Chapter 1:

From Neglect to Nobility: Naruto, The Rise of the Pseudo-Avatar

Snarling

letter/Thinking

Minato sat in his office, hunched over his desk, as he signed one document after another. As a headache started to develop, he sighed. He couldn't wait to get home to see Kushina, his pregnant wife, and spend some quality time with her. As he thought about her, his mind wandered, and he found himself daydreaming about the day he first met her.

The door to his office slammed open, and a frantic chnin stumbled in. He screamed, clutching his chest, "Hokage-sama!"

"It's Kushina-sama! She's in the hospital! You need to come right away!"

Minato leapt to his feet, his heart racing. "What happened? Is she okay?"

The chūnin shook his head. "I don't know, Hokage-sama. I was just told to come get you right away."

The chūnin trailed Minato out of the office after grabbing his cloak from the back of his chair; he was so worried that he didn't consider using his famous technique, the Hiraishin. Minato's thoughts were racing with anxiety as they sped through the village's streets. What could have happened to Kushina? Was the baby all right?

When they arrived at the hospital, Minato burst through the doors and dashed to the reception desk. "I'm here for Kushina Uzumaki," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

The receptionist nodded and motioned for him to follow her. They hurried down the hall and into a private room, where Minato discovered Kushina in an hospital bed, her face contorted with pain. A medic team surrounded her, shouting orders and attempting to stabilize her condition.

Rushing to Kushina's side, Minato took her hand in his. "Kushina, what's happening? Are you okay?"

With tears in her eyes, Kushina turned to face him. "Minato, it hurts," she whimpered. "I think the baby is on its way."

Minato felt his heart leap into his throat. "Stay with me, Kushina-chan," he said, his voice trembling. "I'm here for you. Everything's going to be all right."

The chief medical professional walked into the room and made his way over to the bed where Minato and Kushina were lying. "Hokage-sama, Lady Uzumaki," he said, bowing respectfully. "I've done some testing, and I'm afraid I have some news for you."

"What is it?" Minato asked, his voice strained.

"It seems that Lady Uzumaki will not be giving birth to one child but to two," the doctor said.

"Twins?" Kushina gasped, her eyes wide. She didn't want to know how many children she would have or what gender they would be as soon as she found out she was pregnant.

"That's right, Lady Uzumaki," the doctor said cheerfully. "The results of the tests are conclusive. You're carrying twins."

Minato's jaw dropped. Twins? He had always wished for a large family, but he never imagined becoming a father to three children at the same time. "Will Kushina be okay?" he asked, his voice trembling.

The doctor gave a nod. "We'll need to keep an eye on her because of her unique situation, but everything looks good so far. The infants appear to be healthy and growing well."

Kushina looked up at Minato with a mixture of excitement and fear in her eyes. She mumbled, "Twins."

"I can't believe it."

Minato squeezed her hand, feeling a rush of love and protectiveness for his wife and unborn children. "We'll get through this together, Kushina-chan," he assured her, his voice firm and reassuring. "We'll make certain that these two little ones have the best possible lives."

Minato entered the bedroom to discover Kushina seated on the bed, rubbing her swollen belly, three weeks after they learned of her pregnancy. Her eyes were filled with love as she smiled up at him.

"Hey," Minato said, crossing the room to sit beside her. He felt the baby's gentle kick as he reached out and put his hand on her belly. "How are you feeling?"

Kushina leaned her head against his shoulder and said, "I'm fine. Just a little tired."

Minato wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close. "You're doing an amazing job," he said, softly kissing her temple. "You have two lives growing inside of you, and I am so proud of you."

Kushina sighed and sank into his embrace, closing her eyes. "I can't believe we're going to be parents," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "It's both terrifying and exciting."

While running his fingers through her hair, Minato said, "I know. But we're going to do this together, hime. And we're going to be amazing parents."

Kushina looked up at him, tears welling up in her eyes. "I love you, Mina-kun," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I love you, too," Minato said, leaning in for a soft kiss on the lips. He felt a surge of love and devotion for this woman who had captured his heart as they kissed. He couldn't wait to witness her as a mother, to see how she would look after and love their kids.

Minato put his forehead on Kushina's as they backed away from one another. He muttered, "I promise I'll always be here for you. No matter what occurs, we will deal with it together."

Kushina grinned, her eyes beaming with joy. "I know you will," she assured him. "And I'll be here for you as well."

Scene change

Kushina waddled into Minato's Hokage office, her swollen belly making her movements slow and deliberate. She smiled proudly as she carried three large boxes of food in her arms.

She placed the boxes on his desk and yelled, "Minato-kun!" "I prepared some food for you!"

When Minato saw his wife, he looked up from his paperwork and his eyes lit up. "Kushina-chan! What a lovely surprise," he exclaimed, rising from his desk. "You didn't have to go through all this trouble."

"I wanted to," Kushina said, her voice soft and loving. "Besides, I needed to get out of the house for a little while. It's getting so cramped in there!" She chuckled while tenderly patting her belly.

Minato chuckled, reaching out to take one of the boxes from her. "Let's see what you've got," he said as he lifted the lid.

There were several dishes inside, each of which had been expertly prepared and presented. There were sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken, and yakisoba.

"Wow, Kushina, this all looks incredible," Minato said as he bit into the yakisoba. "You're a fantastic chef."

Kushina sat on Minato's lap in his chair, beaming with pride. She took out a pair of chopsticks and started feeding him bite-sized pieces of food.

Minato couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with love for his wife as he ate. Even with her swollen belly and unkempt hair, she was stunning. She was gazing at him with such adoration and devotion, and he could feel his heart swelling.

He gently kissed her while leaning in close to enjoy the flavor of her lips. "Thank you, Kushina," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "For everything."

Kushina smiled and placed a hand on his cheek. "I love you, Minato," she said, her eyes shining with love. "More than anything in the world."

They enjoyed each other's company and the warmth of their love as they sat together, sharing food and tender moments. These kinds of experiences made all the hardship and sacrifice associated with their roles as ninja and Hokage worthwhile.

Kushina was five months pregnant and sat on the floor of her bedroom while being surrounded by stacks of baby clothes. She had been sorting through her old belongings to determine what could be used for her expected twins and what should be donated or thrown away.

