Chapter Four - Something On the Wind

A knock sounded at the door, and after a brief scuffle of parchment, King Rauru finally answered.

"Come in."

One hand on his head, the Zonai man watched the door open and the girl lost in time, Zelda, entered, bowing respectfully when she approached his desk that was littered with various things.

Rauru couldn't help but smile a bit at the sight of the girl, once so elegant and noble, now dawning a Zonai blade at her side. Despite this, she wore her usual white-and-gold dress of Zonai fashion, which he was glad for, as it showed the girl had not abandoned her old ways.

"Your majesty—"

"Must I beg you to just call me by my name?" The King sighed and shook his head, knowing it was pointless to even say at this point.

Zelda smiled. "I just feel that it is inappropriate."

"It is appreciated I suppose.. Ah, I had called you here for an important reason," the King said, grabbing a nearby unbound scroll and moving it across the desk. "You are quite accustomed to our language, correct?"

Zelda nodded, almost unable to contain her joy as she sat down to read the parchment, eager to show off her knowledge ancient language.

"Of course! Let me see.." She read the words finely etched into a formal doctrine, her brows furrowing. "You… Must you really go?"

King Rauru nodded, but looked reluctant. "I sense that something terrible will happen soon, but I cannot simply hide until it does."

Biting her lip to fight back a protest, Zelda set the letter down and nodded.

"I understand," the blonde said calmly. "My Queen will be in safe hands, I swear it."

Rauru nodded. "I believe it, but do take care of yourself as well. I'm quite glad that you are taking these knightley responsibilities to heart, but please be careful."

Zelda set a hand on the bronze-colored handle at her side. It had no visible blade and had to be activated— Once it did, a blue blade made of Zonaite energy would be formed. It was a simple but unfamiliar comfort for the Princess to have a weapon at her side, though she had hardly even trained with it yet.

"I.. When will you return?"

The King tapped the desk in thought for a moment, before turning towards the nearby window, where the wind was beginning to pick up as a storm encroached the castle.

"If I can handle these strange matters with the Rito quickly, a few days at most."

Zelda thought about how quickly things could go wrong, how her entire life had been turned upside down multiple times in her past, and gulped.

"I… understand. I wish you well.. Rauru," she managed to say.

With that, Zelda left the King to his final preparations, the man rubbing at his temple, gazing at his desk in worry.

What am I missing? He wondered, pushing aside some parchment to a drawing they had copied from one of Zelda's pictures from her Purah Pad.

It was of a Zonai man and Hylian woman holding hands and facing each other, the same image that had apparently been inscribed onto stone tablets in Zelda's time.

If there was one thing Zelda had learned during her ventures in the past, it was that Ancient Hyrule's denizens lived fairly carefree lives.

Two days without the King around, Zelda watched the dances happening in the gardens outside the castle. Many had come to alleviate their worries and bask in the light of day together, and this wasn't unheard of for them all.

While Zelda had joined into such festivities before, now she felt worry gripping her heart as she stood near the gate, watching Queen Sonia twirl through the masses.

Something could happen at any time… I need to be ready. To be strong, and dependable, like Link would be.

Her hand instinctively slipped to the blade at her side again, feeling its cold metal. However, another hand enveloped her own upon it, and she jumped a bit as she turned to see Mineru standing beside her.

"I am always startling you, it seems," the Zonai woman said with a hint of amusement.

"I am just quite tense these days," Zelda admitted, smiling up at her and releasing the blade hilt to grasp Mineru's hand gently. "Have you been well? Nobody has seen you for a long while."

"Lost in my research again.. I apologize," Mineru said with a sigh. "I am close, I can feel it.."

Zelda had learned a bit about Mineru's research into Spirits and the potential ability to inhabit new physical forms after death, but it was so beyond her that she wasn't sure how she could offer any assistance. Plus with the other happenings, Zelda found herself caught up and unable to visit.

"No, I am sorry for—"

There was a sudden, violent gust of wind that made its way through the garden area. A few of the people dancing were toppled over by the unexpected gale, while the others braced themselves.

Zelda's eyes went wide as she gazed up at the sky above, where the endless blue had quickly been replaced with churning, gray clouds.

"This is.. unexpected," Mineru commented. "The Sage of Wind did not say anything like this was coming our way."

