Vegeta, the Saiyan prince once desperate to destroy the man behind him, now was standing tall, facing the ferocious majin buu to protect him. Buu is the most evil, most unpredictable, but above all, the most powerful enemy these Saiyans have ever faced; he makes Cell seem like nothing and Frezia just a crumb you brush off your shoulder.
Nothing could be heard but the fiery crackle of Vegeta's aura as the two stared each other down, sweat slowly rolling down Gokus's face as he worried about Vegeta.
"I hope Vegeta can buy enough time for Goku to get the spirit bomb ready," kibito kai said worriedly, "yes I sure hope so cause we have nothing else if this fails," said the old Kai as they stared at the crystal ball showing off the events of Goku and Vegeta.
Just then, kid buu stood up, causing Vegeta and Goku to tense slightly as the Majin began to laugh and slowly rock his arm back and forth; Vegeta stairs in disbelief, then that disbelief turned into anger as he realized the little prick was insulting him.
"Ggrrrr, you dare to mock me!" Vegeta yelled at the little Buu, "hehe" kid buu cackled; a vein appeared on vegetas forehead as he threw his head back screaming with anger, flaring up his fiery aura powering up to the highest degree, "you will mock the Saiyan prince no more!" Vegeta screams, charging the small majin.
Buu laughs at the Saiyan and cocks his fist back, and throwing it forward, stretching it to hit the prince, although just before it makes contact with the Saiyan, Vegeta teleported, reappearing right next to kid Buu screaming, "I'll kill you, you a no good, wad of chewing gum."
Vegeta then slammed his right fist into Buus's face,causing Goku, elder kai, kibito kai, and Dende to gasp in surprise at the sudden attack from the prince.
Before Buu could fly away from the attack, Vegeta grabbed Buus's head and kneaded him in the skull. Then he crashed his left fist into the tiny Buus sternum; Vegeta then landed a flurry of punches to kid Buus's stomach, spinning around and kicking Buu far into the distance.
Vegeta flew at Buu, catching up with the little monster and thrusting his right leg up into Buus's stomach, as the prince then flew above the Majin and came crashing down with a powerful left elbow to Buu's back, causing kid Buu to slam into the Kais planet.
Buu began to laugh and looked up only to find nothing; just then, he felt two hands on his back. "Hey freak," Vegeta said with a smirk on his face as he proceeded to blast the Majin point black.
A large explosion went off as rubble and dust went everywhere; as the dust settled, Vegeta noticed Buu beginning to reform, "grrr you won't get off that easy Vegeta said" as he shot off to the Majin at top speed, "I won't give you a moment to rest when your recovering, I'll just hit you with everything and keep on coming no matter how many times you heal" Vegeta said to himself.
Kid Buu fully reformed as he began laughing; he saw the Saiyan prince charging and shot out a large blast, expecting this Vegeta threw two ki blasts downward from his hands, flinging him above Buus blast, avoiding it at the perfect moment.
As Vegeta spun around, facing the Majin head-on as his back was now facing the sky, the prince thrust his leg forward, connecting a thunderous shot to the top of kid Buus's head, creating a large "thuuummm" sound as it sent Buu hurtling towards the ground crashing into it flinging up rocks yet again.
Vegeta then put out his arm, with his thumb, pointer, and middle finger stuck out and the two other fingers clenched; his aura flared up brightly, shooting out his atomic blast down towards the Majin, connecting with a powerful blast sending shockwaves and rubble across the area as Vegeta straightened out letting his aura dissipate.
"Incredible, Vegeta is just simply incredible; if he can keep this up, then there should be no worry," kibito kai cheered out, "Hmmm, let's not get our hopes up to much you know how unpredictable Buu is," elder kai spoke out "y..yes your right elder" kibito kai sighed as the Kais continued to stare intently at the battle.
"W..wow! That's a great combination, Vegeta!" Goku cheered for his friend. "If you keep this up, we may not even need the spirit bomb, hehe," Goku laughed. Vegeta clenched his teeth ``rrr ,Kakarot, you know as well as I that the bastard is just playing games, so just make sure you get that damn spirit bomb fully charged!" Goku's eyes went to the side and became dots as his mouth shrunk. "Jeez, I was just being supportive," Goku breathed out
"Hmp," Then the prince flared up his electric aura again and shot forward; kid buu reformed yet again, except this time he wasn't so cheerful. "Grrrraaaahh, big dumb dumb play too many games," kid buu angrily said. But before Buu could do anything, he was kicked in the side of the head by a yellow and white boot, sending him flying across the landscape.
