In the days, weeks, and months following Naruto's departure from Konoha, Tenten was walking to Team Gai's Training Ground when she suddenly began feeling sick, finding a bush, the brunette began throwing up and feeling dizzy, the feeling didn't last long once her head stopped spinning, Tenten wiped her mouth and decided to go to the hospital instead.
