Don't be mad at me! I love you all. I broke 40 reviews! yay! I still can't believe how much everyone reads and likes this story especially seeing that it's dragging. I had no intention on this story being this long, and we aren't even half way through. O.O And because I mentioned The Wyatts vs The Shield back in the beginning chapters...I am using the story line. WWE seriously has a chip or something in my head, because everything they are doing, I was going to put in this story. So unfair.

I realized I never put a disclaimer before my chapters...so yeah...I don't own anything. Just Cassie. If I owned WWE, ECW would have never gone away.

"So you told her that you guys aren't getting back together?" Cassie asked Colby as they walked towards the arena.

"Yeah. You should have heard her on the phone when she told me there was somebody else," he held the door open for her. Cassie walked past him and waited for him inside. "She didn't even sound like the Lesley I had spent those years with, ya know?"

"Oh I get it, trust me," the two started walking again. "Wish she had a different excuse on why she broke up with you."

"Yeah, I guess Jon was right," he sighed heavily. Cassie looked up at him. He had a deep frown on his face.

"Hey," she wrapped her right arm around his left. Colby looked down at her. "Lesley's an idiot. She clearly had a pretty awesome guy and she ruined it. Let her suffer with the consequences."

"Yeah, it just sucks."

"I know. Been there done that. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find somebody better."

"Maybe," he shrugged his shoulders. "I think I'll stay single for a bit."

"Being single isn't the worst thing in the world. I've been single for two years. Look at it this way, strippers!" She yelled excitedly. Colby laughed, shaking his head.

"What makes you think that I'm into that?"

Cassie shrugged her shoulders. "Thought it would lighten the mood a little bit."

"You are very odd."

"Yes, but you guys wouldn't love me if I was normal, sooo just go with it."

"That's very true. Alright, let me get to the locker room," he unlatched himself from her. He then hugged her with his left arm. "I'll meet up with ya after the show."

"You got it dude," she gave him a thumbs up. Colby laughed as he walked to his right, and Cassie walked to her left. She was on her way to find the women's locker room. Joy. She'd rather have spiders crawling all over her body. Cassie shivered thinking about that. No, she would never want that.

Cassie rounded the corner, seeing Trinity and Ariane hanging outside of the locker room.

"Hey girl hey," Ariane spotted her first. Trinity turned and smiled. The girls waved to each other. "That party was the bomb-dot-com."

"Party?" Cassie tilted her head to the side. "The hotel get together?" Ariane nodded her head. "Oh that wasn't a party," Cassie laughed. "That was just us getting together. Next time I have a Bar-B-Q, I'll invite you guys out. Now that's a party." Cassie knocked on the locker room door. "You know if Joseann (JoJo) is in there?"

"She should be. I'll go in and get her," Ariane said, opening the door and walking in, leaving Trinity and Cassie outside.

"Can I ask you something?" Trinity leaned up against the wall.

"I didn't do it," Cassie answered her.

"What?"

"Nothing," Cassie crossed her arms behind her back. "Sure go ahead."

"What's going on with you and Colby?" Again Cassie tilted her head slightly to the right, eyebrow raised.

"Um, what?"

"Colby and you. What's going on there?"

"Um, nothing? I'm not sure I follow…."

"You two are always together. I just assumed the two of you…" Cassie started laughing. "Why is that funny? Is Colby not good enough for you?" Trinity placed her hands on her hips. Cassie stopped laughing, and stepped back slightly from the glare she was getting from the wrestler.

"What? No, I mean yes, I mean….." Cassie scratched her head. "I'm confused."

"Are Colby and you an item?"

"No," Cassie shook her head. "Why would you think that?"

"Like I said, the two of you are always together. Always bringing each other up when the other is down. Whenever you guys are together, he always has his arm around you."

"I have a question."

"Shoot."

"Can a guy and a girl just be friends? Does no one know this concept?"

"What concept?" Trinity questioned.

"Friendly flirting," Cassie placed her hands on her hips. "First it was Phil and Colby asking about Tom and I. Now it's Colby and I. We are just friends. Colby and I have only known each other for like a little over two months. That's not enough time to start a relationship. We hardly know each other."

"Woah girl," Trinity held her hands up in front of her. "Don't bite my head off. I'm just letting you know what you two look like."

"Sorry," Cassie sighed, biting at the inside of her lip. "I just don't like when people assume things like that. I feel like if it gets out and back to Colby and I, it makes things awkward. I don't want that to happen between him and I."

