"If my heart can still beat when I'm older, I want to experience the most tragic and beautiful love story." Elsa, who was only seventeen at the time, whispered to herself. She stared at the gleam of sunlight that managed to make its way through the leaves. She was sitting under a large tree in a large field where other students spent their break playing, running or just enjoying the sunshine while joking with their friends.

She heard the screams of her friends who were playing chase, and that, made her sigh softly and smile sadly. She turned her gaze to one of her friends who was running fast, trying to get away from the friends behind her.

"If my heart can still beat when I'm older, I'm going to run through every streets in the world with the man I share my love with." She whispered again with a smile that was difficult to interpret. She was just a teenage girl with a million beautiful dreams about love but must come to terms with the fate that has been set for her.

She looked up again and another different kind of smiles plastered on her face. She closed her eyes, feeling the sunlight hit her face.

"If my heart can still beat when I'm older, I'm-"

All of a sudden, the rain came down heavily, not caring about the sun still shining brightly. It confused her for a moment, looking around as her friends ran away from the rain towards the building.

She knew she also had to run for cover from the pouring rain that suddenly fell without mercy, but she also realized that she couldn't run. Let alone run, just walking fast would require extra effort from her.

But she would still try it anyway.

She could feel the sensation of running that she had wanted to feel so badly that she almost laughed at it. But the almost laughter disappeared in an instant as her body protested at what she was trying to do. Her heart couldn't let her to do that and her steps slowed down until she finally swayed, and fell to the ground clutching her chest.

Amidst her shallow breaths, she smiled at her foolishness for trying to run. She took another shallow breath and tried to calm her heart down. There was nothing she could do but let her body get drenched in the rain.

Being born with a severe heart disease made her feel lucky to be alive to this point. And because of that, even though the chance to be able to live a life like other normal people was very small, she never stopped hoping that one day her fate would change and in the end she would be able to fulfill all her wishes that had been just like dreams.

She spread her arms and looked up, feeling the raindrops on her face and palms and then she whispered, "If my heart can still beat when I'm older, I will meet the love of my life in a rainy day with sparkling raindrops."

Meanwhile at a university not far from the school where Elsa was, Jack, a college student ran towards a building to take shelter from the rain that suddenly fell heavily. He frowned at the falling rain when the sun was shining brightly. He remembered his grandmother's words that if this was happening, it was because there was a tiger wedding going on. He chuckled and shook his head because that was such a ridiculous and impossible thing.

"There must be a fox wedding going on." Suddenly a girl said. She had just walked into the building and was standing next to Jack, tossing her slightly rain-drenched blonde hair.

Jack turned and his heart skipped a beat. Next to him stood the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin in a simple green t-shirt and white jeans. He couldn't take his eyes off of her as the girl wiped her bag with her hand and shook her book hoping it wouldn't get too wet.

"It's a tiger wedding going on, actually." He said subconsciously, making the girl stop what she was doing and look at him. The two blue eyes locked onto each other, lost in them for a few seconds.

"Pardon?" The girl asked, knitting her eyebrows together.

"Uh-" Jack looked away and cleared his throat. "If it rains when the sun is shining, then there is a tiger wedding going on."

The girl laughed, her laughter was sounded like music to Jack's ears. "It's not tiger, but fox wedding." She said.

The girl looked back at the front, at the trees that were still drenched in the rain. A big smile still adorning her face, it didn't matter if the man next to her said that this was a tiger wedding, but for her it was still a fox wedding.

"I'm Jack, by the way." Jack held out his hand even though he wasn't sure that this girl would welcome him well but it was worth a try.

The girl turned and looked at Jack's hand, then at his face, at his wide grin and the soothing glow of his eyes. She matched Jack's grin and without hesitation took Jack's hand.

"Evelyn."

And that's how Jack met his first love and the love of his life. He loved Evelyn so much that he was sure to marry her as soon as he got his degree. His life felt so beautiful and perfect when he was dating her, engaged to her, but unfortunately fate had other plans when his wedding day arrived.

Evelyn had a really bad accident when she was on her way to her wedding venue. Jack, who received the news, no matter how far the hospital where Evelyn was taken, immediately ran while still wearing his wedding suit. He kept running and praying that Evelyn would be okay. Various scenarios crossed his mind but he persisted in positive thoughts, that the love of his life would survive.