She heard a knock on the door while folding a small onesie. "Come in!" she called out.

Her childhood best friend Mikoto walked into the room. She too was pregnant, her baby bump slightly larger than Kushina's.

"Hey, Kushina," Mikoto said, smiling warmly at her friend. "I heard you were going through your old baby clothes. Can I help?"

Kushina's face lit up with gratitude. "Oh, Mikoto, that would be fantastic!" she exclaimed as she scooted over to make room for her friend. "I feel as if I'm drowning in all of this."

The two women spent the following several hours sorting through the clothing. They laughed and conversed while exchanging stories about their own pregnancies and what their children's childhoods would be like.

Kushina couldn't help but notice how stunning Mikoto appeared while carrying her own bump as they worked. Her friend's skin was radiant, and she seemed to exude a sense of calm and contentment.

"Mikoto, you look amazing," Kushina said, smiling warmly at her friend.

Mikoto blushed but seemed content. "Thank you, Kushina," she said. "You know, you look lovely as well. Even with all those babies in there." She gave Kushina a gentle belly pat, which caused her friend to laugh.

Kushina couldn't help but be grateful for someone like Mikoto's friendship and support. It was reassuring to have someone to lean on in a world full of chaos and uncertainty.

The two women exchanged a tight hug as they finished. "Thank you so much, Mikoto," Kushina said softly. "I'm not sure what I'd do without you."

Mikoto returned her friend's hug with a smile. "Anytime, Kushina," she said. "Together, we'll get through this."

After Mikoto left, Kushina took a break from sorting through the baby clothes and began knitting. She took three different colored skeins of yarn - one bright yellow, one soft pink, and one deep blue - and started weaving them together.

She hummed a soft lullaby and gently rubbed her belly while knitting. She smiled to herself as the triplets kicked back.

"I'm so excited to meet you all," she said to her unborn children. "I hope you already know how much your daddy and I love you."

The scarf in Kushina's hands grew longer and longer as she continued to knit. Her heart swelled with love and excitement as she visualized the two little faces that would soon be donning it. She started softly singing the lullaby she had been humming as she went about her work. It was a simple tune, but one that seemed to soothe both her and her babies.

She sang of love, warmth, and security, of a mother's gentle touch and a father's firm embrace. And as she sang, she could feel the twins becoming still as her voice lulled them into a restful sleep.

With happiness and contentment filling her heart, Kushina grinned to herself. Even though she was aware that becoming a mother would be difficult, at that precise moment, she felt up to the task. She was confident that she could handle anything as long as she had her children, her husband, Minato, and her close friends, by her side.

She carried on knitting as the gentle click of the needles filled the space, her thoughts racing with hopes for the future and the promise of new life.

Scene change

Kushina sighed contentedly as Minato lathered her belly with soap, his gentle fingers massaging the sensitive skin. She closed her eyes in bliss as she leaned back against the bathtub, the warm water enveloping her body.

Softly chuckling, Minato's eyes glistened with love and adoration. "You appear to be taking pleasure in this."

Kushina smiled at him while opening one eye. "You have no idea," she replied. "It's the little things that count."

Minato nodded, his expression tender. "I know," he said. "And that's why I'm always going to take care of you."

He leaned in and kissed her on the cheek before continuing to wash her body, his hands gentle and loving. As he moved down to her feet, he picked up a loofah and began to scrub the bottoms, his fingers working their magic on the sore muscles.

Kushina sighed once more, leaning back against the bathtub's edge. "You're spoiling me, you know," she said softly and dreamily.

Minato grinned at her, his eyes sparkling mischievously. "That's the plan," he replied. "I want to make sure my girls are happy and comfortable, always."

After washing her feet, he stood up and helped her gently stand as well. Putting a soft towel around her shoulders, he said, "Come on, let's get you dried off."

Kushina giggled as she stepped out of the tub, the warm air causing her hair to frizz out in all directions. "Thanks, Minato," she said, leaning into his embrace. "You really know how to make a girl feel loved."

Minato grinned at her, his arms tightening around her. "That's because you are loved," he said. "More than anything in the world."

He kissed her forehead again, then led her over to the vanity mirror. He started to gently and precisely comb through her hair as she sat down.

Kushina observed him in the reflection, her heart brimming with adoration and gratitude. Even though she was aware that being pregnant would be difficult, she felt invincible when Minato was by her side.

Minato leaned over and whispered in her ear as he finished combing her hair. "I love you, Kushina. Always and forever."

Kushina gave him a tear-filled smile. "I love you too, Minato," she said. "More than anything else on the planet."

Kushina changed into her cozy nightgown and climbed into bed after her bath. Minato was already in his pajamas when she arrived. She curled up next to him as he pulled back the covers.

He nuzzled her hair while encircling her bloated belly and breathing in her sweet scent. Kushina giggled at the sensation and turned her head to look at him.

For the tenth time that day, she softly whispered, "Minato, I love you so much," gazing into his eyes.

"I love you too, Kushina," he replied, kissing her gently on the lips. "I can't wait to meet our little ones."

Kushina gave him a warm smile as she laid her head on his chest. She let out a contented sigh as he started making slow, soothing circles on her back.

They remained in that position for some time, basking in the warmth and comfort of their shared love. Kushina eventually fell asleep, and the peaceful rhythm of her breathing filled the space.

Minato remained awake a little longer, watching her sleep and imagining the future they would share as a family. The idea of the children they would raise gave him hope and joy, and he was confident that they could overcome any obstacle as a team.

He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep, knowing that his heart was safe and sound in Kushina's loving embrace.

Scene change

Kushina was lying in her bed, feeling the movements of her unborn children within her, when she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She gasped, grabbing at her stomach as her eyes welled with tears.

"Kushina, what's wrong?" Minato asked, rushing to her side.

"I-I don't know," Kushina said, panting through the pain. "It hurts."

Minato immediately used his Hiraishin, went to the hospital, and called for a medic-nin. They quickly arrived in the room, and the doctor began to examine Kushina. As she did, she noticed something strange - the chakra signatures of all two of her unborn children had suddenly become much stronger.

"That's odd," the medic-nin said, her brow furrowed. "Their chakra pathways seem to be absorbing a significant amount of chakra."

"What could be causing that?" Minato asked, his voice filled with concern.

