A train arrives at the Magnolia train station revealing a pink haired mage who looks like a zombie being dragged by a beautiful red hair with a flying blue cat. When Natsu's feet s touches the ground, he revives instantly from his half-dead situation.
"I'm alive!" Natsu shouts loudly, getting all the attention from other people there. Everyone there clapped their hands to congratulate him for getting out alive. They have gotten accustomed by his energetic behavior after he manages to step out of the train.
"Let's go to Lucy's house first. I hope she have recovered from the fever." Said Erza.
"YEAY! Let's go!" Natsu and Happy cheered.
Time skip.
When all of them reach Lucy's house Natsu and Happy enter her room using the window while Erza using the keys Mira gave her.
"Luuuccyyy!" Happy called her in a sing song tone.
No one answered.
Natsu's face brighten. "I'll check in the bathroom!" He runs towards the bathroom hoping that Lucy still taking her bath.
"She's not here." Erza walk out of the bathroom.
"Just when did you get there Erza?" Natsu questioned, dumbfounded.
"Let's go to the guild. I think she must be lonely staying alone. Maybe, she is staying with Levy." Happy assumed.
"That might be the case." Erza nodded in agreement.
"Let's go to the guild guys!" Natsu jumped out of the window, leaving Erza alone in the house.
'Natsu really get on my nerves with his hyper attitude. But.. I can't blame him. I really hope Lucy is fine. I don't have a good feeling until I meet her.' Erza thought.
BAM! The guild's door slams open by the pink haired dragon slayer. "We're back!" Natsu yells.
"Yo flame breath, welcome back!" Gray greets him a punch.
Natsu manages to avoid his punch and tries to kick Gray as a present. "Yeah, I'm back popsicle!"
"What do you call me, ash brain?!"
"I'm not ash brain, popsicle!" Gray and Natsu started to use their magic but get smacked down by Erza.
"You block my way guys! And Gray, where is your shirt?" she shoots them her famous glare. She walks to the guild's bar and greet the white haired woman.
"Hello Mira, Where is master?"
"Welcome back Erza. Oh, master have something to take care of and he need to go out for a moment, I guess he will be back shortly. He tells me that you and the team have to stay here until he got back."
"Is that so?" Erza trailed her eyes, looking for a blond-haired mage. "Umm.. Mira, is L…." Before Erza could finish her word, she is interrupted by Mira who trying to tease Natsu.
"Looking for Lucy?" Mira ask with a huge grin.
"A, ah... Yeah.. I'm kind of worried about her" Natsu scratch his cheek embarrassed by her question.
"She is on her mission and will be back today." Gray who finally finds his shirt interrupts.
"How did you know Gray? What mission? Is it dangerous? Why didn't you go with her?" Natsu grabbed Gray's shirt, ready to punch him.
"Easy there Natsu, she did not take a dangerous mission as I'm the one who give it to her. She really needs money for her rent. Oh yea! I forgot to tell all of you that Wendy and Charla also go with Lucy. So, all of you don't have to worry about her! Don't blame Gray. He just as worried as you when know just now." Mira explain while planning to tease Lucy later.
Natsu take a relieve breath and released Gray. "You should said that earlier Mira."
Unknown to them, Erza who still waiting for Mira's answer taking a relieve breath. Even though it is just a temporary relieve breath, hearing she go with Wendy really making her less worried.
Happy, who watch everything from far fly towards their direction and smile widely. Natsu can see Happy's intention and close his mouth before he could say anything.
"Mmm,mmumm" Happy tries to talk.
"Ara, ara Natsu, let Happy go. Don't torture him." Mira interrupt
"No Mira, I'm just playing around with him, right Happy?"
"Mmm..mm…" Happy nodded. When Natsu release him, he flies towards Mira and whisper something with his sly smile. Mira's face brightens.
"You liii…ke… her…" the two of them rolled their tongue enjoying their teasing.
"Shut up!" Natsu says with his red face.
"Getting shy flame breath?" Gray tease.
"Enough! I don't have any mood to fight you ice princess. Just continue with our fight when Lucy comes back"
"Anytime flame breath! I'll make sure you lose this time."
"That won't happen" Natsu argues.
"Wanna bet?" Gray did not back up and starts to throw his shirt away.
"Gray, Natsu, I know you miss each other but I want some peace to eat my cake here can you please shut it now?" Erza says with a big smile on her face.
Gray and Natsu sweat dropped. "Aye!"
"Good then."
After all the commotion they have caused, team Natsu sit at their usual table and eat together while waiting for their best friend to come back. Then Wendy and Charla come to their table.
"Hello everyone!" Wendy greeted.
"Hello Wendy. Where his Lucy?" Erza ask, which surprise her teammate. Usually that question will be ask first by Natsu and Gray.
"Well, actually I wanted to join Lucy-san on the mission but I forgot that I need to help Porlyusica on a research. I don't have a chance to tell Mira-san about this because I go straight to Polyusica and stay with her without going to the guild. I felt really guilty leaving her alone but she said she will be just fine."
