Lucy pov

After I enter the portal with Akira, we're teleported to a weird place. I wonder where this place is. We're surrounded by mountain, waterfall and forest. Just what is this place? I look around only to find a tomb in the middle of forest with a waterfall as a background. The tree and grasses near the tomb withered. Does that mean it is the Zeref tomb? As I caught in my own thought, I forgot that I come here with Akira, the most blood thirsty man of this world. I took a glance over him and I see him smiling creepily.

Normal pov.

"You are really interesting Lucy Heartfilia. How come you can be so calm in front of me?" Akira said with creepy smile.

Lucy took a step away from him and shivered. Akira's dark magic overflowing their surrounding making Lucy stumble backwards and her legs gave away. She did not answer but just looking straight to Akira's eyes.

"You're making me curious. Where is the determine woman that fought her guild mate earlier? Actually I have a thought to make you my underlings but well, you have to be my sacrifices item. Or should I capture the other stellar spirit mage to replace you and you be my underlings? You're quite strong you know. Killing you will be a bit waste I guess."

Lucy's heart pumping hard with every word Akira's said. She could not contain her anger and force herself to stand up facing him. "Don't you ever think I come here to join you?! I know you want my friend to come and save me and at the same time you want them to be your magic supplier doesn't you? Don't you even dream, they won't come and you won't have the chance to hurt them!"

"Ahahahaha.. Surprise.. surprise.. You're interesting. You become agitated with the mention of your family's name. This is what I want, a bratty princess to play with before the ritual. Let's play some games shall we?"

Akira launches himself forward and grabbed Lucy's throat. "You're going to regret declining my pure invitation". He throw Lucy to the nearest tree making Lucy cough hardly. She just lies there and looks at Akira. Akira did not stop there. He used his magic to make Lucy stand and walk towards him. He takes Lucy's knife from her belt and pressing it on Lucy's cheeks. Blood coming out of the cuts making Akira laugh with happiness while Lucy winces in pain.

"Does that hurt?" Akira said with sarcasm. "If it is hurt, you should just scream and tell it is hurt. With that, I will stop for a few moments."

Lucy just looks at Akira with pity look on her eyes. "You can do whatever you want. I don't intent to follow your order."

"Yes..yes… this is what I want. But…." Akira cupped Lucy's face hardly. "Don't look at me with those pity eyes! Hate me!" Akira kicks Lucy's stomach making her skidding on the hard floor. Her body is full of cuts and bruises. Lucy did not answer him and keep silent. Keeping in the pain she has to bear.

"You make me annoyed Lucy Hearfilia!" Akira runs toward Lucy and attack her, making Lucy flying away and before she could hit any tree, Akira continues his attack. Lucy cough out blood and the cuts on her body is getting larger. She is barely breathing and moving. The last hit from Akira makes Lucy lost her consciousness.

At the guild.

Everyone in the guild has settled down. Wendy and the other girls patching up each other's wounds while waiting for Makarov's explanation.

"Now listen up." Everyone gives their attention to what Makarov wanted to tell them.

"The man that come and takes Lucy is Akira. Sources said that he is the one responsible with all the massive murder around the village lately. But killing innocent people is not their goal. He wanted to revive Zeref. Because of that, Lucy becomes his main target to do so."

"Why Lucy?!" Natsu interrupt.

"A stellar spirit mage has their own spirit to guard its owner. The power sealed inside can be used as a light and at the same time can be the darkness. According to Lucy, after the eclipse incident, the gate that guarding Zeref magic that has been sealed is broken. The magic can be attained by anyone as long as they use the stellar spirit mage as a medium. And the only stellar spirit mage alive is Yukino and Lucy."

"In other word, he wanted to make Lucy as a sacrifice." Wendy mumbles a bit loud that make the others shocked.

"And why did you let her go?" Laxus ask, clearly angry with the revelation.

"We have to trust her. She has the power to fight Akira and we don't. Following her will only make it worst." Makarov explained.

"How can it be worst?" Gray argues.

It is Erza's turn to answer. "Akira has the ability to suck people life force and take over them. If you've been marked by his magic, it can't be undone. Lucy chooses to attack us and make us hate her in order to make sure we won't go after her."

"Marking magic huh?" Levy said. "It can't be undone but it can be prevented. However it can be used only once."

Everyone turn their head towards Levy. "Is that so?! Can you do it Levy?" Erza asks.

"YES! But I need freed and Wendy. We have to do it together and fast."

"Let's do it." Freed stands up.

"Yeah, I will help in any way I could."

"So, who's going after Lucy?" Levy asked

"Count me in!" Laxus stand up, facing her.

"Me too." Gajeel added.

"I won't anyone hurt Lucy." Gray said

"I'm going after her" Erza said

"I want to save Lushie too!" Happy sobbed.

"I'm all fired up. That Akira will have to face the wrath of targeting my precious friends." Natsu slammed the poor table.

"Wait guys, I know you're excited to help her but, where can you find her anyway?" Mira asked.

"Let me handle that, I secretly put my card on Lucy to…. Ah well.. to check on her in any case.. I will track her." Cana answered.

"Do what you can my child, and we're going after her!" Makarov shouted.

"Yeah!"

With Lucy and Akira.

Lucy pov

I open my eyes slowly only to find myself being pinned against the tree. I wanted to move but I can't find enough strength to release myself from the magic that bind be. I look up on the sky and it is already night will lots of stars and a full moon. It is so beautiful. I look at my torn clothes and bruises. The blood from the cuts has stopped flowing leaving the dry blood on my skin. How I wish I can take a bath after this. Then I scan around to see Akira and find him sitting across me with his eyes closed. I stared at him. He has scars on his nose up to his eyes. He has a muscular body and long legs. If he wasn't a bad guy, I might like him. Eh.. What am I thinking? I sighed. Why would anyone wanted to become strong? I mumble by myself.

At that time, Akira opens his eyes and look at me. "To protect my precious one." He said.

I shocked but continue. "You're supposed to be died long ago. If there is anyone precious to you, they have long gone." I said, a bit soft not to agitate him further.

"She died in front of me because I was weak. I can't protect her. But now I can be strong enough to protect and revive her to this world. I want to be with her and protect her."

"Reviving her?"

"Yes, after I have Zefer's power, I can revive her and we can live together"

"You… But… You have to kill other people to keep you and your beloved alive isn't it?" I gulped.

"Yes. After all, killing people don't hurt if you become accustomed with it." He answers short and firm.

I feel sorry for him but I can't let him kill other innocent people for his selfish desire. I clutch my hand, calming myself. I have to make him fall on my trap. "I understand. I will help you achieve your desire to be one with your love one. I'll be your medium to get Zeref's power."

"And why should I trust you?" He looks at me suspiciously.

"It is because I understand your pain. If my friend died in front of me I might do the same thing as you do. Killing other people to save my love one? It is a simple task isn't it?" I put some act on my answer. But honestly, I do understand him. I can't let my friend die because of me. That's why I choose to hurt them personally.

"I don't trust you. But well, you will be my sacrifices tool anyway. Just stay there, enjoy the scenery before you die."

In the guild.

"Guys! I know their location!" Cana yelled.

"We're also done here!" Wendy added.

"Go guys! Save Lu-chan. Remember! Recall the spell I told you and make sure he marks your other self. Whatever it is, be careful!"

"LET'S DO THIS!" Natsu shouted.

With that, Laxus, Gajeel, Gray, Erza, Natsu and Happy runs as fast as they could to reach Lucy.
