Mask

The mask you hide behind is slipping fast.

You may think that no one sees but many people ask.

Not that they care of course, but really who would dare?

You're just a freak in the corner.

The one holding his mask.

Is that mask important to you?

Do you need it? Is it true?

What happened to the real you they ask.

But really, it was your mask….

Allen's Point of View

It was dark. So dark I felt like I was drowning in it. "Allen! Alllleennn!?" It was a girl's voice. I opened my eyes and sat up, looking around.

I saw a little girl that looked just like Kanda. "Ah!" I yelled, scrambling away. "Mr. Allen what's wrong? Oh you don't really know who I am huh?"

I had a faint thought. "Are you Natalie?" I asked slightly shaking. "Yup! I've been watching over my brother for a while. You've been doing good!"

She smiled at me. "So where am I?" I asked quietly. "Oh you're not dead yet. Don't worry. Its not your time yet. Your mom and I wanted to talk to you."

I gasped as I saw my mom walking towards me. "Hey baby boy!" She said smiling and pulling me into her arms.I felt tears falling down my face. "Hey Momma." I said, snuggling into her arms.

My momma had been a part of my life for a little bit. She sent me letters before she died. Actually she had been the one who saved me.

She was my real mom and her name was Nicole. My father tried killing me and so she sent me with Mana. After he died, and Master found me, she got into contact with us and Master fell in love with her.

She was always writing and I guess that's where I got it. She died when I was twelve and Master went crazy, and started beating me.

"Hey baby. I'm sorry I left you with him. He's just sad sugar bear." I smiled at her. "Why am I here?" She smiled at me.

"We want to show you something sugar bear." She pulled me over to a mirror that showed Kanda bent over me, shaking and crying.

My eyes widened in horror. "This boy here needs you and your writing baby." My mom said, pulling me into another hug.

"Take care of Yuu for me okay?! Tell him that I love him! Tell him I said thanks! Oh and make sure you kiss him lots okay?!" She smiled at me and blew me a kiss.

"What's happening!? I don't want to leave you guys!" I yelled. "You're waking up!" My mom yelled. "I love youn Momma! I'll see you again!"

I yelled, tears streaming down my face. Then I awoke to pain…..

Kanda's Point of View

I watched as the monitor stopped beeping. "Please Allen. Please don't leave me!" I said, starting to yell, tears streaming down my face.

I was sobbing now, when I heard something. "Man you're heavy *cough cough* The cold hearted Yuu Kanda crying? *cough cough* Over a bean sprout?"

I looked up and saw Allen smiling at me. I wrapped my arms around him, crying harder. "Ouch. Watch the wound." he said, wincing.

I leaned up and kissed him hard. "I thought you were gone. I thought he had killed you." I said worriedly. I kissed him again and he tangled his hands in my hair.

"I have to tell you something. Your little sister says she loves you and she said thank you. My Momma approves of you as well."

He whispered to me. My eyes widened. "You talked to her?" He nodded smiling. "She's really sweet Yuu." i smiled softly.

"I'm glad you're okay." I said, pulling him to me. "He tried to kill me because he loved my momma too much. I'm too much like her." He said softly, smiling sadly.

I leaned over and kissed him again. "No matter what, I love you. I'll be your family. I want you by my side forever." I said kissing him.

I saw tears at the corner of his eyes and I smiled. "I mean it Allen. I love you. Stay by my side forever until death."

Life

Life moves on, even if you die,

Life moves on even if only a little at a time.

Life and Death play a deadly game, Some will win but soon will pay.

Which is better Death or Life?

Chose the one with less strife.

I think that I might chose to fight,
