I walked to the Hades cabin after a long day of sword fighting class. I saw my crush Will Solace outside the Apollo cabin walking to the lake. I almost walked up to him, but I didn't. I continued walking to my cabin to get a quick shower. After the shower, I put on my cabin 13 hoodie and a pair of ripped jeans. I was going to go to the lake and sit by it for a little bit, maybe think about Will, I don't know. Will was probably gone from the lake by now.
When I got to the lake, I saw that Will was still there. "Hey?" I asked, sitting down on the steps by the lake trying to keep myself from sounding nervous. "Hey Nico," he said, smiling. "I've wanted to ask you this for a long time, but do you want to go to the fireworks with me on Saturday?" I stood there in silence. Did Will Solace just ask me out? "Really?" I asked, trying to sound casual and like I wasn't dying inside because my crush just asked me out.
"Nico, will you please go to the fireworks with me on Saturday?" He asked again, and I answered this time faster than I answered anything in my life."Yes"
《Time skip to Saturday》
I was getting ready for the fireworks. I put on a plain black t-shirt and some shorts thinking about my date with Will. MY DATE WITH WILL. Oh, gods, I had forgotten about it he asked me out last Monday to the 4th of July fireworks. I sat on my bed thinking about it until it was time for the fireworks.
I walked out of my cabin towards the beach where the fireworks would be held, like every year. I found a nice spot in the sand and tried to smooth it out. I heard Will behind me laughing. "What are you doing, lover boy?" I laughed nervously."Trying to get it softer for us, " I rubbed my arm, thinking of what to do or say next when he grabbed my arm and handed me something. Black roses?
"For you, roses as black as you think your soul is." He's so sweet. "You're a sweetheart," I said as we sat down to watch the fireworks.
After the scene of Hercules slaying the Nemean Lion, I grabbed his hand and moved it toward my heart. "Nico? What are you-" He didn't get to finish his sentence as I interrupted him with a kiss
