3. Chapter 3: Attack of the Nomu

it has been 2 days Since Izuku has gotten into U.A and One for all. He has been Training with All Might after Class and sometimes with Katsuki, Ochaco and Flores at the beach. Katsuki and Ochaco had been really nice to him and he has slowly gotten to know them. And he has gotten to like them.

One Day as He is walking to U.A a Large Group of Reporters See Izuku and Runs up to him. as word has Gotten out that All Might has joined U.A. High's Staff as a Teacher he is now a Celebritity. A couple of them ask him about his Quirk. And how he joined U.A. High's Class. Izuku sweats. "Uh ..I." Izuku said as he tries to Think of what to say. "How do I Get them off my Tail." Izuku said internally . Then Izuku Pointed behind them. "Look a Villain." The Reporters turn to see that nobody is there. Then they back to Izuku Only to find that he had Ran away. Izuku runs as fast as he can. Until he arrives at the gates of U.A only to see More Reporters asking his fellow classmates questions. Shota walks up to the group of Reporters and tells them to Leave the school grounds . The Reporters look at Shota then at the school gates. They slowly start to Walk away. Shota looks at the school gates and sighs. "Come on students You are already late." Shota and the reporters leave.

Izuku walks into the Homeroom Class.

During Class 1-A's homeroom class, Shota announces that the class needs to elect a representative. The representative title is a chance for students to gain extra recognition, so nearly every student tries to elect themselves. Tenya then speaks up. " I Think we should put it to a vote." everyone in the class look at Tenya before they all agree to do so. Mostly everyone vote For Izuku to be the Class Representative and Momo Yaoyorozu to be Deputy Representative. But Katsuki just votes for himself to be both.

During Class 1-A's lunch Period.

Izuku is Sitting at the table with Katsuki, Ochaco, and Tenya. "Why the long face Izuku." Tenya asked him. Izuku looks at His friend and answers. "I'm not sure if I Can lead the Class as the Representative... It feels like a lot of pressure. I don't think I'm ready for it. " Izuku said to his friends. Tenya and Ochaco look at him and laugh. Katsuki then Says. "If you are too scared, you can just not do it." Izuku doesn't say anything and goes back to eating his food. Ochaco seeing the good mood has been ruined changes the topic once she Notices Tenya's formal attitude and asks about Tenya's family and their wealth. Tenya looks at her before he speaks. "Alright You want to know so bad?" Tenya asks. Ochaco Nods. "Alright then I Am a proud member of the Ida Hero Family." Tenya then tells the group that his family has a large amount of wealth. "Enough so that I could buy my own school if I wanted too." Tenya's classmates seem impressed. Izuku speaks up. "Wait isn't everyone in Your Family Pro heroes?" Tenya Smiles and nods. "You Really know a lot about Heroes Izuku." Ochaco said. Izuku blushes . "Well I Just read and Research everything I can about them." Izuku said. Their conversation is disrupted when the school alarms abruptly go off. A third-year student points out that this means someone has infiltrated U.A. by bypassing the defensive barrier. "Wait why is the Defensive barrier up anyway?" Izuku asked. "Our teacher said something about having to put the Defensive barrier up because the Media keeps trying to get into the school." Tenya answered. All students try to evacuate the mess hall at once, creating a major traffic jam in the outside hallway. Despite being caught in the panic, Tenya notices that it is only the media who have managed to trespass on campus. Drawing inspiration from his brother and Izuku, Tenya comes up with a plan to calm everyone around him. He turns to Ochaco. "Ochaco Could you please Use your Quirk and make me float." Ochaco nods and Uses her Quirk to make me float. Then Tenya boosts himself onto the emergency exit board before yelling for the students to calm down. The idea worked and the traffic jam clears up. "Thank you." Tenya says to Ochaco. "No problem." She says while giving him a small smile. After this The students return to class and Izuku decides to announce his resignation as class president. Moved by Tenya's heroics, Izuku nominates him as the replacement. The majority of the class agrees, and Tenya becomes the new class representative.

