There's Something About Zelda
Chapter One - Something In Time
"Zelda, if I may.. This.. 'Link' character you speak of fondly, is he your betrothed, perhaps?"
The blonde Hylian suddenly stumbled at the sudden question presented by Hyrule's first King, Rauru. The bucket of water she was carrying spilled a bit, and she felt her face grow pink in embarrassment at her reaction.
"Ah, I apologize for the sudden question," Rauru said with a hint of amusement.
"N-No, it is quite alright," Zelda said, taking a deep breath and continuing on with a confident stride, side-by-side with the King. The two were carrying water to a nearby stable, a duty that both felt was quite humbling for people of their stature and preferred to do themselves now and again. "I just.. Do not know what I should say to that."
This wasn't the first time such a question had been asked of Hyrule's Princess. When Link had just been her Champion, there was a spark of something there.. But when that same Hylian boy grew into a powerful Hero who saved the entire world, everything seemed to have changed– No longer was he the stoic knight that she once knew, now he was something bigger and grander for everybody.
A few years since Calamity Ganon's defeat, Zelda felt that her and Link were almost back to square one.
As if sensing the girl's turmoil, Rauru cleared his throat. "Apologies for that. I do not usually like to assume things–"
"It is alright, really," the Princess said, forcing a smile as she set the bucket down near the others that had been gathered, the King doing the same. "There has just been a lot going on. Being here in the distant past, it, well… I have a lot on my mind."
Rauru gave her a thoughtful look, his eyes looking her over. After a moment, Zelda shifted her feet a bit, a bit wary under his gaze.
"If you need a way to clear your head, might I suggest visiting with my wife," the gray-skinned man said with a smile, placing a hand gently on Zelda's arm and rubbing it reassuringly. "I believe she has thought long and hard about ways to help you settle in better. We both have."
"I… might do that, yes," Zelda said, her mind still in a jumble. "I will go find her now then. Is everything–"
"Yes yes, it is no problem. Go," the King said, nodding his head towards the stable door.
Zelda dipped her head respectfully to the Zonai man before scurrying away, her thoughts of Link, and the dangers he might be facing, wishing she could be there right beside him.
No no, he's a Hero, she thought. He will find a way to save us, and I will do my part. Just as we always have.
That thought made Zelda nearly tear up. 'As they always had'... The days of innocence were long-gone, ever since Link and herself had been sealed away for a hundred years and become busy with world-shaking matters.
Unfortunately, many distractions got in the way of the Princess, only worsening her mind before she finally managed to find Queen Sonia sitting at a table within a veranda on an upper floor of the castle. This place, Zelda had learned overtime, was where the woman liked to go to be alone, so it was with trepidation that she approached.
"It's okay Zelda, please come and join me."
Sonia's voice was as soft and elegant as always, and the blonde was relieved by the invitation. The only other seat currently available was right beside the Queen's own, but Zelda settled in and allowed the gorgeous, lush view outside to calm her down a little.
"I am sorry for intruding, I know this place is… Special to you," Zelda spoke.
"Not at all, please relax and rest your thoughts," the Queen spoke soothingly. Zelda nodded and closed her eyes, taking a deep breath, letting the scents and sounds of nature coax her thoughts away from darker things. "The King has already informed me of your troubles."
At that, Zelda opened her eyes again and sat up straighter, stammering a bit.
"I-I.. uh…"
Queen Sonia placed a hand gently on Zelda's own, and offered her a warm smile.
"Relax," she repeated again. "Allowing yourself to turmoil will do nothing for you."
Zelda felt tears threatening her, though they refused to fully rise to the surface, just like how they had ever since she thought she'd lost everything and sealed herself away.
"It is not so simple," she muttered, feeling a bit pathetic. "I… I wish things could have continued peacefully. When Link and I were… friends."
The Queen nodded softly as she listened, her hand squeezing Zelda's comfortingly as the girl lost in time let out a shuddering breath.
"Yet we must fight on, because it is what is required of us," Zelda continued, shaking her head. "It will never be the same as it was. I do not know what to do, because I believe I… I loved Link before he saved me. Is that wrong?"
"Not at all," Queen Sonia coo'd softly, shifting her position to face more towards Zelda, her blue eyes gazing into hers. It was almost uncanny how much the two looked alike, and Zelda felt a bit of a shiver as their eyes met. "We all desire those long-forgotten peaceful days. Sacrifices must always be made in pursuit of love, it is a matter of choice and perspective."
"But it would cost so many lives–"
"That is not the point," the Queen interjected, leaning in closer. "It is about what you, Zelda, want."
Zelda looked away from the woman's gaze, feeling like she already knew the answer to what she truly desired. After all, these weeks of living in the past, she had seen what she wanted reflected in the first King and Queen of Hyrule. The love, the desire, the trust… It was all there.
"Zelda… Have you ever done anything with that boy, Link?"
"What do you mean?" The Princess looked back to the Queen, who chuckled and gave a sly smile.
"Physical touch, gestures of affection, perhaps even–"
"N-No, nothing really of the sort!" Zelda's face grew hot and she brought her hands up to cover her face, shaking her head. "L-Link is a proper gentleman, he would never…"
Queen Sonia gently grabbed Zelda's hands and moved them from her face, despite the Princess' protests, and got closer, staring into her eyes intensely.