"It's difficult to say," the medic-nin said. "But it's possible that the seal holding the Nine-Tails is so close to the womb that some of its chakra is leaking in."

Minato's pupils dilated in horror. "But that could be dangerous for our children," he said. "What can we do?"

The medic-nin shook her head. "At this point, there's not much we can do," she admitted. "We'll have to keep an eye on their chakra levels and hope for the best."

Kushina clung to Minato's hand, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I'm scared," she whispered.

Minato wrapped his arms around her and held her close. "We'll get through this," he said, his voice strong and reassuring. "No matter what, we will protect our children."

The two unborn children continued to absorb Kurama's chakra as the days went by, their own chakra pathways strengthening each day. The medic-nin and doctors kept a close eye on them, but they were powerless to stop what was happening.

In the end, infants were born with far more chakra than most newborns. It was both a blessing and a curse, a reminder of the dangers that still lurked in the world and a symbol of the incredible strength and resilience of the Uzumaki and Namikaze bloodlines.

Time-skip

Kushina was sweating profusely as she held Minato's hand tightly. Even though the pain was nearly intolerable, she knew she had to fight through it for the sake of her infants.

"Minato, I can't believe I let you do this to me," she exclaimed, her angry eyes glaring at her husband.

Minato wiped the sweat from her brow and smiled reassuringly. "You can do this, Kushina. I believe in you." He said this while attempting to encourage her.

Outside

The moon hangs high in the sky, casting an ethereal glow over the village of Konoha. The night is quiet, but the ANBU Black Ops, dressed in their signature animal masks, stand guard outside the hideout gates.

Suddenly, a flicker of movement catches their attention. A figure emerges from the shadows, its presence shrouded in mystery. It moves at such a breakneck pace that it defies human comprehension, blurring from one ANBU to the next.

A soft whistle fills the air with each strike as the figure's movements slice through the wind. The ANBU stationed outside, highly skilled shinobi in their own right, stand no chance against this unknown assailant. The figure takes advantage of their blind spots, striking with surgical precision and leaving no time for reaction.

One ANBU, wearing a hawk mask, glances to his left and sees his comrade fall to the ground, leaving a trail of blood in the figure's wake. The hawk-masked ANBU's eyes widen in horror as he struggles to comprehend the impossibly high levels of skill and speed being displayed.

The mysterious figure wears a black cloak that seems to blend seamlessly with the night. As he disarms and incapacitates the ANBU one by one, his movements are graceful yet lethal.

A counterattack is attempted by a rabbit-masked ANBU, who fires a barrage of shurikens in its direction. However, as the shurikens approached their target, the figure's body suddenly became transparent as the shurikens passed right through him, and the mysterious figure quickly closed the distance in an instant. A swift strike to the rabbit-masked ANBU's pressure point renders them motionless, collapsing to the ground without a sound.

The remaining ANBU gather, their hearts pounding with fear and adrenaline. They ready themselves, tightening their grips on their weapons, but it's futile. The mysterious figure effortlessly weaves through their defenses, evading their attacks.

The figure briefly stops moving as he approaches an ANBU wearing a boar mask, allowing the ANBU to see their face. The boar-masked ANBU's gaze is met by a piercing, blood red eye that burns with intensity and determination. It's a face that carries the weight of secrets and conceals a hidden agenda.

Before the ANBU wearing a boar mask can react, a flash of silver pierces the air, and the figure's blade strikes with lethal precision. The boar-masked ANBU crumples to the ground, joining the fallen comrades before them.

Silence descends upon the scene as the mysterious figure stands amidst the defeated ANBU. His breathing is calm, untouched by the chaos he unleashed. With a final glance towards the secret hideout, the figure swirls back into the shadows of the night, leaving behind a trail of uncertainty and unanswered questions.

In the hideout

Biwako Sarutobi Hiruzen's wife was standing by her side, offering words of encouragement and support, and Minato was patiently waiting for the fox's red chakra to appear before attempting to seal it back into his wife.

Kushina panted heavily as the first baby was delivered without incident. Biwako quickly took the infant and cleaned it. After a few moments, Biwako wrapped the baby in a blue towel and handed it to Kushina.

Kushina took the baby in her arms and gazed at the tuft of blonde hair on his head. "Minato, look at him! He's beautiful!" She exclaimed with tears of joy in her eyes.

Minato leaned over and kissed his wife on the forehead. "He is indeed," he said with a smile, taking in the sight of their first child.

As Kushina held their son, Biwako went back to assist with the delivery of the second child. After a few moments, another cry filled the room.

"It's a girl!" Biwako announced , wrapping the baby in a pink towel and handing her over to Kushina.

Kushina gazed at the tuft of red hair on her daughter's head, feeling her heart swell with love. "Minato, look at our little girl! She's perfect!" she said, turning to him with a smile.

Minato smiled back at her, feeling a sense of pride and joy wash over him. "She is indeed," he said, leaning in to kiss his wife and their newborn daughter.

Unfortunately for the couple, Biwako carried the two precious cargoes to a different room while she walked away and quickly examined the newborns.

As Minato and Kushina engaged in a casual conversation, their attention shifted when Biwako's piercing scream shattered the tranquility of the room. The couple's hearts raced with a mix of curiosity and concern, their eyes widening in alarm as they turned towards the source of the distressing sound.

Minato and Kushina were horrified by what they saw as they cautiously peered at the room's entrance.

A mysterious figure stood tall, their entire form hidden beneath a flowing black cloak that seemed to dance with its own life. Every stitch and crease in the fabric gave away the presence of an evil force hidden inside. Its face was covered in a mask with an intricate design that gave onlookers shivers. The mask's one eye hole was ablaze with an otherworldly blaze, its colors flitting between a menacing black, a fiery orange, and a bright yellow.

Within the figure's arms, cradled tenderly, were Minato and Kushina's beloved son and daughter, their innocent faces oblivious to the perilous situation surrounding them. The couple's hearts ached with fear and desperation, their parental instincts screaming to protect their precious babies.

As Minato summoned the strength to step forward, a voice, laden with darkness and foreboding, shattered the silence. An uncontrollable shudder coursed through their bodies as a result of its chilling tone, which seemed to penetrate the very core of their beings. The figure muttered, "I wouldn't do that, Lord Hokage," the words dripping with a menacing edge that sent a chill down their spines.

