This chapter will be first-person in Skycloud point of view. I'm having writers block for Frostbite.
I woke up with sunlight hitting my face. I rolled onto my side, but immediately rolled back onto my stomach. I glanced over at my side and saw a deep gash straight down. I could hear Frostbite outside the den, yelling at Fallenstar.
"Fallenstar, are you seriously going to wait? Clearly I didn't start it! I was trying to save Skycloud and Amberlight attacked me! I can't believe you don't trust me enough! I thought you'd learn by now!"
"Frostbite, the other clan leaders are upset, so let's just be fair and wait."
"Fair? Okay if you want fair, you need to trust me!"
"Frostbite, just stop. It's no use fighting over it."
"Whatever I'm going to check on Skycloud." She stepped into my den and walked over to me. "How are you feeling?"
"Sore."
"Emberstream started the fight, right?"
"Yes. He took me for a walk into the woods and attacked me. Then we traveled to a meadow and he nearly killed me, until you came. Frostbite, why does he want us dead?"
"I'm not sure. But I'm going to find out. Where's Skybound? He can help me."
"Collecting herbs, but I don't want you going out alone, bring Nightfire with you."
"Okay, I will." Frostbite walked away.

Frostbite walked over to the Shadowclan part of the clearing, to find Nightfire. When she saw Nightfire, her leader was yelling at her.
What's with all the yelling today? I have a reason he doesn't!
Once he left, Frostbite walked over to Nightfire.
"I need to talk to Skybound, wanna come with me?"
"Is he gathering herbs?"
"Yes."
"Skycloud woke up and doesn't want you to go alone?"
"Yes."
"Okay, I'll come."
The two cats walked out of the camp and into the forest. They tasted the air for Skybounds scent. When they caught it, they traced his scent trail. They found Skybound in a meadow picking herbs.
"Skybound, I need to talk to you."
"Okay what is it?"
"Well first of all, Skycloud's awake. Second of all, have you had any um... Signs from Starclan? I know I shouldn't be asking you because you aren't my clans medicine cat, but I don't trust Echomoon with signs yet."
"I have gotten a sign recently... But I don't know if I should share it."
"Skybound I have another question. Do you have any clue why Emberstream is trying to kill me?
"That's... What I'm not sure if I should share with you. Frostbite, the one thing I can share with you is that...um, you are in great danger. So is Skycloud, you too Nightfire."
"From what? Skybound, I need your help. I can't do this alone, please help me. I need to understand. I know why I'm a threat, but why do I have to be dead?"
"I wish I were allowed to help you. I'm sorry Frostbite." He turned around and started gathering more herbs.
Frostbite and Nightfire both padded back to camp in complete silence. When they were almost there, Frostbite stopped. Nightfire turned around and looked at Frostbite questioningly.
"Are you okay?"
"Did he say he wished he was allowed to help me?"
"Yes."
"He wants to help me but can't."
Who could be stopping him from helping me? Emberstream!
"Why does it matter to Emberstream that I'm alive? He's special too."
"I'm not supposed to tell you but I need to! Amberlight, Emberstream and I can save other cats. You can kill them on accident and Skycloud has an unfair advantage."
"So? I can still save cats! I saved Skycloud from that rouge, Leaf!"
"You saved him because you love him. What if it's a cat you hate that's in danger?"
"I would save him. Even if it were Emberstream."
"They don't know that. They think you might decide to take control and control everyone."
"That's why they want me dead? You could have told me that sooner! Wait, he said you were in danger too!"
"I know exactly what he means."
"Why do you all keep secrets from me? I thought we were friends."
"We are."
Frostbite didn't want to hear another word, so she walked away. She walked back to the medicine den and laid down by Skycloud.
"Did he know anything?" Skycloud asked.
"Yes."
"Did he tell you?"
"No."
There's no way I'm telling him what I found out! Not yet at least… I need to find out more.
Frostbite left Skycloud to rest. She walked over to the Riverclan part of camp, but decided not to talk to Emberstream and walked away. Frostbite walked out into the forest. She had to clear her mind before talking to Emberstream.
There has to be a reason for this.
