Disclaimer: I don't own Power Rangers but I wish I did as I would bring back some of the old rangers to mentor teams, like Tommy in Dino Thunder.
Summary: 16 Rangers combine to fight Master Vile who has returned to Earth, the rangers can only use Zords that haven't been destroyed. S.P.D. unable to send anyone back to help, RPM in a different universe. This to my knowledge is the first time for this pairing so I hope it works ok.

Master Vile's return
Chapter 12 Retrieving the Mystic Mother
Master Vile was getting frustrated that the Rangers had been able to thwart almost everything that he, Rito and Zedd had tried to do.
"I think it is time we collected my Daughter and then brought back your Son" Master Vile said looking at Zedd.
"Yes I believe a swift strike should do it while the Rangers are still recovering from the attacks on Both Panorama City and San Angelies" Responded Zedd.
"Good and since they have not even fully regrouped yet we should be at an advantage"
"So who's going dad?" asked Rito.
"You two will take an army of Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting wingers with you to deal with any trouble makers while I locate a few more of my monsters and get them here to help in the destruction of Earth" said Master Vile.
Master Vile's return
Meanwhile in Briarwood Udonna was taking her turn in guarding Mystic Mother while both Madison and Vida were busy with other commitments, the two of them were talking about before Mystic Mother was known as that which meant when she was called Rita.
"So you see I was once the empress of evil and my magic powers back then were half of what they are now but I would never choose to return to that time I know now that true power is from doing good deeds and that is what I have done since I became the Mystic Mother"
"How did you deal with the guilt factor about what you done?" asked Udonna
"I tried to outdo all the evil I had done by doing good deeds including creating the Mystic Wands, and even going back into my own past and putting certain events that needed to happen in to place"
"I thought that was against the rules of magic?"
"Only if I change what happened but I didn't I appeared in the Command Center and gave Alpha the co-ordinates to find Zordon sooner than he would have otherwise and I also used my magic to subconsciously lead Karone to where she would need to be to find the missing Quasar Saber so she could have her redemption"
"Is there anything you regret you did as Rita?"
"There is one thing Thrax"
"Who is Thrax?"
"Thrax is the offspring of my former self Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd"
"Was he destroyed when Zordon was?"
"No he was in a spatial prison at the time by the Sentinel Knight, one of our Mystics Rangers was called to help the Operation Overdrive team defeat Thrax after he escaped his prison"
"I remember Xander said something about meeting other Rangers"
Master Vile's return
While Mystic Mother and Udonna were talking Rito, Lord Zedd and the army of Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers were getting ready to attack they had managed to find the safe location where Mystic Mother was being guarded and as Rito tried to enter the building he was knocked back by a good energy wave.
"You have a go Edd?" said Rito.
"UURRGG its Zedd you simpleton" said Lord Zedd as he turned his attention to the force field and raised his staff up and sent a powerful energy blast at the protection spell that was stopping them from entering. The energy from Zedd's staff kept firing at its target until eventually he was successful and the protection spell was broke and the army of Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting wingers charged in and found only Mystic mother and Udonna waiting for them. Udonna pulled out her Magic Wand Morpher and called "MAGICAL SOURCE MYSTIC FORCE WITH A FLURRY OF SNOW WHITE MYSTIC RANGER" Udonna transformed and with her snow staff in hand stood in front of Mystic mother and began fighting off the attacking Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting wingers while this was going on Mystic mother was watching on and was terrified at seeing her former Brother and Husband attacking Udonna suddenly she sat down and closed her eyes as if she were in meditation 'I just hope this still works' she thought to herself.

Meanwhile in Panorama city Lauren, Justin, Tommy, Lily, Cole and Cam had just returned to the Shiba house and they had introduced Cam to JI and he was surprised to hear Mia had even more family that she didn't know about, and he was even more surprised hear that Cam was a Samurai.
"While you were busy I received a call from Karone and she informed me they would be returning within the next hour"
"Good then we can work out what to do next" said Justin.
Suddenly Tommy collapsed to the floor holding his head.
'Tommy I am so relieved I can still reach you telepathically'
"Mystic Mother what can I do for you"
'I need help Tommy the White mystic Ranger is trying to defend me but Rito and Lord Zedd have an army of Tenga's Mooger's and Sting Wingers and our greatly out numbering her and if they defeat her they will take me and try to make me Rita again.'
"Try to hang in there were on our way"
Just as suddenly Tommy woke up on the floor of the Shiba house and looked round to Justin and Lauren and said "Justin, Lauren we need to get to Briarwood ASAP"
"Right, we'll contact Karone on our way in case we need serious back up" said Justin as the three of them headed to the door.
"What about us?" asked Lily.
"You three need to stay here in case they are trying to draw us out so they can attack here" said Lauren.
"Right we'll protect the town while you're gone" said Lily.
"Ok then Guys I suggest we suit up" said Lauren.
"Agreed" replied both Justin and Tommy.
"GO, GO SAMURAI" said Lauren.
"SHIFT IN TO TURBO MOUNTAIN BLASTER TURBO POWER" said Justin.
"ITS MORPHIN TIME DRAGONZORD" called Tommy.
Their suits appeared over their bodies as they walked out the Shiba house and towards Storm Blaster who the instant they were on board took off into the air and flew straight for Briarwood.

