Space an unknown spouse appear emptiness unknown to the people living in the planet of remnant many, mean many even with their advanced technology they could have the possibility of reaching me on the stars but sadly their main power source mostly dust doesn't work on the vacuum of space many and I mean many scientists have tried to create a space Expedition but sadly it always has the same conclusion.
Although many people in Revenant are trying their best to live their lives or trying to become Huntsman to fight off the Grimm Humanities Real Enemy many people still wonder what is out there in space many thoughts have came up are we the only ones in this galaxy are there life outside our own planet if there are where are they and why haven't they showed up probably their technology is much more advanced than remnants it could even end the Grims once and for all but most people did not know the fact is that space is not a playground for most people to go around like every new wilderness is unknown Uncharted Territory.
As many people question that could be peaceful life outside of our planet they must understand how would aliens across the Cosmos come to our planet how would we react well look no further to how we treat ourselves you see we treat each other so wrong we are so divided especially with the humans and the faunus, because of this action it created a lot of terrorist organization especially the one known as the White Fang many people think it's better off if one of their species is gone off the face of the Earth never to return but those people are just idiotic now Imagine This how would aliens react they will act the same thing as we do.
There could be many reasons that could happen for instance they can become peaceful with us trying to show us their culture and exchange of we show theirs ours or They Don't Care About Us they see us beneath them now Imagine This what do you think a high powerful being that sees just one species beneath them it's not that complicated picture us Humanity and an ant colony of course many people think that the ant colony are stronger in the ant kingdom of course they are but to us we see them beneath us we see them nothing but just bugs and what do we do we mostly kill them or study them but mostly kill them what do you think those aliens will do to us if they don't see us eye to eye.
Well of course we can just fight back but I'm sadly burst your fantasy sure there's been movies and stories that Humanity have crawled out the hole and fight off the alien species out of their home planet but in reality we will lose instantly their technology is much more advanced than ours thousands or even millions of years ahead of ours we literally be nothing but just Caveman with sticks running towards a man with a lightning bolt it won't be a war it will be a massacre.
I know what you're wondering why am I explaining this well let's just say there are some things better yet unknown but some aliens don't visit our planet on purpose like most people things happens by accident especially a group of alien parasites coming towards the planet.
An asteroid the size of a truck is heading towards the planet and lightning speed as it went closer and broke through the Earth's atmosphere glowing hot red a crashing in the edge of the forest next to what looks like to be an academy.
As the meteor finally cools down after the big impact as it came through Earth's orbit the whole Force went quiet like nothing has happened and then something came out of the meteor oozing what it looks like to be a living Mass colors slime oozing out of the cracks and holes of the asteroid as these slime creatures crawled out of the meteor all of them instantly spread out on Instinct they're not joining together as one pack they all separated trying to find the closest thing one of these slime creatures was climb on a tree saw what looks like to be a bird sleeping on the nest and as this goo climbed and crawl trying to be very sneaky as it finally reached towards the bird it grabbed the bird and cover the entire body of its red goo like substance fusing into the bird the whole bird was covered in a red goo.
The bird crowed as it flew away from the distance leaving to a completely far distance area, as all the living slime creatures have separated one of these creatures crawled through the forest trying to find any new host until it stumbles on a grim, the werewolf like creature turned looking at the goo snarling at it for knowing it's a living creature but yet tilting his head not expecting it and in an instinct the black goo jumped grabbing the Grim wolf, it howled and pain all there is is just cracking bones.
It was 11:00 in the morning and the students of Beacon Academy all of them were just studying and attending their classes trying to become Huntsman and huntresses but everyone was talking about the massive boom that happened last night as in many people still question what was that many people think it was maybe a huntsman killing a grim others saying it was probably just accident.
Headmaster Ozpin was fully aware of this he already told the entire school to calm down and it wasn't that special it was just a giant rock that fall down from the sky probably could been another experiment gone wrong he'll resending a team to search around the area just to make sure it's nothing too dangerous that could affect the entire Academy and the team he send was Team RWBY.