With those words weighing heavily in the air, time stood still. Minato's muscles tensed, his resolve battling against the fear gnawing at his insides. His thoughts were racing as he considered the effects of his next move. He was torn between protecting his family and the realization that confronting this enigmatic figure might only lead to further danger.

Kushina tightened her grip on Minato's arm, her nails digging into his flesh, silently urging caution. Her wide eyes flickered with a mixture of terror and determination, her motherly instincts pulsing with the need to shield their children from harm.

The masked man suddenly made the decision to push the limits as he took pleasure in his perverse game of psychological torture, a chilling smile etched across his hidden face.

The helpless infants were cruelly thrown into the air by him, their tiny forms appearing to be frozen in time. The room became a battleground of emotions, where dread and anguish clashed with the desperate hope of a mother.

A piercing scream erupted from Kushina's lips, a guttural cry of maternal terror that pierced the air. The sound echoed, intertwining with Minato's racing heartbeat, propelling him into immediate action. He materialized in a breathtaking display of unparalleled speed, his form blurring as he intercepted the free-falling infants in the nick of time. His hands delicately cradled them, protecting their priceless lives just centimeters from the harsh ground, guided by instinct and sharp reflexes.

The masked man couldn't resist making a taunting remark to punctuate the scene after watching Minato demonstrate his lightning-quick reflexes. "So the stories of your legendary speed are true," he jeered, his voice dripping with insolence and mockery. Minato's simmering rage was further stoked by the cheeky tone that danced across his lips.

"But you have failed to notice the exploding Fūinjutsu seals," the masked man sneered, reveling in the chaos and despair that permeated the room. His words hung in the air like a poisonous serpent, sending a new wave of fear coursing through Minato.

A surge of panic coursed through Minato's being as he heeded the masked man's warning. His gaze darted downward, scanning the once-protective blankets that cradled his children. The blankets, once a symbol of warmth and security, were now littered with ominous Fūinjutsu notes, poised to unleash destruction on his innocent babies.

A swift surge of adrenaline propelled Minato into action. He unleashed a powerful kick without hesitation, his hokage-level strength shattering the heavy doors that confined them. As he ran outside, his mind was completely preoccupied with ensuring the security of his priceless children. He was engulfed in a tempest of urgency and desperation.

The cool rush of night air lashed against his face, momentarily soothing the feverish intensity that consumed him. He ran against the clock with each step, his legs moving him quickly and steadily. The world around him blurred as his focus zeroed in on a single objective—to shield his children from the imminent danger lurking within the exploding Fūinjutsu seals.

Minato dared not look back as the distance between him and the room grew, fearing the destructive force that awaited. His brow was furrowed, and beads of sweat clung to it, mixing with the tangles of his unruly hair. His lungs burned with each labored breath, the weight of his responsibility amplifying the strain in his chest.

Minato reached down with trembling hands and swiftly but gently freed his children's bodies from the blankets. As he carefully and methodically disposed of the explosive notes, time seemed to slow down. A testament to the extent of his efforts was the sweat that trickled down his temples and mixed with the dirt that clung to his skin.

Behind him, a symphony of explosions erupted, sending shockwaves through the air as Fūinjutsu seals exploded. However, Minato's children were shielded from the terrible fate that had befallen the room they had previously occupied by being safely cocooned in his arms.

The relief that flooded Minato's being was palpable, resonating with every quiver of his exhausted muscles. He assessed the debris that was now strewn across the path as he stood amid the aftermath of the mayhem, his chest heaving. His mind was haunted by the gravity of the close call, which served as a stark reminder of the dangerous world they were living in.

He mumbled, "That was close," with a tone that was equal parts thankfulness and exhaustion. The words hung in the air, a testament to the razor's edge between salvation and damnation. Sweat beads dripped from his brow, mirroring the release of tension coursing through his body.

As he vanished in a flash of yellow, Minato took one final look at the fragmented remains of the exploding Fūinjutsu seals, a silent vow etched in his focused gaze. He would not rest until the masked man responsible for this malevolence was apprehended and his family could live in a world free of such threats.

Scene change

As Kushina's heart pounded with fear and her hands struggled against the unyielding chains, she found herself trapped within a nightmarish reality. The cold, biting touch of the Fūinjutsu-infused restraints sent shivers down her spine, their intricate design a sinister testament to the masked man's malice. She strained to catch her breath, her senses sharpened by the impending danger that loomed ahead of her.

Kushina was instantly chilled by the masked man's voice as it slithered through the atmosphere. "Do you have any idea how long I've waited for this moment?" he taunted, relishing in the power he held over her. His words, laden with a mixture of malice and twisted satisfaction, seeped into the recesses of her mind, fueling her dread.

The vast expanse of the surrounding landscape stretched out in front of them, free from the protective walls of the Leaf Village and dotted with ancient boulders that bore silent witness to the tragedy that lay ahead. Nature itself seemed to hold its breath, as if trembling with trepidation, unable to intervene in the impending horror.

Any remaining hope that clung to Kushina's spirit was dashed by the masked man's declaration, which came as a bolt of lightning. His words weighed heavily on her and threatened to break her resolve. Her eyes widened in desperation as she realized her captor's true intentions, which caused her heart to skip a beat.

The masked man said, his voice dripping with sadistic glee, "I am going to extract the Ninetails from you and crush the Leaf." Each syllable dripped like venom, poisoning the air around them. Kushina's breath caught in her throat, and her voice was laced with desperation as she summoned the last of her strength. "No, you can't," she begged, her voice filled with a fierce determination to protect everything she loved.

The chains' weight seemed to increase, their grip tightening around her, a physical manifestation of her entrapment. She strained against them, feeling the raw sting of the metal against her skin. Her eyes, glistening with unshed tears, locked onto the masked man, silently challenging the darkness that consumed him.

Inside Kushina's seal

"It's you," Kurama growled, his voice resonating with a primal mix of rage and recognition. The enormous, crimson-furred Nine-Tailed Fox struggled against the crucifix and chains that bound him, his enormous form shaking with rage and anticipation. The Nine-Tailed Fox's power was contained within Kushina's body.

