"Done!" That didn't take long at all. "Beautiful! A massacre indeed." I yelled to absolutely nobody, a wide smile on my face.

"Bella! Bella, what have you done?" Alice screamed at me, shock written all over her face. The Cullen siblings minus Edward, were around her looking at the scene in front of them.

"Bella…whose blood is this," Rosalie asked calmly, taking a few steps forward. I laughed. "I didn't kill somebody silly. Come come! All of you, let Mama Bella give you a little lesson. Okay, what can you smell?"

"That one is easy, blood." Emmett answered. "Yes, Emmett I think we already established that. But what kind of blood is it." I asked. "It's animal blood," Rosalie says in relief. "Correct! But to be fair you should have known that from the beginning. But what kind of animal?"

"Mountain lions, Pronghorns, Deers, Bears, Elks, Coyotes and…a Bobcat?" Jasper said the last one less confidently. "Yes! Well done! A for you Mr Hale. But you haven't seen it yet. You haven't taken a proper look." I stood in front of my at work proudly.

"What are we missing?" Emmett asks, looking at the blood-stained snow from afar. "I spelt my name! You have to get on that tree to be able to see it, otherwise, it's just, well a lot of blood" I said choking on my laughs, my hand cupping my lips to muffle the giggles. The vampires ran over to the trees I was standing by and jumped on them to look at my masterpiece.

"See there's the 'I' the 'S' the- oh fuck I spelt it wrong," I whispered to myself. "I forgot the 'A'! It just says 'Isbella' now. I am not draining all those animals again. Do you know how long this took to do?! I measured the blood so that every letter was one type of animal evenly, I almost covered the whole field!" I sighed and shook my head. What a waste.

"Um yeah, it looks… cool and all but, how are you gonna clean this up. Humans might see blood traces or the shifters will smell it and go crazy! I mean the smell is what brought us here in the first place." Emmett says looking at the blood-scattered field. Rosalie groaned at the thought of having to clean everything up.

"Relax, I'm not stupid Cullen. You four hungry?" I asked innocently. "Bella, the blood is covering the snow. How the hell do you think we could possibly drink this." Alice said, looking at me as if I grew three heads.

"Watch now little one and you'll see. Emmett, tilt your head back and open your mouth. Ah ah, don't ask just do it." He was hesitant at first but did as I asked eventually.

"Bear right?" I joked. I waved my hand up, picking up the liquid blood that once covered the snow below. I directed it over to Emmett and watched as it streamed down into his mouth. I waited as the blood from the Letter 'I' vanished.

"That was awesome! Do it again!" Emmett cheered, a giddy smile on his face. "You'll puke it back up if you drink anymore, give your siblings a turn." I turned to Alice and Jasper, my eyebrow raised in question. They looked at each other, before copying Emmett's previous pose. I chose the deer for Jasper and the Elk for Alice, repeating the motions again. I watched as Jasper's darkened eyes turned into a nice golden colour. "Better?" I asked. He smiled at me and bowed his head slightly. "Yes, thank you, Bella."

I turned to Rosalie then and tilted my head curiously. "You want some or are you too good for this?" I asked in a condescending tone. "Um we're gonna go, you two have fun!" Alice called back, dragging her husband and brother away. How odd.

I turned back to Rosalie. "Well? I don't have all day Hale." Rosalie glared at me before rolling her eyes. She moved her wavy blonde hair out of her face and tilted her head up. "Get on with it then." I chuckled and did as I was told, directing the Mountain lion into her mouth.

When she was down she cocked her head to the side. "Mountain lion is my favourite, why did you pick that out of the others," I smirked. "You seemed like you'd have really expensive taste." She looked like she wanted to smile but instead turned her head to look at the trees behind her.

"What are you going to do with the rest of the blood?" She asked. "Don't you worry your pretty head about my problems Ms Hale, I'll be fine. My 'B', 'E', and 'A' will be gone before you know it. It'll be like we were never here." I hadn't hunted in days, the leftover blood would be enough to quench my thirst.

"Oh." She said looking disappointed at that before shaking it off and putting on her typical mask. "Fine, leave quickly. I don't want my family having any trouble with the shifters because of you."

"Understood." She seemed to be expecting more from me and got angered when I didn't give her anything more. She scoffed and sped away. I sighed as I looked at the spot my mate once occupied. "Goodbye to you too Rosalie."