Vegeta teleported right behind Buu, kicking him up, then teleported again, this time above the Majin; wrapping his hand around his fist, he threw his cupped-fisted hand horizontally at the Majin with a loud thud, sending Buu crashing yet again into the ground.
Vegeta sticking to his plan of not letting the Majin recover, came crashing down with both knees onto Buus's stomach as he jumped off of him and proceeded to rain down a storm of punches across any part of the kid bus's body, like a machine the warrior prince just kept up his relentless assault causing the crater they landed in to get bigger and bigger as rocks and dust kicked up around them.
Vegeta just kept beating down on the Majin, not caring about where he was or even why he was doing it; he just kept on landing blow after blow, not caring that his fist were beginning to numb, only focusing on keeping this little menace down, as Vegeta kept pummeling buu his thoughts started to become clouded as his eyes flashed a quick shade of red and his tail twitched slightly, vegeta's thoughts almost felt like they were being consumed by rage but not just any rage a very old primal rage.
Buu began to turn red as veins appeared around his whole body. He then angrily opened his palm and shot out a large blast; Vegeta was so caught up in his rampage that he had almost no time to react to the blast, "oh shit!" Vegeta yelled out as he barely moved in time as the blast grazed his chest, causing a small part of his training outfit to become torn, slightly exposing his chest.
Vegeta flew up, lightly clutching his chest, "damn that little freak, even after all that punishment, the bastard still keeps coming," Vegeta said although he couldn't help as his thoughts drifted off to that feeling. "But….what was that feeling? It felt so raw, so…primal; it's a feeling I haven't felt since..since I was a great ape, and yet something felt…different," Vegeta thought to himself.
But before Vegeta could continue questioning the sudden feeling of rage, a barrage of blasts came flying at him; Vegeta igniting his aura, he began to dodge, dip and dive around the potent blast. The Saiyan got cut off by one blast as he came to a screeching halt but before he could continue flying a large blast came hurtling his way "what the?" Vegeta yelled out as he threw his upper body back and head to the side, shutting his eyes, barely being able to doge the large attack.
After narrowly avoiding the blast, Vegeta quickly looked down only to be met with a powerful head butt from kid buu, causing an explosion of stars and intense ringing in his head; the attack sent the Saiyan flying away, and before he could react, buu was behind him "rrraaaahhhh" the Majin yelled out as he shot a ki blast in the back of Vegeta causing him to shoot up into the sky.
"Oh nooo vegeta!" goku yelled out to his saiyan comrad
"Gaaaaahhhh," Vegeta screamed out as Buu appeared above the prince, double hammerfisting him down into the planet of the Kais.
Vegeta laid on his back in the crater, panting hard as blood dripped from his head and the back of his training suit was now singed by the blast, "damn that creep, he hit me so hard I can barely think, let alone stand '' Vegeta spat out. Fixing his gaze up, Vegeta's eyes widened in horror as he saw the Majin coming down fast with his legs wanting to stomp on the Saiyan warrior; the prince backflipped out of the way as Buu crashed into the ground.
Buu stared up at Vegeta with nothing but malice in his eyes as he proceeded to stop his right leg on the ground, "I watched his fight with kakarot enough to know that weird move," Vegeta said. Sure enough, Vegeta was barely able to dodge the foot that came crashing out of the ground, trying to hit the prince.
Vegeta backflipped his way out of danger as kid Buus's foot kept on shooting out of the ground; the Saiyan prince flipped one last time as he stuck two fingers out, using his dirty fireworks to blast the Majins oncoming foot to pieces.
"Goouhhh," Buu yelped as he brought his now blown-off foot up from the ground, and as he looked up, he was met with Vegeta's knee to the face as the Saiyan prince pulled his fist back then launching it forward slamming the Majin into the ground with a powerful punch.
"Rrraahhh," Vegeta screamed as he launched a powerful blast down at kid buu, causing a large explosion
"Ha..ha..haa," Vegeta slowly breathed out, staring down at the hole his blast created. Just then, the Saiyan sensed the majins energy turn to normal as the prince screamed out and fired another powerful blast into the hole he made. The prince just kept on shooting blast after blast to try and keep the small buu at bay, but suddenly Vegeta felt a large amount of pushback on his blast as he couldn't keep the other powerful attack from careening towards him, so he just jumped out of the way instead.