Elsewhere in the city, Pro Heroes Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady are dealing with a hostage situation created by Habit Headgear. Habit is an enormous, muscular humanoid villain with an unusual extension from his shoulders that grows up and over his head, which gives it a hood-like appearance. His face is largely concealed within this hood, only showing round, white eyes and a large mouth.

He wears an armored half-vest with a chain over his right shoulder and cargo pants with additional plating. The Hostages are 3 kids. "Hehe you Are powerless to stop me with this strength." Habit laughed . M.T lady and Kamui have no cue what to do to deal with this Villain. "Why don't you just leave?" Kamui suggested.

"But I am bored." He said with a bored voice. Then a Booming voice calls out. "So your Bored huh...Will You won't be anymore because I Am here!" the Villain and heroes look to see All Might Jumping towards Him. "A-All M-Might!." Habit yelled in fear . All Might lands a few feet away from Habit and the Hostages. " He is Here." Habit says in surprise. All Might was wearing his body armor for the first time in years. "Say Goodnight Villain." All Might says to him . Before he Launches a Punch at Habit which sends Him flying into a Building . Habit hits the side of the Building and Falls back to the ground and is knocked out.

The 3 kids are saved. M.t lady and Kamui walk up to All Might "thanks for the save." M.t lady says to him. "Its nothing really." He says walking away.

After this all Might quickly moves on towards U.A. but takes several detours to do hero work. All Might notices he has become slower since giving One For All to Izuku and recalls the young man admitting to revealing part of their secret to Katsuki. All Might forgave Izuku but reminded him that One For All must remain a secret for his own safety and the safety of the world.

Back in Class 1-A, Shota announces that the class will participate in a rescue exercise for their Basic Hero Training class. He instructs the class to suit up and board a bus to head off to an off-campus location for the exercise. While riding on the bus, the students discuss each other's Quirks. Tsuyu Asui notes that Izuku's Quirk is similar to the Villain/Yakuza leader Overhaul. but Eijiro Kirishima protests her claim. "I Heard some people can have the same Quirk as another person by coincidence. I'm not saying Overhaul's Quirk is the same as Izuku's Quirk but that they have the same Quirk by chance! " Eijiro said.

"Why would someone have a Quirk that is the same as another person by chance? It doesn't make sense." Flores asks. Eijiro just laughs and smiles. "I Red it in a Book once I Don't know if it's really true or not." He says. The students discuss the book Eijiro is talking about before they arrive at their exercise location. The Bus stops at large training facility, with signs indicating that the building is owned by the U.A. National University. The students stare at the Building awe before they walk off the bus . they are then greeted by the famous rescue hero Thirteen.

Thirteen is a well known hero who serves as a leader of a specialized U.N.S.C. unit known as the 13th Regiment. she is often seen a white space suit . "Hello Students of 1-A and welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or U.S.J For short. We will be using this location to practice our rescue missions. There will be a brief orientation followed by the actual training. Is there anyone here who has questions? Let me know and we will answer them to the best of our ability. " Thirteen says to the Class.

Thirteen's words are completely deterred when a large group of villains suddenly arrive through a black portal. 5 armed men wearing U.N.S.C Marine armour Follow the Villains of out the Portal lead by three mysterious villains. One of them notices that All Might is not among the class. "Hm I See All Might isn't here." a man with hands covering his Body says as he Looks at the Class. Thirteen looks at the group of new arrivals then addresses them. "Whoever you are You better leave before things get a bit Messy." Thirteen warns the villains. The villains laugh at Thirteen's words.

"You think you can warn us off? Your power is nothing compared to mine." one of the villains says. "You ask for it." Thirteen says as she starts to create a Black hole with her Quirk before one of the armed men shoots her in the chest causing her to fall to the ground bleeding. "NO!" the class screams in terror. The villains laugh as they walk forward towards the U.A students. Shota/Eraser head Seeing Thirteen is on the ground takes charge. "Katsuki make sure you and the students get out of here while I Deal with these Villains." He ordered. Izuku then speaks up. "B-But what if you get out-numbered o-or shot."