I woke up with sweat dripping down my face and a pain in my chest. "Will you fuck off," I growled in annoyance at my lycan, who was whimpering in my head. "Don't be so weak! She's a vampire. If she was our mate she would have known by now. She doesn't want us and it's about time you accept that." I grumbled, turning in my bed. For all the money this hotel was worth, it had a really shitty bed. You would think they'd get the one thing right. I sat up and the pain got worse, it was an odd sensation. It wasn't all that bad physically. There wasn't really any physical pain, it was just this dull pain. The feeling of emptiness was more than I could handle. I desperately needed someone to fill that void. But what could I do? It's not like I have her number.

Call for her, she'll hear you. Let me.

"What? Hey! Don't go doing something stupid!" I heard the lycan mumble something but I couldn't make out what it was. I was starting to feel dizzy. I fell back onto the bed and tried to breathe, feeling as if there wasn't enough air in the room. "I need to call Jane." I, said to myself, trying to get up and grab my phone.

"What do you need her for?" Rosalie said with a scowl on her face as she climbed into the window. Her scowl dropped when she heard me whine, my lycan starting to take over. She sped over to me and sat gently on top of the bed, not wanting to move me too much. I felt my eyes shift from a deep brown to an electric green at our close proximity. "Mate." It growled. My lycan quickly sat us up and grabbed Rosalie's face, pressing our foreheads together. My eye's closed at the surprising warmth that emanated from Rosalie. Her once freezing-cold touch was now warm to me. And incredibly comforting.

"Mm, I'm here." She said softly, grabbing onto my hand and stroking her thumb over my knuckles. Just as I thought this moment couldn't get any worse, I did the unthinkable.

I purred. I don't fucking think so. I snarled and pushed Rosalie onto her back, straddling her on the bed. My eyes turned red as my lycan was pushed back. She gasped as my eyes switched. "Get out!" I growled in anger. She looked at me in defiance. "No." She said. "I won't leave you. Not when you need me." She said firmly, letting me do as I pleased even though I was way out of line. She came to help me no doubt because my lycan called out to her. And I just had to go and get all defensive.

She stared back at me patiently and unmoving. Since when was this woman so kind? She hated me when I was human, if she hated me then she couldn't possibly like me now. I'm intolerable now!

"What changed with you huh? Why are you here?" I slurred. Was I drunk? No, I can't get drunk. It's me, I'm too content Bella…Mate's here. My lycan drawled. I know that! God stop making us look bad.

"You called for me Bella, but it didn't sound like you. Who was it?" I nodded and leaned forward lazily, my hands now resting on each side of her head.

"It's my lycan, he called for you. I wasn't able to stop him. Apologies." I sighed. I leaned down some more until our faces were only inches apart. I looked into golden eyes and watched them darken. I brushed our noses together, her breath hitching slightly. My heart tightened in my chest, and my wolf howled in excitement. Shut up!

"Ms Hale…" I whispered against her lips. I watched as she licked her bottom lip, her left hand coming up to rest on my hip. "Were you always this… breathtaking before? You're driving my lycan crazy, you're driving me crazy." Her hand on my hip tightened ever so slightly, at my words. I growled, my eyes switching between red and green. I snapped, my conscience immediately coming back too.

I flew back across the room, my back slamming against the bathroom door. Rosalie quickly sat up in the bed. "Bella!" As she screamed for me, I heard the sounds of someone climbing up to the window. I looked to the side and saw The Cullen and Denali Clan filling my hotel room. I twitched and started to shake as the agitation ran up my body. Rosalie got up from the bed and warned her family to stay put. "Bella…"

"No Stay! Don't come near me, I mean it. I'm a lycan Rosalie! And a vampire. I'm not like you, my emotions aren't the same. Do you think it was hard being a newborn vampire? Honey that was nothing. You have no idea how hard it is to have two feral monsters inside you and have NOBODY there to help you! God why the fuck are you all in here?! Cullens… I hate the lot of you. Get out." I watched as nobody turned to leave but instead stood frozen, watching me carefully.

"GET THE FUCK OUT!" I screamed in fury. My eyes turned a bright golden yellow as my lycan and vampire merged as one. My fangs came out and my claws grew, my shaking getting stronger by the second as I fought off the need to shift. Just as I was about to risk us all, Rosalie sped over to me and held me against her.

"You! What are you-"

"You're my mate. My only mate. Please, don't make me leave you." Rosalie spoke next to my ear, her voice was shaky and her arms had tightened around me. My shaking seized all together and my claws and fangs disappeared. My lycan was silent and my vampire was calm. That's new.

My head fell forward onto her chest and my knees buckled, my body falling limp against my mate. Ah yes, some rest was just what I needed.

"Bella!"