"It seems that you are still quite the child, despite everything, Zelda," she spoke softly. "That is proof enough that there is still innocence and love to be found."
Zelda's eyes widened a bit at that, and she had to wonder if it was true– Was she still an immature girl like she had been long ago, taking her Knight along on strolls to do menial tasks across the Kingdom? Those 100 years locked away, and the turmoil brought with it… That never gave her an opportunity to truly live or try to be normal.
"It is too late," Zelda mumbled. "Link thinks of me as… Just… Someone to be protected."
The Queen shook her head.
"You are a woman of great stature and power, but inside, you crave a life of love and protection, just like anybody would, even Link," she said softly. "Shall I show you a secret? One that will surely draw out any true feelings within him?"
"A secret..?" Zelda gulped and nodded slowly, gazing at the Queen. "Yes, show me, I–"
In one smooth motion, the Queen had leaned forward, pressing her soft lips against Zelda's own, the blonde freezing up as she was unable to process what was happening. Her hands trembled and instinctively grasped Sonia's in return, as she felt a strange, rising heat within herself from the unfamiliar feeling.
A light thud sounded out as the chair the Queen had been sitting in moved and fell back, the dark-skinned woman moving onto Zelda's lap as elegant as a whisper on the wind.
Something resonated within them both, a connection that transcended physical lines. Quite literally, though the girls barely noticed, their secret stones had begun to glow a warm, enveloping light that encompassed the veranda, bathing them in a golden hue that only seemed to grow more intense as moments passed.
It was within those physically manifested rays of light that their kiss deepened. Zelda, finally gathering some of her wits about herself, tried to speak up, but the attempt at words only drew in the Queen's tongue.
Zelda let out a soft, squeak of a breath that was muffled by their kiss, as their tongues began to slowly move and dance together. She was unsure what to do, but everything about it felt so… right, despite how wrong she knew it was.
Queen Sonia guided Zelda's hands along her sides, and down to her hips, settling them there for the girl. After what felt like an eternity, the woman slowly pulled back, her tongue out and connecting to Zelda's own, which was desperately peeking out of her mouth as well.
A look of satisfaction on her face, the Queen licked her lips and wiped her mouth with a hand, her breathing a bit heavy as she smiled at Zelda, enjoying her confused yet aroused expression.
"Do you understand? I do not think your Hero could resist such a thing, unless he truly had no feelings for you," she coo'd. Her hands were slowly moving along Zelda's side and stomach, gently granting the girl the feeling of her soft hands on her body, something that she was clearly unaccustomed to receiving.
Zelda retracted her tongue after a few moments, covering her mouth, blushing furiously as she shivered a bit at the Queen's touch, eliciting a soft noise of pleasure into her hand.
"I-I understand, I understand," she said in breathy words, almost sounding desperate. "Y-Your Majesty.. You should not be doing such things. What about–"
The Queen silence Zelda with a finger to her lips, and then leaned in close to the girl's ear, whispering gently into it.
"This was my husband's suggestion. He was always better at wooing those he desired."
She chuckled, before nibbling along Zelda's pointed ear, making the girl squirm and let out a soft gasp. Zelda's hands gripped the woman's waist tighter, but she felt like she had no strength to push her way– Or, rather, her body didn't want to push her away.
In fact, as Zelda's eyes trailed off into the surroundings, she noticed that the world around them had grown quiet and dull, a similar effect to when she used her powers as the Sage of Time.
Queen Sonia took a moment to look as well, chuckling. "It looks like our abilities are in sync, Zelda. We may have all the time in the world, if you desire it." The Queen's arms wrapped around Zelda's neck, and she pressed her chest to hers, face close, eyes gazing up at her intensely.
"I.. I don't know…" Zelda felt her thoughts being clouded, not by her troubles any longer, but by a strange desire to not leave this moment, suspended in time. "But this all feels… Good. Should it not?"
"It should. That means that love is not lost on you," the Queen coo'd, smiling and kissing Zelda's cheek softly, before adding, "If you wish to go further with me, then say so. Otherwise, you must search within yourself and break free. The choice is yours, and only your desires can make that decisions."
Sonia moved down and began to kiss and nibble gently at Zelda's neck. The girl squirmed a bit, letting out a moan at the sensitive spot being assaulted by loving gestures.
Within myself… My own desires… What do I desire?
Zelda closed her eyes, taking in the feelings of warmth and arousal that were stirring in her body. Somewhere in the darkness, she spotted it– A golden light suspended within.
Upon closer inspection in her mindscape, Zelda watched a scene that made her heart flutter. Zelda was leaning back on a table, food and plates pushed away, as somebody was on top of her, face buried into her neck as she ran her hands along their back and elicited moans of ecstasy.
It was Link. Her beloved Hero… No, her Knight, was feeling up on her body, one of his hands moving beneath her shirt, feeling her bare skin as his mouth delivered flurries of kisses and bites to her neck, all while his body moved and grinded against her own, desperate for more.
