Disclaimer/Heads up: I do not own For Honor or Mortal Kombat, Ubisoft owns the former while Netherrealm Studios owns the latter. Also, these sort of intros were inspired by an idea for a story I had a while back but never got around to writing. Figured I would make a sort of sneak preview or teaser of what could occur should I write this story through intros. In any case, enjoy this little... uh... Preview...? Teaser...? Concept...? Whatever it is, enjoy.
Apollyon
*Entrance 1* A wolf howls in the distance as snow flutters down. Through the darkness emerges Apollyon, her black armor rattling slightly as she steps through the snow. Blood drips off her longsword which she grips by the ricasso in her left hand. She turns her stance so her shoulder is to her opponent, speaking to her foe who says their line in reply. Apollyon answers as she flips her sword around, taking the grip into her right hand, her left coming near the grip as well, but not fully closing around it.
*Entrance 2* As her foe makes their entrance, a knight captain of the Iron Legion is running away from something when Apollyon's sword impales him through the back. The Warlord of the Blackstone legion uses the clawed fingertips on her gauntlet to grip the man's shoulder. She gunts with exertion as she twists him around, forcing her longsword in the opposite direction of the spin to bisect the man in front of her. Blood and guts spill onto the ground as Apollyon steps over the corpse just as her foe speaks. Apollyon answers while resting her blood-soaked longsword on her right shoulder pauldron, raising up her left gauntlet, blood dripping from her fingertips as her foe responds to her statement.
Apollyon vs. Apollyon (Koliseum)

Apollyon 1: There can only be one incarnation of war.
Apollyon 2: Then you know only I am worthy.
Apollyon 1: You're a skirmish at best.
[Intro 2]
Apollyon 1: Do the factions still fight?
Apollyon 2: Our death did little to stop them.
Apollyon 1: Then there are truly wolves among them.

Apollyon 1: I have a successor?
Apollyon 2: The members of the Order of Horkos embody war.
Apollyon 1: They are little more than sheep masquerading as wolves.

Apollyon 1: You are little more than a pretender, Astrea.

Apollyon vs. Baraka (Tarkatan War Camp)

Baraka: Our realm was conquered by him.
Apollyon: One would think your kind would be fiercer than this.

Baraka: Nay aka ratkka tahar kombat.
Apollyon: I welcome the challenge, Baraka.
Baraka: Your remains will be used with reverence.

Apollyon: Looking upon your camp reminds me of the Warborn Clans.
Baraka: Were they fierce and driven warriors?
Apollyon: Fiercer than any Tarkatan I have encountered thus far.

Baraka: You would attack Tarkata?!
Apollyon: Every herd must be culled.
Baraka: We are not sheep!
Apollyon vs. Bo' Rai Cho (Outworld Marketplace)

Apollyon: They say you are a skilled warrior?
Bo' Rai Cho: Expecting someone more flashy?
Apollyon: Appearances are deceiving.

Bo' Rai Cho: You would plunge Outworld into war?
Apollyon: To reveal the wolves among the sheep.
Bo' Rai Cho: You meddle with things beyond your understanding.

Apollyon: You train outsiders in the ways of Kombat.
Bo' Rai Cho: Earthrealm deserves to be free of Outworld.
Apollyon: Or is it an attempt to perpetuate war?

Apollyon: I know you haven't fought in wars like I have.

Cassie: So wait, you caused a war that lasted 10 years?
Apollyon: All to route the pretenders and cowards.
Cassie Cage: And here I thought the General took things far.

Apollyon: You and your father bested a god?
Cassie Cage: Not getting scared are we?
Apollyon: I welcome such a challenge.

Cassie Cage: Stay where you are!
Apollyon: Warriors more skilled than you have fallen facing me.

Apollyon vs. Cetrion (Chaotian Age)

Cetrion: Meaning what, Apollyon?
Apollyon: That you have no place here.

Apollyon: Kronika gave her foes too much of a reason to rally against her.
Cetrion: But your vision did not last, did it?

Apollyon: It is a shame your mother failed.
Cetrion: I sense there is more to this.
Apollyon: But not unexpected.

Cetrion: You killed and slaughtered hundreds of thousands.
Apollyon: All to make them realize what they are.
Cetrion: You threaten all realms, destroyer.

