"Harker hey!" India chuckled. Harker blushed, rubbing the back of his neck. "What?"

"Ummm.. Professor Helsing wanted to see you at downstairs".

India nod, grab the key then lock the door. "Are you coming?"

"Nah. I've got work to do. I'll see you later". as he watches India running at the exit staircase, rushing down. Harker then walked to his apartment.

India reached the lobby and found the professor talking with Dahlia. They turn and see India standing there. Professor Duke Van Helsing greeted her with a smile.

"Morning weekends I believe". India stood between them. "It's been a week, I can't believe it happened so fast".

"Yes, Professor. Harker told me that you want to see me".

"Ah! about that, yes. Come. I need you to see this". Both India and the Professor walk out of the building. "Ta-da...!" India gasped, and the Professor smiled. "It was your mother's ideas".

India gently walked to the bicycle her mother bought for her. Actually it was the Professor who bought it for her under her mother's order.

"She bought me a bicycle?"

"Yes. She asks me how you're doing so I say you're fine just.. you have to walk to university that all. So she came up with the idea and asked me to buy it. Do you like it?"

India nods and smiles. "I don't know what kind of bicycle you like so,.. I try".

"It's perfect Professor thank you. It looks like a sports bicycle to me and I like it. I will probably take my chance to race with Harker with this".

India and the Professor laugh. "Why don't you try? I want to talk with Dahlia so I see you back in here like hour? take your time".

"Absolutely yes".

Moments later. India paddling the bicycle around the town with a smile. The boys seem to be flirting with her as she passes them. They even ask her for a number that India ignored.

Her bicycle now enters the central park, a familiar voice she knows back in Garret's, making her stop paddling and look around the park.

Nothing she could see around. India takes a last look around, then a man slowly approaches her. She looked closer.

"Mr. Grayson?" he stood beside her bicycle with a smile.

"Miss Greene". Grayson greeted her.

"What are you doing here?" ask India. "Are you supposed to be here?"

Grayson laughed. "Nah. I just finished meeting with my old dear friends here. He urgently had to go, so I stayed behind. I cannot believe I will see you around here".

"Yeah. Coincidence I think heh". She smiled a bit. "So, what brought you here in New York Mr. Grayson".

She and Grayson walk side to side. Grayson's hand inside his pocket. He spoke.

"Business Miss Greene. Did I tell you I'm running my family business?" India shrugs, no like she cares what Grayson's doing. "I bet you didn't care".

Shit!

India fake her smile. Damn how Grayson knew what she was thinking right now.

"I don't mad at you because you didn't care.. no.. this is ridiculous if I am mad about that. Well, yes.. I am here because of my business".

India nods. Grayson spoke back. "So urmm.. congratulations on your life. University? that's good for you".

"I also do not believe that though. My luck I guess. I owe Professor Duke Van Helsing very much, because of him I stood where I stood".

India grip the handle, she turns to Grayson. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Grayson. I should go".

"You too Miss Greene". Grayson watches India paddling her bicycle.

What India doesn't know was, their met wasn't their purpose. Grayson knows where she lived, where the university she studied. Grayson knew who Professor Duke Van Helsing really was.

Year 1897. London. Grayson was walking alone through the dark night. Hand inside the pocket, Grayson was having his own time.

As Grayson reaches the end of the corner, he can feel someone is following him. He stops and looks over his shoulder. There is.. someone stood.

"Alexander Grayson". Grayson turned to his front. "Alexander Grayson or should I call you... Dracula".

It was Abraham Van Helsing who stood in front of Grayson. Grayson's archnemesis. Both men were smirking at each other.

"Abraham, how nice to see you.. again".

In present. Professor Duke Van Helsing was the descendent of Abraham Van Helsing. Grayson first met with Duke Van Helsing in college, Duke Van Helsing seems not to have noticed Grayson's presence around the college.

And Grayson makes sure Duke Van Helsing won't notice him as a Dracula.

"Oh, you're back". The Professor walked up to India. "How is it doing?" He asked for the bicycle.

"Brilliant. I should call my mom about this". Harker then stood between them. "I thanked her and I met my ex-teacher Mr. Grayson at the park".

Harker snort said. "Is he stalking you?"

"Harker no. Mr. Grayson is my history teacher and I don't know why he chose me to be part of his student".

"So he's stalking you". India rolled up her eyes. Harker laughed. "I'm kidding India. By hearing his name he is probably a handsome man".

India nods agree. Well of course Grayson is the most top five charming man in magazines but she ain't interested.

