Chapter 15

Vegeta looked at Goku who had fainted. The big lug had no self control.

"And to think the imbecile would have been happy about the news."

Azuki looked at Vegeta then at Goku. The earth raised saiyan was slowly regaining consciousness. He touched the back of his head and groaned," What happened?"

Azuki giggled softly,"You passed out from the prince's news."

Vegeta crossed his arms and turned up his nose softly blushing. Goku laughed sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head," I'm going to be a dad again?"

A vein popped on Vegeta's head,"DAMN IT YOU BAKA! HAVEN'T YOU BEEN LISTENING?!"

Goku nodded," I have and i'm so excited Geta! We're gonna be parents!" Goku hugged Vegeta the anger he had for Goten long forgotten. Azuki then turned to Goten and looked at the demi-saiyan.

"I shouldn't be saying this since Trunks is carrying your child...but stay away from my soul mate or I will not hesitate to kill you."

Goten let out a laugh,"Yeah. Sure. A worthless girl beat me? Prove it princess."

"Gladly." Azuki powered up to super saiyan and smirked,"Honey. Listen. The fact that you can turn super saiyan doesn't matter. On Planet Vegeta everyone can turn Super. It's not a legend anymore." Azuki grabbed Goten's chin and got close to his face," You will not set a foot near my soul mate or I will not hesitate to kill you. Understand?"

Azuki powered down and flew away. Vegeta smirked at Goten,"Boy you got told by a female."

"Shut up cocky bastard." Goten muttered under his breath. He started to fly home to Capsule Corp. Vegeta shrugged and followed him with Goku at his side. He smiled at his mate and grabbed his hand not intending to let go. He loved Goku with all his might. He also knew that his pregnancy will make his mate's life a living hell. He would try not to get too over his head about the pregnancy because he knew that his Kakarot wanted this to happen. Vegeta looked into the distance and then back at his mate.

"Kakarot?"

"Yes Geta?"

"...Can we talk?"

Goku looked hesitantly at Vegeta. They were getting along so well. What would be so important?

"Sure Geta."

They landed in a clearing and Vegeta started to pace back and forth. He was debating wither to tell Goku now or later. He sighed and looked at his patient mate," Kakarot?"

"Geta?"

"Oh kami Kakarot..."

Goku was confused. Next thing he knew Vegeta was sobbing and couldn't stop,"Vegeta calm down."

"I fucked up Kakarot!"

"How Vegeta?"

"I...I can't tell you..."

"Vegeta please. I know whatever it is won't be that bad."

Vegeta rubbed his forehead and sighed. It was now or never. He was going to have to grow some balls sooner or later. Might as well do it now.

"Vegeta please..."

"I...I..."

Goku held his mate close to his chest. He knew that Vegeta was tired. So was he, but whatever was bothering Vegeta needed to be voiced. Now.

"Remember that night that you found me in the forest?"

"How could I forget?"

That night, as Goku remembered, Vegeta was bleeding tremendously from his abdomen. He had immediately taken Vegeta back to Bulma. Bulma had told Goku to leave and go home so he had. The day was never brought up till now.

"I was pregnant Kakarot...We...had had sex just 3 months prior remember? I had conceived your child...I...I..."

Goku was a blank slate. Tears streamed down his cheeks. He set Vegeta on the ground and went by a bunch of trees. He was devastated. One cause he never knew. Two because he was too damn stupid to have noticed the changes in Vegeta. He had visited Vegeta to find him always closed off in a room somewhere. He never saw much of the handsome prince. He punched a tree. It fell down and made a loud rumble through the forest. He was angry, tired, and...he didn't know what else. He felt empty.

Vegeta sat int the clearing still as a statue. he knew that Goku had to go blow off some steam. What he did was wrong and he knew that. Kakarot had a right to be angry. Vegeta...he was no better than the tyrant Frieza. He murdered his own. His flesh and blood. He wanted to curl up and die. Goku slowly walked back to Vegeta. The prince braced himself for anything.

"Vegeta..."

He looked up as his name was said in a soft voice. Goku's hands were balled into fists. His bangs were covering his eyes, but Vegeta could tell by the falling tears that all he would see in the beautiful black orbs was...hurt...pain...and sadness...

"Yes?"

Goku kneeled down then sat in front of him. He wasn't scared. He was terrified. He waited for a slap but it never came. What he felt was way different. He felt Kakarot hug him. He let the gentle saiyan sob on his shoulder. Vegeta's heart broke more and more with every heart wrenching sob the Goku let out. He didn't hug the saiyan back. He let Goku cry. That was all he could do. He started to softly cry himself. Letting the tears flow down his face silently. His face was grabbed and forced to stare into Goku's.

"Vegeta...I..."

"Kakarot...It's ok...It's ok..."

"I love you Vegeta...I love you so much..."

Vegeta nodded,"I love you too Kakarot...I love you too..."

Goku smiled and kissed the claim mark on Vegeta's neck. The bite marks were his. Vegeta was sorry. He knew this. He knew that it was a huge mistake that Vegeta felt tremendously sorry for. Goku kissed Vegeta and wrapped his arms around the smaller saiyan. They were going to be ok. Everything would be ok if they stood together. Goku pressed his palm to Vegeta's stomach. He was going to be a father again. They both were. There was nothing more to be sad about. Their first child was gone. Probably in the care of someone in Otherworlds. He hoped so because he knew that his little son or daughter was worth that much to have a life within the afterlife.

King Yemma...Please...Send our child with someone who will take care or him or her...

Goku looked up at the sky and sighed at the sleeping prince in his arms.

~In Otherworlds~

"Your father finally told him." King Kai said looking at the little 7 year old girl who sat meditating in the yard. The little girl grinned her long brown tail wagging back and forth.

"Can I meet them soon?"

"In time child...In time."
