Scott was not happy right now.
Thanks to Mike, he had just lost the most recent immunity challenge and now he likely had a good chance of being eliminated. He didn't know what was worse, the fact he lost or that he agreed to accept Mike's help to win in the first place. The fact that Zoey was still in the game should have rang some alarms.
Either way, Mike was acting totally different from his normal self, he would never put people in danger on purpose or act so sadistic while doing it and come to think of it, last challenge he did kill that mutated fire flower.
He then saw Mike sitting on the steps of the cabin and narrowed his eyes, now it was time to confront him.
"You!" Scott cried out furiously before heading over to face Mike and leered angrily at him, "What the heck happened back at that ship, and why did you use me as bait for that shark! You're acting weirder than usual!"
Mike just smirked menacingly as he allowed himself to stand up and let his hair fall onto one of his eyes.
"Oh poor simple Scott. Some things are just hard to learn." He spoke mockingly.
"What the- who are you?!" Scott asked incredulously, "I know for a fact I'm not talking to Mike right now."
"Oh how gratifying, you actually have a brain. The name's Mal, I'm sure Mike's never mentioned me." The personality now known as Mal spoke up, "I'm hardly surprised though, I'm quite too extreme for his tastes."
"Yeah, well if Mike thinks using someone as bait is extreme I'm inclined to agree with him. What are you even trying to accomplish?!" Scott rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"Easy, I enjoy causing chaos and misery where I go so I felt messing with all of you was perfect and what's better is that once this is over, I will be winning this show." Mal began walking away from the dirt farmer.
"You realize it Zoey finds out about you then you're screwed, right?" Scott raised an eyebrow.
"Ha! That girl is so gullible it's adorable, plus even if she did think I wasn't Mike, she'd cling onto some foolish dream that her precious Mike is still in there." Mal dryly replied, pure malice oozing out of him before gaining a twisted smirk, "Though come to think of it, maybe once this show is over and my victory is assured I might keep her around. She's so desperate for Mike she'd probably do anything I'd ask of her."
The corners of Mal's mouth slightly tipped upward at that statement leaving Scott wide-eyed, he wasn't too bright but even he was smart enough to know what he was implying.
"Y-You absolute cretin, I may not like Zoey as much as the next guy but she's still a human being!" Scott said in pure disgust before he showed anger once again, "Besides Zoey has way too much self respect to ever bend to YOUR will."
"Would all campers and disgraceful artists head to the dock, it's time to determine who our final two will be and who will be joining Gwen at the Flush Of Shame. My money's on Scott." The loudspeakers blared with Chris McLean's voice, the last comment making Mal snicker and Scott groan.
"We'll just have to find out won't we?" Mal smirked teasingly, feeling as if he had won the argument before walking off.
Scott decided to take the long way to the dock, anything was better than taking the same path as that freak. Gosh, he only knew Mal for a few seconds and he wanted the prick to burn in the back of Mike's brain, or however you deal with alternate personalities, he had no idea how Mike's disorder worked.
As predicted, Scott took the Flush Of Shame but he still took the time to give one last warning to Zoey. To his surprise she replied with, "Thanks Scott, but I know exactly what I'm up against, and who."
Scott's eyes widened at that, even as Chris shoved him in the giant toilet, he suddenly didn't feel so worried about what happened to Zoey now.
For some reason he had a feeling Zoey would be okay.