Katsuki then replies. "Come on Let's go Izuku He's got this." as Shota leaps into battle . a squad of Villains their sights on Eraser Head, but he uses his Quirk to cancel each of theirs out and knocks them out using his capture weapon. Then one of the armed men Run up to Him and shoots their shotgun at Him but Shota just Dodges It before Kicking The man in the Face knocking Him out . Shota then grabs the man and throws him at two of his allies who also fall to his trap. the other villains quickly recognize him as the pro hero Eraser Head and reveal his Quirk before a mutant-type Quirk using villain confronts him. The villain knows Eraser Head's Quirk can't cancel out his own and attacks. The Villain goes for a Punch toward Shota but He just Dodges the attack . Shota then leaps into the air and smashes his fist into the villain's face. The Villain falls to the ground unconscious. Shota lands and addresses the remaining four villains. "Now Let's end this." Shota takes a step Forward before a Large black humanoid monster With a exposed brain Runs at Him at High speeds and Punches him in the head Sending shota falling to the ground. Meanwhile, Izuku realizes he underestimated his teacher as Tenya tells his surprised friend to move as they follow Katsuki and Class 1-A in an attempt to evacuate. Flores Heals Thirteen and tires to carry her out the door. but the villain Kurogiri stops them by using his warping Quirk. He introduces himself. " Greetings My Name is Kurogiri and I and the League of Villain are here to free you all from the Iron Rule of the U.E.G and Their Hero Dogs." "Not if we Have anything to say about it." Izuku says. Katsuki, Eijiro and Izuku hastily attack him. Izuku Transforms the ground Below Katsuki and Eijiro into some kind of elastic Material and they both jump off the ground and toward Kurogiri. As soon as Katsuki and Eijiro land, they attempt to attack but cannot find their targets. Kurogiri appears in front of the reset of the Class. Before Thirteen can use her Quirk on him, Kurogiri separates the class by warping them into the various simulation zones. Izuku is transported underwater in the Shipwreck Zone. A shark-like villain attempts to devour him but he is sent drowning by a kick from Tsuyu. After dispatching the villain, Tsuyu uses her tongue to throw Izuku on the ship and follows close behind with Minoru Mineta in tow. Once on the ship They talk with each other and make a plan on how to get back to the "Main" land and help shota. "We're Going to die!" Mineta cried out as he looks at the Villains in the water. Izuku looks at the group of enemies they face and decides to do something about it. He uses his Quirk to Change the Ship into a Working one. the Ship disappears and Reappears in a matter of seconds. Mineta throws up over the side of the ship. the ship begins to vibrate and shake before a bright light flashes and a hole is formed. The ship disappears from the simulation.

Elsewhere In the U..S.J Shoto, Katsuki, Eijiro, and several other members of Class 1-A fight back against the villains after being transported into their own respective simulation zones. They use their superior reflexes and combat training to fight off their respective enemies.

At U.A. in the nurse's office, All Might tries to contact Thirteen and Shota but is unable to. All Might wants to go to the USJ in hero form soon but Principal Nezu keeps him occupied. "Take a sit All might." Says Nezu as a glass of water is placed on the table in front of him.

Back at the U.S.J., Thirteen outlines that Tenya needs to run back to the school for help because they are unable to call for help from the U.S.J. Tenya is hesitant, believing that leaving his classmates behind is disgraceful. "Come on Tenya we need your help. We're going to be fine, just go." Says Thirteen as she grabs his shoulder. She is about to leave with him when she feels a pain in her side. Tenya looks at his classmates and nods. "Alright Class we need to go! I will be back as fast as I Can." He says and runs out of the room.