This was it. This was what Zelda truly wanted. She had always known, but it never felt in her place to say or act upon these desires.
She fell to her knees in her mindscape, watching intensely as clothes were pulled away and discarded nonchalantly onto the floor below. Once Zelda was fully exposed, Link paused to drink it in, his face flushing pink, and the Zelda in the vision laughed happily as she placed her hands on his cheeks.
Her mouth moved inaudibly, and everything picked up once more, as Link positioned himself… And thrusted into her.
Zelda watched this scene unfold, unknowingly with one hand between her legs, and another gently squeezing at one of her breasts. She was rubbing herself through her Zonai-fashioned dress, her heat rising to an almost unbearable pitch.
Link… Link…!
This was what she wanted, not anybody else! She reached towards the light and grasped it, wanting to be the Zelda within, and then… and then…
Darkness.
Zelda opened her eyes, confused as she slowly looked around the Veranda, before settling on the Queen sitting in a chair beside her, lightly humming an unfamiliar tune.
"Y-Your Majesty..?"
The Queen looked to her and smiled. "Ah, you fell asleep for a little while it seems, but I figured it may help with your troubled mind. Are you feeling better now?"
Zelda held a hand to her head, a blur of confusing images and feelings within it, and nodded slowly.
"I.. believe so… But I should go lie down in my own bed. I apologize for this."
The blonde stood and nearly stumbled as she rushed to the door and entered the castle. The Queen watched her go, then let out a small sigh as she brought a finger up towards her lips, remembering how soft and lovely Zelda's had been when they kissed, amazed that Rauru's suggested methods had worked so well. She peeked over to the chair where Zelda had sat, noticing a spot of wetness that had dampened the cloth seat upon it.
"Rauru… You truly are a scoundrel," she spoke softly to herself, before giggling and returning to her humming.
That night was rough for Zelda, as new feelings and thoughts flooded into her mind almost constantly.
When she bathed, she found herself touching herself in ways she'd never imagined to even try, but never took it very far. When she laid in the soft bed that had become hers over these past weeks, she moved and grinded her body against the soft fabrics, feeling her face burning hot as she did so, yet she was unsure why.
Scowling, the Princess sat up in bed. It was the middle of the night, and the candles in the room had gone out by now. Zelda turned on the bedside light powered by Zonai technology, and turned it away to allow just a dim cast over the room.
Since a good night's sleep was out of the question, Zelda decided the best course of action was to take her issue head on.
Pulling the covers away, the girl spread her legs and gazed down at herself. As her face grew hot, she wondered why she was getting that way over her own body, feeling foolish.
I just need… release, before I can sleep.
But to achieve such a release, she wasn't exactly sure. There had been many times in the past years when Zelda had grinded against things or felt a strange sensation in parts of her body, but she could never get there.
Her hand gently touched along her pink, pristine folds, and she had to cover her mouth with her other hand as she instantly made a squeak of a moan at how sensitive it was. Her legs trembled a bit as she continued to move her fingers along her cunt, feeling it, taking in the feeling of pleasure.
This was nearly what she needed, but Link… Link could do so much more, couldn't he?
The hazy image of Link thrusting into her came to mind, and Zelda spread her pussy lips gently, gazing down at her own hole that glistened with wetness, the thought of Link's thing pushing inside making her breathing grow heavier.
"Like… this," she said softly, trying to spur herself on as she used her middle and ring fingers of her hand to gently press against her opening. She gasped into her hand, but continued onwards, curling them inside of herself and feeling an overwhelming elation as she did! "Gah–"
Zelda came for the first time ever, just from such a small touch. Her legs squeezed around her hand, and her body shook a bit, eyes fluttering, precious juices flowing to soak the bed sheets– It all felt heavenly, and more enjoyable than anything she had ever felt in life.
But, just as fast as it had come, it was gone. When Zelda returned to her senses, she was a panting mess on wet sheets, staring at her hand in amazement.
That was… Yes, that's what it is, isn't it?
She smiled, twiddling her sticky fingers a bit before she returned them to her crotch, gently rubbing at her clit, which felt swollen with desire. The jolt of pleasure from the touch made her eyes go wider, and her tongue was out a bit as she became enriched in this newfound passtime.
"Yes… Yes!" Her voice growing louder, Zelda, a Princess who was always too busy to focus on herself, finally discovered masturbation. Her fingers fiddled and flicked along her clit, making her gasp and squeal, pushing her face into one of the pillows to silence herself. Her hips began to move as she turned over, imagining that she had the upper hand now, and was on top of Link.
Thrust… Thrust… Thrust…
Those were her only thoughts as she bounced on her own fingers, biting the pillow and drooling onto it as she moaned and shook, cumming yet again, her pussy pressed firmly against the bed, grinding wildly against it til she had rode out her orgasm and she collapsed onto the bed.
After a few minutes of recovery, Zelda had finally managed to reach over with a hand, fumbling a bit before she finally turned the Zonai light device off. Bathed in darkness, she sighed, only capable of accepting her fate as she fell asleep in her sullied bed, completely nude and uncovered, chasing those scenes of grand debauchery into her dreams.
Zelda had truly awakened her true self for the first time ever.
