Blossom watched as everyone began to set up their tents. Tomorrow night would be the biggest show they've had yet. Blossom knew that London was a prosperous city. She knew all too well.

Blossom woke in the early morning to find a wonderful smell coming from the kitchen, in it she found Adam. Whom she had forgotten had stayed the night.

"Good morning Blossom; I decided to make breakfast since you came with me last night." He laughed as she came closer to him "Oh Adam this is too much please we could have gone to the café for breakfast." She smiled as she sat at her small table and waited.

Soon Adam came from the kitchen and sat across from Blossom as they ate in silence. "This is very well done, thank you Adam." Blossom smiled as she finished eating and went to wash her dish.

"You're welcome. I suppose I should be heading home now right?" Adam said with a sad smile

"Well, I don't have any plans for today I suppose we could stroll London."

"I'd like that." Adam said with a smile

"Lady Blossom, Lady Blossom"

"Huh?" Blossom was brought out of her thoughts by Bubbles who was standing on her toes waving her hand in front of Blossom.

"Oh I'm sorry were you speaking to me?"

"No Blossom but you are standing in the rain, please go inside your trailer it has been put back up."

Blossom nodded and walked towards her trailer which had once again been set up behind the big tent.

Once she arrived she saw Brick standing in front with his arms crossed.

"What do you want." Blossom snapped

"You've been jumpy ever since you heard our next stop was London. Is there something wrong Bloss?"

"Don't call me that. And what is it to you anyway?"

"If my opponent is jumpy that means there's something wrong. You have a weakness I suggest you watch that or I may find out." Brick smirked as he removed himself from the front of the wooden trailer.

Blossom started to go in when she heard Brick begin to talk behind her. "I don't want to hurt you Blossom, whatever it is that happened in this wretched city I can understand. My past here isn't too forgiving as well."

Blossom gasped as she ran inside. The tears flowing onto the floor as it all came back. London as she hoped would not be a quick stop.

"I don't understand Blossom, why can't you just marry me?" Adam said as he stomped towards the room

"Adam you don't understand we've only been together for several months." Blossom sighed as she sat down on the bed

"And I love you Bloss. Don't you love me?"

"Well of course I do Adam! But it's not that simple."

"Of course it is! Just let your father come and meet me I'm sure he'd love me."

"You don't know him Adam! He'll take you away from me." Blossom started crying as Adam sighed he walked towards the bed and put his arm around her.

"You say that Blossom but you don't know for sure." He kissed the top of her head and held her there

"People are getting married young all the time; we would be no exception if that's what you're worried about."

"I'm not…Just don't ask for his blessing okay?"

"Blossom…"

"Don't, I mean it Adam we can have a quiet little wedding here in London away from my father. Just your family and our friends. It could be lovely in the summer." Blossom smiled

"Well alright at least let me do it the proper way!" Adam sighed as he got on one knee and pulled out a small ring with a pink diamond on it.

Blossom gasped as she saw the ring in his hand.

"Blossom, would you do me the honors of becoming my wife?" Adam smiled

"Yes." Blossom said with tears of joy forming inside her eyes

"It's settled then, once summer hits you'll be my wife." Adam smiled and hugged Blossom who for the first time in forever felt genuinely loved.

1853

Blossom neared her Jewelry box and was searching for the locket that she had worn since she was a child. She neared the box and accidentally hit the table it was on making the box fall down. The contents of the box fell all over her floor; among them was a smaller box. Blossom looked over and saw the smaller box, its sides had been worn over a year or so of travel and dust was caked on it.

Blossom reached over and grabbed it, the ring from a year and a half ago still as beautiful, as the day she got it. Blossom held it in her palm and brought it to her forehead.

Then came the knocking.

"Who is it?!" Blossom yelled wiping away the tears that had already begun to form.

"Uh, it's me pinky. Look we need some supplies from in town and everyone wants us to do it. It's pretty obvious that you've been here before and know the streets…Please Blossom I need you."

Blossom sighed surely she wasn't the only one who knew the streets. Brick must be plotting something.

She opened the door and Brick nearly tripped down the steps.

"Fine let's go." Blossom said as she held her umbrella high above her head.

Together they walked to the carriage that would take them into town.

Brick smiling at the thought that she was going someplace with him once again.