Tim really began their Journey right away trying to find any sightings of that mysterious Rock they continue walking around and as they finally reach their destination they were kind of a little bit disappointed it was just a giant boulder even when they get closer they noticed that it does have holes like tunnels inside of it Yang joke that there could be bugs inside of it which kind of gross sounds why a little bit but as they continue looking at the boulder they found nothing it was just a normal giant boulder but this does give them free opportunity not to class which irritating Weiss.
"Geez there's nothing around here, find anything there Blake?" Said yang she turned looking at her partner.
"Nothing here as well." Blake replied.
"Same here not a single trace." Said Weiss
Ruby walked around the area trying to find any clue until she noticed something that peeked her curiosity she turned her head notice seeing but look like to be claw marks on the bark of the trees as she followed the claw marks she actually sees more of them even notice the trees were also cut down she turned yelling at her team getting their attention, they continue falling the destroy trees as they got closer all of them both agree it could be a grim or specifically a Beowulf, looking at the destruction around the area they all agree that the Beowulf was attacked all the thought there was a Huntsman here but it was strange.
They continue walking all of them having their weapons ready just in case something does happen and when they finally reach the end of the trail there was nothing until they heard it growl they turn looking where the noise came from and what came out shocked all of them the Beowulf was all black even the white bone shells that the Grims are known for were all black as well would disturb them even more the Grim was limping and what looks like to be sick the eyes were not red but pale white. The Beowulf saw the four girls and all of them knows that the Beowulf was trying to attack them but the Beowulf not running it was just limping towards them it raises massive arms but it wasn't even trying its best it looks like it was in pain it gave often eerie noise not like most Beowulf and this gave Team RWBY chills.
The Beowulf was having trouble breathing and it collapsed on the ground the four girls looked at each other questioning what they just saw Ruby walked closer to what assume to be the dead Beowulf she took out her crescent rolls and poked the Beowulf's body she poked it a couple of times but the Grimm did not respond it was dead which shocked all of them because when a grim dies it fades away what makes this grim.
"I don't like this." Said Blake
"Same here ain't Grimm suppose to turn to dust." Said yang
"Maybe this Grim is different maybe it has a, no that's impossible Grimm's never have a soul could they, of course not." Said Weiss questioning what she's thinking.
As WBY we're talking to each other trying to discuss what happened Ruby was looking at them no longer paying attention at the down Grimm, Ruby stopped when she certainly heard something would look like to be wrestling on the grass she turned her head and she stood back in a panic noticing the body of the Beowulf shaking like crazy this got the rest of the team worried as well.
"What's happening!" said Ruby she turned looking at her team and back at the Beowulf, seeing the Grimm shaking on the ground violently was so unnatural even in Grimm standards this is so unnatural something that a grim shouldn't be doing, the Beowulf slowly got up but what's even more shocking it didn't even use it's arms to get up it's just like floated back upright. The Beowulf was still shaking until it stopped the head turned looking at the four girls Team Ruby was getting their weapons ready but at the same time they were generally scared at the Grimm something that they never seen before.
The Beowulf open its mouth and it's trying to growl but it was gargling until it said something that shocked the four huntresses.
"H- h- h- ho- host."
Team RWBY eyes widen shocked what they heard trying not to believe what their looking at.
"Did- Did that Grimm just spoke?!" Said Weiss shaking in fear and she's not the only who is scared, the Beowulf was still shaking violently in a burst of speed the Beowulf launched itself towards Ruby who was frozen until Yang came along punching the Grim away from her sister.
The Grimm hit a tree but it was still shaking violently it got up and still run towards Team Rwby trying to attack them again, the 4 huntresses focus are back in the game they're ready to fight against the strange Grimm. The strange Beowulf was fighting against the huntresses very well it shocked Team Ruby even more this Beowulf is much more stronger than the others and somehow more intelligent.
