The next day at the same lake; a bunch of people were gathered at the lake and looking at Chris McLean and Chef Hatchet.

"Thank you all for coming to take part in this amazing fishing competition." said Chris, "The way to win this competition is to catch more trout and or one of the biggest trout in this lake."

"That sounds boring." said Darryl McGee.

"Also, there's lots of explosives in the water you might end up reeling up by mistake that'll disqualify you." said Chris.

Darryl was still in shock before quickly pulling out a pair of binoculars.

"Alright, I better sit on the sidelines for this." said Darryl.

"The winner will be whoever has more caught fish, or whoever is still out in the water. GO!" yelled Chris.

Everyone ran to boats and paddled into the lake before they began fishing.

Chris sighed before noticing that Sonic was on the shore fishing.

"Hey, why aren't you fishing in a boat?" said Chris.

"You're one boat short." said Sonic.

Chris became shocked.

"Damn, I knew I should have planned ahead for just in case." said Chris.

"No, no, it's cool, I'll just end up wearing a lifejacket if I get on a boat. Plus I do better fishing on the shore." said Sonic.

His pole started jerking before the hedgehog reeled up and pulled the pull hard, making a Star Post come out of the water and hit Chris, knocking him away.

"Well that was weird." said Sonic.

In the water; Randy was sitting on a boat with a pole in the water.

He chuckled.

His pole started getting tugged before he grabbed it and reeled up a trout before putting it in a cooler.

With Mike; he was on a boat of his own relaxing.

He smiled.

"Hopefully I get a big trout." said Mike.

His pole started tugging and Mike grabbed it before he began reeling it it.

But then he saw that he got a bomb of sorts.

"What the, a bomb?" said Mike.

The bomb started beeping rapidly, shocking Mike who then jumped in the water before it exploded and destroyed his boat.

"And the first fisherman has been disqualified." said Chris.

Sonic heard it and shook his head.

"That's just cold." said Sonic.

His pole started tugging before he started reeling it.

The hedgehog wound up reeling in a treasure chest which he set on the ground.

"Treasure in a lake?" said Sonic.

He kicked the chest and it opened up, revealing lots of gold coins and gems.

"Worth it." said Sonic.

He closed the chest and cast his line back out.

In the water; Ollie Chen got something on his line before reeling up the pole.

But he got a bomb and became shocked.

"Already?" said Ollie.

The bomb started beeping rapidly before he jumped in the water as the bomb exploded and destroyed his boat.

He surfaced as Mike swam next to him.

"Et tu Oliver?" said Mike.

Oliver chuckled.

"I've been in haunted houses before, this is nothing." said Ollie.

"Try competing in two seasons of Total Drama with multiple personalities. Come on, let's get back to shore." said Mike.

The two swam off.

Later; the two returned to the shore and stood up as their respective girlfriends appeared and wrapped their arms around the two.

"Oh Mike, are you okay?" said Zoey.

Mike sighed and flipped his hair away from his eyes.

"Yeah, I'm fine. This makes me glad that we stopped competing on Total Drama." said Mike.

"If that was all this Chris McLean person has to offer, that's just sad." said Ollie.

Molly became deadpanned.

"Okay, I'm sure you inhaled to much lake water." said Molly.

"Nothing could make that weirder than it already was." said Ollie.

"How'd you two get past the sharks?" said Chris.

Mike and Ollie both became shocked.

"SHARKS, YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT THERE ARE SHARKS IN THAT LAKE!?" yelled Mike.

Chris did some thinking.

"Did I forget to release the sharks again? Damn, I knew there was something else I needed to do." said Chris.

Ollie is pissed and he gave Chris the middle finger.

Chris just pulled out a remote.

"Oh well, better late than never." said Chris.

He pushed a button on the remote.

Under water; a bunch of sharks were bored in a cage.

The cage opened up, shocking the sharks who then smirked evily.

Back on the surface; Hunter and Roger were fishing on seperate boats next to each other before noticing some shark fins, shocking the two.

"Are those sharks?" said Hunter.

"Must be, why are there sharks in a lake?" said Roger.

Chris held up a megaphone and spoke through it.

"Attention everyone, I'm sure you're wondering why there are suddenly sharks in the lake. Because I put them there." said Chris.

The fishermen became shocked.

"WHAT?!" yelled Roger.

Darryl chuckled.

"Sweet, this just got better." said Darryl.

"Yeah I've got to voice my objection to this. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to put salt water fish in a fresh water lake in this city." said Mike.

On the lake; Total Drama contestant Scott was in a boat when his pole started tugging down.

"Oh boy, it better be a big one." said Scott.

He started reeling up the pole very quickly, but then his catch surfaced, revealing it was Fang the Shark.

Scott became shocked as the mutated shark smirked and waved to his sworn nemesis.

"YOU'VE GOT TO BE SHITTING ME RIGHT NOW!" yelled Scott.

Scott screamed in shock before Fang ate him and chuckled.

"And Scott's been disqualified due to getting eaten by Fang." said Chris.

But Scott opened the mouth in shock.

"The hell I'm getting disqualified for getting eaten." said Scott.

He then ran off on the water before going to land and continued to run very, very far away.

Sonic noticed and shook his head.

"Wow that was fast. That poor shark fearing fool." said Sonic.

His pole started tugging before Sonic reeled in and pulled it up, revealing another treasure chest on the line which then landed close to him.

He became shocked.

"Another treasure chest?" said Sonic.

He kicked it open, revealing more gold and diamonds.

"Still worth it." said Sonic.

He cast his line back in the water.

Something pulled the line.

Sonic reeled it in before jerking the pole, revealing a great white shark on the line.

"A shark?" Said Sonic.

The shark fell towards Zoey before eating her.

The shark burped before being tapped on the shoulder.

It turned around to see an angry Mike before being punched by the angry boyfriend, sending it crashing into a tree.

The shark spat out Zoey who screamed and fell into Mike's arms who then dipped her.

Mike then did a flirtatious look.

"Hey." Mike said in a flirtatious matter while twitching an eyebrow.

Zoey blushed.

"Oh Mike, stop." said Zoey.

"If that's high school teenage love, than I should be glad I'm still in middle school." said Ollie.

A treasure chest fell near him, making Ollie shriek in shock.

"Sorry." said Sonic.

"How hasn't he caught any trout yet?" said Ollie.

"If you played Sonic Frontiers, you'd get the joke." said Mike.

Ollie nodded.

"I'm sure of it." said Ollie.

Sonic's line was tugged and he reeled up before jerking the pole, revealing a bluefin tuna was on the line before landing on the ground.
