Back on Earth, Will was home and having dinner with her family.
"So, did anything interesting happen today for either of you?" asked Susan.
"A couple more Meirdian kids are transferring into the school so I showed them around even though it's a Saturday," said Dean.
"Getting used to our world will be tricky since it's so advanced from their world but I'm sure things will be fine after a couple of months," he said before taking a bite of his food.
"Kids are quick to adapt to their surroundings so I'm sure they will, and what about you, Will, did anything happen with you today?" asked Susan.
"I just spent the whole day with the girls doing normal human stuff for once in a long while," said Will.
"But Caleb and Blunk showed up while we were having lunch at the Silver Dragon so we got to talk with the two of them for a little bit," she said.
"How is he feeling?" asked William. He was sitting there in a high chair using his magic to lift his spoon up with some food on it in order to feed himself.
"Nervous but looking forward to the party," said Will.
"Next Saturday is the big day so it only makes sense that he's nervous with it being so close now," said Susan.
"By the way, should we really not bring gifts?" asked Dean.
"We're guests of honor, plus the girls and I have something planned," said Will.
"So bringing smaller gifts from each family would be a little much with us planning something together," she said.
"True, but what do you girls have planned?" asked William.
"You'll just have to wait and see," said Will with a smile. As this was happening, Lilian was on the roof of her house with Shagon, Mr. Huggles, and Napoleon.
"We all know what has to be done, yes?" asked Lilian.
"We do," said the other three.
"Good, this Saturday will be a blast," said Lilian with an excited smile before heading back in as her mother called from inside.