Team rwby nodded to eachother they began to attack the Grimm in combo attacks, Weiss use her glyphs to trap the grim, ruby began to shoot the Grimm on the legs and arms getting them to be immobilize, yang and Blake both dash towards the Grimm attacking it. The Grimm screamed in pain it's thrashed around trying to escape but couldn't until it's squat down and launch itself towards Ruby this immediately got everyone shocked because what the Grim did was straight up tore his legs off not even caring about his own body.
The legless Beowulf flew towards Ruby pushing her towards the ground, Ruby began to panic worried that the Grim was about to attack her but it stopped, Ruby grabbed the Beowulf trying to push it away but before she did it whispered to her.
"Venom"
Said his final words then it finally collapse in the ground and the Beowulf finally fade away normally Team Ruby would be happy that they won the fight but now they were just relieved that they finally took that creature down they have to report just to ozpin they all thought, Yang ran towards her little sister checking her if she's okay and not hurt, she was really surprised that Ruby barely even have a scratch when the Grimm jumped on her.
"You ok sis?" Said yang
Ruby didn't respond her mind was still locked on the dead Grimm, the hole world was silent for her all she can hear is a ringing noise, what felt like hours was one few seconds ruby senses finally came back. She blink she looked back at her older sister hugging her she doesn't know why but she feel safe around her. Team RWBY looked at eachother then they started looking around their surroundings worried there could be more.
From the tree distance away was a hidden camera see the whole battle, the Headmaster Beacon Academy Ozpin and his assistant Glynda GoodWitch were shocked of what they saw, Glynda was horrified she never seen a grim speak and yet the Grimm barely even put on a fight it was just fighting to survive. Ozpin in the other hand although his face was neutral and his mind he can tell something was not right.
"A grim like that shouldn't exist but it does, did Salem created a new type of grim that could be possible but yet why was this Grim weak before team RWBY showed up something isn't right?" He thought he turned his head looking at Glynda both of them immediately nodded to the situation, Glynda brought out her scroll and called a few of the staff Huntsman to go around the Emerald Forest to find more of those strange Grims. Ozpin and Glynda looked at each other again hoping what ever this creature was would not come back, little did they know this would not be the end.
Team Rwby were at the Headmasters office Weiss told them everything what they encountered explaining more details about this strange looking grim, even the disturbing part that it ripped its own limbs to escape, Ozpin did not tell them he saw everything but he wants to hear it in their perspective, he turned his head looking at Ruby who was not even paying attention just looking at the ground something was in her mind, he can't blame her what she experienced what they all experience was something unnatural even for a grim standards, Glynda also noticed this as well.
"Miss Rose are you doing all right?" Said Glynda
Ruby didn't respond her mine was somewhere else like before the whole room was quiet except now she can hear the muffling voices of the people who are talking, why is tapped on Ruby's shoulder getting her attention she looked at Weiss then looked at everyone all of them have their eyes on her getting more concerned of her.
"Ruby are you sure your ok?"
"Oh yeah yeah I'm ok, I'm doing ok, I'm just you know stuff."
Everyone in the room already knows that Ruby is a terrible liar but this something is in her head right now even she doesn't know what's going on but for now, ozpin told Team RWBY to take a day off what they experience they should take it easy for today, all of them nod their heads and left office, Glynda and Ozpin looked at each other still concerning.
As Team RWBY walked towards their dorms Ruby was not even paying attention what they were talking about, Ruby touched her head starting to feel a headache coming in, as they got closer to their dorm Ruby's headache got even much worse so much that Ruby's started clinching her head even more, as they arrive Ruby immediately push Weiss and Blake aside for she can run towards her bed not even apologizing what she did.
Weiss got upset from Ruby's actions, she walked towards her asking her not to do that again she's the leader after all she's supposed to be responsible not selfish, Weiss was about to continue more until Ruby Cut Her Off mid sentence.
"Weiss can you please stop talling my head hurts."
