So, got out a new Chapter after resting for a day. Tried to make the recovery longer but at some point it just becomes to long.

Recovery was, suffice to say, a long and tough process. It wasn't as tough as learning to walk, but relearning how to walk was still difficult for Ruby.

She had to stay bedridden for the first 2 weeks after waking up to make sure she would have no problems from her new legs. After that though, She got to begin Rehabilitation so that she could actually walk again.

When she got called for Rehab the first time, it was a struggle for her to even make it there. Once Ruby made it there, with a lot of Struggling, the exercises were fairly simple.

3 different things were there to get that muscle Memory back into her. She would walk betweeen two Bars, if you could call it walking, without grabbing onto them, at different speeds. It didn't work out, Ruby having to grab at the bars every time.

The next one was a simple Eliptical bike, to get her Stamina up and the motions of walking in order. After 2 minutes her legs gave out on her.

The last one was a mat where she would get her flexibility back, so she could actually bend down. 2 minutes later, as expected, her legs gave out on her.

Getting brought back to her bed by a nurse, Ruby got reassured that this was completely normal. Ruby knew this, she was frustrated at the fact that this whole thing even happened. She blamed herself for not noticing that something was up with Blake, or that she couldn't protect her Team.

Week after week, Ruby got better and better at walking. At Week 2 she could walk at a slow speed without grabbing on, but still struggled. The other two speeds however, she would grab on to stop herself from falling.

As for the other 2 excercises, she could manage for about 5 minutes before getting exhausted. It may not be much, but Ruby was happy with the progress she made, even if it was a little frustrating to be stuck in that crummy old bed.

At week 3 she had no problem walking at a slower speed. At a normal speed she struggled a bit, but managed. The fast speed was the problem. It was essentially just running, and every time Ruby tried she started to fall over. She could now manage roughly 10 minutes on the bike and mat.

At Week 4 wasn't much for Improvement. She still slightly struggled at normal and continued to really get stuck at the fast speed. Seeing that she wasn't improving much at the bars, she really put her all into the other 2 excercises, managing to reach circa 20 minutes on each. That made Ruby happy.

At Week 5 Ruby could properly walk on both slow and normal speeds, and started to manage the fast one aswell, having to grab on about halfway through. Ruby was now able to go about half an hour on the bike and mat.

Week 6 was the last week Ruby would spend improving. Really pushing herself as much as she could, she focused mostly on the fast speed, as that was the only real problem. Over the course of said week, she had managed to finally run across without having to hold onto the bars next to her. Ruby would need to stop halfway across to regain her balance, but other than that she had no problem.

And just like that, She had managed to relearn how to walk. Of course, Ruby would have to continue if she wanted to really get everything down, but she could do that at beacon anyway.

As the week came to its end, Ruby was exited to finally be out of the Hospital. She had spent enough time there, she thought. There were still some complications though.

During her stay there, her Friends, Uncle and even Ozpin once had shown up to make sure she was alright and would distract her should any signs occur. Over the weeks however the problems started to happen less, they still occured every now and then, but only about every 3 days or so. It would sometimes happen out of nowhere, but she could handle it, and she started to manage distracting herself towards the end of her stay.

Weiss, Yang and another person had come to pick Ruby up when she got released from the Hospital. She described it as the most boring thing ever, can't really blame her though, lying in bed for 2 whole months would bore anyone to death.

Ruby had asked who the third person was that came to pick her up alongside her teammates. She introduced herself as Delilah King, their new teammate, as they did lack a fourth one. Team RWBY had, with Delilah, changed to Team RWYD, pronounced Rewind. Naming conventions aside, Ruby was exited to meet her new teammate, even though she was still a bit cautious and skeptical, considering what happened.

Once they got into their dorm, the first thing Ruby did was freshen up and change, she needed it after everything, though it was weird to shower with her new legs and a tail. After that, Delilah properly introduced herself. She got raised in Atlas, but had to attend Beacon because some Family issues forced her to move to Vale.

What caught everyones attention was her combat attire. It looked like a completely normal suit, but Delilah explained that it was made of quite a resistent material, giving pretty good protection, it can only be made in Altas, so she was lucky to get it before they moved. Her weapon was also rather interesting. It was a normal Two-Handed hammer, like Nora's Magnhild, called the Surprise. What made it special were the ridiculous amounts of hidden blades she had inside of the damn thing. There was a stake that came out of one side of the hammers head, a thruster on the other side to add extra force. There was also a Blade that came out of the top of the Head, which could expand to form from a Spearhead into one that resembled a Glaive. The last one was at the other end, all you would have to do is slam the handle on the ground and a Blade would pop out.

''That is a frankly unnecessary amount of Blades, but it does make it all the cooler!'' Ruby exclaimed. ''Don't remind me, She already gave me the Nickname 'Stab'.'' Delilah said, pointing at Yang.

''Really?'' Ruby asked. ''Yup.'' Yang answered. ''Oh right, one more thing!'' Delilah added. She took a few steps back, confusing everyone. Before they could ask, Delilah pivoted her feet so they would seperate at the back and then slammed them together. Out of the front came a Blade, measuring roughly 8 Centimeters / 3 inches.

Everyone stared at the hidden Blade that came out. Ruby was the first to ask. ''Oh my god, you have a Blade in your Shoes!'' She exclaimed. ''Yeah, thought it would be a good idea to add something should I lose my weapon.'' Delilah explained. With a bit of Fidgeting, she managed to open a compartment in her Shoes, which revealed multiple stored Blades aswell.