The masked man's eyes flared to life with the ominous power of the Sharingan in response to the beast's growl. Each swirling tomoe within his irises pulsated with an otherworldly energy, fixed on Kushina's vulnerable gaze. His gaze was fixed on her, probing deep into the center of her soul with an intensity that reached the very core of her being.

Within that fateful exchange of glances, a cataclysmic shift occurred. The masked man used his ocular strength to pierce Kushina's very essence. The pull of his Sharingan's hypnotic force felt like a whirlpool, threatening to drown her in its darkness.

As his Sharingan spun into motion, the chains that had served as Kurama's prison quivered, groaning under the strain. There was an electric tension in the air that hinted at an impending release of unbridled power. Each link that bound the mighty beast rattled in protest, threatened by the awakening force that had been unleashed.

Kurama tore through the restraints that had bound him with an earth-shattering roar that echoed through the depths of Kushina's soul. Metal pieces from the crucifixion broke off and flew off like sparks in the wind. The depths of his being erupted in limitless rage, and his enormous form rose in a stunning display of power and majesty.

Outside the seal

A sense of foreboding anticipation hung heavy in the air as the masked man carefully removed a Fūinjutsu seal from his robe. He raised his hand, curling his fingers around the complex seal that contained the might of the strongest bejiū with measured precision.

Unbeknownst to anyone, a hidden secret lay within the depths of Kushina's being. Contrary to popular belief, she carried three children in her womb rather than just two. It was difficult for the doctors to determine the precise number of lives that were about to enter the world because the Nine-Tails' presence had concealed the true nature of her pregnancy.

Meanwhile, as Naruto remained safe within Kushina's womb, a series of extraordinary events occurred. He was connected to his mother by the umbilical cord and went through a profoundly mysterious phenomenon. The seal that had once served as a barrier, purifying Kurama's malevolent chakra, had been shattered and tampered with, resulting in a chain reaction of unanticipated events.

Within Naruto's chakra network, a genetic mutation spread like waves in a pond. His chakra, which was usually entwined with the Nine-Tails', started to change and transform into a different, untapped source of power—chi—and his very being underwent a metamorphosis.

The chakra that had once been a vivid blue now shimmered with a newfound brilliance, evoking the pure white threads that were woven throughout the fabric of Naruto's existence. A surge of energy that was coursing through his veins gave his being an otherworldly resonance.

The delicate dance of chi brought forth a symphony of change. Naruto's chakra network, once a harmonious tapestry, now displayed intricate patterns that defied conventional understanding. Energy strands zigzagged through his body, entwining with his life force in a delicate yet magnificent display of the unbridled power that dwelt inside him.

In this tumultuous moment, the masked man's actions took on an even deeper significance. With every motion of his hand and every touch to the Fūinjutsu seal, the balance of power teetered on a precipice. The outcome of this clandestine ritual would determine the fate of Naruto, and possibly the entire Shinobi world.

As the masked man's fingers danced across the seal's intricate patterns, the entire world appeared to hold its breath. His determination was evident on his face as a result of the dancing shadows created by the low light. As the seal's mechanisms reacted to his manipulations, every move he made was weighed down by destiny.

As crimson chakra began to surge and seep from every pore of Kushina's trembling form, the air itself seemed to thicken with an electric tension. She was imprisoned by the immovable chakra-infused chains and found herself trapped between the worlds of suffering and freedom. The intensity of her struggle was reflected in the beads of sweat that glistened on her forehead.

The masked man taunted his captive with words dripping with a malevolent glee that sent shivers down the spines of all who witnessed them. His voice was laced with a sinister satisfaction. "Now then, come on out, Nine-Tails!" he yelled, his tone tinged with twisted delight. The space appeared to tremble in anticipation, as if preparing for the impending eruption of rage.

Red chakra bubbles started to emerge from her core, their appearance a menacing sign of the immense power brewing within her. They danced and whirled, floating in the air like ethereal embers, carrying with them the essence of the powerful beast she had kept within her for two long decades.

The Nine-Tails re-entered the world with an explosive burst of energy that shattered the suffocating atmosphere. The sheer force of its emergence shook the very foundation of the chamber they were held captive in. The colossal entity towered over the surrounding chaos, with fur the color of blazing fire and eyes that glowed with insatiable hunger.

Kushina's body trembled, drenched in a sheen of perspiration, as she endured excruciating agony. Every fiber of her being screamed in anguish as the immense power of her bij was yanked from her, leaving her hollow and vulnerable. Coughs wracked her body, piercing the air with a rawness that mirrored the pain coursing through her veins.

A flicker of familiarity pulsed within Kushina's core amidst the torment. A wave of recognition swept through her senses, as if defying the crippling pain. She experienced the all-too-familiar stirring in her stomach, which reminded her of the recent labor pains she had gone through. The love and hope she had for her recently born children were brought back to her in a bittersweet way.

A miracle occurred just as the agony reached a peak. A child, the embodiment of prophecy, entered the world. It seemed as though a new era was about to begin as a cry of life mixed with a symphony of pain echoed through the air. Naruto, the child of destiny, appeared, causing a tumultuous collision of emotions within Kushina's heart. Naruto, the child of destiny, came forth, and his arrival met with a tumultuous collision of emotions within Kushina's heart.

But the cruel hand of fate had other plans. A maternal instinct went into overdrive as Naruto's small form tumbled toward the harsh ground. Kushina defied the laws of gravity by commanding her golden chakra chains, which were crafted with otherworldly skill, and acted with a power derived from love and protection.

Kushina's golden chains coiled and swirled like sentient beings, a testament to their celestial origins. They glistened with an otherworldly radiance. Each intricately woven link glowed with an intensity that mirrored the mother's strength and determination.

The golden chains encircled Naruto in an elegant dance that was also a commanding one; they had a firm yet tender touch. He was held by them with a tenderness that could only come from a mother, and their strength protected him from the harsh blows of the unforgiving ground. A shimmer of protective energy erupted from the chains as they encircled his tiny form, forming a shield of golden light that encircled him like a celestial guardian.

Naruto remained suspended within the cradle of golden chains, his fall halted just centimeters from the harsh rock below.

Slightly impressed by Kushina's audacious act, the mysterious figure couldn't help but utter a begrudging compliment, his tone tinged with a mix of surprise and admiration. "You Uzumakis are truly extraordinary," he murmured, his words tinged with awe. His gaze fixed on her with a slight turn of his mask, his eyes glistening with an intriguing intensity. "Most don't survive the extraction of a tailed beast, let alone remain conscious."