Queen Sonia began to usher everybody towards the castle, some seeming reluctant to go due to the nature of the gesture. Of course, the kind woman did not care too much about formalities, and insisted they take shelter to remain safe.

Zelda went to help, and soon a decent crowd gathered within the castle. After reassurance from the Queen and some orders to her soldiers to assist the people, things seemed to calm while the storm outside raged.

"I am going to watch from up high, can you help out here? It would grant me peace of mind," the Queen asked of Zelda.

"Are you sure? This all seems—"

"Suspicious? Oh Zelda.. You are not wrong," the woman said with a smile. "I will be careful, but I know you will come to my aid if I need it."

She held and squeezed Zelda's hand for a moment before turning to leave. Zelda watched the Queen go, then looked to the people who were taking refuge around her.

"Mineru.. Could you..?" Zelda turned towards where she thought the woman had been standing, but she was nowhere to be seen. "Mineru?"

A nearby door was open a crack, so Zelda moved to it and slowly opened it up. Inside, a lone pale light illuminated the small room, which was full of equipment used for weapon and armor upkeep.

The light was emitting from the secret stone floating before Mineru, and after a moment, it went away as she deactivated her power.

"Is everything alright?" Zelda approached once the light had gone, leaving the door open a bit to let some of the light from the main chamber enter in.

Mineru didn't respond, looking up towards the ceiling, her hands clutching the secret stone near her chest. Zelda wondered if she should leave her be, but decided it was better to try and repay her debt of gratitude she felt towards the woman for clearing her mind before.

Holding her own secret stone up, a warm yellow light emitted from it, casting shadows on the walls of the dark room as she came closer and place a hand on Mineru's arm, caressing it gently.

"I am here, if you need me," Zelda told her softly.

Mineru nodded slowly. "It is just.. I fear my research is too slow, and will come too late."

"Too late for what?"

The Zonai woman lowered her head and turned to look at Zelda, her eyes almost looking lost in memories.

"Her," she said softly, motioning with a hand, the pale light of her secret stone creating a swirl that formed into a ghostly image of Queen Sonia.

Zelda gazed at the ethereal image, her blue eyes reflecting in the light.

"I have always wanted my devotion to Sonia to bear some kind of fruit, so I may be of use to her," she continued, "But it may be for naught. I can.. feel that something bad is coming, something we may not survive."

"Mineru, you must not speak that way—"

Mineru clenched her hand into a fist, the image dissipating. She let out a shuddering breath.

"I loved her, you know," Mineru spoke quietly. "I stepped back to allow her love for my brother to blossom. Now this research of mine.. This is all I can offer her, and it's.. it's.."

Zelda hesitantly reached up with a hand to gently caress the Zonai woman's cheek. Mineru didn't move away, but her eyes stayed downcast.

"You will find what you are looking for, you must believe it," Zelda said with a smile. "You are wonderful and brilliant, and I am sure the Queen sees this too!"

Mineru shook her head. "What good is it all if something happens before I can finish? If she or my brother dies? Or.. you."

Her eyes finally met Zelda's, and the Hylian girl felt her face flush a bit.

"I-I am quite lost in this era, my loss would not be as great," Zelda insisted.

"Your Champion would fail without you, would he not? You are vital to our future," Mineru said, reaching with her own hand to caress Zelda's cheek in return. "And I.. I am quite fond of you."

Zelda felt a strange sense of warmth resonating between them, their secret stones shimmering and pulsating like heartbeats in-sync with one another.

"I feel… Something… A connection," she said softly, leaning against the hand that pet her face slightly, smiling. "Since that time under the moonlight."

"There is something there, within your Spirit," Mineru said, her hand gently moving down Zelda's cheek, neck, and then to her chest. "It… It reminds me so much of…"

Zelda's heart was beating fast, and she took a step closer, staring up at Mineru, the light from her secret stone slowly dimming.

"If you wish.. We can have all the time we need together," Zelda said, echoing words she had heard before but could not quite remember their origin. "I can make it so, I think.. At least for a little bit."

Mineru seemed visibly shaken, opening her mouth a few times as if to protest, but the words fell away each time. Instead, the tall Zonai woman leaned down, her arms enveloping Zelda's body and pulling her close.

