer did the same.
At the same time, M'gann mustered up all the energy she could and psychically blasted away Silver Martian. "I'll get you, you little girl!" the evil Martian yelled out before turning into silver mist. Syrena looked to the Terror Titans and growled, as they were now defeated as well and were either being sent back as mist or retreating. "This isn't over!" she exclaimed, calling for Cad Bane to use the Xanadu Blood to pick her up. Ahsoka and Justin both smiled as the Team all regrouped. "Let's go get the witch." Zatanna quipped. Aqualad nodded and said, "Advance."
Just then, Barriss came flipping through the air, her rope still attached to her left wrist as the Team went to confront Morgana Le Fay. Morgana looked to Black Widow and gasped. "Barriss!" she called out. She then looked to the side and chuckled. "Gone, gone, form of man. Rise, the demon, Etrigan!" she incanted at a man in chains. The man growled and started to transform. His skin became yellow and he wore blood-red armor with a metallic blue cape. Connor nodded to Aqualad before running towards Etrigan. "I'll hold him off! Keep focused on Morgana!" she exclaimed. Ahsoka nodded and patted Superboy on the shoulder. "May the Force be with you." She said before running off. Connor looked back and smirked before running to battle with Etrigan.
Barriss landed on the ground with a grunt. She gasped when she saw Artemis land on the ground soon afterwards. Regaining her balance, she tried to decapitate the traitor to both the Republic and the Jedi Order, but Barriss got back up and got into a battle stance before Artemis thrust her sword forwards. Black Widow nervously kicked her hilt hand and blocked blades with the archer, but Artemis once again broke off and kicked Barriss in the chest, sending her into a corner. "I didn't betray for my own reasons, it was for the Republic!" Barriss yelled as she kicked Artemis's hilt to the wall. She was about to do it a second time until Artemis thrust her saber forwards again and tried to stab at Barriss, but the Mirialan got out of the way, much to Artemis's anger. She then jumped on the walls of the corner and ran after Barriss. As Barriss turned and cartwheeled around a corner, Artemis ran after, and twirled into the air, aiming her sword at Barriss after landing. Barriss grunted and did the same before they charged at each other again.
Ahsoka, Serra, Justin and Lux all ran towards where the battle was taking place and gasped. "Artemis must really hate Barriss for what she did to you." Serra stated. Both Ahsoka and Lux nodded as Artemis kicked Barriss square in the chest while the Mirialan was backing away. "That still doesn't justify for why you had to frame Ahsoka, your own friend! It doesn't justify nonetheless!" the archer yelled back as she jumped in the air in an attempt to kick Black Widow once again, but she got out of the way and got into another battle stance. Artemis pulled in Black Widow and attempted to stab at her, but their blades slightly met, causing Widow to falter behind Artemis as she leapt across the walls to land an attack on Ahsoka's Ex-Friend. Seeing as how that didn't work, Artemis jumped on the walls again to sweep-kick at Barriss, but she jumped onto a ledge and panted. "Does that justify for how you betrayed your friends to hide the truth of your family?!" Barriss reasoned. Artemis looked up and growled. "Shut up!" she yelled before using the rope to pull herself up.
As this was going on, Zatanna was trying to focus as much energy as she could onto Morgana. "Etativel reh morf erehw ehs sdnats!" she incanted, but to no avail. Morgana Le Fay laughed at Zatanna's attempt to take her down and blasted her with a spell of her own. "Your childish magic isn't enough to take me down!" she remarked. Ahsoka then walked forwards besides Zatanna and looked to the mage. "Maybe not alone, but if we work together…" Ahsoka started out, causing Zatanna to smile. "Together…" Zatanna repeated happily. The two then held their hands together and held them out in front of them towards the evil witch. "Rehtegot sa eno, gnirb nwod siht mucs!" they both yelled out, sending a blast of blue energy towards Morgana. Morgana was pushed back a bit, but not enough to take her down.
