Chapter 3

The Titans looked at the two people standing in front of them. One was unharmed and the other looked like came from a battle. "You're confusing me! You two!" Shazrina points her finger to the two Martin's. "There could be only 1 Martin and 1 clone." "But how do we find out which is the real one?" Beast Boy asked. "Good question. So, uh, let's see." Shazrina began to think when Rhyvynne passed by. But there's something different about her. Her eyes were cold and cruel looking and her eyes had a thick, black outlines. Her red orange hair was a mess and her clothes were stained with blood. Starfire shivered. Rhyvynne just passed by them, not even glancing at her friends. "Is she possessed?" Cyborg whispered to Robin, which caught her attention.

Rule #3: Don't do anything to catch a ghost or a slightly possessed one's attention. Just stay still but if you can't, might as well slowly creep away from the scene.

She doesn't look…alive. "Possessed? Who are you talking to, Tin Man?" she/it growled. "N-no one?" Cyborg stuttered. Shazrina, on the other hand was too focused on the 'Martin' incident. "So, what now? Where have you been?" she asks to the two guys. "I've been around the hospital." They said simultaneously but Martin 2 added, "Fighting a dead body." "Aha! I know! It's-" "RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" she was cut short by Chris running pass them. They all turned around and saw a grudge limping towards the Titans. They started to run, following Chris. "I believe this is most scary!" Starfire commented as she flies behind Robin. "What is that thing?!" Martin 1 asked. "It's a grudge, you idiot!" Shazrina retorted. "There!" Robin points out to a door and Chris quickly forced the door knob to open. Beast Boy heard footsteps and he whisper-yelled to everyone. "It's coming!" Chris, who had adrenaline rush pushed the door and swung open. The Titans, with the exception of Rhyvynne went in and hurriedly close the door. The door had some kind of a glass window so everyone ducked as the grudge passed by. At first, it stopped in front of the door which made the Titans pray and hope. And pray. Starfire was close to tears since she was really scared. However, after 10 minutes, 'it' limped away from the door as everyone gave a sigh of relief. "That was close." Robin said. "Martin, dude, why are there two of you? And what's with the light?" Chris asked which made everyone turn their attention towards the Martins. Martin 1 turned pale, scars started showing up all over his body, and his expression scared everyone in the room. Martin 2 fell unconscious. Everyone but Shazrina was scared. "I always knew you were a ghost! I always knew you were not my best friend! Because he would fight for what is right!" she snapped at the ghost. "Shaz! Come on!" Robin called out. They were already outside waiting for her. You silly child. You should have wished you never said that! The door suddenly slammed shut with Shazrina still inside. The Titans gasped and they tried to open the door. But to everyone's surprise, the door wouldn't open. It had scratches and burns but won't open. Chris once again tried to force the door knob to turn. "Shazrina! Are you still there?!" he yells through the foggy glass window. They suddenly heard a screechy voice. Who wants a hug?! "Who was that?" Raven asked, still oblivious to everyone that she was freaking out.

RULE #4: IF YOU HEARD A SCREECHY VOICE, GO RUN AND HIDE! 'CAUSE IT WANTS A NEVER-ENDING HUG! (yikes)

A normal woman wearing a white hospital gown comes into view. Their eyes widened. Do you want a hug? She asked as she slowly walks to the Titans. "Um, I think this woman has a mental disorder." Beast Boy said and added, "Run!" They quickly ran as the crazy woman chases them. That was so mean of you! Everyone wants a hug! "We don't want a hug!" Chris yelled as he and the Titans speeded through the halls. Oh. But don't worry, I give nice hugs! Hugs that will keep you safe. Hugs that last forever. Starfire was scared at the woman's abnormality so she shoots star bolts at her. "Sorry!" she apologizes. Thankfully, it had slowed the mental woman down. They stopped behind a wall for a while to catch their breath. "But what about Shazrina?" Cyborg asked worriedly, Martin finally regained consciousness and stood up. "What just happened? Wait, where's Shazrina?" he questioned. "Martin, Shazrina was trapped in the room with your ghost doppelganger. We were about to try getting her out again but this mental woman who wants to give us never-ending hugs chased us." Robin explained his tone filled with worry. "We need to get back in there." Chris insisted. "But our friend could be gone-" Starfire was cut off by Martin with glossy eyes, looking at the floor. "Oh, I'm sorry for your sadness Martin. We'll find Shazrina." She says with a comforting smile. "But first, I need to heal his wounds." Raven stated as she puts her glowing hands on his wounds. "Guys?" They heard a familiar voice. They turned around to see Goldrine, another Southwest Titan. Her eyes watered and she immediately ran to them. She hugs Chris then pulls out. "I'm glad you are all safe. I thought something bad happened to you." She said with a smile. The Titans share uneasy looks. "What's wrong? Wait, why is Raven healing Martin? And… where's Shazrina? I thought she was with you." Goldrine was now confused. The heroes looked at Robin, signaling him to explain everything. He sighed and began explaining everything to their confused friend. "You mean they're gone?" she asked with a sad tone. "Well not literally gone. Just missing for a moment." Cyborg says, trying to keep cool. Raven finished healing Martin and was now looking around. She saw a crawling shadow on the wall in front of them. Her eyes widened. "Shh!" she said and quickly pulls everyone on their backs to the wall. "Why-" Raven's dark force shut Beast Boy's mouth. "Keep quiet. Something's coming." She whispered.