Apollyon: You embody the worst aspects.
D'Vorah: Meaning what, human?
Apollyon: Yours would have been the first life I took.

D'Vorah: This One ensures the hive's survival.
Apollyon: What else is That One willing to do?
D'Vorah: Kill you, for example.

Apollyon: Insects are easily trodden upon.
D'Vorah: This One is not so easily crushed.
Apollyon: I do not expect much of a challenge.
[Intro 4]
D'Vorah: This One will kill you for survival.
Apollyon: That One is foolishly misinformed.

Apollyon: You have lived for many years?
Erron Black: I've been around for a while.
Apollyon: Then you must have seen many battles.
[Intro 2]
Erron Black: There's a price on your head.
Apollyon: Do you have the courage to collect it, Mr. Black?
Erron Black: I wouldn't be here if I didn't think I could.

Apollyon: You fight with ranged weapons.
Erron Black: My guns can cut through metal.
Apollyon: But what will you do if they cannot?

Erron Black: State your business!
Apollyon: I seek to form a new Legion.
Erron Black: I've already got an employer.

Frost: I've had enough of the Grandmaster's dismissal.
Apollyon: Then why haven't you acted yet?

Apollyon: And how would that benefit my goal?
Frost: It allows you to live longer.

Apollyon: Perhaps the died during the Great Disaster.

Kabal: Yeah, but I'm the fastest.

Kabal: With all that armor, no way you're catching me.
Apollyon: I do not require speed to kill you.
Kabal: Keep telling yourself that, lady.

Apollyon: Does that mask serve a purpose?
Kabal: Keeps me breathing.
Apollyon: A maimed wolf is hardly an effective wolf.

Kabal: I considered going into law enforcement once.
Apollyon: Shirk your duties, and you may create someone akin to me.
Kabal: Guess it was a good thing I didn't then.
Apollyon vs. Kano (Black Dragon Fight Club)

Apollyon: I would have none with the Black Dragon.
Kano: Come on, it's easy money!
Apollyon: My war is for a greater purpose, not profits.

Kano: That armor looks expensive.
Apollyon: It is one of a kind.
Kano: Oh, now you're just making it more tempting.

Apollyon: You would make an excellent wolf.
Kano: See myself more as a dragon, lady.
Apollyon: Your greed would support that statement.

Kano: Anything of value where you're from?
Apollyon: Much was lost during the Great Disaster.

Kenshi: Your last encounter if I'm correct.
Apollyon: Death did little to stop me.

Apollyon: Pain and combat were my instructors.
Kenshi: I cannot argue the efficacy though.

Apollyon: Your lack of vision does not hinder you.
Kenshi: There are other ways of seeing.
Apollyon: You truly are an impressive wolf.

Kenshi: We were both forged in combat and gazed into the abyss.
Apollyon: I realized that war is the natural state of the world.

Apollyon: You remind me of a Shaman I stumbled across.

Mileena: Her fate is my decision, not yours!

Raiden: Aggression is no substitute for compassion.
Apollyon: Your compassion hobbles you.

Raiden: You take the destroyer's name as your own.
Apollyon: I am more than my previous name ever could be.
Raiden: Your arrogance blinds you.

Apollyon: It's truly ironic, Raiden.
Raiden: I fail to see the irony, Apollyon.
Apollyon: You claim to be a protector, but where is your protection when the threat is from within Earthrealm?

Raiden: What was done by that Lawbringer, did not warrant such a response.
Apollyon: Perhaps, but it's too late to change what has already come to pass.
Raiden: I have done so before.
Apollyon vs. Scorpion (Shirai Ryu Fire Garden)

Apollyon: It's a shame you are no longer a revenant.
Scorpion: I am stronger with my soul than without it.
Apollyon: As such, are plagued with doubts and hesitation.
[Intro 2]
Scorpion: You will not threaten my clan or Sub-Zero's.
Apollyon: You would allow his clan's crimes to go unpunished?
Scorpion: My family's murderers are already dead.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: Your skills have wained, Hasashi.
Scorpion: They remain as sharp as every.
Apollyon: But your new clan has brought new weaknesses.
[Intro 4]
Scorpion: Sub-Zero and I have come to an agreement.
Apollyon: How long will that agreement last, however?
Scorpion: You will not jeopardize our peace.
Apollyon vs. Shao Kahn (Shao Kahn's Throne Room)

Apollyon: I understand why you prefer Mileena over Kitana.
Shao Kahn: Her loyalty is without question.
Apollyon: I refer to her desire to kill and take what she desires.