The powerful Nine-Tails Kurama roared in a vengeful rage, his enormous form shaking with rage. He raised his enormous paw in readiness to strike the helpless mother and child with a devastating blow, his instincts driving him in that direction. But before the weight of his paw could descend upon them, the scene fractured into duality.

Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, appeared twice in an instant, displaying his legendary speed. Each Minato reacted with lightning speed, one grabbing Kushina and the other cradling the infant in his arms. It was evidence of his unmatched quickness—a skill developed as a result of his control over both space and time.

The masked man's gaze narrowed, and his expression was a curious blend of annoyance and confidence. "You truly are as quick as a flash," he said, his voice tinged with grudging admiration. "However, you are too late," he continued, his voice dripping with ominous certainty.

Kushina, her eyes burning with fierce determination, seized the opportunity to issue an urgent command to her husband. Despite her voice being strained, she spoke with a firm resolve. Her voice, though strained, carried an unyielding resolve. "That masked man; he's with the Nine-Tails. They are headed to the village. "You must stop them," she begged, her words a desperate plea for the safety of their beloved home.

In the blink of an eye, Minato and his family vanished from the frozen battleground, disappearing into the ethereal fabric of space-time. The frost-covered landscape gave way to the familiar comforts of their home as Minato expertly maneuvered, ensuring the safety of his wife and his precious child.

With utmost care, Minato gently placed Kushina and the baby on the bed, a place of rest and respite amidst the tumultuous storm that was about to rage outside.

Minato's clenched fist trembled slightly as his fierce determination shone through his eyes. Adrenaline was coursing through his veins as he braced himself for what lay ahead. He quickly put on his traditional Hokage garb, the recognizable haori with dancing red flame motifs along the edges. The meticulously embroidered, intricate design represented the Fourth Hokage's unbreakable spirit.

Minato's eyes shifted to the kanji, the emblem that best represented his position as the village's leader, proudly emblazoned on the back of his haori as the cloth settled upon his shoulders. The characters for "Fourth Hokage" stood bold and resolute, a testament to the weight of his duty and the unwavering strength he embodied.

Minato turned to his cherished wife and their three priceless children with unwavering resolve etched across his face. His voice was firm but tinged with tenderness. "I'll be right back," he assured them, his words carrying the weight of a promise forged in love and unwavering loyalty.

In the bending world

The air crackled with energy as Raava, a magnificent spirit radiating pure light, faced off against Vaatu, a formidable being shrouded in swirling darkness. The two titans' struggle sent shockwaves through the spirit realm, their strength resonating through everything.

Raava exuded an aura of unwavering resolve, her ethereal form emitting brilliance that illuminated the darkness around her. Her glistening light tendrils danced and whirled, forming a brilliant shield ready to protect everything that is right and noble in the world. She radiated hope with each step she took, embodying the never-ending struggle against evil.

Vaatu's inky essence spread like a suffocating shroud across from her, seething with malevolence. Everything in its path was in danger of being consumed by his swirling vortex of shadows and chaotic energy. His very existence served as a warning about the perils of unchecked evil, a force that aimed to wreak havoc and sow despair.

The ethereal plane's peaceful energy was disturbed when Raava and Vaatu clashed, sending shockwaves rippling through the spirit world. The very foundation of reality shook under the weight of their titanic struggle as their powers clashed.

The once serene celestial backdrop transformed into a swirling canvas of elemental forces. The maelstrom of energy released by the clashing spirits caused the stars to flicker and dance erratically, dimming their celestial light. Previously a source of calm, the moon now casts long, angular shadows across the constantly changing environment.

The spirit realm itself trembled violently beneath their celestial battlefield. Vibrant flora and fauna, embodiments of the spirits' power, swayed and twisted as the currents of energy swept through them.

The atmosphere was filled with charged particles that danced and sparked in erratic patterns. Radiant streams of light entwined with swirling tendrils of blackness, a sight both captivating and frightful. The spirit world's very essence appeared to pulse and change as a result of their conflict's ups and downs.

As their powers clashed, shockwaves rippled outward, distorting the once-clear horizons. In a split second, ethereal landscapes changed, turning from peaceful meadows to perilous chasms and from calm lakes to raging whirlpools of energy. The once-harmonious existence of the spirits that resided in this realm was uprooted by the powerful clash of opposing forces, and they sought refuge.

In the elemental World

As the moon cast an eerie glow over the village, the hidden leaf slept peacefully, unaware of the impending danger that lurked in the shadows. Within the depths of the night, a malevolent force had ensnared the mighty Nine-Tails, Kurama, in a powerful genjutsu.

In the heart of the village, the tranquil streets were suddenly disrupted by the bone-chilling roars that echoed through the air. Fear gripped the hearts of the unsuspecting villagers as the ground trembled beneath their feet. Windows rattled, and debris danced in the wake of Kurama's wrath.

Panicked cries pierced the night as villagers scrambled to find safety, their eyes wide with terror. Mothers clutched their children tightly, seeking refuge within their homes. Each step reverberated with the weight of uncertainty as the villagers fled, their collective heartbeat pounding in unison.

The village's defensive measures sprang into action, shinobi darting through the darkness, desperately trying to contain the chaos. Shouts of commanding voices cut through the night, guiding their comrades in a frenzied attempt to neutralize the threat.

Back in the bending world

But Raava and Vaatu's conflict had an effect outside of the spirit world as well. Their conflict was felt throughout the elemental forces that controlled bending in the mortal world. Gusts of air swirled and collided with unrestrained power as the winds howled with a newfound ferocity. The strain of their conflict caused the earth to tremble, breaking open in wide fissures that snaked across the landscape. The sheer size of their collision caused the waters to churn and roil, whipping them into a frenzy.

Arcs of brilliant light collided with tendrils of enveloping darkness, each attempting to overpower the other. The ensuing collision of energies produced a mesmerizing display that painted the sky with brilliant streaks of color.

In an effort to fend off the approaching darkness, Raava's brilliant tendrils extended outward while weaving complex patterns of harmony and balance. Her every move radiated elegance and purpose, a testament to the power developed over millennia of devotion to maintaining the balance of the universe.

