After Pettigrew was tied and held at wand point by Grace,Arthur and Molly they decided it was time to call the aurors.

"Bill, call the aurors. NOW!" ordered Grace

Bill ran to the fireplace and flooed to the auror department and came back with Mad-eye Moody and Kingsley.

"What seems to be the problem,Arthur?"asked Mad-eye having not seen Pettigrew yet.

"Its Peter Pettigrew Mad-eye, Kingley. He is an unregistered animagus. He has been living with the Weasleys for the past 12 years as a rat."

Too shocked to speak, both the aurors put various charms on Pettigrew.

"We need to take him to the ministry of magic." said Kingsley

"Yeah. But it would be better if you apparate with him."

They quickly leave the wards of the burrow and apparate to the ministry with Grace and Arthur following them.

At the ministry.

"We have to test him truth serum infront of Fudge.That will prove Sirius innocent." said Grace

"Yes I will organize a trial. Well Amelia Bones will. She is a good person unlike Fudge and that pink toad Umbrige. They will oppose it but Amelia has the right to organize a trial."

They all go to Amelia's office and tell her what had happened at the burrow.

"I will call in the Wizengamot right now.Wait a minute... Grace Black."

"Hello Amelia. I heard Susan is under your wing."

"Yes. What had happened?? Where have you been all these year?"

"Mia that will all be out at the trial. As the Lady of the Noble and Ancient house of Black I have the right to speak."

"Of course"

After the Wizengamot was called in with the ministry worker they started to head to the trial room.

After everyone had seated.

"We are here today to witness the trial of one Peter Christopher Pettigrew. This man was previously thought dead. And given the First Class Order of Merlin. This also might hold the answers to whether Sirius Orion Black wrongly accused of his charges."said Amelia

"Auror Shacklebolt and Auror Moody please bring Peter Pettigrew and Sirius Black in the middle of the room."

Both of them were brought in bound by all types of spells.

After Grace saw Sirius she had tears streaming down her face.

Sirius was happy beyond his imagination. I would be able to take care of Harry now and have a life with Grace. Thought Sirius. Just then he caught the site of his beautiful wife crying as she looked right at him. He gave her a smile telling he would be ok. She seemed to have gotten the message as she quickly stopped crying and gave him a small smile.

"Bring the truth serum Trainee Tonks."

The truth serum was brought in and given to Peter first.

"Were you a death eater?"

"Were you the secret keeper of the Potters?"

"Yes"

"Did you tell the Potters' location to Voldemort?"

"Yes"

"Did you frame Sirius Black of doing the crimes you did?"

"Yes"

And with that all hell broke loose. People started shouting at the minister until they were silenced by Amelia.

"QUIET! Now all those in favour of letting the guitly a lifetime in Azkaban and the accused be freed"

All of the people in the trial room raised their hand except Fudge and Umbridge. Lucius Malfoy was hesitant but raised his hand as to not let himself be known.

"All those against."

Fudge and Umbrigde raised their hands and lowered it down after seeing they were the only one.

"Peter Pettigrew you are hereby arrested for the crimes you committed including framing Sirius Black wrongfully.The amount of 2 million galleons is to be given to Sirius Orion Black for accusing him wrongly. And now I would like to ask Lady Grace Black nee Prewett to come on the dice as she has some accusation and explanation."

Grace goes and stands in the middle of the room while Sirius comes near her though not next to her understanding what she is doing though not completely.

"Firstly, I would like to start with my godson Harry James Potter. 12 years ago I was banished from the whole of Europe by none other than the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, Albus Dumbledore. With the sister of Harry Potter I had to leave England and go to the united state. He had magically banished me meaning I could not come back for whatever reason. He banished me for his own little plays he had for my godson. I was tipped by someone close to him about what he was going to do. But too late had we realised that he knew Peter was the traitor. That faitful night of 31st October I had Daisy for the night as I had just lost my brothers. Lily said it would do me good but Harry was showing so much magic already that they didn't want to leave him with me for my safety. The next morning was so chaotic for me. My husband had been sentences lifetime in prison and my brother and sister in all but blood dead. I was going to see Harry but then Dumbledore came and... ." She was close to tears "I packed whatever I could took Daisy and her stuff and ran." And she broke down.

Sirius came and hugged her. And then she felt another pair of hands she looked up to see Remus hugging her and apologizing to Sirius.

"Thank you Lady Black. Now if Lord Black and Mr. Lupin will take Grace out of here while we make sure Albus Dumbledore pays for his mistakes."

They took Grace and left, Arthur, Molly, Bill and Charlie who were present left with them.