Shao Kahn: What could you possibly offer me?
Apollyon: A realm rife with the finest warriors, who know only war.
Shao Kahn: Show me, Apollyon.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: I admire your strength, Shao Kahn.
Shao Kahn: Strength is the only thing that matters in Outworld.
Apollyon: It does as well in Heathmoor.
[Intro 4]
Shao Kahn: We could achieve great things together.
Apollyon: Is that an invitation for a partnership or a proposal, Shao Kahn?
Shao Kahn: Among other things.
Apollyon vs. Shinnok (Shinnok's Bone Temple)
[Intro 1]
Apollyon: I realized young that to live is to struggle.
Shinnok: Such as it has always been.
Apollyon: As it will continue to be.
[Intro 2]
Shinnok: I knew the destroyer.
Apollyon: Does it offend you I took their name?
Shinnok: Quite the opposite, you honor her memory.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: Earthrealm is rife with pretenders and sheep.
Shinnok: Of that, we are in agreement.
Apollyon: Perhaps it is in need of scrutiny.
[Intro 4]
Shinnok: I can reform the Blackstone Legion.
Apollyon: But we would not serve you, Fallen One.
Shinnok: No, but you would still prove useful.
Apollyon vs. Sindel (Soul Chamber)
[Intro 1]
Apollyon: Shao Kahn was right in annexing Edenia.
Sindel: He destroyed the realm of my people and daughter.
Apollyon: It is the fault of poor leaders it fell, not him.
[Intro 2]
Sindel: You can have Shao Kahn.
Apollyon: Are you not his wife, Sindel?
Sindel: Not by choice.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: You gave your life to save a realm not your own.
Sindel: Earthrealm deserves to remain free.
Apollyon: Would it have really changed it for the worse?
[Intro 4]
Sindel: Mileena is a fitting daughter for you, Apollyon.
Apollyon: I'm glad you approve, Sindel.
Sindel: You are both monsters without remorse.
Apollyon vs. Sonya Blade (Special Forces Desert Command)

Apollyon: Your country's leader is weak.
Sonya Blade: Running a country is a full-time job.
Apollyon: He should lead from the front, not from comfort.
[Intro 2]
Sonya Blade: I know Cassie can handle herself.
Apollyon: She has not faced anyone like me.
Sonya Blade: If you had, you wouldn't be here.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: The people of Earthrealm are so easily divided.
Sonya Blade: You are not starting World War III.
Apollyon: It is long past time for this realm to be culled.
[Intro 4]
Sonya Blade: Attack my family, and I'll have your head.
Apollyon: You can try to take it.
Sonya Blade: I won't try, I will.
Apollyon vs. Sub-Zero (Lin Kuei Temple)
[Intro 1]
Apollyon: Does your brother's death haunt you?
Sub-Zero: You do not speak of my brother.
Apollyon: But you are willing to make peace with his murderer.
[Intro 2]
Sub-Zero: You provoke Frost to rebel.
Apollyon: She is a more driven leader than you.
Sub-Zero: She is brash and short-sighted.
[Intro 3]
Apollyon: I have felled more stable legions.
Sub-Zero: In a realm on the breaking point.
Apollyon: The foundations of peace often are on loose grounds.
[Intro 4]
Sub-Zero: Scorpion warned me of your attempts.
Apollyon: You are killers, you cannot ignore that.
Sub-Zero: Our clans are more than just that.
So, what do you all think? Sorry if some interactions seem repetitive, this was just something I threw together quickly. I was gonna have a few more interactions, but decided it was long enough. In any case, I would like to know what you all think of a possible crossover of For Honor and Mortal Kombat. I do have a general idea for a storyline, I won't spoil what I'm considering doing, but I will say that it would be interesting to read. I could also do some more interactions with other characters from For Honor, maybe even the characters from the crossover story I'm considering.
