Maya lied down on her bed, thinking back on the events earlier that day. "This is all my fault!" she thought to herself, "I shouldn't have brought Neru with me!" "No, don't think that! Neru's the one making all the advances. This date was supposed to be me and Eve, not me and Neru!" Maya sighed. "No use making a fuss out of it now." she said to herself, "What's done is done." First things first is to try to apologize to Eve. She got out her phone, and looked for Eve in her contacts. She stood there considering if she should, but then pressed the call button and waited for Eve to pick up. Unfortunately, all she got out of it was a voicemail notice. "Hi Eve… It's me… Maya." she said, "Listen. About what happened today…" She struggled to think of what to say next, and then quickly gave up. "Nevermind. See you at practice tomorrow." Once she ended the voicemail, she stared at her phone. "If you haven't blackmailed me, Neru, then none of this would've happened."

Meanwhile, Eve was staring a picture of Pastel*Palettes all together. "Maya-chan…" Face filled with tears, she threw the picture across the room. She doesn't want to see Maya's face ever again! "No! Be happy for her, Eveliina." she told herself, "Maya has found someone else. Someone better." She suddenly got a call from Maya. Maya… Every time she thought about Maya, she thought about Neru. Nope! No more Maya! She canceled the call, and deleted all the pictures of Maya on her phone. She made her decision. If Maya's gonna leave her for someone else, she might as well cut herself out from her life. Starting tomorrow, Eve Wakamiya will no longer be a member of Pastel*Palettes. She sat down and started to write her farewell letter. But a while and a few scrunched up pieces of paper later, she decided it was better to just tell her friends… her bandmates in person.

Neru, meanwhile, was loitering around in her room. "Mako seemed to be upset." she thought. She looked back to their date.

Neru: You're back, Mako! Where's Eve?

Mako: Forget it! I'm going home! (Runs off)

"Could it be it has to do with Eve?" Neru shrugged it off. "Eh. What good is a stupid idol girl compared to his childhood friend!" Just then, Neru received a call from Yamato. "Hello, Mako." she said in her usual joyful tone. "Come with me to the agency tomorrow," said Maya, "I want you to tell everyone." "About your secret?!" Neru cried. "Do it. She already knows." "By she, he means Eve, right?" Neru pondered. She told Maya, "Are you sure you want this?" "Even if the others hate me for it, it's okay. I have nothing to lose anymore." Neru sighed. Wasn't this what she wanted? For Mako to not have innocent idols at his disposal? She replied to Maya with a single word: "Okay."