As Vegeta jumped back out of the way of the blast, two stretchy fists came flying out of the crater at the worrier. Vegeta put his arms up as the two fists came crashing on his forearms ",Gaaahhh," Vegeta wheezed out as the pain from the impact shook his whole body even with his guard up.
But then those two fists grabbed a hold of the prince's four arms, "the hell?" Vegeta said, confused, as then kid buu came out of the crater at light speeds planting his foot firmly into Vegeta's stomach, causing the Saiyan to cough up some blood.
Vegeta sat there dazed from the powerful attack giving Buu more than enough time to head butt the prince once more; then the Majin proceeded to hit Vegeta with his right fist and then his left fist as the furious onslaught Vegeta had brought down on the Majin moments ago was now being thrown on to him.
Vegeta almost lost consciousness as Buu delivered a powerful uppercut to the prince, but as Vegeta was sent flying up, kid Buu grabbed onto the Saiyans boot, stretching his arm out, and launching the prince down into the ground. "Sshhhooouuaaahhhh," majin buu screamed out as he brought the prince back up, flipping him, this time sending him face down, smashing into the hard surface of the planet.
"Gaahhhhh!" Vegeta screamed out as then Buu lifted the saiyan up once more and began to spin the Saiyan prince around causing him to smash into the side of a bunch of cliffs and rocky hills. Kid Buu then flung the Saiyan back to himself; as Vegeta flew towards the little Majin, buu shot a blast point black at Vegeta, sending him hurtling down once more into the ground, causing yet another massive crater to appear.
"Vegeta, noooo!" goku screamed out
"Oh, no, Vegeta!" kibito kai yelled, "What do we do, elder? I don't think Vegeta can take much more of this!" "sigh. I don't think we can do anything, and it looks like Goku still has barely got anything from the humans, all we can do is hope vegeta last a little longer for everyone's sake.''
"No, no, no! Come on, earthlings, lend me your energy, please! We need it right now!" Goku screamed at the people of Earth.
"Gguuu d..damn..it..all" Vegeta barely squeaked out coughing up more blood barely able to remain conscious as he dropped down to his base, "I..I can't pick myself up I…I…I can't do it, kakarot…. thats all of the time you get you….better make it count" kid buu then landed on the ground and as he saw no movement from the hole he created he began to celebrate "hahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaahahahah!" buu screamed out laughing, a long insane laugh.
"He…he's just too strong for me," the Saiyan prince said as Vegeta's mind began to slip into unconsciousness before fully fading into unconsciousness. However, due to the majins never-ending laughter, Vegeta began to think about each fight he engaged with this monster and how each time he was beaten down, making a mockery of himself and his Saiyan pride.
when suddenly the primal rage he felt from before began to flash into his mind once more, except now he held on to that feeling just a bit longer. "NO!" "T..THAT'S PATHETIC!" Vegeta screamed in his own mind as his eyes shot open, turning a quick shade of red, although not before returning back to their usual turquoise. "I will not give in! I am part of a great warrior race, but not just any warrior, I am the almighty prince Vegeta, and I will never back down!" "I will not lose! Not to this bastard! NOT AGAIN!" Vegeta screamed out as the golden glow held him yet again.
"Hahahahahh..huh" kid buu stopped laughing as the ground beneath him began to shake, just then a large blast shot out, ripping off the majins arm "gaaahhhh," Buu screamed. Hoooooaaaaahhh!" Vegeta came speeding out of the hole that his blast made landing a thunderous uppercut on the little Majin, sending him flying in the air as Vegeta flew to catch up to the Majin.
Flying behind Buu, Vegeta kicked him to the side, then flew behind the Majin; yet again, he punched him, sending him flying in the opposite direction. As Vegeta began to speed up, appearing to only be a blur as his attacks kept hitting Buu over and over again all sending the little majin all over the area they were fighting, creating shock waves and destroying the terrain.
"Rrraahhhhh!" Vegeta screamed out as he cocked his fist back, then threw it forward at an insane speed connecting a thunderous shot to Buu's stomach, creating a large shock wave.
