The Military Junta of North America is a nation built upon the heavy concept of revenge, One where they take it to most extreme measures possible. But when their manpower is exhausted from the 2AR and the wars of reclaiming their Military Territories overseas. They are resting until they are ready. Until, a anomalous event occurred in Houston.

4. CIA Report

CIA Report

[Section 1] The Battle of Houston.

In 2006, 29, March. Within the Militarized District of Texas, In the city of Houston. At 12:04 at the dot. A sudden anomaly had appeared within the center of the city. A gateway of some sorts, one that threw logic and reason out the window. This object appears only to be some sort of Roman Architech with an opening that appears to be hollow at first glance but as the events that followed soon after, this was not the case.

Almost immediately, As the standard Military Police arrived in the scene and began to surround the object. An army of Roman looking soldiers and mutant creatures appeared out of the gate attacking the MPs and going into the street wreaking havoc and breaking the following a list of these Romans crimes committed.

For advisory, this will be under the militarized territory laws outside of the North American mainland. As well the NATAA, have discovered them to be non-effected by an radiation what so ever pior to them exiting the gateway. Classifying them as Pre-Nuclear Homo Sapiens. This also an inclusion of the Mutants and Humanoids beings. Which will be furthered explained in [Section 3]

The following crimes that have been committed by these Romans and these mutant and humanoids are as it follows.

-While the Supreme Court states that any agency or army division have captured any these Roman or creatures. We are waiting for a response from the Military Cabinet as the Cabinet is set to be in a emergency meeting near the end of the month.

As the Roman made their round within the city, approximately a few hours later, the Riot Division had arrived and began to confront the enemy, but with also in time for the Fallen soldiers to come back as Returners causing chaos within the Roman lines and making it easier to cut them down one by one.

Soon then after, the Romans made a panic retreat back to the gateway, but very sloppy as they either ran over each other or tripping into their deaths.

When the main Roman "Army" fully retreated, all MP's and RD's within the area began to put in defenses around the gateway under orders of Field Commander Mike Cedric of the Riot Division.

However these orders were quickly shifted after they have learned that multiple civilians and a number of MP's were taken by the Roman "Army". In retaliation, the RD Commander Mike Cedric sent in a group of 300-850 MPs and RD's to go inside of the gateway.

But, something happened in the other side that caused them to retreat back from the gate in fewer numbers. The FBI made an investigation on the matter, and made one discovery. The air on the other side, is unbreathable.

And when asked to expand on that statement, wether they were MP or RD, they all reported the same thing, The individual would start choking as if they were drowning, then they would collapse on the ground and shake until they took their last breath.

The remaining forces that haven't drowned to the air almost immediately again by order by RD Commander Mike Cedric, to retreat into the gateway, along with this bringing in men in the process of being choked to death or any Romans along with them.

As of this, this marked the end of the Battle of Houston.

[Section 2] Battle Report.

The aftermath of the battle, we were able to round up all the bodies and tally up the total amount of wounded, dead or missing.

Our Side:

Total Amount who returned as classified as "Returners": 138

Humanoid Imprisoned: 203

Total Imprisoned for the Invaders: 741

Any personnel that went inside of the gateway and didn't return, will be classified as KIA or turned as "Returners."

[Section 3] The Invaders.

The Humans, are what the NATAA believe to be Pre-Nuclear Homo Sapiens, due to the NATAA giving us blood results of one of the imprisoned Romans and one from one of the scientists themselves. They reported that the Romans blood cells have no reports of Plutonium 115 within their cells, as well that no other forms of chemicals or any radiation or any kind coming out of the blood.

The Romans, as it stands, are nothing purely unique or special as they are just Pre-Nuclear. But we proceeded with procuation as these Roman may carry diseases or viruses while not a threat to us, might be a threat any other nation.

The Humanoids, are unique to us as while they look human at first glance, they have certain features. Some had pointy ears that had feminine body, some had parts of animals in them, such as in the ears, mouth, nose, and feet. And a tail in some cases.

It was pointed that some of them had super natural abilities, which at one case spotted by a MP, stated that one with the pointy ears made something out of thin air, which appeared to be effects some of the Roman "soldiers". Which we have concluded that they are some kind of medical personal.

These humanoids, while different from a human beings by either just a little to drastically. They will be considered a human being and will be imprisoned along with the Romans. However, that cannot be the said the same with the mutants.

The mutants, as their name states. Don't appear human at all, the creatures are either humanly impossible heigh or short, they come in variety of colors and each had a different skills to come with.

They were to say the least, the most dangerous ones to be kept alive, and because the Military Cabinet didn't give any orders to imprison or kill them, the RD Commander at the time took the safe option and order the MPs and RD's to execute any mutates they had imprisoned or found any, and burn their corpse along with it.

But they Mike Cedric did keep some of the corpses intact so the NATAA can run an autopsy on them. We have yet to receive any data at the moment.

[Section 4] Reaction.

Within hours, when word came to all of the Military Cabinet Members. They all immediately agreed on one thing.

Martial law would be reinstated back.

And that every Military Division within the North America mainland, and it's militarized territories, would be roaming every inch of land they can.

The Black Guard have been on high alert and so is the Secret Service who now view their highest priority to protect all Military Cabinet Members in case a gateway opens up near them or the nearest city.

The Cabinet also have sent the 21th and 3rd divisions toward the Territories of Deseret and the Northeast Territories of Nunavut in case of another gateway appears and to add strength of numbers for their armies.

The same is the same for the Military Oversight Government of Liberia as the 14th division have been sent their along with some groups of the 7th division and the 29th division.