When he could see the hospital building, with still running, he took off his coat and sped up his run. He burst into the emergency room only to be told that Evelyn had been brought into surgery with a severe brain injury.

He then ran to the operating room without caring about the stares of the people around him. And when he got there, he tried banging on the operating room door but a security guard held him down. He kept trying to escape from the arms of the security guard and without realizing his tears were flowing profusely.

The security guard tightened his grip when the operating room door opened to make way for an emergency patient who also had to be rushed into the operating room.

Exhausted, Jack finally gave up and sat down on the floor leaning hopelessly against the wall.

Hours passed and he waited agitatedly for any news from Evelyn's attending physician. He didn't care about anyone or anything around him and when the operating room door opened, revealing a senior-looking doctor with a tired face, he immediately got to his feet and ran over.

The doctor clasped his hands together in front of him and sighed softly, his eyes full of apology.

"I'm sorry... "

While one heart has stopped beating for one person, it will beat for another.

3 years later...

"CUT!!"

The director shouted when the scene he was expecting was obtained. It was a funeral scene where several bouquets of flowers were required. But he still couldn't move on to the next scene because a special bouquet of flowers still hadn't arrived at the shooting location.

"Where is the flourist?! Where is she?! I need that flowers right now!"

Meanwhile not far from there, Elsa ran as fast as she could while holding the bouquet high. She couldn't take the risk that the bouquet of flowers she had painstakingly worked on had to be damaged by the people passing by her.

"Sorry!" Elsa cried out apologetically while laughing when she had to bump into someone to save her bouquet of flowers which almost hit a fairly low tree branch. Because of course, she couldn't stop running, she was already too late.

"We have a very busy schedule here, how could you be so late? You know, this flower bouquet plays a very important role in the next scene." The director asked trying to contain his anger, his hands on his waist when Elsa finnaly arrived with the bouquet.

He then sat on a chair and studied Elsa's bouquet of flowers. "You really have a good reputation, Miss. Winters. I want you to do a perfect job in this project."

"I'm so sorry, Mr. Wong. The traffic was bad and I really wanted this bouquet to be perfect." Elsa smiled apologetically, she knew she was in trouble but seeing the director's pleased look at her bouquet, she felt a glimmer of hope.

The director let out a long sigh and then looked at Elsa, a small smile appeared on his face. Just a small smile.

"Beautiful. And that's why, I'll let it slip away this time. But I really hope that this will not happen again." He said, this time his smile was wide.

Hearing the director's words, Elsa blushed. She knew she had often heard that she was beautiful from a certain someone but still, she blushed very easily.

"Thank you, Mr. Wong." She said smiling shyly. But the director laughed at Elsa's expression.

"I meant, the flowers are beautiful, Miss. Winters." He stood up and left Elsa who blushed even more because he meant was the flower, not her.

"But you are also very beautiful." The director added, looking back.

Elsa laughed dryly, not knowing what to say other than, "Thank you very much, Mr. Wong!"

Elsa sighed with relief that she was out of trouble and she could continue her work. Out of the corner of her eye she could see Anna, her little sister, peeking from behind a filming property looking nervous about what might happen.

Previously she had set off with Anna by car, but due to the heavy traffic, she decided to use her legs and run to get to the location, and it seemed that Anna had made it through the traffic jam.

A mischievous idea popped into her mind and she prepared to put on a sad face. She slowly walked towards her sister who was still waiting nervously.

"How was it, Elsa? What did he say? I'm so sorry, I didn't know the bouquet is so important. If I knew that, I would have worked on that the first time you told me to." Said Anna nervously, she fiddled with a white rose in her hand. And when Elsa didn't say anything and just put her hand on her forehead, she started to panic.

"Elsaaa! Please say something!" Anna took her sister's hand and pulled her close.

Elsa tried hard not to laugh but hearing her sister's whining, she couldn't take it anymore. She looked up and burst out laughing.

"Oh Anna. You should see your face." She said between her laughs. "We're fine, Sis. The director let it slip away because they're pretty."

From confused, to annoyed because her sister teased her, until finally laughing with relief, Anna stroked her chest.

"You almost gave me a heart attack, Elsa." Anna said. "So, he forgave you because they're pretty? Hmm, I'm sure he has good taste since he can recognize a beauty when he sees one. Are you sure it's because of the flowers? I'm almost sure it's just an excuse because you know, it's really hard to be so pretty. Like when you look at me, it's not all that glamor or fun but underneath it all that makes everyone fascinated."