"Zelda.. You.. You are.." Mineru's breathing seemed to be growing heavier, clutching her tightly, her face so close to Zelda's. "You should.. go to the Queen, to protect her."

As much as it may be true, Zelda had to put her trust in the Queen at some point. She got up onto her tip-toes and kissed Mineru, the surprise initiation from the girl making the Zonai woman fall back onto her rear.

"Eep—" Zelda gasped as she fell with her, bonking her head against Mineru's. She groaned and they both held their heads, before sharing a soft laugh before Mineru kissed her back.

"Zelda… Give me reason to continue," Mineru said in a shuddering voice. "Please…"

Thus was the duty of a Princess, it seemed. Zelda had been helped by those in the past for so long, that she desired almost nothing except to repay the favor.

The only thing she desired more at this point, was sex— And being able to kill both needs at once was surely a blessing.

As their chests pressed together and their lips locked passionately, their secret stones resonated, a mix of pale light and golden hue combining, the world around them growing dim and dull as time became frozen except for them.

Straddling Mineru's lap, Zelda kissed the woman with all the passion she had, her tongue showing some better skill as it navigated her partner's mouth and danced in harmony with the Zonai's longer tongue.

Seeing how far Zelda had come, Mineru felt hesitation leave her instantly as her hands pulled at Zelda's dress, taking it down til the girl could kick herself free of it. Likewise, the Princess made easy work of Mineru's very revealing attire, pulling it away til her small but perky breasts and her pristine pussy were exposed to her.

"You have learned a bit," Mineru coo'd in their kiss, her hands caressing Zelda's nude body. "Then I will not hold back."

Zelda grinded and rubbed her body against Mineru's, their nipples pressing together, their cunts, so succulent and wet already, dripping their precious juices and sharing them in kisses nearly as loving as the ones above.

Their hot breathy moans were exchanged back and forth in their kiss, until Zelda felt something grab the back of her neck and lift her into the air, followed by two more grasping at her lege.

She yelped, but the smirk Mineru held told her this was a part of her plan.

"I have thought so much of this since we were last together," she said, rising and petting a hand through Zelda's hair. "I will not be able to contain myself."

Zelda squirmed, managing to see that it was ethereal arms of sorts grasping at her legs and likely her neck as well. They were firm grips as they leaned her back, and the glow they shared with Mineru's secret stone revealed their origin.

Leaning down, Mineru let her tongue move along Zelda's neck, and down her chest and stomach. The girl shivered, and went wide-eyed as she watched the woman stop at her pussy.

In a flourishing lick, Mineru grinded her tongue against Zelda's folds, her nose prodding at her clit, making the blonde squeal adorably.

"I love the sounds you make. They are so much like…" Mineru trailed off, taking a deep breath before she rose, holding a hand near her crotch. "Nevertheless.. I want more of them."

Pale light flowed from her secret stone and began to form into an ethereal form, making a long and thick shaft that made Zelda shiver.

"T-That's…" Zelda was in disbelief as the hands guided her to lean back in mid-air, spreading her legs wide.

Mineru smacked the glowing cock against Zelda's pussy and stomach, granting her the knowledge that it was, in fact, very solid. As Zelda squeaked and gazed at its size in amazement, Mineru grinded and pushed it against her, her hands grasping at Zelda's beautiful, slender legs.

"This will be your first time, will it not?"

Zelda gulped and nodded slowly, her blue eyes reflecting the pale light of the cock that was being lubricated by her juices as it rubbed against her.

Mineru smiled. "I am honored to have this, then, she said."

The cock Mineru had went beyond Zelda's belly-button, nearly pushing up towards the girl's breasts. This incredible size being visible made Zelda squirm and gasp when Mineru pulled her hips back and press the tip against her.

"W-Wait, it… It will not—"

Then everything changed for the Hyrulian Princess.

A surge of pain that was soon quelled by overwhelming ecstasy rippled through Zelda's body, and she let out a guttural scream, her tongue sticking out, back arching, toes and fingers flexing— As Mineru shoved an entire foot of cock into her in an instant.

Grunting with effort, the woman watched in amazement as a visible bulge from the cock could be seen in Zelda's belly, excited that she had managed to push it all inside in one go.

"I said I would not go easy," Mineru said, her voice panting a bit as she pulled her hips back, and SLAMMED into the Princess, the tip of her cock beating against the once virgin Zelda's womb.