Kurogiri tires to intervene, but the Space Hero uses her Quirk to suck him into a Black Hole.

meanwhile At the Landslide Zone, Shoto freezes a number of villains as soon as they are all warped there. He evaluates the situation. "Those Villains talk a big game but truly are a bunch of cowards. After they retreat, they will regroup and start over. You should all follow your classmates. If my theory is correct, there is a safe path back to the school. We will meet up at the U.A Entrance. " shoto said to Flores . Two more evil-doers try to get the drop on Shoto and Flores. But Flores just shoots one of them in the leg while Shoto Freezes the other one in place. Concurrently at the Mountain Zone, Denki Kaminari, Kyoka Jiro, and Momo Yaoyorozu are surrounded by villains. Momo and Kyoka repel a few attacks using weapons created by the former's Quirk. Momo turns to Denki. "Are you going to help or just stand there?." She asks him in a jovial tone.

Denki looks at her. "Uh my Quirk would be useless here and I have no weapons...so I guess I'm just going to stand here. " His Quirk uses by surrounding his body with electricity, but if he shoots it out he risks friendly fire. As the villains close in on Denki, he suddenly remembers something his mentor had told him. "Don't underestimate the power of distraction," he mutters to himself. With a mischievous grin, he begins to dance wildly, flailing his arms and legs in all directions. The villains are momentarily stunned by his strange behavior, giving Momo and Kyoka the opportunity to strike. Kyoka uses her feet to generate a high-pitched sound that temporarily stuns her enemies. Momo then creates a sword made of light and slices the air, striking her foes in the head. With the two of them attacking, the villains begin to retreat.

Back near the U.S.J. entrance, Eraser Head continues to repel villains at the central plaza until he is confronted by the man covered in hands. "I Must admit You impressed me greatly with your Quirk. You had me wondering if perhaps you would be a worthy foe to face. I was just about to let you go, when you decided to attack me... " Eraser head/shota looks at him and tires to go in for a attack but the man is able to Dodge it and Kick him in the chest. Shota is sent flying back and smacks into the ground hard. "I should've known... " the man says before he grabs Eraser Head's elbow and Uses his Quirk to slowly Cause it to Decay . When the time is right, the man throws Eraser Head to the ground and stands over him. The man Kneel Next to Eraser head and Looks into his eyes before he speaks. "Your not worth it. Nomu Deal with him." The man said to the Large Black monster. The monster charges at Eraser Head and starts to swing its arms around his body and head, repeatedly smashing him against the ground and sending him flying through the air multiple times.

Meanwhile In a building at the Ruins Zone, Katsuki and Eijiro finish off the remaining villains. Eijiro wants to go save his classmates, worried they don't have the offensive ability he and Katsuki do. Katsuki argues that their peers can handle themselves against the weaker villains and that he should focus on defeating Kurogiri. "I Think we should go help them." Eijiro said. Katsuki glares at him before he Speaks. "I Think you underestimate Izuku and Eraser head They can handle themselves."

"Fine!" Eijiro says.

They leave and begin climbing up a large hole in the wall.

Eraser head has been beaten so badly he can barely move. The Nomu steps on His chest. Breaking 3 of his Ribs in the process. The Nomu swings its arm at eraser head's head repeatedly. Eraser head is shocked to see his Quirk slowly decaying. He looks up and sees the man. "Who are you?." Shota asks.. the Nomu stops before he finishes and stands over him. and Grunts. before The Nomu then lifts him up and throws him into a nearby pillar, destroying his spine. Somewhere else in the U.S.J Kurogiri watches the surrounding area Before he declares the villains' plans ruined and warps back to The man Covered in hands side. "Shigaraki we got an Issue." Kurogiri said. Shigaraki turns to face Kurogiri. "What is it did you at Least Kill or injured Thirteen?"

"No." Kurogiri says. "I think they got away."

"Damn. Well lets get back to the ship and figure out our next move." Shigaraki says.