Justin ran over to Connor as he struggled to take down Etrigan. "How do I take this guy, Justin?" Connor asked. Justin brandished his sword and placed it out in front of him, preparing to fight alongside the Boy of Steel. "Jason can only be defeated if we manage to pull through his demonic defenses and encourage him to stop!" he yelled back.
Meanwhile, back in the Expanded Universe, Anakin and the rest of the Jedi with him continued to deflect bolts coming from the Droidekas. As Anakin slashed through one of them, Obi-Wan and Zett slashed through another right in front of the Chosen One, leaving Stass Allie to cut down three more. The four Jedi stood together as the Clones ran up behind them. "Sir, there's yet another mystical energy coming from this Castle's Throne Room!" Fives announced. Anakin gasped and looked to the Clone Captain. "Take us to it!" he ordered. The Clones nodded and started to make their way to the Throne Room.
When the Republic arrived in the Throne Room, they all gasped. "By the stars!" Anakin exclaimed. There, in the middle of the room, was a woman in gold and crimson robes, wearing a golden mask on her face. Stass and Obi-Wan looked around while Zett placed his hand to his forehead. He then looked forwards and pointed his finger. "Ahsoka!" he yelled out. Everyone looked in front of them to definitely see Ahsoka, standing with her hands held with another girl's, her clothing being black. "Rehtegot sa eno, gnirb nwod siht mucs!" they both yelled out, sending a blast of blue energy towards the woman in robes and mask. "That's not enough to take Morgana down!" the black-clothed girl stated.
Anakin looked to Rex and panted. "Please tell me you got down whatever those girls said!" he exclaimed. Rex looked up and nodded. "Got it! Listen to it first and then yell it out! Maybe Ahsoka will hear it!" he yelled. Anakin nodded as he went to listen to the incantation.
Barriss gasped as Artemis reached her on the balcony. She placed out her lightsaber in front of her for defense from a slash from Artemis, but they both struck at the same time the next time, and as Barriss broke off, Artemis twirled around and kicked the Mirialan to the ground below, causing her to land on her back. Black Widow growled and Force-Grabbed her other lightsaber, activating it as she caught it soon afterwards. She looked up and growled as she spat a web at the archer. "Perish, Artemis!" she cursed. Artemis only smirked and unsheathed her bow in its naginata form, much to the Jedi's surprise. Artemis first slashed downwards at Barriss, causing her to falter, and then, she slashed Widow across the chest, causing the rope to come loose and Barriss to fall to the ground in defeat.
Artemis looked down to Barriss with much hatred. "You didn't just betray Ahsoka, you betrayed her friends, and that means all of us!" she exclaimed. Serra then ran up to Artemis and placed her hand on her shoulder. "Leave her, that's enough." She stated. Artemis scoffed as she sheathed the blade on her bow back into its place before running off with the Shan to help the rest of the Team.
Meanwhile, Connor and Justin continued to fight off Etrigan. "Remember who you are, Jason!" Connor yelled out. Etrigan growled, but then shook his head as he started to speak. Soon enough, he started to walk backwards as Justin ran alongside Connor. Etrigan spread out his arms and an orb started to surround him, the orb soon split apart and reverted back into Jason Blood. "Thank you." He said. Both Connor and Justin nodded before going off to help Ahsoka and Zatanna.
Ahsoka and Zatanna held their hands together once again and incanted the spell. Before they could, Justin ran alongside them. "Rehtegot sa eno, gnirb nwod siht mucs!" they both yelled out. Morgana budged again, but with Justin's help from his mystic sword, the blast became stronger.
Anakin tried to incant the spell, but nothing happened. He groaned and then looked over towards the Clones. "Take her down!" he ordered. Rex nodded and smirked under his helmet. "With pleasure." He quipped. With that, they all sent blasts and launched rockets while the Jedi all used the Force to help.