Elsa just rolled her eyes at her sister's long speech and shook her head.

"Hey, florists! Let's get to work, shall we? The flowers need to be arranged on this wall." Someone shouted and the both sisters turned their heads to look at the man across the room.

They both compiled and started work with the flowers. And after some time, Elsa looked at her watch and felt that it was the time for her to leave from there.

"Hey, Anna? Are you done yet?" Elsa asked, placing her tools on the floor where she was working.

Anna looked up from the flower arrangement in front of her. "Almost. Why? Are you going somewhere?"

"Actually, yes. I need to go to the airport." Said Elsa, wiping her hands with a wet tissue to clean them.

Anna's eyebrows shot high as she realized something. "Oh, it's Rey-rey, right?" She smiled knowingly.

"Yeah. He's coming home and I need to see him at the airport. The plane will be landing in about half an hour." Elsa said, removing her hair tie and smoothing her hair with her fingers. Sometimes she had to tie up her platinum blonde hair or braid it when working with flowers.

"Okay. I'll take care of this. But remember, you should ask him about the chocolate bar from Italy." Anna said, her face turned serious.

"Alright, alright. I'll ask him about that." Elsa said, taking her purse and she was about to leave when Anna called her back.

"Hey, Elsa! Do you want to take the car?"

Elsa just smiled and shook her head. "He won't let me drive the car. We'll take a cab or something. Bye, Anna."

"Of course he won't. The super over protective boyfriend of yours. Just take care, okay?"

"Okay, bye."

Jack was on the plane bringing him back home after spending three years in Italy to clear his head. At least that was what he thought he was doing. Though memories of Evelyn would come flooding back to him, he felt that perhaps this was the right time to return. He knew that he could not forever escape reality, and he had to deal with it one way or another.

He was ready with all the risks of returning home and he was determined to move on, no matter how hard it was. He tried his best to keep his mind positive.

Meanwhile, Elsa got out of the taxi in a hurry because she just got a message from Reynold that he had gotten off the plane. And again, she had to use the strength of her legs to run towards the arrivals of passengers.

She smiled to herself because even though she ran a lot today, her heart felt fine. And she was very happy and proud about it.

She had to squeeze in a few people to get a clear view of the arrivals gate. After focusing her eyes and looking around here and there she finally saw someone she was about to meet. He looked as handsome as ever with neatly styled dark hair and a light beige suit with a black shirt.

Elsa could see Reynold walking casually with one hand in his trouser pocket. He walked right behind a man with silvery white hair and she immediately ran over to see him, waving excitedly.

Her eyes focused on Reynold to the point where she didn't pay attention to her surroundings. Until suddenly she had a strange feeling, she felt her heart beating at an odd speed. She stopped running instantly. Her instinct told her to turn around and as she did, she saw the back of a man who had just walked past her. A man with silvery white hair and a long-sleeved navy t-shirt and jeans. She continued to watch the man's back as her heartbeat seemed to speed up to the point it was almost painful.

"Is everything alright, Elsa?" Reynold's voice sounded worried. He tapped Elsa on the shoulder to get her attention.

Elsa turned around and let out the breath she didn't know she had been holding. "Yeah. Everything is alright." She managed to say something.

"You looked so tensed before. Did something happen?" Reynold still couldn't believe it, moving a strand of Elsa's hair behind her ear, he studied his girlfriend's face carefully.

Elsa let out a deep breath and took Reynold's hand. She looked Reynold straight in the eyes. "I'm fine, Rey. Nothing happened. Okay?"

Reynold was just about to open his mouth when the two of them were startled by the screams of a pair of lovers hugging beside them. He chuckled and smiled, looking down at his girlfriend.

"We should do that too, right? Come here. I've missed you." Reynold pulled Elsa in a hug and hugged her very tightly. Ignoring Elsa who whispered that she would be embarrassed if they had to do that in public. She was not a fan of public displays of affection.

And because her protest was ignored by Reynold, Elsa finally let him hug her and she relaxed in his arms. She always felt safe in Reynold's arms and she could feel that Reynolds cared for her, loved her so much. She closed her eyes and felt her heartbeat begin to return to normal. She decided to forget the cause of her suddenly odd heartbeat speed and noted that running a lot in one day might not be such a good idea.
