Hello everyone!

Thank you everyone that has reviewed, followed and favourited!
Clary's feet met the ground. Izzy had brought her clothes to change into, which was just a dress. A white flowy dress with a tight top that made her curves and chest look good.
She had refused to put on the heels she was given so she was in her bare feet. The floor felt cold, but she didn't care as she struggled to fight against whatever it was that was controlling her.
She could control her head, but that didn't help her much with the fact that her head wasn't controlling her body.
"What is going on?!" She hissed in her mind, wanting to regain control.
"Don't fight it little sister. Come to me."
"Jonathan?"
"The very one."
"WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
"Calm down little sis. I told you before, you belong to me."
Clary was thinking desperately of how he was in her head. The answer came to her straight away. "The knife! The one you threw at me with your blood on it! That's why you're in my head, isn't it?" Clary was now at the door of the infirmary. Her hand was reaching out to twist the door handle, she couldn't stop herself.
"Very good Clarissa. I had a warlock do a favour for me by doing a spell that connects you to me through that blood. Guess what the best part is."
"That I have a psychotic monster in my head?" She was speed walking down the hallways. How did Jonathan know where to bring her?
"We are linked, Clarissa. Menatally...and physically."
His words sent an ice-cold shiver down he spine. "What do you mean, physically?"
To answer her question, Clary felt a sharp pain across the palm of her hand. She let out a small cry at the deep wound. Her black blood spilled out, onto the carpet.
Not two seconds later, Clary saw an impression of an iratze just below the cut. The wound heeled itself.
"You...You bastard! Haven't you destroyed my life enough as it is?!"
"What is wrong with me wanting to be close too my little sister?" She could hear the amusement and sarcasm laced together.
"What's wrong is I don't want to be close to you! I don't want to be within ten miles of you and I especially don't want you in my head!" Clary struggled more so for the control of her body. It didn't even falter her steps or movements.
"Why don't we discuss this outside. Come to me, Clarissa."
"NO!" But there was no reply, only the ghost of a chuckle.
Great, now she couldn't kill Sebastian without killing herself in the process. She was still walking through the hallways, Jonathan was most likely looking for the elevator or somewhere to escape. Was he using her memory's to guide Clary?
An idea came to mind to test that theory. She made a layout of the floor of the institute she was on. She imagined the door to lead outside was where the library was. She was hoping her theory was correct.
After a few minutes of confusion as her legs seemed to be out of control, she started heading towards the direction of the library. Clary smiled, but then a gruesome thought popped into her head.
She wasn't supposed to leave the infirmary. What happens if Maryse had informed the clave of Clary's condition and some of the members were in the library? She would be caught for being a demon and escaping, not to include the fact she couldn't control her body.
She struggled again, feeling her cheeks become wet with tears. She didn't want to die. She wanted to have a normal life.
She was nearing the library now, when two little figures caught her eye.
Max and Alexis were sitting outside the huge doors that lead into the library. They looked up at the sound of their mothers footsteps.
A huge grin spread across their faces as they ran towards her, arms extended and crying "Mommy!"
Clary let out a breath. Somewhere in the back of her mind she heard the angry voice of her brothers telling her to ignore the two children and just leave.
Seeing her children, Clary could feel the strength to fight against Jonathan's hold on her. It was like an internal battle. She felt like she was fighting against an invisible force, but all she wanted was to hug her children.
The invisible thing that was controlling her seemed to lose its grip on her body as Clary was able to drop to her knees and extend her arms out to her little children.
They literally ran into her embrace, nuzzling their faces into her hair. She had her arms wrapped around them, but she felt Jonathan trying to gain some control back.
"Not this time, big brother." She mentally imagined a door made of tons of metal. She imagined pushing Jonathan through it, but unfortunately that didn't work.
"I won't be ignored or denied, Clarissa."
"Let me have this time with my children, please." She hated herself for pleading with him, but what choice had he left her?
"Ten minutes Clarissa. If you're not outside in ten minutes, I'm burning the building till all that's left is ashes."
Taking it without hesitation, Clary hugged her children tighter to herself, shutting her eyes as she felt her brothers presence leave her mind...for now.
Her eyes flew open at the sound of a door opening. She looked up to see the door of the library was open, Jace stood at the opening, staring at the scene in front of him.
