Shortly after leaving the school, Reggie and the others had arrived at her house where her mom had been home watching TV when they ran in.

"Whoa, what are all of you doing here?" asked Judy.

"Long story that we don't have much time to talk about," said Todd who closed the curtains in time before a couple of skeletons ran by it chasing some other kids.

"Um, Reggie," said Conelly as she looked down at their hands while blushing.

"Sorry," said Reggie who instantly let go of the other girl's hand. After letting go of Conelly's hand, Reggie put some distance between them by walking to the other side of the room with Esther.

"You didn't have to walk away," said Conelly in a low voice while looking down at the floor with a sad expression.

"What are we going to do, Reggie?" asked Todd.

"There's no way we can beat Never and an army of skeletons just ourselves," said Esther.

"Alright, just what are you kids talking about?" asked Judy who was confused by the conversation they were having. However, before anyone could answer the question, the windows were shattered inward by a brick being thrown through it.

"Ah!" screamed Conelly while a skeleton climbed through the window toward her.

"Stay away from her!" said Reggie who used a hockey stick that had been leaning against the couch to shatter the skelleton's skull.

"Get your totems ready," she said while watching the pile of bones vanish.

"Are you sure?" asked Esther.

"Never brought this fight to us, so let's make sure to end it," said Reggie at the same time she grabbed her key. The three then sighted the same phrase that Sid had while holding their keys to their hearts.

"What… what is this?!" asked Judy as her house was filled with a bright light. While this was happening, Never was floating over the house which was surrounded by skeletons.

"Things are getting more fun by the second," said Never with a smile at the sight of the light pouring out of the windows.