Weiss backup she was not expecting Ruby to talk back to her, but at the same time she started she started noticing Ruby clinching the blanket and covering her whole body, Yang in the other hand immediately grow more concerned she walked towards her little sister ask her if she's all right. Ruby replied the same thing asking her older sister not to bother her, asking all of them not to bother her, she's just going to sleep this out.
WBY we're shocked they never seen ruby act like this, all of them were worried about ruby but they all thought it was the Grimm that they fought. Blake and Weiss went to do there thing but Yang still looking at ruby still worried for her younger sister.
As Ruby shut her eyes trying to sleep she can still feel the pain in her head she tried her best trying to ignore it but it's not going away then she opened her eyes she looked around her surroundings realizing she's in a rocky field She haven't seen this place before as she looked up she noticed the Moon it wasn't shattered but not only the moon there were would look like to be planets around the sky Ruby questions what she's looking at it doesn't look like remnant until she heard something.
In a panic Ruby turned around but saw nothing, she heard the sound again she turned around saw nothing, she started questioning what she was hearing until the sound came back except this time Ruby saw, it was only a couple feet away from her she noticed a black slime coming out of the ground and it was forming her body it was all black, it almost look like her. She was expecting this to be another Grim but she does not notice the white armor, the red eyes but she does notice that the eyes were all white not red like the Grim, but similar to the Beowulf her and her team fought against.
She was horrified when she's looking at the creature she wants to fight it but she does not have her Crescent Rose she wants to move but can't Frozen and scared. The creature looked at her and then it smiled, it revealed its sharp pointy teeth then suddenly the body grew bigger no longer in the shape of Ruby but instead a tall monster, the teeth were all jacked out Ruby stood back seeing the creature in its full height then it launched on her, Ruby couldn't move and in an instant she opened her eyes jolting out of her bed in a panic.
She was sweating still on edge but she slowly come down when she looked around she was still in her dorm, but she also noticed she was alone she started questioning where's her team she pulled out of scroll and checked she has a couple of messages.
Hey sis we just left to eat at the cafeteria, we don't want to wake you up so we let you sleep in, don't worry we told miss GoodWitch, get better sis.
Ruby groans in irritation she does not want to miss classes and plus she's getting hungry, really hungry for some reason and yet the headache is now gone that's a good thing for her, she looked at herself and realized she did not change out of her Huntress gear, she was about to change her clothes until she stopped she started breathing heavily her head Rises she sniffed the air she doesn't know why she's doing it but she feels.
"Hungry."
She Jolted moved around trying to see if someone was talking to her but she didn't see anyone, she started questioning was that in her head but then the hunger came in, Ruby collapsed on the ground clenching stomach she feels in pain for some reason she doesn't know why, her silver eyes are gone turning white showing pupils she got up and immediately run towards her bed removing the mattress bring it out her entire cookie stash and immediately devouring every single cookie, as she finish they were all gone and Ruby was still hungry.
"No my sweet cookies this isn't enough!"
Ruby began to move violently beginning to throw everything around trashing the entire room, she ran towards Yang and Blake's beds and immediately destroyed their mattress trying to find any secrets food that they were hiding but couldn't find anything, Ruby began to become more aggressive destroying everything.
Ruby collapse on the ground, her stomach was in pain She wants to eat more food but there's nothing in this room, She was on her knees and then she scream as loud as she can. Ruby turn her head looking at the trash bin and immediately smelling something inside of it. she crawled towards the bin and immediately remove the bag and notice have eaten fish, without hesitation she grabbed the half eaten fish and began to eat it not even carrying if it came from the trash.
Ruby finally stopped her Senses have finally kicked in she looked at her self realizing she's eating food off the trash, she got up, ran towards the bathroom and throwed up on the toilet.
"What is wrong with me?"
Ruby slowly got up from the floor and looked at herself in the mirror, not gonna lie she looks horrible if her team was here they wonder as her to clean herself. She stand up straight finally in control of herself she walked out of the bathroom and saw the mess she did, she was not happy what she did.
"Oh Weiss is going to kill me."
"She wont."
