A man was snoring as he drifted on a boat, taking a nap as he just let the wind and waves dictate where he goes. This man is tanned, has black hair and brown eyes. Muscle toned but not too muscular. He wore a black t-shirt under a white jacket without wearing the sleeves, along with tan shorts. He was dreaming of having a fun time with friends and family, when the sounds of cannon fire woke him up.

"Huh, what?" He looked around, and spotted a pirate ship attacking a party cruise. "Oh, my first pirate ship solo. Let's see how this will go." This man smirked as he pulled a rope of his mast, and swerved it towards the two ships. Once he got close, the man proceeded to jump from his boat, accidentally splitting it in half as he jumped over fifty feet straight up, only to land perfectly on the guard rail, attracting the notice of the pirates on board as they were stealing all their loot.

"Huh?! Who the hell are you?!" An incredibly fat woman with an iron mace yelled out to him, pointing said weapon at him. "You better explain yourself or you'll get the worst walloping of your life with my iron club!"

"Oh, a female pirate captain? That's interesting. Excuse me ma'am, the name's Captain Klaus Donia." Five swords surrounded this captain from behind him, making him look behind his back to five pirates.

"Ha! So you're a captain too?! Where's your pirate crew?!"

"I'm just starting out."

"Oh really?! You really think you can stand on the same ground as me, Iron Mace Alvida?! The most beautiful of all the East Blue?!" Klaus chuckled. "Huh?! What's so funny?!

"You, a fat tub of lard beautiful?" All of Alvida's men dropped their jaws from this man out of nowhere insulting their captain. Alvida's face turned red as she yelled,

"Why you!!!" She raised her iron mace to strike Klaus, but he effortlessly caught the weapon at the base of the handle, stopping its heavy momentum to everyone's surprise. "W-What?! How are you-?!"

"Lame." Klaus yawned as he kicked her away, sending the woman flying into one of the walls of the ship, knocking some of her men down. Her men behind Klaus try to attack with their swords, but he spun around to kick them all five of them over the guard rails, cracking his neck as a means of loosing up. Sensing someone trying to sneak attack behind him, Klaus leaned to the right to make the assailant miss, grabbed his weapon while elbowing the man in the face, then grabbed his ankle to both use the sword and poor fool to attack the rest of the crew with his weapon and crying fleshy flail. By the time everyone was unconscious, Klaus dropped his two weapons, chuckling. "Sweet, I've never used a person as a weapon before." He then heard a growl as Alvida got up from the hole, and walked towards him.

"You. How dare you treat us like this. You had no right to beat us out of nowhere. Who are you to be as skilled in fighting as you are?"

"I already told you my name. I'm Captain Klaus Donia."

"Hmph, even with your skill, you won't survive in these waters all by yourself."

"You don't know that. The point of pirates is to do whatever they want, right?"

"Yeah, and what made you just decide to interrupt my raid on this cruiser when you had no reason to?" Klaus shrugged to that.

"I wanted to see how strong your group of pirates were. But you're all pretty lousy." That ticked Alvida off.

"You runt! Die!" Alvida tried to crush him again, but Klaus effortlessly backhanded the heavy weapon away, then stuck his fingers straight out to strike three her pressure points in Alvida's arm, going from her wrist, to her inner elbow, then the shoulder. "Ow! Wh-I can't use my arm!"

"Batter up." Taking her iron club and winding up, Klaus slammed her spiked weapon into Alvida's gut, sending the huge woman flying out of sight. "Whoo, home run!" After a few seconds... "Well that was fun. Time to look for a boat."

"Um... excuse me?"

"Hmm?" Klaus turned around to see a shocked and nervous short pink haired boy. "Yes?"

"How... how did you defeat Iron Mace Alvida like that?! I thought nobody could stand up to her!"

"She wasn't anyone special. Oh, is that a marine t-shirt?" The boy looked at his clothes.

"Y-yeah. I want to join the marines. You said you're called Klaus? I'm Koby." Three cannonballs striking the water near the ship disrupted them, as the pirates on board frantically saw the marines coming.

"Well, nice to meet you Koby, but it's time for me to leave." Klaus jumped into a boat on the side of the cruise ship, and cut the ropes with a dagger, letting the boat fall.

"Hey, wait for me!" Koby jumped on after him, and the two in the boat landed in the water, but Koby also landed on his face. Klaus noted that a female thief was escaping like them, but the marines gave him no time to say hi, so they just booked it in different directions. Some time has passed and things have calmed down enough to talk.

"Hey kid, you okay? That was a stupid reckless move there." Klaus asked Koby.

"I'm-I'm fine. Alvida gave me worse pain than that. Anyway, where are you headed?"

"I'm going to make myself a crew. I just need to look around for one."

"Re-really?" Koby asked, before gasping when he got a good look of Klaus's jacket from behind. It was a Marine Justice jacket, but it's been crossed off. "K-K-Klaus? Where-where did you get that jacket?"