Vegeta then grabbed onto Buus's antenna, spinning the little monster around, finally flinging him in the air as the prince shot forward, creating a large ball of energy in his hands. The Saiyan prince threw the large ki blast at kid buu, causing a massive explosion, but just like before, the prince showed no signs of stopping as he charged up two blasts in his hands and sent a flurry of ki blasts at the explosion.
Finally, Vegeta stuck his hand forward, screaming, "Let's see you come back from this one, you damn bastard!" "BIG BANG ATTACK!" A large ball of blue hot energy shot forward landing directly in the explosion of ki vegeta shot moments ago, creating an even larger blast as a brilliant blue light covered the area as the whole planet shook.
"Ha…ha…ha….ha," Vegeta was panting heavily as blood and sweat dropped from his chin as he landed back on the ground "t..that should buy us a few minutes before this insect fully regenerates'' Vegeta spoke softly to himself still trying to catch his breath "that little demon last attack weakened me so much, gggrrrrrr damn that little trickster!" Vegeta spat
"w..wow Vegeta, that was just amazing, although I'm not sure why I'm surprised it is you after all, hehe!" goku said, stunned by Vegeta's resolve and power
Vegeta looked at Goku only to stare slacked jaw at the state the spirit bomb was in as he proceeded to yell at Goku, "What! D…don't tell me that's all the power you've collected so far, kakarot!" "I don't know how much longer I can keep this freak busy, and you're telling me that's all!"
"I know I'm sorry, Vegeta, but barely any of the earthlings are listening to me!" Goku yelled out as he continued, "If the spirit bomb doesn't get any bigger, I'll just throw it like this and join you!" But before Goku could continue, Vegeta spoke out, "Don't be an idiot; we aren't going to beat him like this; we need that damn spirit bomb now!"
"But Vegeta, this thing clearly isn't getting any bigger, and it's been forever since the last person gave us energy!" Goku yelled back to Vegeta. "Ugghhh, it doesn't matter, kakarot, you ARE going to finish the spirit bomb. No matter if you beg, yell, or even threaten them, you will finish that damn thing!" Vegeta screamed once more as Goku remained silent
But before Vegeta could continue arguing with Goku, an all too familiar scream could be heard
"GGRRAAAAHHHH," kid Buu screamed with what felt like would shake the planet apart, "Damn, I have to act fast! Citizens of the Earth, I beg you to raise your hands up and lend us your energy, please!" Goku begged.
But just as Buu screamed, he fell silent, letting his body go back to a neutral position; Vegeta noticed that Buu had regenerated everything but his arm "The hell?" Vegeta asked himself as he raised up his fists. "What are you up to now? You freak," as kid Buu looked at Vegeta sporting his usually unusual smile. Just as Vegeta was about to charge the Majin, he saw a blast in his peripheral vision; snapping his head to the side, he saw the arm of the missing buu on the ground charging a blast at the Saiyan. "What!" Vegeta screamed as he put his guard up
The blast shot out, making contact with Vegeta's arms, although not causing significant damage; the attack threw the Saiyan into the air; before Vegeta could stop himself, he was suddenly hit with a powerful kick on his back ",Gggaaahh" Vegeta yelled out.
However, Vegeta quickly recovered and threw his arm back, trying to back fist the crazy creature. However, the Majin teleported in front of the Saiyan, slamming his fist into the prince's stomach as the wind was knocked out of the prince; however, he was still determined. He lifted both hands up and tried coming down with a double hammer fist on the demon, but only for the hand that Vegeta had blasted off moments ago came back and grabbed onto his face.
Vegeta tried to wrestle the hand off of his face only for Buu to kick Vegeta away, "hahaha" kid buu laughed as he launched towards the Saiyan prince throwing a punch, only for Vegeta to teleport in the nick of time, leaving buu slightly stunned. Vegeta appeared behind the Majin, throwing a charged ball of ki at Buu as it exploded around the little Majin.
As the smoke cleared, there was no buu in sight. "Ah..ah..ah, damn that little wretch," Vegeta breathed out, turning his head from side to side. Just then, kid Buu appeared in front of the Saiyan, causing Vegeta to jump back slightly as he threw a punch, but Buu disappeared, appearing behind the Saiyan once again as Vegeta threw a side kick, but just like with his first punch, buu disappeared.
Although this time, the Saiyan prince was expecting this as he quickly shot his fist out, predicting exactly where the little Majin would reappear, landing a solid punch on the kid buus right cheek.