The Cabinet have also gave the order to warn the closet allies, which include the United Mexican Federation, Republic of Central America, Republic of Nicaragua, State of Costa Miskito, Republic of Colombia, State of Venezuela, Republic of Peru, Republic of Bolivia, National Technocratic State of Brazil, State of Portugal, State of Spain, Anarchist Federation of France, and the Greater Germanic State.

As this report is being written, they may or may not have declared martial law and have their military on high alert.

[Section 5] Conclusion

We have concluded that the this new threat shouldn't be taken lightly and might consider ourselves lucky that it landed in our land and they were Roman "soldiers" with supernatural beings, humanoids and mutants.

But next wouldn't so, we have relayed all possible outcomes and locations,at this current time, we are still going through them.

As for the Gateway that still stands in Houston. It have been completely sealed until the Military Cabinet says other wise.

[Japan] Last Terrorist Cells Eliminated.

The last organized Terrorist cells with Japan have been eliminated.

Their organization first sprang up when the Junta fully occupied the Japanese Islands in 1989, Which marked the end of the North American-Eurasian War of Japan.

Their first leader, Hinata Nori. Was funded with the ultimate goal and driving the Junta out of the Japanese Islands by any means necessary.

Their first act of terrorism came when they attempted an assassination attempt on Cabinet Member Omar Brandley in 1990.

ever sense then they have been an headache for the Junta until the Second American Civil War sprang up which lead to half of the armed forces there to return back to the mainland to defend the Junta.

Then the Japanese Uprising arose which lead to a big mix of Ultranationalists to Far Left Communist uniting into one force to drive out the Junta.

But within 5 years of war seemly not going everywhere, this united front broke apart as these factions broke apart due to their ideals and ideologies.

One of these factions was led by Hinata Nori, under the names faction of. National Liberation Front. Which proclaim to free the Japanese People from the clutches of the Utopian Soviet Bear and the Murderous Militarist Eagle.

Suffice to say, their polices were, to say the least. Was under a brutal regime. Their organization was heavily paranoid of everybody and everything. Their system was based on the Nazis from the 1930s as they did everything they could to ensure that they would survive.

But such policies could only be effective for so long.

After 3 years after their faction was form, cracks began to appear out of the organization, weather it be opportunists, corruption, greed, or self gain. It was torn apart soon after.

During its collapse, Hinata Nori and along with some high ranking members of the organization, was taken down by a Black Guard squadron in the city of Toyama.

Then soon after, the organization fell apart, and then finally, two years later, the Militarized Oversight Territory of Japan was able to take full control of the Japanese Islands. With the exception of Hokkaido as the island was taken by the GSSE.

But, we were mistaken that their organization was over. They suddenly remerged after the successfully killing General Kennith Colt, by a car bomb.

After this, he's successor, General Lenox Dior, cracked down hard on the organization by any means necessary.

Because of this, the organization was going down slowly but surely as, they would sometimes get away, and that we weren't sure who was the new lead or if they had a new leader.

But this organization came to an end after another successful group of Black Guard soldiers stormed into the main organization building and either killed or imprisoned them. Including their new organization leader. And apparent son of Hinata Nori.

Yōji Itami.

He was the son of Hinata Nori that the Junta failed to identify and track. And he was the new organization leader once he's father was killed.

But now he is dead and the organization is fully dissolved, any remnants left are on thin ice as it.

The Oversight Territory of Japan is fully stabilized under the Juntas control.

[The British Isles] The Front Halts.

While the war of reestablish control of the British Isles have been going smoothly. The appearance of the gate have halted any ideas of moving in forward.

While the junta can take advantage of the new chaos that emerged out of the last English Warlords when word of a gateway appearing in Houston.

We considered it too much of a risk as we might leave the Irish and Scottish countryside vulnerable for a second attack from the Gateway.

As of now. The Front Lines are halted until further notice.

[Australia] Donaldson Replaced.

General John W. Donaldson has been found guilty of using unjustified means of putting down Australian sentiments and without proper orders or approval from the Military Cabinet. He has been sent back to the North American Mainland for a proper case by the Supreme Court.

As of now, General Charles H. Bonesteel III will temporarily take control until further notice.

-Glory to the Military Junta

A man puts the report down at he's desk as he rubs he's face with he's hand in complete disbelief.

"Is this the latest report?" Asked the man.

"Yes" Said the man in other side of the desk. "It is the most recent CIA report at the moment sir"

The man then sigh and then looked the man at the receiving end. "Does this derail the planned election in 2008, or does it have to be post pone until further notice" Asked the man.

"Not until about half of the Military Cabinet agrees, until then, the Elections go as it is" The man in the receiving end pauses for a moment. "That is..unless another gateway appears near Washington. But for now, it goes as planned"

The man nods before grabbing the report and signing it, acknowledging that he had read the report. "Thank you for the report agent" The man said as he hands the report back to him.

The CIA agent nods and receives the report and placing it on he's bag.

"Your relieved now, the Secret Service will now hand you back your firearm when you leave the building" The man said gesturing the two secret service agents to open the door for the Agent.

One of the Secret Service Soldier nods and places a code in at the door, opening it for the CIA Agent to leave, but as he was about to leave.

"Now before you leave" Began the man who the CIA Agent look back behind him to pay absolute attention. "I read that we've taken these..Romans imprisoned yes?"

The CIA agent nods "I see, I want you to go in and try to find the highest ranking authority figure there, and make him talk, if he refuses. Well, do whatever you deem necessary to make him talk.

The CIA Agent nods and salutes. "Don't worry Cabinet Member John F. Kennedy Jr, We'll get it done." And with the Agent leaves and the Secret Service Soldier closes the door and enters the code once again, locking it shut tight. And the two soldiers went in by the side of Cabinet Member JFK Jr.

The Cabinet Member sigh before going back to work on previous reports.