"I hear ya girl, but I'm warning you now. Jon and I were the same way and now look at us."

"Yeah well, I highly doubt that Colby would want to be with me, but if it does happen, feel free to say I told you so." Trinity went to say something, but the locker room door opened up. Joseanne walked out into the hall.

"Ariane said you are looking for me," she stood in front of Cassie. Cassie nodded her head as Trinity walked into the locker room. "What's up?"

"I am writing a story line for you and Eva Marie."

"Ok cool. Is that all you needed?"

"No, actually Steph wants me writing more for you than Eva. I really don't know much about you, so if you want, the guys and I always go to the hotel restaurant for dinner and drinks after shows, I would really like if you would meet up with me there. We can go over anything that you want to work on or become stronger with anything. I would really love to hear your ideas."

"Really?" Joseann smirked.

"Yep. I don't want to do anything that you aren't comfortable with, so your input is a must."

"Alright. Natalie doesn't need to be there right?"

"Uh, I rather her not be there to be honest. Her and I haven't had the greatest conversations, and like I said, Stephanie wants me writing more for you than her. Your character needs to become more open with everything."

"Alright, sounds good to me. Do you want me to meet you at the hotel or meet you after the show?"

"Um," Cassie counted on her fingers on who exactly was going back with her to the hotel. "You can meet me after the show. I should have enough room in my truck. Might have to share with Joe, Jon, and Phil."

"Um ok," Joseann looked a bit hesitant. "Those guys, sure."

"They don't bite, I promise. Just hell at them if they get to loud. Always works for me."

"Ok," there was a slight pick up in her voice, as if she was nervous. She then turned and walked back into the locker room.

"Ookaay," Cassie turned and started to walk towards catering. This should be a really interesting night.

When she reached catering, she noticed Richard standing off to the side talking to Cena. She wanted to avoid the two of them if possible. She wasn't really happy that Richard totally blew her off the other night.

She watched as Richard looked up and waved at her. She continued on her way hoping that he got the hint. She sat down at a table and took a notebook out of her bag. She started writing in the book, thinking of possible story lines for JoJo.

"Did I do something?"

She looked up to see Richard standing next to her.

"Why would you think that?" She went back to writing.

"The cold shoulder," he pulled a chair out and sat in it.

"I invited you out the other night, and you blew me off. That isn't something you do when you are trying to be friends with me."

"Yeah sorry about that. John wanted me to come to his get together at a bar, and it just slipped my mind that you said something first."

Cassie placed her book on the table, and then turned to him.

"John, as in Cena?" Richard nodded his head. "Thanks for letting me know you ditched me for him. Makes me feel awesome," she sarcastically gave him a thumbs up.

"Hey woah, you can't be mad at me."

"I can't?"

"No. Your friends don't like me, at all. You said it yourself. Why would I put myself into that situation?" Cassie didn't say anything. He was right in a way. She wouldn't have gone to Cena's party if he invited her. She turned back to her notebook. "Let me make it up to you. After the next house show, I'll take you out for drinks. There are some ideas I have that I want to run by you."

"Why don't you run them by Stephanie?"

"Everyone is so one sided here," he shrugged his shoulders. "You are open minded about things. Rather have your opinion."

Cassie's eye narrowed slightly as she continued to write in her notebook. Didn't he say that he picks the John Cena's of the world? Wouldn't that be agreeing with Creative?

"Um, sorry Richard. I am heading back to Florida. I have two days off and I would really like to hang out with the NXT crew."

"I see," he bowed his head slightly. "How about when you come back on the road?"

"Sure," she nodded her head.

"Great. Have a nice time at home." Cassie smiled at him as he got up and walked away. At this moment, she thought Colby was right. The new intern was up to something.

"What are we all doing in here?" Celeste asked in the cramped space. "And why exactly are the lights off?"

"I don't know," April said. Somebody stepped on her foot. "OW!"

"Sorry," Joe spoke up.

"Joe? What the hell are you doing here?!"

"Give it a second…"

The light turned on, the girls shielding their eyes from the brightness.

"Glad you all could make it," Jon said leaning up against the door. Both Celeste and April looked around, seeing that they were in some sound equipment room. Joe stood on April's left, while Phil and Jon stood in front of them.

"Make it?" Celeste asked. "More like you fucking grabbed us and dragged us in the room!" Jon waved his hand, shooing her.