Tomura swiftly accosts Tsuyu and her friends, nearly ending her with "Decay" before Eraser Head uses his Quirk to stop the villain. Trying to save his friend, Izuku attempts to use a smash on Shigaraki, but it is intercepted by Nomu. Izuku notices that his arm wasn't broken as a result, but also that the attack had no effect on Nomu. Shigaraki attacks the students again, but they are saved by the distraction of All Might's sudden arrival. All Might bursts through the wall, sending debris flying everywhere. He looks at Shigaraki with a fierce determination in his eyes and yells, "I am here!" Shigaraki sneers at him, but All Might doesn't flinch. He charges forward, his muscles bulging as he prepares to attack. The Nomu Steps off Eraser head and turns around to Fight all might. The Nomu Runs toward all Might and swings several times. The first attack misses, but the second attack breaks one of All Might's ribs and causes him to stumble back. All Might just Smiles through the Pain and goes for a Punch at the same time as the Nomu. All might and the Nomu's fist collide. The Noum and All Might trade blows for several moments, each trying to overwhelm the other with their sheer strength. The fight quickly spills out of the auditorium and into the streets, with several bystanders getting caught in the crossfire. Tenya Speeds to the central plaza to recover the injured Eraser Head, defeating the remaining villains there in a flash. He moves on to secure Izuku, Tsuyu, and Minoru from the clutches of Shigaraki.

Tenya attempts to hit Shigaraki with a powerful uppercut. Shigaraki blocks it with his arm, and hits Tenya with a roundhouse kick to the face. Shigaraki then grabs Tenya and throws him to the ground, pinning him down with a knee before sending him flying back to the ground with a palm strike. Izuku runs in to Save his friend. He Charges Arm with all for one While he Takes the glove on his Right hand off to use His Quirk.

Izuku then smashes his fist into Shigaraki's face, knocking him to the ground. As soon as he hits the ground, the Earth begins to crack.

"What the hell" Shigaraki yells as he looks up to see Izuku touching the Ground with his Right hand. The Crack in the ground widens as the earth begins to Shift, and a tunnel of Earth opens up. Shigaraki falls in. "Kurogiri!" He yells as he Falls. Kurogiri hears his cry for Help and Opens a Portal to Save him. and Shigaraki goes Through and Teleports back to the Leagues Ship above Earth. Back with the Fight between All Might and The Nomu. All Might looks around to see a Large Group of People watching the battle. "I Need to Make sure this Fight Doesn't in Danger anyone." All might said to himself. Then he noticed the Crowd. "Hey, there's civilians here!" He said raising his voice. "Get them out of here, I need to finish this fight!" The civilians begin to scatter as All Might and the Nomu continue their intense battle. The Nomu lunges forward, but All Might dodges and delivers a powerful punch to its face, sending it flying back. The Nomu quickly recovers and charges at All Might again, but this time, All Might grabs it by the arm and slams it into the ground. This Causes It's Arm to Break. The Nomu Roars in Pain and attacks again. All Might grabs it by the head and holds it in place. "I need to finish this." He says to the monster. "I need to put you out of your misery." He then delivers a series of punches to the monster's head, finally causing its neck to snap.

All Might lets the body drop and looks up to see the Crowd. "There's no one left to fight. I think the battle's over." He turns to see Izuku standing behind him. "And we won." He says. After this Class 1-A gathers outside the U.S.J. and Investigator Naomasa Tsukauchi informs them that other than Izuku, no students sustained major injuries. The students discuss their experiences fighting villains amongst themselves, and Tsuyu inquires about Thirteen and Eraser Head. the investigator looks at his Notes before Looking back at her. "They are in criticall condition and being monitored by medical staff, while being interviewed by the police. " he says. After receiving a report about O.N.I Taking the Nomu Body for Themselves the investigator leaves for the nurses office.

The medical staff and police begin questioning the rest of Class 1-A as they recover. They discover that no one else was killed or seriously injured. Meanwhile on the Leagues ship An injured Shigaraki roans about his wounds, and informs his master that the information they received about All Might's weakening was false. On a blank monitor, a mysterious voice tells him that the report wasn't false and Shigaraki was simply overzealous. "He'll be fine." The voice says. The monitor blinks out.

and Shigaraki rages out.

Elsewhere, an unidentified figure standing on a rooftop stares down at the city.