"Clary, you're not supposed to leave the infirmary!" Jace said, before realising the door to the library was open.
Jace was pushed out-of-the-way as Isabelle, Alec, Magnus, Maryse and two clave officials burst through the doorway. Clary gasped as the two officials made their way towards her.
"I-I-" She stuttered. How could she plead her innocence by saying her brother was controlling her?
Jace luckily stepped in front of the two officials. "Not in front of the children." He hissed.
Clary breathed a sigh of release as she pulled away from her children. She looked into their gold and green eyes. "Go with aunt Izzy. She'll look after you."
"But I want to stay with you!" Alexis cried, her gold eyes filling with tears.
"Me too!" Max cried, his own eyes filling with tears.
Clary smiled, hoping to reassure them. "I need to sort some things out. I'll find you as soon as possible." She didn't like lying to her children, but under the circumstances, she had no choice. She looked to Iz. "Can you take them?"
"Sure! Come on, lets go to the training room and I'll teach you how to use a bow and arrow!" Izzy said, walking over to take their hands.
"Iz!" Both Clary and Jace exclaimed.
"Relax." Iz said as she practically dragged the kids away.
When the children were no longer in view, the two officials closed in on Clary.
"What kind of situation have you gotten yourself into, little sister?" Jonathan's voice rang through her head. He chooses now to reappear?
"Give me more than ten minutes."
"What are you going to do? Attack them?" Clary scowled at the humour in his voice.
"Shut up!"
The officials had reached her now, about to grab her arms, but she back peddled on the floor till her back hit the wall.
"Clarissa Herondale. Are you resisting arrest?" One of the officials asked. He looked to be in his mid-thirties, with greying brown hair and overly tanned skin. He looked like he was around Clary's height.
"I-I can explain!" She pleaded once again.
"What excuse could you possibly have?" The other official scoffed. He had a familiar and look about him. He was smirking down at her, his deep blue eyes were almost taunting her. He had a pale complexion that was covered in scars.
"Jonathan Morgenstern is outside right now, threatening to burn down the institute if I don't meet him."
"Nice one sis."
"I told you to shut up!"
"How would you know that?" The first official asked.
She paled. Taking a deep breath she said "He stabbed me with a dagger that had his blood on it. He got a warlock to somehow place a spell on it so that we're linked." More tears spilled down her face as she looked at Jace who looked both confused and angry. "If you want to kill him, kill me and you kill him."
"CLARISSA!"
"We're both going down, big brother."
One of the officials grabbed a seraph blade out of his belt and placed it against her neck. "I knew you were your brothers pet." He hissed but was knocked out-of-the-way by Jace.
"Don't you dare touch her!" Jace growled as he proceeded to punch the official.
The other official didn't move to stop Jace, he seemed to be considering something. Alec rushed to his parabatai's side, trying to pull him off the now bloody and unconscious official.
Clary looked closer at the official that didn't run to his companion's side. Something about him seemed strange...She was staring into his eyes. They looked amused and there was a sharp edge to them. What caught her attention though was the fact the sun was shining through a window, meaning his pupil should have dilated. The pupil looked the same as if he was in a dimly lit room.
Using her artist eye and better eye sight, she stared into his eyes, noticing his royal blue eyes had an odd shape. The blue iris was circle, but there was a black curve underneath the blue.
The answer slammed into her straight away.
The night of the sacred circle, some of Jonathan's followers had left as soon as the clave arrived. She distantly remembered seeing the same official in the crowd of soon to be dark shadowhunters.
The reason his eyes looked so odd was because they were contacts.
The official still made no move to help the other on the ground. Clary briefly wondered why Jace didn't remember him.
Clary quickly moved into a crouch before springing onto the official who seemed to have been waiting for her to attack.
"Took you long enough, Clarissa." He smirked at her.
Before Clary could reply, she felt someone tugging her away. She glanced at the person behind her, only to see Maryse?
"Let me go!" Clary shouted as she tried to pounce on the dark shadowhunter again.
"Clary, you're in enough trouble. Don't add attacking a member of the clave to that list." Maryse informed her in a strict and business like tone.
"He's one of them! He's with JONATHAN!" Clary shrieked, still fighting against the woman's strong hold on her.