Zelda screamed out again, a trickle of blood joining her needy juices that flowed out around the invading force.

It took her a few moments to recover her wits, but by the time she did, Mineru had thrusted again.. and again.. and again. This kept happening for many thrusts, til Zelda finally came, her pussy tightly gripping the cock inside of herself, her body trembling.

"Ah.. that's it, Zelda, cum for me," Mineru breathed, the ghostly hands bringing the girl closer so she could wrap her arms around her and lean into her ear. "But know it will not be the last."

The hands released Zelda into the care of Mineru's arms as she began to pull the girl down onto her cock, making the Princess bounce on it.

Zelda yelped and squealed, her pussy incredibly sensitive still, her insides taking a beating as she began to slowly get into the rhythm and began to move her hips.

Her hands shaky, Zelda put them on Mineru's breasts, using her as leverage to bounce her ass higher and harder, her tight pussy swallowing the cock greedily.

"Mineru..~!"

The two gazed into each others eyes, their stones , their hearts, and their very spirits resonating in this frozen time.

"Zelda!"

Their lips came together again as Mineru slammed her cock up into Zelda relentlessly, the Princess in return slamming her hips down in return. Soon, the girl couldn't handle it anymore, and came yet again, squirting and shaking violently.

Equally as overwhelmed by the feelings, Mineru found her own powers.. evolving.

The spiritual cock she had created allowed her to feel a bit of the real pleasures of having one, channeling her male ancestor's feelings— But the pleasure seemed to be growing more and more real, and soon she felt on the cusp of something.

Letting out an almost primal howl, Mineru pushed Zelda hard against the wall, lifting one of her legs into the air painfully wide as she began to slam inside relentlessly, enjoying the way Zelda screamed and her breasts bounced from the force.

"Z… Zs.. S-Sonia…!" Mineru yelled the name out on instinct through her intense pleasure.

Zelda felt unable to even think as Mineru fucked her brains out, cumming again and again, and on the eve of her fifth orgasm, she felt that cock inside of herself throb and grow.

"I.. I'm…!"

Mineru gasped, her legs shaking as her spiritual cock burst into Zelda's womb, flooding her with a strange, thick warmth. As she pumped the girl full, Mineru's eyes were wide, and she clung for dear life to Zelda as the new feeling threatened to make her drop her.

Her belly bloating with something as her womb was overflown, Zelda fell limp against the wall, her body glistening with sweat, one eye twitching and her breath coming out in desperate bursts.

"Wha.. what was.. that?" Mineru was in disbelief at how great it felt to cum inside of somebody, envious of male specimens more than ever. However, her legs gave way and she yelped, pulling Zelda in close, not wanting her to get hurt, the two lying together on the cold stone floor. "Are you okay? Zelda?"

The worry in Mineru's voice made Zelda blink a few times, her eyes finally managing to settle upon the woman. She gave a weak smile, her arms trying to cling to her.

"Y-Yes," she managed.

"I am glad.. Ah.." Tears swelled up in Mineru's eyes and she shook her head. "I am sorry, I.. I should have been more careful, I do not know what happened."

Moving behind Zelda so she could sit up a bit against her, the two gazed down at Zelda's belly that was bulging a bit from fullness. Zelda hesitantly rubbed it, feeling its warmth within.

"Is this..?" She blushed. "But.. how?"

Mineru shook her head. "It should not be possible, but, perhaps…" The woman rubbed at her tired eyes. "No.. surely not."

Confused, but exhausted, Zelda couldn't bring herself to question anymore. Mineru could feel this, and reached around to embrace the girl from behind, burying her face into the crook of Zelda's neck.

"Can you forgive me?"

"For what?"

"Being so foolish."

Zelda smiled and moved her aching body so she could kiss Mineru's cheek.

"You are anything but a fool. I… cherish you," she spoke softly. "Please do not doubt yourself."

Mineru nodded and kissed the Princess softly, the two clinging to each other for what felt like an eternity… Well, it technically was.

After hours of being suspended in time, much more than Zelda had ever managed on her own, the world gained its color once again.

The two had luckily roused themselves at some point and gotten dressed, cleaning up their mess as best they could, though there was no real hiding the mess made inside Zelda's stomach.