"Is that so? Hmm, I think she will be fine. She supposed to come back today right? If she did not arrive in evening, I think we should search for her." Gray suggested.
"No! If she did not arrive on 12 o'clock, we will go find her." Erza said in worry.
At the same time,
Lucy and the mages of Sabertooth reach the Magnolia station. All of them walk through the station and reach the town. Lucy who still could not walk properly go to the nearest bench to sit for a minute, followed by the exceeds and the twin dragon slayer.
"The weather is good isn't it Lector?" Lucy asks.
"Hmm.." Lector look at the clear sky. "Yes it is."
"Fro think so too!" Frosh added.
"Oh yea, by the way Sting and Rouge, I think you can go back to your guild now. After all, I have reach Magnolia safely.
Rouge who silently enjoying the scenery answered. "I'm sorry Lucy-san but we will go back after you have reached the guild safely. "
"Is that so?" Lucy questioned, slightly touched by their kindness.
"Don't get us wrong okay. We have some business with Master Makarov after sending you there. So you can say we're doing two works at the same time." Sting added.
Lucy nodded. Then, awkward silence engulfing them before Lucy decided to ask.
"Umm.. Guys, don't you have any question about what has happened yesterday?"
Sting and Rouge exchange glances. Unsure of what is the best answer to give her.
'Did they heard what Akira said to me? Considering their action right now, I'm positive they heard it. Oh.. I forgot, they are dragon slayer. Now what should I said to them?' Lucy debating in her mind.
"Lucy-san" Rouge waving his hand in front of Lucy's face.
"Ahh.. Yes. Sorry, I'm not focusing on our conversation."
"What if we don't have a question but we know everything regarding that incident?" Sting questioned.
Lucy keeps silence before replying his question.
"Please. Don't let anyone in the guild know about this. Please! I don't want to worry about me." Lucy begged.
Rouge softens his stoic face. "Lucy-san, we know you care about them, but they have right to know you're in danger and this did not only involve you but other people as well."
"But, you don't know Fairy Tail. They will sacrifice everything for their nakama." Lucy added, hoping they would change their mind.
"We know it Blondie. How can we forget the lesson we got after messing with Fairy Tail? I'm sure they will find a way to save you and other people as well." Sting interrupts.
Lucy doesn't want to retort about the nickname Sting gave him and answered. "I know they would but if they don't, they will fight Akira face to face! All of them will hurt! Everything will rewind as if we're fighting Phantom Lord!"
Again…. Everyone is silent.
"Lucy-san. Don't be like this. If Frosh is part of Fairy Tail, Froch will definitely find a way to help and protect you. If you're hurt because Froch don't know you're in danger, Frosch could not live happily. The rest of Frosh life will be miserable as if living in hell." Froch explain with her innocent face.
Lucy looks shocked by Froch's word. She could not bring any relevant argument to fight her word as everything her said is true. That is precisely will happen if the table is turned. If her friend is danger, she will do the same as what Froch had said.
Lucy sighed and continues. "I-I understand. Thanks Froch. Thanks guys but please, just let only master know about this. I don't want everyone to worry. I'm sure master will find a wise solution for this." Lucy looks at the twin dragon slayer with hopeful look.
"I guess it is okay." Rouge agreed.
"Yeah, yeah. We got it. Now, let's go to your guild." Sting gives out his hand to help Lucy stand up. Then, he takes Lucy's hand to give her a piggy back ride.
"Eh, what are you doing Sting?" Lucy's face blushes.
"Giving you a ride." Sting gives a simple answer.
"I know, but I WANTED TO WALK!" Lucy screamed.
"DON'T SHOUT! It hurts my ear! Don't move too much! You're heavy!" Sting annoyed by her struggling.
"I don't ask you to give me a ride." Lucy pouted. She then continues her word that makes Sting blushes.
"I'm sorry and thanks a lot for everything."
Time skip.
"It is almost afternoon. Let's go find Lucy." Natsu stand up and ready to go out of the guild.
"Yes, let's go! But can one of you stay here in case Lucy comes back when we're out?" Erza asks.
No one answered as all of them are eager to find Lucy.
"I'll stay here and inform all of you if she comes back. Take the communication card with you. This will help when you're separated." Cana volunteered.
"Thanks!" All of them take the card and walk out of the guild. Before they could step out of the guild, a familiar scent and figure stops their track.
"Hei GUYS!" Lucy waves at them.
"Yo Natsu-san!" Sting greeted.
"Hello Erza-san, Gray-san and Wendy." Rouge added
"It's Happy and Charla!" Frosh cheered.
"Long time no see everyone." Lector greeted.
"Sting and Rouge?" Erza shocked.
"Hello Lector and Frosch!" Happy answered happily.
"Sabertooth?" Gray also shocked by their appearances.
"Lucy!" Natsu shouted her name in excitement.