Morgana suddenly started to falter from behind, causing the Team to gasp. "What's going on?!" Wally asked with confusion. Raquel shrugged before flying over towards Ahsoka and Zatanna. "No idea what just happened, but I like it! Keep going!" Rocket yelled out. "Gladly." Ahsoka and Zatanna yelled out. With that, they incanted, "Rehtegot sa eno, gnirb nwod siht mucs!" once again, causing Morgana to finally fall to her knees. "I'll be back!" she exclaimed. After saying that, she vanished from the area.
Anakin and his squad all looked to where Ahsoka was. The last thing he saw of her was her being with other teens. Obi-Wan and Stass both walked up to Anakin and placed their hands on his shoulders. "We'll find Ahsoka soon enough. I feel like we are getting closer." Stass reasoned. Anakin smiled as the Republic headed out to continue finding Ahsoka.
Back on Earth-16, Ahsoka and the Team looked to each other happily, feeling victorious over their feat. Just then, several spirits started to appear. Justin smiled at the spiritual entities and stabbed his sword into the ground, bowing afterwards. "King Arthur, I stand before you." He stated. Arthur Pendragon, the leader of the Knights of The Round Table, smiled to Justin and nodded. "Sir Justin, you have accomplished much today. You are free to rejoin the Knights once again." He stated.
Justin smiled, but then looked back to the Team, who was smiling to him as well. He then looked back to the Man who pulled out the Sword In The Stone and shook his head. "With all due respect, my liege, I would like to know the modern world." He stated. Arthur smiled and nodded. "Your request has been accepted. I will not stop you." He replied back. Justin nodded and picked up his sword, sheathing it back into his scabbard. He then looked to the Team and smiled. "Farewell, Team. Until we meet again." He said. The rest of the Team sent respectful salutes before Justin let out a whistle, calling for a flying Pegasus to come forwards. The Team's eyes widened with surprise before Justin mounted his horse. Ahsoka walked up to him and smiled. "You know, Justin, you make quite a Shining Knight." She stated. "I guess I am." Justin stated. "It's catchy." He added on before taking off.
The Team then looked to Etrigan, now Jason Blood. "What will you do?" Aqualad asked. Jason chuckled and walked away to the outside. "A Demon's Fate is never revealed, but with the inspiration I gained from you all, I can say that there will be a chance we will meet again." He stated. Ahsoka and Connor both smiled before Jason walked off.
Before the Team could leave, another spiritual essence filled the air. Ahsoka gasped and turned around, looking to see who was there. At that moment, a man in Jedi Robes, with pale skin and grey hair, appeared before Ahsoka and the rest of the Team. "Ahsoka Tano, we finally meet." The man said. Ahsoka and Serra looked to each other in amazement while the Team was in confusion. "Master Qui-Gonn, is that you?" Ahsoka asked. Qui-Gonn Jinn nodded in agreement, much to Serra's surprise. Ahsoka walked up and sheathed all of her weapons. "How is this happening?" she asked. "I was told about you from Master Skyguy and Kenobi, but I never thought I would see you in person." She said.
Qui-Gonn chuckled and walked around Ahsoka. "I am here because the Force brought you here with fate itself." He explained. He then looked back to Ahsoka, smiling at her. "You must make a decision on your thoughts. You may have been wrongly accused of crimes you didn't commit, but eventually, you must learn to be able to face your past, and decide where you truly belong." He explained. Ahsoka placed her left arm across her chest, reaching over to her right arm. "Will I see you again, Master Qui-Gonn?" she asked. Qui-Gonn nodded and walked away. "May the Force be with you, Ahsoka Tano." He bid. Ahsoka smiled and looked back. "May the Force be with you too, Master." She said. With that, Qui-Gonn disappeared.
Ahsoka then walked over to the rest of the Team and sighed. "Should I go back?" she asked with uncertainty. M'gann smiled and placed her hand on Ahsoka's shoulder. "Do whatever you feel is right, and you will truly know where your heart belongs." She stated. Ahsoka smiled and hugged M'gann. "You might just be right." She said. "You might just be right."