''Should one Break off, it will automatically exchange it for a new one.'' She added. ''How do you even get it back inside?'' Ruby asked. ''With great difficulty and care.'' Delilah said as pushed the Blade in, utilising a wall to do so. ''I did plan on adding something to them, but decided against it, wouldn't wanna kill anyone.''

Hearing that, Ruby shortly thought of what happened, but snapped out of it quickly. She was far to exited over Delilah's weapon to think something like that. ''Well Delilah, nice to have you on the Team!'' Ruby said.

After talking a bit more, they decided to head to bed, it was getting pretty late, even if tomorrow was the weekend.

Waking up first, Ruby quickly got up and did everything she usually did. Shower, brush her Teeth, everything in a normal Hygene routine. As she opened the door leading out of the Bathroom, she could feel her heart stop.

Right there was Blake. Ruby fell down, immediatly closing her eyes and crawling backwards as much as possible. When she hit the Wall behind her, she still tried, no matter how impossible it would be.

When she felt a hand on her Shoulder, she opened her Eyes. It was only Delilah, a look of Worry firmly plastered on her face. ''Hey Hey, you alright Ruby?'' She asked the near crying girl. It took Ruby a few minutes to calm down enough.

''Y-Yeah, I think I am now.'' Ruby responded. Taking Delilah's hand and getting pulled up, she left the Bathroom, ableit a bit shaken. Yang saw Ruby get escorted out of the Bathroom and immediatly rushed to her Sister.

''Ruby, What happened?!'' She asked. ''I went to leave when... I thought Blake was in front of me. It was only Delilah though.'' Ruby responded. Yang immediatly hugged her Sister. ''It's alright Rubes, I'll always be here for you!'' ''Yeah, thanks Sis.''

''Looks like I came in at the wrong time.'' Everyone turned to the voice coming from the door. ''Uncle Qrow, what are you doing here?'' Yang asked. ''Was told you had a new Teammate, thought I'd come by.''

Qrow and Delilah introduced each other. He laughed at something Delilah said, most likely Yang's Nickname for her. ''Hah, she really called you that?'' ''Yeah.''

''Well, kiddo, gotta head out now, got some important stuff to deal with.'' Qrow said. ''Alright, Uncle Qrow, stay safe!'' Ruby said. ''Yeah kiddo, I will, still not used to that Tail though, or the legs.''

Then Ruby remembered something. She had, simply put, a remarkably high amount of make-up work to do. They tried to focus only on what was the most important, but it was still quite a lot, considering she missed 5 months worth of school work. 'Well, there goes the rest of my life.' Ruby thought.

''I gotta go do something real quick, See you all later!'' She said as she left their Dorm. ''See you later!'' Yang said.

Walking towards Goodwitch' office as quickly as she could, she knew she was getting plenty of stares. Most were out of curiosity, considering someone was walking around with a pair of Grimm legs. But Ruby knew that at least some people stared at her with Disgust. How dare she walk around here with those legs.

Making her way into Glynda's office, Ruby breathed a sigh of Relief, only to be reminded as to why she was here. ''Ah, Miss Rose, please sit down''. Sitting down across from Glynda, she already knew what was gonna happen. ''I take it this is about the make-up work?'' Ruby asked. ''Yes, in this folder should be everything you missed. We tried to only include the most important things, but 5 months are a lot.'' Glynda explained. Ruby picked up the folder and left Glynda's office.

As she was heading back to her Teams dorm, Ruby feels an object hit the back of her head. Turning around, she sees one Cardin Winchester, his Team behind him, having thrown a Soda can. ''What do you want, Cardin. Kind of busy here.'' Ruby told the Self-proclaimed 'Ladies man', who in reality was no more than a giant Douchebag. ''Get outta here, ya freak!'' Cardin yelled at her. ''We don't need monsters like you here.''

It was clear he was trying to get under her skin with this. Ruby already having bad enough of a day, tries to leave, Cardin wasn't gonna ruin her mood any more. ''I didn't tell you that you could go!'' He exclaimed, throwing another Soda can at her head, completly skipping over the fact he had just told Ruby to leave. Having had just about enough of his Antics, A rather pissed off Ruby turns around and, before Cardin could react, charges an Aura filled Kick.

Pushing her leg forward with all her strength, it connects inbetween the mans legs. Now, Cardin had this happen quite a lot already, so when he saw what she was trying to do, just stands there, ready to take the kick.

He could not take the kick. The combination of a very angry Ruby, An aura filled kick and naturally strong Grimm legs makes for quite the force. The moment it connects, Cardin falls to his knees, clearly not expecting this much from what he assumed was just a little girl. His Teammates have to drag him away after seeing what happened to their leader, not wanting to get hit by the same thing.

Getting to her Teams dorm, anger still somewhat visible, she gets to work on her make-up work, this was going to take a long time. Her Team asked her what happened, and upon Ruby explaining what happened to the poor mans groin, all of them had different reactions.

Yang exploded into a fit of laughter, Weiss was caught off guard but agrees that he had it coming and Delilah felt like Cardin deserved more.

Despite everything, Ruby was just happy for everything to have somewhat ended well.

Alright! got this sorted out. For those still sticking around, I am very grateful for that. Incase any of you may not have noticed, Delilah is very inspired by Kingsman, what can I say. I love me some good action spy movies. I plan to have Ruby upgrade each of her teams weapons and something else that may or may not have to do with Stands in a way. Gonna see whatelse. Until then, leave a review if ya feel like it, always open to ideas. Toodaloo!