Meanwhile Udonna had been knocked down and had lost her Snow Staff to Rito who had knocked it from her hand and was now in possession of it he aimed the snow staff at Udonna and froze her in place and he and Zedd Laughed the Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers surrounded Mystic Mother and teleported out with her leaving Rito and Zedd to decided what to do with Udonna, but just then three Flashes arrived in the room and their stood Tommy, Justin and Lauren.
"What have you two done with the Mystic mother?" asked Tommy.
"We Have taken her to be returned to what she once was my Wife and the Empress of Evil" said Lord Zedd.
Rito raised his sword and a blast of energy left it landing in between the rangers and Udonna but as the smoke cleared it became obvious that the smoke was more than just to stop the three of them from reaching Udonna, because as the smoke cleared their stood and army of Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers.
Tommy pulled out his Dragon Dagger, Justin summoned his Turbo Hand Blasters and Lauren stood there with her spin sword ready then she placed the Shark disk on it and used the shark sword to knock down a large group of the enemy while Justin and Tommy were fighting back to back since neither of them could fight whatever was directly behind themselves without being vulnerable. They were in a desperate way the three of them were being knocked back by the continuing attack of the Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers who were not giving the Rangers a chance to destroy them once one went down another took its place.
"We need to call in back up" said Justin.
"Call in Karone and the others" said Lauren to Tommy.
"D.E.C.A do you read me if so put me through to Karone"
"Tommy, Karone hear what can we do for you?"
"We need help in Briarwood me, Justin and Lauren are severely outnumbered and we have other problems" said Tommy.
"Right we will be with you shortly Tommy just hang on as long as you can"

Meanwhile up in the Astro Megaship Karone turned to the others who were waiting to find out what Tommy wanted.
"Ok, Carlos, Rocky, Conner, Ronny follow me the rest of you stay here in case we need more help" said Karone as they headed to the jump tubes.
"What are these?" asked Conner.
"These are Jump tubes all you do is activate your Morpher and jump through then you reach the Galaxy Gliders they are like a surf board so if you can't surf just hold on and they will transport you to the target zone" said Karone.
"Sounds cool" said Ronny.
"That they are and don't worry you will get the hang of them" said Carlos.
"Well then let's get down their" said Karone as she jumped in the Pink Tube and the other four followed through their designated tube and headed down to the fight zone in Briarwood.

Back on the ground in Briarwood Tommy, Justin and Lauren were in real trouble and Lord Zedd and Rito were standing beside the frozen form of Udonna who was in no shape to offer any kind of help even if she had wanted to.
"This is perfect finish off those three Pathetic Rangers and once you have done that collect the Green one will shall turn him evil again as well" said Lord Zedd.
Just then five flashes of colour appeared in the room and their stood the Blue Zeo Ranger, the Black Space Ranger the Pink Galaxy Ranger the Red Dino Ranger and the Yellow Operation Overdrive Ranger.
"Did someone call in some help?" said Karone to alert the Tenga's Mooger's and Sting Wingers to their appearance and three quarters of the army turned to face the five new Ranger who had just appeared and already had their weapons in hand and managed to get around half of the army to attack them but also while this was going on Carlos had managed to get to a double door while fight his own small group of Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers but he still managed to open the doors and Storm Blaster drove in and began firing it lasers at the enemy and soon with a combined effort they managed to defeat the Tenga's, Mooger's and Sting Wingers.
Lord Zedd and Rito stood beside the frozen Udonna and teleports away with Udonna leaving the Rangers to try and work out what they were planning on doing with Udonna now they had taken her.
"Thanks for getting here as quick as you did" Tommy said to Karone.
"Don't mention it Tommy now shall we all get back to your base"
"Yeah let's go" said Justin as he and Lauren moved to get in Storm Blaster.
"You know we could accommodate you both and Storm blaster easily enough" said Karone.
"Yeah I know but you will need a guide to find the Shiba house so we'll go in front and you can follow us" said Lauren.
"Good point ok we'll follow you and then we can reunite with everyone else"
Storm Blaster took to the sky and led the Astro Megaship to the Shiba house and once it had landed the 14 gathered Ranger re-introduced themselves to each other since for some of them it had been a few years since they had last met up.