"Shenanigans."

Celeste narrowed her eyes, mouth agape, looking at him.

"Are you drunk?"

"Alright before this gets out of control," Phil stepped forward. "Congratulations, you three have been recruited," he held his arms out, smiling.

"Recruited?" April asked. "For what exactly?"

"Jon and I have hand selected the three of you…"

"Or for the fact that we are together all the time," Joe crossed his arms over his chest.

"To help us," he shot Joe a glare. "Get Cassie and Colby together! Yay romance!" Jon nodded his head, actually smiling. Joe rolled his eyes. These two were going to screw this up. The more people that new about what they were trying to do, the more attention it's going to bring. They are going to push Cassie and Colby away from each more than they were going to help.

He was hoping that both Celeste and April would slap some sense into them.

"Really?" April asked. Both Jon and Colby nodded their heads. Both April and Celeste looked at each other, sending a silent message to each other. They then looked back at the guys.

"YAY!" They both jumped up and down excitedly. Jon and Phil smiled and did a very manly jumping up and down with the girls. Joe rolled his eyes. There went that idea.

"Yay group hug!" Jon said moving closer to the girls. Phil grabbed the back of his shirt, dragging him back to the door.

"Stop being a creeper."

"Oh my God," the girls stopped. Celeste turned to Phil and Jon. "So this is really happening?" The guys nodded.

"Oh can we have a code name and secret ninja names for ourselves?!" April got excited. The guys nodded their heads again.

"Codename: Creative Shield Romance," Jon stated.

"What?" Joe questioned. Everyone turned to him. "Two of the greatest minds when it comes to mic skills and that's what you come up with?"

"What's wrong with it?"

"For starters, it's too long. And seriously? Creative Shield Romance? That sounds so stupid."

"Well let's see you come up with something better," Phil crossed his arms over his chest like a child would, sticking his nose in the air.

"Uh Codename Calby. If they start to catch on, you can easily say it's a dog or cat." The room got silent. The girls turned to the other guys.

"That is good," Celeste said.

"Genius actually," April agreed. Phil uncrossed his arms and waved his hands angrily in front of him.

"Those are minor details. Look, Jon and I have plans on getting them closer. Do to the fact that you girls are getting close with Cassie, you can get us some more details about her. The most we know is she like Metal music and loves to draw."

"And that she's from Jersey," Jon added. "She's going back to Florida in a few days. Why don't you two talk her into a girls night while we are all off?"

"That sounds fun," April agreed. "Sure why not?" Celeste nodded her head smiling.

"Great!" Phil clapped his hands together.

"Why exactly am I here?" Joe raised his hand. "I know about all the going-ons already."

"Thank you for answering that question," Jon pointed at him. "You my friend are our stage one of the plan. You will take Colby out, ya know to help him feel better about this whole Lesley fiasco, and crash the girls night out."

"I thought they are supposed to figure out information on Cassie?" He pointed at the girls. "Oh my god," Joe placed his hand on his forehead. "This is going to end horribly."

"Stop being being a party popper!" Celeste said. "Everything is going to work our fine."

"Yeah!" The other three yelled. Joe went to say something, but they heard something outside the door.

"Someone's coming!" Jon yelled shutting the light off.

"Yes because turning the lights off makes this look so much better!" Joe whispered harshly.

"SHHHH!" Phil whispered. The door opened, the lights being turned on again. Colby stood in the door frame, taking in the surroundings of the room.

"Wha…wh…," he pointed at them. He then shook his head, holding his hands up. "I don't wanna know. We have a match if you guys are finished here."

"I'm not a part of this," Joe pushed himself off the wall and walked out of the room.

"I don't wanna know," they walked off. Jon shrugged his shoulders.

"Could have ended weirder." He then walked off, following his teammates.

After the show, the guys met up with Cassie in catering. They were surprised to see Joseann standing their with her. Cassie quickly explained that she would be coming back to the hotel with them to go over her story line.

It was probably the most awkward drive back to the hotel, like ever. Joe, Joseann, Jon and Phil had to squish themselves in the cab of Cassie's truck. Jon sat behind the driver's seat, looking out the window. Joe sat behind the passenger seat, Joseann sitting next to him. He felt like he should try and start a conversation with her, but he had only said a quick hello and looked out the window. Joseann sat with her hands in her lap, continuously biting at her lip nervously.

