Chapter 3

Sonny was busy helping Mike clean up Kelly's and then he leaves and heads to the Port Charles hotel. On his way there he runs into Joseph Sorel who knew who Sonny was. Joseph was by himself and was able to find Sonny on his own.

Joseph: This is not what your father wanted for you Sonny you were meant to be a man of power.

Sonny: How would you know that and you are.

Sorel: Joseph Sorel I knew you when you were in your mother's womb. She lied about your whereabouts for years to keep you from me.

Sonny: And just exactly do you want from me I'm satisfied with my life and Mike is the best father I could ever have. What more could I want.

Joseph: Victor was right your a Mob Prince and you don't want a friendship with Lorenzo and that Luke and Jason Morgan.

Sonny: Well if I was I don't want that life I'm tired can we call it a night.

Suddenly Lorenzo appears to back Sonny who just happend to be eavesdropping his father Victor not present at the moment.

Lorenzo: What's wrong with Sonny making friends with me I'm not my father and Sonny can be powerful in other ways. I admire his stand to not want to be a part of the Mob.

Sonny and Lorenzo leave but Joseph is able to slip an envelope in Sonny's black jacket as he left.

As for Brenda she keeps her word she won't mention about the gun to her mother. She however still believed her father was in the wrong and went for a stroll she winds up at a local park where Carly happend to be. The two meet for the very first time and Brenda needed a friend.

Brenda: This is not a good idea I guess we both had to get away from our parents.

Carly: I'm Carly.

Brenda: Brenda it's a beautiful night but you don't look so happy.

Carly: I will be soon once I've gotten rid of a problem in my life.

Brenda: I know what you mean I have some serious issues with my father.

Carly: You are having Daddy issues to it's nice to know I'm not alone.

Brenda: Hey we should get an apartment together and be room mates it would be so awesome.

Carly: We just met.

Brenda: So what it could still work tell me you want this to.

Carly: I guess we could but we can't do anything about it tonight.

Brenda: I have an idea we spend the night at the Port Charles hotel.

Sonny thanks Lorenzo and then heads to his hotel room. He starts the shower in the bathroom and takes off his shirt to expose his sexy chest and stomach wearing a gold necklace with a cross pendant. He discover's the envelope filled with money. He didn't know where it came from. He tosses it aside and goes into the bathroom shutting the door behind him.

Brenda and Carly enter their hotel room and Brenda no longer was thinking about the gun or the Mob she was enjoying herself with a new female bestie named Carly who couldn't really say much about her horrible situation. Carly however found it quite fine to not have to rethink what had happend to her but still haunted her so she really couldn't move on just yet. She was struggling inside.

Carly: Have you always lived in Port Charles I've never seen you before of course I've never been out of my father's sight until now.

Brenda: Tell me about it are you Daddy's little girl also?

Carly: I can't even think of such a thing to be called right now and probably never again.

Brenda realized Carly's situation was deeper and she wanted to know why however she kept it to herself. Carly had to tell her when she was ready. She just met Brenda and knew nothing about her. Brenda doesn't even bring up the fact she's a Mob Princess.

The next day Carly arrive's at Kelly's ready to start her day as a waitress she comes face to face with the handsome Sonny Corinthos and couldn't help but find him quite desirable however because of her father Mitch she really couldn't think about men at the moment. Sonny though kind of likes her and decides to get to know her.

Sonny: Wow a female working here that will be nice for a change. I'm Sonny and you are.

Carly: Carly nice to meet you you have amazing dimples your eyes and hair really bring out your good looks. I'm sorry I'm just not in the mood for the male species right now.

Sonny: I'm sorry to hear that maybe a little coffee will put you in a better mood. Hey things will get better.

Carly: I do however have someone in mind her name is Brenda I just met her. She's very beautiful.

Mike: Yes I've heard of her isn't she Erica Kane's daughter she is very beautiful an up and coming model I believe for Deception.

Sonny: I don't know I've flirted with some women in my life but they end up leaving.

Luke: Hey Sonny.

Sonny: Luke now take Luke he has a loving and beautiful wife Laura that's what a couple should look like.

Suddenly Brenda enter's Kelly's with news to tell Carly as Lorenzo comes up behind her.

Lorenzo: The beautiful Brenda I'm Lorenzo nice to meet you.

Brenda: Yes um well how do you know about me.

Lorenzo: Your mother is Erica Kane right.

Brenda: Yes she is I'm sorry I need to see Carly my new bestie we have stuff to talk about.

Brenda goes to the counter to get Carly who was enjoying Sonny's company. Carly didn't know Lorenzo had his eyes on her.

Brenda: What's going on I leave you alone for a few moments and here you are flirting with guys.

Carly: It's not what you think but um meet Sonny.

Brenda: Hello.

Sonny: Hi um I better get back to work it was nice meeting you.

Brenda grabs Carly as she gets a hold of her coffee to another sitting area.

Carly: You totally like him I knew it would work.

Brenda: I have news I'm working as a maid for the Quartermaines.

Carly: Oh that's wonderful well I'm trying to get a job here at Kelly's.

Brenda's phone goes off it was her father Jack but she ignores it.

Carly notices the handsome Lorenzo Alcazar and found him to be quite interesting but it was like her father the memory of what he did was still fresh in her mind.

Sonny was alone with Mike and Sonny tells him about meeting a fella named Sorel.

Sonny: He said I'm a Mob Prince do you know anything about this I mean your not a Mobster are you Dad.

Mike didn't know what to say Sonny had been found and feared his true father would eventually appear wanting his son. He had promised Sonny's birth mom Dorian he would raise Sonny as his own. However Sonny wasn't a baby anymore he was a grown man. Victor makes an appearance wondering why his son seem's to like Kelly's when he could be dining luxurious at the Port Charles Hotel and getting to know Jasper Jax.