The Princess was about to open the door to the room when she looked down, shocked at how much the bump was visible in her dress.

"People will think I am.. expecting or something," she gasped.

Mineru chuckled and reached around from behind to gently grasp at her stomach, kissing her cheek and offering reassuring words.

"Let them speak if they must, but you have an urgent duty to attend to, do you not? Go quickly, and nobody will notice."

Zelda looked back at her worriedly. "Are you sure?"

Mineru nodded. "I will keep things going smoothly here, please ensure that the Queen is safe."

With a reluctant nod, Zelda leaned up on her tiptoes for a quick kiss, petting Mineru's face gently, as if she may never see it again.

"We have.. much to discuss later, I believe."

Mineru nodded. "Indeed we do, my Princess."

Two days later, when King Rauru was set to return, tragedy ensued, and the ancient past would never be the same again.

Queen Sonia could feel a sense of dread within herself, but had to remain resolute. She made sure that Zelda was close by in the shadows of her every move, and that was when their planning to draw out the sinister forces in the castle finally worked.

Another Zelda had appeared, asking the Queen if they could speak somewhere alone. The real Zelda watched in disbelief as the Queen accepted this and headed towards an outer area of the castle's upper floors.

Following them, Zelda prepared herself, and as soon as the false puppet attempted to throw a dagger at the Queen's back, she used her powers over Time to stop it in mid-air.

"Did you really think we hadn't realized your deceit?"

Zelda stepped out to join the Queen, facing down the false copy of herself. The wicked being smirked and elicited a vile laugh, as their skin began to bubble and melt away into black-and-red goop, before dissipating in bursts of smoke, leaving no trace of them any longer.

Confused, Zelda took a step towards where the attacker had been. Just an illusion? No, the dagger was quite real, it–

Queen Sonia gasped suddenly, and her body jolted forwards.

Zelda turned and gazed in horror at the large, hulking chief of the Gerudos, Ganondorf, who was suddenly standing right behind the Queen, driving his fist into her back with a loud CRACK!

The woman fell forward to the ground, unmoving, while her secret stone shimmered and floated in the air, for the Chief's taking.

"Your Majesty…!"

Zelda's yell as she fell to her knees beside the woman and tried to rouse her fell on deaf ears, the evil Ganondorf speaking to himself as he claimed the secret stone and took several steps away from them.

"Finally, it is mine," the Gerudo man said in a sinister, deep voice, raising the stone into the air.

Zelda paid him no heed, shaking the woman on the ground, pulling her close, calling out to her.. And…

Her eyes opened for just a fleeting moment, and her hand weakly reached out to touch the secret stone that Zelda held at her neck. Time came to a standstill, even Ganondorf ceasing his movements as Zelda gazed down at the dying Queen.

"Queen Sonia… You… Are you–"

"Zel…da," the woman spoke weakly, a small smile appearing on her lips. "We love you so.. Much.."

Her hand fell from the secret stone, and time resumed again as the Queen's body went limp in Zelda's arms. She let out a yell of agony, just as red light enveloped the area, and Ganondorf achieved his ultimate goal.

King Rauru arrived on the scene shortly after, but… It was all too late.

Queen Sonia had died, and the Demon King had been born. His malice was too powerful for Rauru and Zelda alone to handle, and they were forced to retreat into the castle, the King holding his deceased wife in his arms.

However, before Zelda could safely make it inside, tendrils of gloom wrapped around her ankle and dragged her towards Ganondorf. She held out a hand towards Rauru, who shifted to try and save her… But it was no use.

The door slammed shut as the Demon King's power blasted against it, covering it in thick, red residue that stopped anybody from exiting.

Zelda was pulled towards the large, intimidating man, his hair glowing a blood-red hue that matched the blood moon that now lie in the sky above. She squirmed, her arms and legs bound by tendrils, and gazed fearfully into his demonic gaze.

"I can see it… You are someone special," the Demon King spoke, reaching a hand out to move one of his clawed fingers against the girl's cheek, drawing a trickle of blood as it pierced her flesh ever so slightly. "You will make a fine trophy for this momentous day."

The Demon King had a wicked smile on his face, and Zelda felt that her fate might be sealed.

She had failed… And now their world would truly be doomed.

Sonia... Rauru... Mineru...

Link..

..I am sorry...!