"Rules number one don't let your thing out of your sight so I will mention your bicycle".

He points. "Keep inside your apartment. Lots of thieves, vandalisme.. whatever is out there. And I don't want you to be one of their victim".

"Thank you for scaring Miss Greene with your stories Harker". Professor Duke touched Harker's shoulder. "Harker is joking but what Harker said was true. New York is the biggest city where everything can happen. Grayson?"

India nods. The professor spoke back. "I probably remember him while I was there in your college. In the past I did say that, gladly you are back. I'm off. So be careful".

The professor patted India back, he walked. "Oh before I forgot.. do show her around Harker because you both got bicycles and I want you two to have fun".

"Is that a compliment?" said Harker, watching the professor walk toward his car. When he was gone, Harker returned to India. "So it's saturday. Would you like to hang around in this biggest city with your new bicycle".

"I must say yes?"

Moments later. The library. India was reading a novel and Harker is nowhere to be seen. Minute later Harker walked back toward the table with a book on his arm. Gently Harker takes a seat in front of India, he smiles.

"Have you ever heard or like to hear about Dracula".

"Oh god Harker!" India grit her teeth. "You were like my friend Billy, he was too obsessed with these Dracula, vampires.. what amused about it anyway".

Harker smiled widely, he spoke. "You lived in Garret's right? haven't you read the news today? The Sheriff's claimed two dead men had been attacked by the unknown killers a.k.a Dracula''. India studied him. "It's all over the news".

"Seriously!?"

India checked her phone, searching for the news and she didn't notice she received lots of text messages and calls today from Olive, her mom Kim and Billy.

She's in the library and the phone is mute.

"Oh my god Harker. They even talk about it with my mum. This is Sheriff David Bourbon". India shows Harker the picture of Bourbon from her phone. "What makes him believe and claim this.. as Dracula who killed those men". Harker shrug, India leaned on chair. "But who!?"

Harker smirking. "That is why I bring out this book from the history section about Dracula". Harker flipped the cover. "For your reading".

India leaned closer to the book, Harker stopped at the middle pages of the book.

He points at the images inside. "Hmm, a handsome man like him turns out to be Dracula".

"Mr. Grayson". Harker staring up at India. "The dracula looks like my history teacher Mr. Grayson".

"Thee.. Mr. Grayson? So are you saying this dracula exactly looks like your Mr. Grayson.. your history teacher. Haven't you thought before that this dracula and Mr. Grayson might be the same man who lived for over a centuries".

Harker smirked again as he studied India with an empty face. Might be Mr. Grayson is the real dracula that she doesn't think of. Harker snapped his finger right in front of her face.

"India. I am a journalist. I wrote a report, and I am the article's searcher. It's rare for having a same figure, same face unless these person are related blood or descendent. In that case Mr. Grayson probably dracula's descents".

"He didn't look like a dracula, he's charming of course I don't argue but he might not be the dracula am I right?"

Harker shrugged, he spoke back. "Then explained how those men died with two dot bite on their neck".

"I don't know. Snake bite?"

"India? You studied in university how to become a doctor, since when snakes drink human blood till drained and leave those men to die". Harker breathed as he read the book. "Interesting if the dracula is really living among us".

The hotel. Grayson's leg crossed seat on the arm chair, Renfield entered the room then shut the door behind, standing in the middle of the room with the news Grayson should hear that could be bad for his name and reputation.

"It's all over the news sir". said Renfield. "The Sheriff's claimed the nature". Renfield heard Grayson chuckling, he spoke back. "I suggest we should stay lower without killing sir".

Grayson breathed, he said. "I can't control my hunger Renfield (look over shoulder) this is my nature.. a dracula. I apologize if that jogging man I kill but I will not apologize for killing Miller".

Grayson laughs. "Bourbon. Sheriff Bourbon. Did I ever tell you about the Bourbon's?"

"Yes you do sir. Have you met her?"

"Just now at the central park riding with her new bicycle Duke Van Helsing gives her. Van Helsing. I will never forget that name, taunting me because of who I am. Abraham believed he killed me for good and I'll shall never returned. Abraham made a big mistake and was wrong all the time. I lived".

"Happy to hear that sir what about Miss Jayne. Should we talk about it?"

Grayson rises up from the armchair then walks to Renfield. Whisper.

"Don't you dare spoil my mood by mentioning that woman's name. It disgusted me".

Grayson reaches the knob, twists it then out of the room and the door gently shuts. Renfield stood there saying nothing.