In Konoha

The powerful swipes of Kurama's massive claws tore through buildings like paper, leaving trails of destruction in its wake. The air crackled with an electric energy as Kurama unleashed waves of devastating chakra, scorching the earth beneath its feet. Embers danced through the night sky, leaving trails of smoke and flickering flames.

Shinobi warriors, their resolve steeled by the threat they faced, engaged Kurama with a blend of fear and determination. They unleashed a flurry of jutsu, their movements precise and calculated, aiming to subdue the raging beast within the genjutsu. Explosions and flashes of light illuminated the night, casting fleeting shadows on the faces of those who fought valiantly.

Back in the bending world

Vaatu unleashed waves of evil energy that caused the very fabric of reality to warp and tremble, driven by his insatiable desire for power. His assault was relentless, each blow more devastating than the last, and it threatened to rip the delicate web of existence asunder.

The conflict between Raava and Vaatu's opposing energies caused the air to become tense as the battle continued. Vaatu's relentless attacks were gracefully parried and avoided by Raava, the personification of light and purity, who maintained her attention.

In the midst of their clash, Raava's heightened senses allowed her to perceive the purity of the chi that emanated from the small source outside her dimension. It was a sensation that resonated deep within her essence, resonating with a long-forgotten memory of pristine purity. The chi flowed like a gentle stream, its energy unaffected by the world's darkness.

"This chi, it's so pure and innocent," Raava thought internally, her thoughts drifting away from the battle at hand.

The purity of the chi was diametrically opposed to Vaatu's malevolence. He attacked constantly, each blow infused with a sinister, evil force that sought to devour everything in its path. Raava evaded his assault deftly, her actions being directed by a natural wisdom that went beyond mere physicality.

Raava's connection to the chi she sensed grew stronger with each dodge and parry, enabling her to see it change. The once-pure energy started to twist and change as an unseen force tainted its original purity. Raava's heart sank as she realized what would happen if Vaatu were to take control of such a corrupt power source.

Determined to prevent catastrophe, Raava summoned her inner strength and focused her chi into her attacks. Each blow was weighed down by her duty and her unwavering dedication to maintaining the world's delicate balance.

Raava finally delivered a decisive blow that defeated Vaatu's malice as a result of the culmination of her efforts. Their collision unleashed an enormous amount of energy that caused shockwaves to ripple across the battlefield and shake the very fabric of reality. It was a significant moment that demonstrated Raava's unwavering tenacity and unbreakable spirit.

With the threat momentarily quelled, Raava wasted no time in harnessing her ancient wisdom and formidable abilities. She crafted an intricate prison, meticulously etching symbols and runes into the very fabric of the spirit realm. The prison radiated an otherworldly glow, its design a manifestation of her unwavering determination to keep Vaatu imprisoned for the next 10,000 years.

Raava understood that she needed to act right away to protect the world from the corrupted chi as the fight between her and Vaatu came to an end. With a resolute determination shining in her eyes, she made a swift decision.

Raava focused her energy inward, channeling the essence that resided within her being, drawing on her great power and ancient wisdom. Her divine essence, which pulsated with vibrant life, manifested itself as a radiant glow that she called forth.

In a mesmerizing display, Raava extended her ethereal hand towards her own chest, her fingers lightly grazing the surface. With a profound understanding of sacrifice and the gravity of her decision, she made a decision that would forever alter the course of their shared destiny.

Raava drew forth a third of her being, which was pure and untarnished, as if directed by an invisible force. Within her grasp, it glistened and danced, a vivid illustration of her heavenly power. She let go of her essence with a soft exhale, watching as it changed into a brilliant sphere of light.

The sphere hovered in the air before Raava, pulsing with a deep sense of purpose. It appeared to have its own consciousness and a strong urge to find the realm from which the corrupted chi had come. The sphere was propelled into the sky with one last burst of energy, streaking across the celestial void with pinpoint accuracy.

The essence crossed the ethereal barriers that separated worlds as it moved through the realms, leaving a shimmering trail in its wake. The very fabric of reality seemed to ripple and respond to its presence, acknowledging the significance of its mission.

Raava observed the departure of her essence while maintaining a determined and hopeful expression. Although she was aware that her sacrifice would help to maintain the balance of the world, it also required her to temporarily separate from a part of herself. This sacrifice was difficult for her to make in her ethereal form.

With her essence dispatched, Raava turned her attention back to the realm at hand, where Vaatu lay subdued within his prison. She drew on what strength she had left, strengthening her resolve and establishing herself in the never-ending battle against evil.

The very fabric of the universe appeared to hold its breath at that precise moment as the essence set out on its journey and Raava prepared herself for the battles that lay ahead. It understood the importance of this turning point, the complex interplay of sacrifice, tenacity, and the unrelenting pursuit of balance.

The stage was thus set for a grand tapestry of destiny and redemption—a story that would echo throughout the ages, shaping the fate of the bending world—with the essence of Raava venturing forth to confront the tainted chi.

Back in the elemental world

With her body battered and covered in cuts, Kushina stood unwaveringly determined despite the strain of exhaustion on her limbs. As she struggled to control the formidable Nine-Tails, Kurama, blood trickled down her forehead, mating her fiery red hair. The ethereal Adamantine Sealing Chains were in her hands, which were trembling from exhaustion as their golden glow entwined with her chakra.

Every fiber of Kushina's being screamed in protest, her muscles aching from the strain of resisting the immense power that thrashed against her restraints. She could feel the scorching heat of Kurama's chakra searing her skin, but she refused to let go. The massive form of the great beast was bound tightly by the chains, which served as a reminder of her unwavering resolve and served to stop further destruction.

Kushina's eyes flickered with a mixture of pain, exhaustion, and a fierce protectiveness as some of the village lay in ruins all around her. The lives of her loved ones were in jeopardy, so she could not flinch now. When Minato emerged from the shadows, she turned her attention to him. His body was already showing signs of fatigue.

Minato moved cautiously but firmly as he held their three new babies in his arms with the utmost care. His eyes were filled with love and admiration for Kushina's unwavering spirit as he saw her battered form, and his heart tightened with worry as he did so.