"Hehe," Vegeta smirked to himself, but before he could react buus hand gripped tightly onto the arm that Vegeta used to punch the Majin with; kid buu then squeezed the prince's wrist, causing the Saiyan to yelp out in pain.
Vegeta quickly threw a punch with his free hand, but Buu easily caught the hand, bending the sayians hand back as Vegeta cried out in pain. "Rraaahh," Buu yelled out as he landed a powerful knee to Vegetas's stomach, causing the wind to be knocked out of the prince once more.
Buu head-butted Vegeta, then tightly grabbed onto the prince's throat extending his arm and sending the Saiyan warrior careening into a large hillside, causing dust and debris to fly everywhere. As soon as Vegeta was smashed into the rock, buu immediately pulled the prince back and, with the same hand, using the momentum from being pulled in, landed a thunderous shot directly into the prince's stomach, causing him to spit up blood as Vegeta ended up powering down out of super sayain two.
"Kkaaaaaahhh," the prince wheezed out, but not giving Vegeta time to recover, kid buu then landed a combination of attacks, from a right hook to kneeing him in the chin, then punching him in the stomach once again.
As Buu finished with his attacks, he grabbed the Saiyan prince by his throat and extended his arm out, once again, throwing him into the same hill as before. Keeping his grip tightly around the Saiyans prince's neck, "guuuaaaaahhhhhh," Vegeta screamed in pain as the Majin shot forward, slamming his knee into Vegeta's sternum.
"No, no, NO! Vegetas ki, it's almost gone! This doesn't look good!" goku thought to himself
"Oh no, vegeta, he might actually die again!" kibito yelled out "damn, after just being revived as well, dende, we might have a third wish for you to make, although I'm not so sure what use it could give us other than that saiyan dying yet again" elder kai spoke
"Gggghhh….heheheh i…i..is that the best you got" Vegeta smirked as he managed to cough out to the Majin, "Pathetic," Vegeta continued his taunting, not fearing the demonic child before him. Kid Buu glared angrily at Vegeta as he then tightened his grip around the Saiyan prince's neck "Gaahhh…" Vegeta wheezed out as the grip around his throat tightened.
"No, this can't continue. Vegeta is going to die if this goes on!" Goku thought, "damn, I…am passing out…..is this how I die, being choked by this worm?" Vegeta thought. The Saiyan prince tried desperately to tap into that feeling of primal rage he had felt before, but it was no use as his vision began to fade even further. "M…my strength is fading completely, I….I…I'm dying…weak… honorless…humiliated". Vegeta said
"STOP IT NOW, BUU!" goku screamed
"This is all the time I….I could buy you kakarot, its…..over," as Vegeta's last thoughts left him before he began to finally pass out.
"DAMN IT THATS ENOUGH!" Goku screamed as he put any last bit of energy he got from the earthlings into the spirit bomb, throwing it directly at Buu. As the Saiyan raised on earth powered up into super Sayian and used instantaneous movement. Kid Buu laughed as he was squeezing the life out of the Saiyan prince Vegeta, but before he could continue his celebration, he felt power closing in. He snapped his head behind him, staring in shock as a somewhat large blue sphere of energy was quickly making its way to him.
"Ghuuhhhh?" kid buu said as, at that moment, a fist came slamming into the right side of his face throwing him into the ground; after rocking the little Majin across the face, son goku then turned to his friend vegeta, grabbed onto him, and using instant transmission to get them out of the range of the spirit bomb.
"Gaahhh!" buu yelled as the spirit bomb came crashing down on him, erupting, causing an extremely large explosion shaking the whole planet as then almost the entire planet was bathed in a powerful blue light. "WHAT GOKU HE…HE THREW IT!" kibito kai, elder kai and dende screamed, "he…..he really just did that…the final hope for our universe, and he just threw it all away!" elder kai spoke softly in shock
"Well, elder I guess Goku just wanted to save ,Vegeta a…" but before kibito Kai could continue "HE COULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT BACK WITH THE THIRD WISH OR ANOTHER SET OF THESE DRAGON BALLS!" elder kai screamed at kibito kai, "Well, I guess that's true, hehe" kibito kai looking back at the image of Goku and the passed out Vegeta in the crystal ball he whispered in a sorrowful voice "w….w…what will they do now?"
