Peter thought back to how he got his powers. It was in early July the last mouth of summer vacation. Gwen who is an intern at oscorp was giving him an unauthorized tour.

"their trying to create super spiders that will be able to nit people's sweaters" said Gwen " well not that spire specifically but spider still has a lot of applications and US Corp is trying to use the serum on the spiders to make them better at it than normal spiders"

"Wow this is cool Gwen" said Peter now genuinely glad he came

Then one of the tank exploded sending glass shards everywhere one of them cracking the glass in terrarium.

The green gas covered Gwen she started breathing it in.

Peter wasn't hit by any of the glass but he was worried that Gwen might not be okay.

Then he felt a sharp pain in his hand and saw the welt. One of the super spiders had bitten him. He let out a small scream of pain.

Gwen came over to make sure he was okay. For some reason shoot everything looked very blurry to Peter. Fan with his hand that didn't have the welt on it he took off his glasses and everything was crystal clear.
