Chapter 17
Goten punched Daizu in the arm and smiled at his soon to be mate,"Had enough?"
Daizu laughed,"That was just a warm up."
Goten watched as Gogeta looked at a butterfly that landed on her nose. She giggled and looked at her brother. She waved. Goten couldn't help but smile and wave back. Goku smiled at his daughter and grabbed her hand,"Lunch time princess. You can come back out later and play with your brother."
"Daddy can I go eat lunch with Amai?" Gogeta looked at her father her lip pouting and her eyes getting filled to the brim with tears. Goku shook his head,"Ok princess. He'll be happy to eat with you."
Gogeta jumped up and down then skipped inside. Goku put his hands on his hips and half smilled while shaking his head. The little girl had only been with them for 3 days and she was already the world to her father. Goten laughed and looked at his dad,"She's got you wrapped around her little finger."
Goku frowned and blushed,"Shut up Goten."
Vegeta smiled at Gogeta. Trunks smiled at his little sister. She was beautiful. He loved his sister and swore that after his pregnancy was over he would protect her from anyone or anything.
Vegeta hugged her, sighing into the embrace. He couldn't keep his eyes off his daughter for one minute without panicking. He adored her to no end. Soon Goku came in with 4 plates of food. He handed two to Vegeta, one to his daughter, and one for himself. Trunks looked at his hungrily. Trunks blushed when Azuki came in with 3 plates. She cut up a piece of boar meat and kissed Trunks. She fed him the meat and smiled. Vegeta laughed at Trunks's flushed face.
"What's wrong Trunks? Embarrassed?" Vegeta teased making Trunks cross his arms and turn his nose to the ceiling.
"You're crazy. I'm not embarrassed. Just warm is all." Trunks pushed the fur blanket off his body in a huff. Azuki frowned.
"Trunks. Don't be so damn stubborn." Azuki turned his head to look at her,"You're too stuck up my love."
Trunks blushed then looked at his stomach. He rubbed the distended flesh moaning. Azuki lifted his shirt and traced the 4 bruises. She whimpered feeling horrible. She knew that this wasn't her doing, but she felt guilty all the same. Her mate. Well soon-to-be mate. She couldn't wait for this pregnancy to be over and one with. Trunks was 6 months tomorrow. She looked at Goku,"Is there a way to speed up the pregnancy? I can't see him like this anymore."
Goku looked up from his drink. He put it down, thinking,"Well...there's the time chamber...but...I don't know."
Vegeta looked at Trunks. His son was depressed. He knew this because he could feel it through their father/son bond. He rubbed Trunks's arm,"Would you be up to it Trunks?"
The demi-saiyan looked at his father, nodding he looked at Azuki,"I want to be mated to her already. I hate being mated to someone that I'm not ment to be with." Trunks pressed his palm to Azuki's cheek. She rested her cheek in his hand loving the affectionate touch.
Trunks loved Azuki. You could see it in his hard blue eyes. He looked at her like she was the only one in the room. They loved each other with a passion even if they weren't mated yet. She cared for him and he cared for her. They were one being in two bodies. Trunks loved the feeling of Azuki's lips on his. He couldn't believe that someone he just met could make his world turn round and his eyes shine with a light that he saw in his father and goku. He also saw it in Daizu and Goten. He was jealous of Daizu, but then again he was too in love with Azuki to care anymore.
Vegeta looked at his flat stomach. You couldn't see that he was pregnant even if you tried really hard. Vegeta only sensed the small ki inside himself. He loved to be the only one to tell he was with child. It was comforting.
"Hey Vegeta."
"Hm?"
"I've been calling your name. Where did your mind go?" Goku looked worried for Vegeta.
"Nowhere Baka...I'm fine."
"Alright. I'm gonna take Azuki and Trunks to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber then." Goku leaves then comes back in a matter of minutes.
"Vegeta?"
"Yes Kaka?"
Goku blushed at the use of his nickname. He smiled,"How long have you known that you loved me?"
Vegeta pondered the question pulling a sleeping Gogeta close to himself. He really didn't know. He had dreams of the Earth raised saiyan since he was 18 in the hands of the slimy lizard Frieza. He growled at the memory,"Since my first life mate dream baka."
Goku nodded and kissed Vegeta softly,"I love you so much Geta."
Vegeta smiled and leaned onto Goku's chest as he drifted to sleep,"Aishiteru Kaka...I love you more than my words can say."
The small family soon drifted off to sleep not knowing of the evil lurking just outside the balcony window.
