Greer slipped on her leotard grabbed the tray and made her way out to the Mansion's garden. It wasn't her session with them but she just didn't trust Remy with the new recruits, or Hellions as they were dubbed. "Ok guys... It's been an hour and I... Aghh" Greer growled as lazar beams burst out of the angel statues. Instinctively, she dropped the tray of drinks she had prepared for the kids as she dropped onto her belly to avoid the beams. "My God... Did he activate death con four as a training session..." she thought as the ground beneath her started to rumble. Knowing she had at least three seconds before the ground detonated she pushed herself up and ran.

"Mother..." she thought as a huge saw blade went flying over her head. Looking up, she saw more coming. Bracing herself, she dodged the first, and jumped over the second and rolled under the third. Knowing death con four only shut off if she got to the end of the track she dodged more blades and leaped across more automated defenses destroying all of them by tearing her claws through them not caring if the school was on budget.

As she neared the end of the track, a whirring sound caught her attention. "Terrific..." Greer grumbled as the biggest machine gun of the lot unhinged itself from the fountain. Leaping onto it she grabbed one nozzle twisted it, sliced the other in half. Roaring she dug both her hands into the center of the machine and tore through it ignoring the static electricity that shot through her arms sending snarls of pain through her mouth... Finally the machine heaved in protest before collapsing.

"Aaaaa..." Greer moaned as she pulled out her ash-blackened arms from the machine, tubes and wires still caught on her claws. "THAT is how you do a training session..." came a voice followed by a slow applause. A disheveled Greer turned and saw Jonathan and Remy applauding while the Hellions just looked to tired and to shaken to care.

Jonathan turned around. "Ok buckaroos that's how I want you to react when in a tough situation." "Wait...You put them through that?! And you let him?!" Greer asked Gambit not believing her ears. Remy only shrugged. "No shit Sherlock. This guy nearly got us all killed! If it weren't for Santo and I we would've all been dead." Julian yelled. "Lara helped too..." Betsy mumbled patting Lara on the back while Lara stared blankly at Julian. Julian pouted. "Yeah but we did the majority, I mean look at Santo..."Greer grimaced as she noticed three razor blades still stuck in Santo's arm as he waved at her.

To everyone's surprise Jonathan suddenly lifted Julian by the collar of his uniform. "Listen boy. You will NOT tell me how to run a class. This training might save your life someday. So quit being a smart ass and do as I say..." he growled. "Are you insane... You do not manhandle a student like that..." Greer snarled snatching a whimpering Julian from Jonathan. No. Besides, I took a look at your training schedule. It's too simple, too basic... These kids won't benefit..." Jonathan remarked simply. "You know Greer... Gold eyes here may have a..." "Can it Lebeuff..." Greer growled as she yanked the tubes and wires off her claws and dumping them into the arms of a smirking Julian. "Betsy and Lara you guys are in charge... YOU TWO COME WITH ME!" she growled dragging both Jonathan and Remy into the mansion.

Greer released her iron grip on the two men and growled, showing she meant business. "I don't need YOU to show me how to do my job ok? I'm just as qualified as you to teach a class..." she growled at Jonathan. Jonathan flashed his teeth. "Well doll, I'll have you know I was a sergeant in World War Two and I..." "I'm well aware of you abilities. I've listened to you rant about it so much I'm ready to blow my brains out." "Then you should know know..." " We're teaching them how to defend themselves if they have to... Not to be freaking Black OPS ACTIVATING DEATHCON FOUR IS NOT TEACHING THEM. IT"S GOING TO KILL THEM" "But Cheri... Gold eyes has many valid." "Shut up Remy..." Greer growled. Turning back to Jonathan she jabbed him in the chest. "You ever do that again, And I'll never forgive you ever... You hear me? EVER! " she snarled. "Umm...Am I interrupting something?" came a snicker. Greer turned to see a smirking Logan. Awkwardly she lowered her clawed finger from Jonathan's chest.

"No nothing..." Greer lied. "What do you want Logan?" she mumbled hastily before Remy or Jonathan could butt in. Logan's face grew serious. "Cannonball here has something to say." Behind him came a very disheveled looking Sam Gruthie. "Sam? Oh my God, what happened to you?" Greer bent over to look at what resembled a bullet wound on Sam's arm. To her surprise, he slapped her hand away and grabbed her shoulders instead. "Paige... Jay...They've got them!" he practically screamed into her face. "Whoa calm down who?" "Paige and Jay, my siblings...MRD... They..." Greer caught the exhausted boy as his eyes rolled back into his head and his legs gave away.