Ruby screamed hearing that voice again, she violently looked around trying to find where that voice was coming from, but the pain came back she clinch her stomach feeling hungry all over again.
"FOOD I NEED FOOD!!!!"
Ruby's eyes turn white again then her mind thought about the cafeteria, she stumbled around and she burst out running breaking the door likes on her way, she began running through the hallway pushing away anyone whos on her way.
She was sweating and desperate, poeple move out of the way scared of that crazy girl. Ruby smelled the food she's very close to the cafeteria she began to run even fast, WBY and team JNPR were talking about the strange grid they encountered yesterday many people are talking about it question what could it be could have been a new Grimm or something worse.
Yang was not paying attention she was still looking at her scroll, Blake noticed it she put her hand on yang shoulder comforting her, yang smiled but she's worried for ruby.
"Hey so whats wrong with ruby?" Said nora
"She has a crazy headache, she sleeping on her bed." Said yang
"Hey is there a little bit strange that Ruby started having that headache after you guys fought it." Said Jaune
"Yeah and it's a very strange the Grim was mostly targeting Ruby." Said Pyrrha
"Yeah and does it mean host?" Said ren
WBY looked at each other praying that thing didn't do anything bad to Ruby, everyone immediately turned around seeing Ruby burst into the cafeteria, she was sweating moving around violently she immediately run towards the food and taking the food and eating it right there without a plate using her bare hands.
One of the students were walking by Ruby, she stopped and jolted on the person grabbing the person's food and immediately biting into it but then spit it back out, Ruby began to jump on the table and grabbing people else's food and still spitting it out she keeps screaming that it's not good enough.
WBY immediately ran towards there leader, ruby sees her team and team JNPR, jumped off the table and walked towards them like nothing happens.
"Ruby what got into you?!" Said Weiss but she was shocked when Ruby grabbed her violently, checking her head. Blake and yang were shock as well.
"EVERYTHING EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH ME!!"
Ruby froze looking at Weiss head she felt something inside her, her body is telling her to bite Weiss head off, ruby mouth slowly open, Weiss tries her best to escape but some how ruby is not letting go, she immediately noticed that ruby teeth were sharp, she know never have sharp teeth. Blake and yang ran towards ruby, yang grabbed her younger sister and Blake tries to free Weiss.
"Ruby calm down what are you doing!?" Said blake
Ruby stop and began to scream, she push Weiss away with such force it also push Blake as well, ruby turned around looking at yang, the two sisters looked at eachother, ruby has her hand in the air around yangs head but stop. She stood back still screaming and clinching her head, yang tries to calm ruby done as she tries to get closer, but as yang touch ruby arm. Ruby eye turned white she pushed yang down on the ground, yang was taken back she wasn't expecting this to happen, then ruby began to strangle her not caring its her sister, yang tries to get ruby to let go but her strength is not enough, yang looked at ruby eyes and widen they were white not showing her pupils.
"FIRE MUST DIE!!" Screamed Ruby
She was tackled on the ground by the rest of team JNPR trying to restrain her but somehow her strength shock them all she throw Jaune and ren away from her and immediately kicked Nora away, she turned looking at Pyrrha VENOM in her eyes.
"Ruby I don't want to hurt you but please, calm down this isn't like you." Said Pyrrha started to get scared ruby stood there then she stop.
"I don't know what's going on with me, please I want to stop."
Pyrrha slowly walked towards ruby and then ruby collapse on the ground, Pyrrha ran towards her and touched her head and immediately noticed ruby was buring up.
As the rest of team RWBY and JNPR got up they and took Ruby to the infirmary trying to see what's going on, Yang was sticking very close to Ruby not even care of Ruby wakes up and try to attack her again, but all of them agrees somehow Ruby is much more stronger, but this got them even more scared what did that Grim do to her.
"Weak."
"Im not weak."
"Yes you are."
"No I'm not."
"Fire is still alive."
"She's my sister."
"She wont accept us."
"Please stop!"