Phil sat between Jon and Joseann. He really wish he had gotten a window seat. He felt really uncomfortably. Not that Joseann was an uncomfortable person to be around, it was just Phil didn't care about the woman.

The only noise that was being made, was Cassie and Colby bickering about what to play on the radio. Cassie kept her eyes on the road, while Colby kept changing the station. Cassie hit him in the chest. Colby's head snapped to look at her.

"Will you stop changing it? Turn it back to Octane!"

"I'm tired of listening to the same songs," he shoved her back.

"Did you just shove me?" She hit him again. Colby shoved her back.

"I did. Do something about it."

"Listen two toned barbie!"

"OOOOOHHHHHHH!" Colby gasped. "How dare you call me that!" The two continued. Joseann watched them. Eventually, it turned into playful banter between the two and apologies.

"Do they always do that?" She leaned over and asked Joe. Joe looked away from the window down at her. He then looked at Colby and Cassie.

"All the time," he looked back out the window.

Dinner was less awkward. The group quickly ordered their drinks and food.

"Alright," Cassie started as the guys started up their own conversation about some sport Cassie could careless about. "What would you like to happen with your character?" She asked Joseann.

"Well, I would like for people to stop over looking me."

"We could actually use that to your advantage."

"We could?"

Cassie nodded her head. "Yeah. Out of Natalie and you, you are the better wrestler. She has no clue what she is doing, while you are becoming stronger. Do to the fact that you are a shy girl, she is over looking your attitude. We can have her bullying you and then one day you just snap and you kick her ass in the ring."

"Sounds wonderful, just one problem…"

"What's that?"

"I don't have attitude. I'm not a mean person. I don't think I can do it."

"You can always practice after I give you your script. You need to let the birch fly or you aren't getting anywhere here."

"I'm not a bitch…"

"Oh please," Cassie leaned back in the booth, grabbing her soda that the waitress just put down. "Every woman has a bitch side to them. We just have to get you to a point that you just snap." She looked over at the guys. They were starting to get really heated about a game that was on the tv. "Listen in to their conversation. I bet in 2 minutes, you'll be screaming at them."

"That was such a bullshit call!" Jon yelled.

"No it wasn't you moron!" Joe yelled at him. "He was clearly out of bounds!"

"Are you kidding?" Jon asked. "His feet were in!"

"No they weren't!" Joe yelled back at him. The two kept bickering back and forth. Colby and Phil would add their opinion, only to get shot down by the two Shield members. That only Pissed Colby and Phil off.

"You two should just shut up because you have no idea what the hell you are talking about!" Colby yelled out.

Joseann looked around, seeing people starting to stare at them.

"Guys, maybe you should calm down," she tried to get their attention. The guys just waved her off. She looked at Cassie, the creative member playing some game on her phone. "Guys!" Joseann became a little louder.

"Will you zip the lip," Jon turned to her. "We are talking," he turned back to the game. Joseann's jaw tightened, her teeth grinding up against each other. There was no reason to be rude to her.

"Excuse me!" She yelled at them. The guys turned to face her. "Will you shut the hell up!? Doesn't matter if the guy was in bounds or out! The ref didn't give them the damn touch down and if you morons noticed, that game was on yesterday!" She yelled at them. Phil and Colby looked at the tv, checking the date.

"Oh," they said softly.

"How gave you the crazy cool-aid?" Jon asked.

"Why are you idiots acting like children? It's a damn game."

Cassie looked up from her phone, smiling. "See, every woman has a bitch side. We just have to get you to snap," she placed her phone on the table.

"Oh wow," Joseann's cheeks turned red. She hadn't realized she yelled at them. "I'm so sorry!"

"Don't be sorry!" Cassie rolled her eyes. "They deserve it! Just like Natalie needs to be taken down a peg or two. Say hello to the new JoJo."

There ya guys go. I hope this holds you up for a bit, because to be honest, I have no idea when I can get to writing again. Wrestlemania is coming up, so I'm making plans on my trip down to New Orleans! I think I'm more excited about Bourbon Street than Wrestlemania. Is that wrong? Before I go, I would like to run something by my readers. I'm hoping to be posting up another story sometime in April about a character that has been with me since I was 8, when I started watching wrestling. I was wondering if one of you would like to write a side story for me of her and Ambrose. I was going to mention fanfiction in her main story and thought this would be a cute idea. Message me if you are interested, and please let me know what you guys think of this chapter. Peace!