Their eyes met as Minato drew nearer, and a moment of silent understanding transpired between them. Their shared responsibility weighed heavily on them, but their unwavering love and dedication gave them the strength to carry it out. With a subtle nod from Kushina, Minato knew that it was time for his own role to come into play.

Minato's hands moved quickly and purposefully through a complex series of hand signs, his heart heavy. His movements were precise and determined, his mind fixed on the important decision he was about to make.

Kushina watched Minato closely, her heart heaving under the pressure of the choice that lay before them. Her eyes were clouded with worry and the maternal instinctive love of a mother. Unexpected tears began to fall down her cheeks as she prepared herself for the unthinkable.

A surge of anticipation filled the area as Minato's hands weaved the intricate dance of seals, the entire space holding its breath in anticipation of the fateful outcome. Kushina's focus shifted to their three adorable children, who each served as a symbol of their love and the bright future they had imagined. shifted to their three adorable children, who each served as a symbol of their love and the bright future they had imagined. Yet, in this pivotal moment, a cruel choice had to be made.

Kushina's heart tightened with anguish as she focused her senses on her babies, her maternal instinct guiding her to assess their chakra reserves. Anxiety washed over her as her gaze flitted over her youngest son. He was losing the chakra she could feel within him, and it was getting smaller by the second.

As she turned to face Minato, her words were dripping with fear and urgency, and the desperation in her voice was obvious. "Minato-kun! What's happening to our youngest?" As she told her husband about her troubling discovery, her voice trembled, revealing the intensity of her anxiety.

Minato looked up at Kushina with a mixture of regret and resolve written across his face. He was aware of the consequences of his decision and the impact it would have on their family. He spoke with a heavy sigh, his voice tinged with both apology and conviction. "Kushina, our youngest, cannot bear the weight of such a powerful chakra. It would drain him, endangering his very life."

The weight of their parental responsibilities weighed heavily on them, threatening to break their resolve. It was a decision that no parent should ever have to make: sacrificing one child's well-being for the sake of the others. Nonetheless, Minato knew that it was their only viable option for ensuring the safety and well-being of their family.

Minato redirected his focus, reshaping his plan, with a burst of determination. The intricate seals shifted, their ethereal glow shimmering with purpose. It was a somber ballet of sacrifice and necessity as Minato made the painful decision to seal the formidable beast within their two remaining children.

Kushina's eyes welled up with unshed tears, her heart aching for the child who had to bear the burden. She drew strength from her love for all her children in this moment of unfathomable sacrifice, knowing that their futures were at stake.

A solemn hush fell over the area as Minato's hands settled into their final positions. The weight of their decision reverberated in the air, a testament to the sacrifices made in the name of protecting their family, village, and the world's delicate balance.

In the aftermath of their choice, the area seemed to hold its breath, embracing the bittersweet silence that settled upon them.

The weight of their choice descended upon their worn-out souls as the final echoes of Minato's sealing jutsu faded into the air. Kushina prayed for the child, who would never know the darkness that they had.

The remaining Shinobi surrounded their revered leader, Minato, and his precious family after the barrier was finally destroyed. After the fierce battle that had taken place, relief and exhaustion coexisted on their faces as their collective breathing grew steadier.

Unbeknownst to anyone present, the ancient and ethereal being Raava observed the scene with keen interest. She was intrigued by the pulsing power coming from the shinobi; it reminded her of the chi she had experienced in her own realm. Curiosity piqued her interest, compelling her to learn more about this strange world.

Silently and imperceptibly, Raava descended from the ethereal plane, her presence concealed from mortal eyes. Her invisible tentacles spread as she hovered among the Shinobi, gently tapping one unaware person on the crown of their head. Raava experienced a rush of information during that brief encounter, giving her insight into the complex web of the Shinobi world.

A fleeting distraction drew Raava's attention away from the rich tapestry of the Shinobi world. The lingering echoes of chi, tainted by darkness, resonated within her being. She changed her focus with determined focus, scanning the area for the origin of this familiar yet unsettling energy.

Her incorporeal presence was elusive and serene as her ethereal form gracefully floated through the air. With keen perception, she honed in on a small, vulnerable form—a baby boy. Naruto, whose name was whispered through the currents of fate, was the beacon that called to her.

Raava quickly manifested in front of the young child after realizing the urgency of the situation. A manifestation of the light she embodied, her ethereal essence shimmered with a soft radiance. She stretched out her incorporeal tendrils with the utmost care, delicately entwining with Naruto's developing spirit.

Raava's essence permeated Naruto's being in this fleeting union, her radiant presence entwining with the very essence of him. He felt a surge of warmth and tranquility come from within as her ethereal light encircled him. It was a profound blending of energies that would forever alter the young boy's fate.

Raava's light ignited in Naruto a flame of fortitude and unflinching resolve. Her essence flowed through his chakra network, imprinting her presence in his very soul. Her chi's purity mixed with his own, enhancing his natural abilities and giving him an unwavering spirit.

As the convergence reached its culmination, Raava withdrew her ethereal touch, her presence seamlessly blending with Naruto's being. Though she was invisible, she felt a strong connection to him as she kept watch over him and knew that her influence would always shape his path.

Naruto awoke from his slumber after their transcendent encounter, his eyes momentarily glimmering with a newfound depth and resiliency. Unbeknownst to him, he had developed into the host for a portion of Raava's essence—a glimmer of light within the depths of his soul, permanently tethered to the fate that awaited him.

A soft, ethereal glow persisted in the depths of Naruto's spirit as Raava's brilliant presence gradually faded. This residual essence, a remnant of the ancient and wise spirit, carried with it the knowledge and teachings of bending—the sacred art of manipulating the elements.

Raava allowed a small portion of her essence to remain entangled with the boy's chi with a deep sense of purpose, creating a delicate link that would act as a conduit for her guidance. This brilliant thread of light wrapped itself around Naruto's center and combined with his own energy reserves. Raava retreated back into the fabric of her own realm, her ethereal form fading from view.

The end Please read the author's notes carefully, and I sincerely hope you enjoy this chapter.

1. Who should be with Naruto when he goes to the Avatar world? I was thinking about Naruto being with Avatar Kyoshi, but I'm open to all suggestions. Please keep in mind that this story will be a one-person pair and not a harem.

2. As the title suggests, this is a story about neglect, but don't worry, it won't be a heavy family or village bashing.
