Eventually the newly weds left the suite after seperate showers and putting on their same clothes from the previous night.
"The Scotts. I remember you. Checking out.?" The older woman asked. With a smile.
Lucas nodded his head in agreement. So much of last night was a blur. There was a time when marrying Brooke was what he planned and he even told her so.
But he was a love driven teenager then. He was a full grown adult now. They had moved on. Agreed to stay friends.
"I think we should get this whole thing annueled. I mean it was never supposed to happen anyway." Lucas suggested. Once they got to the parking lot.
Lindsey had left texts and voicemails full of worry and concern. That's right he had a girlfriend who he loved.
And Brooke had a life of success and a store to return too.
"What if i want to stay married.?" Brooke replied.
