"Who is Myrddin Wyllt?"

After the goblins disappeared for about 20 minutes, they arrived with a man that looked to be about 25 with dark black hair and piercing blue eyes. Looking exactly like Riley 'Azalea' Henrikson. If they did not know any better they would have assumed that they are father and daughter, or at least siblings.

"So you are my relatives that the goblins have dragged me so see?" Said the man who has yet to introduce himself in any way.

"Are you related to Myrddin Wyllt?" Asked Azalea. Like any normal person she assumed that the man in front of her to be 25 and a normal adult, but she was wrong.

"No, I am Myrddin Wyllt, but everyone just calls me Merlin most of the time." With that one statement Myrddin made his family drop their mouths open and stare at him in shock. This of course made him laugh, something he hasn't done in a while.

"What, but how are you still around? The tale of you and Arthur has been around longer than Christianity itself." Neil asked, still shocked that standing before him was a man of legend.

"Well after Arthur and Camelot fell I dropped aging waiting for the next once and future king. It is apparently the consequence for failing to create Albion, the magical paradise, the first time around. So I am really over 2,000 years old." Myrddin started with a downcast look.

"Oh, that's so sad. How am I related to you though? It says that you were my last magical relative on my moms side of the family." Azalea asked, hoping for an answer that wouldn't make her cry, 'cause the one before made her eyes tear up a bit.

"Well after I lost Arthur I wandered around for many decades and it wasn't until I met a woman that somehow reminded me of him did I stop wandering. I fell in love and we had a daughter. I was hoping I would pass down my magical abilities but I had a friend that was a seer that told me that I would not have a magical relative until the next Emrys was needed. So my daughter and I decided that it would be best if I left before my grandchild was born and she would just spread the word of magic down. I thought I would never have a magical relative, especially how things in the world kept changing." Myrddin had the saddest look on his face when he explained this. " I even was able to find more dragon eggs and figure out a way to hatch them without having to have a dragon lord around. That accomplishment always makes me smile." By the time Myrddin had finished the story everyone had tears running down their faces even the goblins who already knew all of this.

"How much has the wizarding world changed, I don't get it. It looks like it hasn't changed since the beginning of this era." Azalea asked not entirely sure what the answer she would get would be.

"The wizarding political climate has changed so much, is what I mean. The Wizarding world did not always exist; it wasn't till the 1600's that we became separate from the non-magicals. Before we were of course scared to tell non-magicals about our town and market places but we were always welcoming to those who had magical lineage and magic themselves. The real way it changed is that we never did. As the non-magical communities progressed and forgot all of the creatures and stated that they never existed we as a community continued to live in fear of what would happen if they did find out. Now don't get me wrong we had every right to be scared, some alive today remember the last witch trials, which happened in the late 1800's a little over 100 years now. When you compare that to when we left it took about 200 years for the non-magical community to stop trying to kill us." As this was being said you could see the looks of horror on their faces not entirely sure what to say or do in a situation like this.

"About 20 years ago however there was a war that picked up to its highest point. Many thought that would be the end of witches and wizards with non-magical backgrounds and family members. Many on the side of 'dark', which wanted to keep those born to non-magical parents out, were just upset that their traditions and holidays were being marked as 'dark' by the 'light' side. I did not participate in this war though sometimes I wished I had. There was so much death and destruction to both sides, and the leader of the 'dark' side may have been an actual psychopath; he was murdering people left and right." When he finished this long speech he looked at them and the parents had faces of worry on their faces while the daughter had a look of horror.

"Has this war ended?" Elizabeth asked still with a look of worry on her face.

"Yes, it ended 10 years ago. October 31, 1981, a sad day for some, happy for others," after he said this the parents looked relieved, though Azalea looked like she had one more question to ask.

"Why would it be sad for some? Wouldn't it be a happy day for all those on the winning side?" All those that knew the answer could do was smile. For even the goblins loved the Potters and thought it as a sad day instead of a happy one.

"Well the day the war ended was also the day that the leader of the 'dark' side murdered a young couple and tried to murder their son. The boy survived and somehow killed the leader but the parents did not. It is a sad day for those who knew them or knew their story, even those who had only caught a glimpse of the young couple are sad on this day. Though the war is said to return by many seers so we best be careful." While he said this he had a sad look on his face.

"Is there a way to protect her?" Neil asked with a worried look on his face once again.

"Having a known magical relative will protect her from the fanatics on the 'dark' side of the war, but the 'light' won't care or think that she is a part of the 'dark'. Though they are less likely to kill the 'dark' people so they have that going for them." Myrddin stated this like he was worried himself of what the older couple might think.

"Well then she could take your name, we don't mind we know she is our daughter and that is what counts doesn't it." Elizabeth said, holding her family's hands and looking at her daughter with adoring eyes.

This time the goblin behind the desk spoke up, "Well we could change her name now. We have connections in the muggle world so you don't have to do it twice." As the goblin spoke the family looked happy, mainly because they wouldn't have to do the process twice.

"Then that will be ummmm," the goblin said as he looked at the paper, "Riley Wyllt." When he said this the parents looked at each other and both nodded.

"Actually, we have been meaning to ask this when she was a bit older but would you like your name to legally be Azalea instead of having to explain to people why we call you that so that way you could have your actual nickname Lea?" Elizabeth to her daughter. Lea couldn't help but smile at that, she knew her parents were going to ask her when she was able to make her own decisions, but now seemed like the perfect time and she nodded.

"Yes, Mr. Goblin sir please make my name Azalea Wyllt instead please." When she phrased it like that the magical were still shocked but the goblin just grinned and filed the paperwork.

When they finally got back to professor Snape they had an extra member of their party and a name change for one of their members. As well as got some ponds exchanged, set up a trust account for Lea and grabbed some galleons from Myrddin's vault.

"Hi Professor Snape, this is a relative of mine Myrddin Wyllt. We also decided to change my name to Azalea Wyllt." With this statement all the Professor could do is look at the strange family as if they had an extra head.
